This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

@VodafoneUK I was told I would get a call back from a manager within 72 hours but as expected no call, no email, nothing. If you aren’t going to resolve the issue in a timely manner, I’ll be making a formal complaint to the communications ombudsman.

Yes within the same company. Started 3 weeks ago, dropped my number, got it back on pay as you go, and now its stuck

@VodafoneUK the thing that needs understanding when you leave people 2days without service & updates: its not just important to stay connected, it's a life line. It's missing the call to say someone's ill,in hospital,having a baby, had a fall. It's missing work. Not good enough
