@EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

Just got off the phone with a @VodafoneUK customer service rep after my phone died an untimely death this morning. Not sure what her name was, but it was the best customer service I've ever experienced. Friendly, jolly, helpful, with no sneaky agenda or annoying sales pitches.

@VodafoneUK after weeks of trying to resolve an account mistake on your part (charging me £70 for a £8 plan) I have had no response despite me spending 4 hours on live chat and three hours on phone, so I am now going to cancel my direct debit so you don’t take the money .
