This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

@VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

Just found out something really annoying - numbers you block can still leave you voicemails on @VodafoneUK. A customer who has suspected dementia and has gotten hold of my personal number instead of using the work one, but apparently the only option is to report to police?!

Half an hour wait to get through to @VodafoneUK + 5 minutes security checks etc, only to be told system's down & can I call again? "Could you call me? I don't want to waste another half hour". "Not possible, I'm afraid" "You're a telecoms company, and you can't call me back..?!"

Absolute dog **** of a service from @VodafoneUK promised deal would stay in place for new contract by at least 2 members of staff and new upgrade handset would be sent out once back in stock, this was confirmed twice to me and now they say I have to start the application again!
