Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

My sim is disconnected and reconnected to solve signal issues which it didn't resolve and not my bill is £18 a month higher because the person who disconnevted it removed the discount!
