@EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I have just had a call from a lady talking to me about renewing my sim only contract. A) it’s not due to renew until September and B) surely this is non essential work and that lady should be at home safe and not working unnecessarily. #StayAtHome #protectyourstaff

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@VodafoneUK I have made a formal complaint to you and was told a 48 hour window of when you would contact me back. I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

@VodafoneUK 16th Feb I requested a NUC, this was closed as the IMEI I was told was wrong, but it wasn't. I started a chat (ref 765999188094163848) with support on the 22nd who submitted a new request and told me it will be fixed in 72 hours, 10 days later I am still waiting

Hey @dpd_support if I have a courier due to deliver something is it possible to know an estimate on the day it will be due? @VodafoneUK are saying I will only find out 30 minutes before & there's no way around this? Not ideal for keyworkers & I've never known this to be the case.
