This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

@VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK I was due to get b/band installed today but got SMS to say it won't happen (understandable) & will now be on 29th - fully 10 days later! Why can't it be delayed by 1 day? My current service is due to end today. What am I supposed to do in the meantime?
