    @VodafoneUK after 4 separate occasions of our phone line going down an engineer finally decided the line at the end of our road was close to blowing, got that sorted... now we have no internet at all. What the hell is going on! Vodafone internet and phone line not fit for purpose

    If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and youโ€™ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid ยฃ93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @RussellHastings @VodafoneUK Been with them years too and got three lines with them and yet it counts for nothing when you have an issue .... Iโ€™ve said every time one of the lines is due an upgrade that Iโ€™m going elsewhere but then like a numpty I stay with them....

    @VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.

    @VodafoneUK 5 months of worsening signal in Somerset. Support say no issues, but field readings show RSRP -123 dBm & SINR -0.3 dB. I have the data. Can someone actually investigate?

    @VodafoneUK My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is included with my contract and shows active on the Vodafone webpage but not on the APP, but my Microsoft account says the subscription expired on Feb 3. I need help to sort this as I can't play games on Xbox App due to "no subscription".
