No wonder companies get bad reviews 2 days @VodafoneUK to get contract sorted Email to CEO office @CEOemail didn't really care. Then get told by sales can't port my mobile number to @VOXI_UK for better deal, even though its the same company 🙄 Check Google, yes Training needed

@VodafoneUK disgusting customer service. Several phone contracts with them for years. A phone stops working after 9 months and they refuse to repair it. They say it’s impact damage from opening and closing a flipphone. You can’t use it without opening and closing it.

@VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK you try to justify putting phone bills up by 8% saying its investment into making the company better but then offer free coffees almost every other Friday. Cut out the free crap and spam texts, just lower bills? No need to keep jump on the band wagon and up prices

@VodafoneUK terrible customer service.....still waiting for my refund 2 months later...happy to take the money incorrectly but very slow giving it back...I will email every day until you give me my moeny back with compensation for lost funds...I wonder if you will reply!!!!!
