I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

@VodafoneUK I went to pay my bill, once I put in my details I was taken to a screen that said that there was an issue and to refresh and try again. Pressed refresh, asked to pay bill again, so I did and the same thing happened. Checked my bank and I've been charged twice.

@jellymalin @VodafoneUK They should transfer you straight through to the team and they will do it directly over the phone with you. Maybe even the team leader/ manager of the direct billing team could take the line out of contract and pass you through retentions who will cancel the line for you
