.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

@VodafoneUK No it doesn’t work because you want to send a text to a SIM card that is not working ‘for security’. It’s a brand new PAYG SIM card so what security is there to pass!? This is for Ukrainian refugees. Your offer to them is completely empty. Extremely disappointing.
