Wow... @VodafoneUK have got to have the worst costumer care / technical team around. Had to make the same call 6 times in as many days and still not fixed the issue. New network needed I think. 🤬

@VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

Working from home due to the snow but @VodafoneUK broadband isn't working. Call helpline, automated system says problem in the area, theyre "working on it". it hung up without option to speak to anyone.Down at 9pm last night ETA fix 6pm. Refund for the 21hrs without service? 🤔

@VodafoneUK Yes phone and app fully updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, Im using an iphone 14 pro max, its not a problem my end, ive tried whilst on 4G and wifi connected, always get error messages, it clearly states your having technical difficulties yet Im the one its costing!
