My advice would be to 100% avoid Vodafone services @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

However, can't fault BT for being VERY (too) persistent in trying to win us back.
