Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

Kav (@GrumpyKav) reported@VodafoneUK Have waited, heard nothing still have same issue. WiFi is not visible on the laptop. It sees multiple wi-fi's and connects to my phone hotspot but the broadband WiFi keeps disappearing from its list of available connections.
