    So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

    @virginmedia boasts and brags about their hub 3 being the best ever, the only thing they are the best ever at is the amount of times they go offline, thankfully @VodafoneUK has a decent network i am able to stay online unlike my hub3

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Lauren in your Buchanan street Glasgow store total waste of time given wrong information and kept waiting over 30 mins and provided with no assistance what so ever left the store with the advice to phone customer service

    .@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

    @VodafoneUK When I'm in an area that has 4G and full signal why do I have Internet speeds that predate Dail up? Can't even load Google without the Web page timing out

    @VodafoneUK If you cannot tailor the messages (bearing in mind that you must know both the device and the usage on your own network) then this is SPAM. Stop SPAMMING. It is not a matter of me opting out, it is a matter of you stopping doing it for all of your customer base.
