@VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

They didn't and I ended going Inn shop they closed when I said I'd take it further! If no joy contact your Local trading standards!
