@MichaelLCrick Sorry Michael but everyone knows that the @VodafoneUK shops are a TOTAL disaster and you must never ever try to have any dealings with them at all. It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK zone 01 London service gone to **** in recent months? 4G / 4 bars no internet, contently drops to two bars and frequently cuts out when on calls and on social and surfing! 🤯 …And they want more money from us to improve the service!! 😭

I really don’t know what I’m paying for with @VodafoneUK anymore you binned the Wi-Fi on the tube (and I barely ever use the jubilee so cut the crap that that has 5G) and the international data on Vodafone ES was utter rubbish. Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

Is anyone else finding @VodafoneUK service in #London shockingly bad over the last few weeks ? It may say 4G but it has all the speed of Edge. Oh and it’s not my devices as they worked a treat roaming in Paris.

@VodafoneUK Talking to customer servive. So our order was cancelled because Vodafone wanted to keep the same landline no and the system kept rejecting the order. We never asked to keep the landline no and were never asked if we wanted to (especially as we don't use our landline).

I sent a message to @VodafoneUK to say they don't answer calls. They said "If you wish to cancel your Vodafone home broadband contract, you will need to give us a call at 03333040191." Typically useless.

@VodafoneUK Worst customer service ever. Trying to cancel a new broadband contract (WEB-0001000021386347) in 14-day cancellation time, but they're utterly useless! No one answers, online chat doesn't work and when you do get through, they don't do what was promised. Never again!!

@VodafoneUK I've never experience this much frustration with any other service in my life. Not only the internet speed in unacceptable, Vodafone will do anything not to attend you and to not be accountable. It's like dealing with CADIVI (only Venezuelans will understand)
