@VodafoneUK for the 2nd day running, your ‘customer care’ team have failed to call me back at the agreed time so that they can discuss my complaint and try to prevent me from cancelling my contracts. My complaint was about the customer service I received!

@ThreeUKSupport This is no use. I want to speak with a manager and they just tell me they can’t as managers don’t speak to people on the phone. Never had issues with @VodafoneUK like this. I’ll be heading right back to them as soon as I can. I’ll never be using three again.

@VodafoneUK @PhilTelesAmaro Phil did you get your issue resolved? We’ve had constant issues with our gigacube from Vodafone. They promise phone calls from their tech team, which never happen. Turn it on and off helps for about 5 mins then back to below 1GB here! Of course during the trial 14 days it was ok
