    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    I really don’t know what I’m paying for with @VodafoneUK anymore you binned the Wi-Fi on the tube (and I barely ever use the jubilee so cut the crap that that has 5G) and the international data on Vodafone ES was utter rubbish. Struggled to get a signal much of the time.

    @VodafoneUK Can you sort out your app and online accounts? Both myself and my Husband upgraded a couple of weeks ago and now we can't see our data usage. Keep getting fobbed off by customer support. They don't appear to understand the issue...

    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    Is anyone else finding @VodafoneUK service in #London shockingly bad over the last few weeks ? It may say 4G but it has all the speed of Edge. Oh and it’s not my devices as they worked a treat roaming in Paris.

    @VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told “no known problems”.

    @VodafoneUK : Got email saying my house move is completed but the broadband is not working. Earlier in the day Open reach engineer said the point is faulty in the hub which was assigned to us and he has updated Vodafone. Trying chat call but no one is reachable, can you help plz

    Another night of @VodafoneUK technical support calls. 2MBPs mobile speed is unacceptable for 4G. 72 hours after elevation to Higher Tech Team...radio silence from Vodafone. Called tech support, still no explanation as to why no contact....now another 72 hour wait begins!

    @VodafoneUK he said he always thought about it as I was the topic of fantasy conversations between guys at work. He even tried to order me food to my house and take me out because he felt bad for me loosing my job because he didn’t expect it. How SICKENING!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve sorted it now, the problem has been on going for 2 years. In the end I gave up because I’m not an engineer with 6 hands. I will see if I actually get a call back on Saturday for the guy I spoke to. Not hopeful as I never get a call back, ever. Hence why I gave up in the end
