@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

Have had the most horrific customer experiences in my life with @vodafoneuk @vodafonegroup what should have been a simple task of cancelling an unused contract (5th attempt) - the chat operative took nearly two hours trying to sell other products & call operator just hung up! 😡

@sanjlal @VodafoneUK Don’t do it. Connection is unstable, customer service is sporadic and you’re never fed the truth. Our Internet went down a few months ago (and again today) and every time you get told different things, poor weather; line down, engineers upgrading, your own router fault etc.
