    Anyone who’s followed our tedious frustrating saga w @VodafoneUK’s lack of service this week - I reassembled router myself yday (necessity mother of invention) & now working again. Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

    Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 5G in August 2020 and in December 2020 the phone failed with a black screen. Phone repaired by Vodafone but still faulty. They suggested another repair instead of replacing the phone. Appalling customer service.

Further, it is atrocious that the only way we could get through to a non-automated advisor via phone call was to say we wanted an upgrade. All other options that may be problems to solve or not result in direct profit to lead to the website.
