    @elhussieny_h @VodafoneUK Whatever you do, don’t sign a contract with Vodafone. You’ll get terrible customer service and be told you owe money that you don’t. Go to EE or Three instead. But not Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK worst customer experience of any biz I’ve ever dealt with. Accused me of lying, sent me in-store for no reason, data breaches, hours lost trying to transfer ownership, mis-selling, awful complaint handling. Can’t wait for our biz contracts to expire. Appalling. (End.)

    @VodafoneUK We have already done that many times and have screen grabs showing the social media team confirming there’s nothing to pay but the customer relations department still he has £600 to pay. We are taking the story to your CEO and the national media if not sorted by next weekend.

    @SurbitonMoan got an update from #EE re lack of signal: they can’t send engineers to fix it due to H&S. so this is first to fix. Next update 12 Nov. No hurry there!!! Glad have moved to @VodafoneUK

    @RiannaLillian @nicoleleeox @VodafoneUK I had the worst experience with Vodafone, they ruined my credit rating after the security check failed to complete and they advised me to keep the handset. When I tried to return it, they charged me for the full 2 year contract and blacklisted me 😩 ombudsman had to sort it out x

    @VodafoneUK You still can't resolve the issue, still saying you need to send A THIRD engineer out to confirm the problem is with the router again. Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Are your routers made of GOLD? #joke

    Disappointed that as a new customer @VodafoneUK has not responded to either of the two emails I have sent them recently. Such poor customer service. That will teach me. Stay with @EE next time. Ofcourse Vodaphone could respond asap to my emails chasing a £75 voucher they owe me!
