Most of the time @VodafoneUK signal is so poor that I'm unable to stream @netflix or @YouTube. Using social media is a struggle... yet I have NO RIGHTS. Technically this should be classified as fraud. Obtaining monies for goods unfit for purpose. The system has failed.

@VodafoneUK Like I said... I can't leave even if I wanted because I've still got nearly 12 months left, so if I cancel the direct debit it'll affect my credit score. And Vodafone refuses to help me, I've asked numerous times... The next 12 months can't come soon enough.

@VodafoneUK very disappointed with your service. I upgraded mine and my daughter's phones online via a Tobi chat yesterday. Today one is delivered by Dpd, but no sign of the other one. Did a Tobi adviser chat and adviser said delivery of 2nd phone set as priority. ????

@VodafoneUK offer broadband deals online which have been impossible to join. I have been trying for a week. The error message gave me a number to call but as its an online deal they weren't able to help. ONLINE DOESNT WORK! Any ideas @VodafoneUK or do I find a different provider?
