@VodafoneUK I requested an unlock code for iPhone 6 but VF emailed me IMEI provided is invalid. Whole day gone to to waste escalating this issues. Still no solution. Can someone help?

@VodafoneUK I’ve called 191 numerous times a day for 4 consecutive days & an auto msg is continually telling me they’re unable to take my call!I’ve been having issues with my new plan for a month now & it’s still not been sorted!! Please could someone help me/ this is ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK trying to argue with me about something their system messed up with despite showing them all evidence from my side. When u allow systems to generate things and no checks/balances to make sure the customer received the email etc but want to harass said customer.

@VodafoneUK Wow nearly 3 weeks & still no joy with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz who obviously don’t give a damn about UK 🇬🇧 customers. Even complaints department haven’t resolved (also not based in UK!) just going round & round in circles. Absolutely pathetic #CustomerService #couldntgiveadamn
