    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodaphone4 @VodafoneIN worst customer service !!! Paying lots for the service !! Barring my phone anytime they wish for no reason !! Telling me they made a mistake twice ... and I need to wait for 24 or 48 hours to invader it !! The manager can’t talk

    Odd how @VodafoneUK able to activate an end-of-trial charge in 8 days, but block all routes to end it with a variety of errors ranging from 502 Bad Gateway over their own 4G to Number not registered on their website and URL error on the help link #techShambles

    @VodafoneUK Not really! You're penalising me for getting a better price even though I would be staying on your network! You can organise an immediate transfer to another network. And even if I kept the new number I would still have 2 contracts to pay for for 30 days

    @DarrenGuy @VodafoneUK Got through to a human (who was rather nice) after 5 minutes of "I'm sorry, I don't recognise that... press 1 for mobile and 2 for broadband" I'm pressing 2 on a Vodafone phone on a Vodafone network and Vodafone can't recognise it... Aargh. Cancelled now.

    @VodafoneUK No, the issue was in Turkey, we could not get home internet for 4 days(96 hours), they said they will give 6 months blue tv and gb internet for our mobile phones for free, but we could not get these gifts

    @VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Just went into a branch to buy an s21 ultra and accessories out right which is the best part of £1000 and to be told that I have to pay an extra £10 on a sim card which I'm never going to use and wouldn't sell me the phone with out it. I'll buy it else where.
