    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodaphone4 @VodafoneIN worst customer service !!! Paying lots for the service !! Barring my phone anytime they wish for no reason !! Telling me they made a mistake twice ... and I need to wait for 24 or 48 hours to invader it !! The manager can’t talk

    @VodafoneUK I like your new pricing structure, separating the phone cost from the plan cost. Much better knowing the phone cost will just drop off when paid for, should help with retention. I don't like that phone plan 36 months by default to make it look cheaper than it is.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, When is your network outage going to be fixed for Preesall, FY60RS. It's been really bad signal for the past few days now. It's that bad I can't even play YouTube videos at 480p and it's constantly disconnecting.

    @VodafoneUK left your broadband service in April for better speeds at a better price my Vodafone app was disabled by you no letters I receive a msg from my credit score today that you are giving me negative for unpaid bill yet when I log in no bill outstanding this is not right

    @VodafoneUK It wasn’t a disconnection I was hung up on multiple times, I have been robbed of £2880 over a 2 year period I don’t think you have even bothered to read my tweets once this is sorted you have lost a customer and hopefully any good reputation @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup
