@VodafoneUK I’ve called 191 numerous times a day for 4 consecutive days & an auto msg is continually telling me they’re unable to take my call!I’ve been having issues with my new plan for a month now & it’s still not been sorted!! Please could someone help me/ this is ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK Moving (now moved) I cancel account over phone -broadband & landline. Account does not end until 19/8. But I won’t be there. Advised put a block on phone and broadband service. Ring on or soon after day of moving. Like today. Tried. End up account reactivated. Hell.

@M0TCB @VodafoneUK I’ve literally had the same problem tonight - absolutely ridiculous! I was put on hold for an hour and half and then the agent cut the phone off telling me her shift had ended when I was trying to get through to a manager - I then called the complaints like to be told the same
