    @VodafoneUK your customer service is atrocious. My account number is 176815891 and I’m without broadband for over a month. After spending another 30 minutes this evening with your customer advisors who clearly don’t have access to all the relevant records - it can’t be explained

    @VodafoneUK I’ve called 191 numerous times a day for 4 consecutive days & an auto msg is continually telling me they’re unable to take my call!I’ve been having issues with my new plan for a month now & it’s still not been sorted!! Please could someone help me/ this is ridiculous!

    @VodafoneUK I requested an unlock code for iPhone 6 but VF emailed me IMEI provided is invalid. Whole day gone to to waste escalating this issues. Still no solution. Can someone help?

    hi @VodafoneUK I work over the north west, the site im on ATM gets 4G on the iPad but only 3G on the iPhone. Im using my iPad a lot more now an I only have 20GB of data. I have unlimited on my iPhone and used close to 1TB last month Can you help im running out of data on my iPad
