    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodaphone4 @VodafoneIN worst customer service !!! Paying lots for the service !! Barring my phone anytime they wish for no reason !! Telling me they made a mistake twice ... and I need to wait for 24 or 48 hours to invader it !! The manager can’t talk

    @VodafoneUK an engineer has been to my property again and agrees there is a fault with the new router you sent only 10 days ago! How long will I have to wait for a new one? Seriously thinking of taking my custom elsewhere. Disgraceful service

    @VodafoneUK here's a great idea. Stop cutting off your customers' ability to sms in places where you still don't provide proper network signal. Especially as #pandemic Test & Trace is by sms. & 2-step verification is becoming essential for, like, everything.

    @VodafoneUK can you tell me why you are still billing my parents each month for a Internet service.they have a disconnection notice in writing from November 2019-Since then you have been billing them each month and it now stands at £255 and you keep sending threatening letters

    @VodafoneGroup & @VodafoneUK are you aware of the amount of disappointed customers @Vodafone_GR is creating ?? We are facing #again an issue here in Greece with NO INTERNET , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and of course NO IDEA of when we will return back to normal.

    Been with @VodafoneUK many years! Even have four contracts with them, first time ever I’ve broken my phone and they want to charge £170 for an early upgrade where is customer loyalty gone absolute con artists

    @VodafoneUK why won't you answer telephone calls? How do I activate a sim, when I don't know the number? & why isn't the number on the sim or box? Your customer service is shocking.
