@VodafoneUK I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated to be lied to about the cancellation of my order. I was told the product was discontinued and had my order cancelled and yet the product was never removed from your website and now today I find it's back in stock.

@VodafoneUK Sorted now - apparently there was an engineer at the mast; maybe switched it off while doing some work. Your service checker said our service strength was "good" when it was non-existent, but it's back again now.

@VodafoneUK So been directed to a chat link that I have already used and then directed to another chat link which I have also used. Issue still not resolved let's be honest. It's not a priority. I'll contact the support team to arrange the device to be returned and to get a full refund.

@VodafoneUK If it helps, I live in Dundee in Scotland. I would check the network checker but it crashes or blocks me out. I'm an anxiety ridden neurodivergent, I've tried every method of fixing this that didn't involve human contact.

@VodafoneUK honestly, your level of customer service is unacceptable. I can't get to speak or chat with anyone and your advice in the chatbot is useless. Is there a way to DM or chat or speak with a person who can check what the problem is?

@VodafoneUK I got your "treat" today in email form... notifying me of an 8.2 % raise on my monthly plan. Add in the re introduction of roaming charges in the EU I think it's safe to assume what you can do with your gimmicks 😡
