@VodafoneUK I am really trying to upgrade my sim deal and every time I use your website either on desktop or my mobile, the button on the website doesn't work - a no entry sign appears. I have tried for the last week daily. Come on! Please sort the back-end of your website out.

I supported #WFH initially and still believe that it can work but clearly customer facing roles like @VodafoneUK it does not. The #customerexperience is shocking @AhmedShelbaya
