    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodaphone4 @VodafoneIN worst customer service !!! Paying lots for the service !! Barring my phone anytime they wish for no reason !! Telling me they made a mistake twice ... and I need to wait for 24 or 48 hours to invader it !! The manager can’t talk

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Blacklisted my phone by mistake!! Manager promised that it is going to be done by today and he didn’t do it !! That’s not a great service for your customers for 15 years !!!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve called 191 numerous times a day for 4 consecutive days & an auto msg is continually telling me they’re unable to take my call!I’ve been having issues with my new plan for a month now & it’s still not been sorted!! Please could someone help me/ this is ridiculous!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is atrocious. My account number is 176815891 and I’m without broadband for over a month. After spending another 30 minutes this evening with your customer advisors who clearly don’t have access to all the relevant records - it can’t be explained

    @VodafoneUK I booked an engineer to come and install Vodafone Fibre in my house. No one showed. I spent hours getting through and speaking to customer service who EVENTUALLY told me an engineer would call me within 48 hours. Again nothing. Please can someone contact me urgently!!
