@VodafoneUK I’ve called 191 numerous times a day for 4 consecutive days & an auto msg is continually telling me they’re unable to take my call!I’ve been having issues with my new plan for a month now & it’s still not been sorted!! Please could someone help me/ this is ridiculous!

@Randomsol1 @VodafoneUK It has just been resolved. More than 4 hours after I raised the matter as urgent. People clearly did not know what they were doing and if it was not on a crib sheet they could not help further. Be interested to read their pitch for the job. Very poor and slow service.
