    @VodafoneUK I’ve called 191 numerous times a day for 4 consecutive days & an auto msg is continually telling me they’re unable to take my call!I’ve been having issues with my new plan for a month now & it’s still not been sorted!! Please could someone help me/ this is ridiculous!

    @VodafoneUK I requested an unlock code for iPhone 6 but VF emailed me IMEI provided is invalid. Whole day gone to to waste escalating this issues. Still no solution. Can someone help?

    @VodafoneUK I was just wondering if there's an issue with 4G at the minute? Only getting 1-2mbps speeds which is a lot slower than usual - normally lightning fast ⚡

    @VodafoneUK I have been without signal for four days because I ended my contract. I was told this would be reinstated after 48hrs, four days later nothing. I rely on my phone for work and my safety as this is my source of contact as I work from home. I have no meant to call you!

    @VodafoneUK My phone bill is £71. It should be £56. I sent my s10+ back but a month after Vodafone signed for the delivery I'm told you haven't recieved the phone. Could i have the number of the the trade in discounts/Customer service department as i have proof of delivery too 🙄

    I've been on all the major networks, and all have problems, but holy **** @VodafoneUK you've set the bar so low you've had to dig into the ground. Getting 5g on an existing account should be just a case of inserting. New aim. What an abject failure.

    How is it possible for a multi million pound organisation like @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK to have such awful customer service. Do you not understand the concept attached to providing an effective 'sales process'? New case study for my students to evaluate
