    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Blacklisted my phone by mistake!! Manager promised that it is going to be done by today and he didn’t do it !! That’s not a great service for your customers for 15 years !!!

    So it has now been three weeks and @VodafoneIreland still has not ported over my number. They don't seem to have any customer care team & I've already went back to the store and it still hasn't been fixed. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneCust

    @VodafoneUK For some reason, my direct debit for my device plan was cancelled (not by me), it’s due tomorrow as far as I know, how do I go about sorting it because obviously that’s a big problem if you’re unable to take the payment on time.

    @myPhilTaylor @VodafoneUK So glad it’s not just me! I’ve had it for a month or two - as has my boss who does the same Vodafone UK eSIM/ local physical SIM trick - been driving us mad as it suddenly started after years of no issues.

    @VodafoneUK when promised repeatedly this month sort out my installation (initially due 07/12) with a new date, only to be told of one **** up after another at each call to wait another 24 hrs. CEO complaint needed to get sorted I feel! 😧

    @myPhilTaylor @VodafoneUK I switched off automatic network selection for my eSIM and left it on Sure. Used to have no problem with the default settings but since getting bombarded with texts I just leave it one the one network now.
