@VodafoneUK Yes I’ve been on the phone 3 days for over an hour at a time. They sent me troubleshooting texts & none helped. It is now not notifying me if messages or WhatsApp’s. It’s very frustrating! I should be sent a new device. I’ve been a customer over 20 years.

@VodafoneUK We have to cancel our Vodafone contract due to it not being in the area we are moving to. Vodafone are cancelling but we need one months notice. We wasn't told that.

@VodafoneUK Your top up service is shocking I have £50 taken from one card nothing credited to the Vodafone account £25 pending on another card and nothing credited to the account and been told to call back when the statements come in

@James_Clements @VodafoneUK Thanks James, I’m beginning think you are right. I spent two hours on hold trying to get to speak to someone before giving up. What kind of company does a hard search for a £19 a month broadband contract. It’s ridiculous. I’ll just email and tell them to cancel my order.
