@VodafoneUK I’ve called 191 numerous times a day for 4 consecutive days & an auto msg is continually telling me they’re unable to take my call!I’ve been having issues with my new plan for a month now & it’s still not been sorted!! Please could someone help me/ this is ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK I requested an unlock code for iPhone 6 but VF emailed me IMEI provided is invalid. Whole day gone to to waste escalating this issues. Still no solution. Can someone help?

@VodafoneUK I never received a notice to pay a cancellation fee for my old service, and now have CCS Collect robo calling me only to be put straight on hold and never getting through to a human. Any chance we can resolve this matter as I can't get ahold of anyone at CCS collect?

@VodafoneUK My speeds haven't been back on track since about July of last year. You offered a minimum speed of 22Mbps back in March 2021, your website suggests I'll be lucky to get over 9Mbps now, if I was a new customer. I am talking to one if your reps though, for the 3rd time.
