    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Blacklisted my phone by mistake!! Manager promised that it is going to be done by today and he didn’t do it !! That’s not a great service for your customers for 15 years !!!

    @VodafoneUK To be fair I did do this 3-4 weeks ago and was told by your colleagues that there was a known issue that was being resolved - clearly still not resolved though!

    .@VodafoneUK it is again saying there is an emergency and no customer service allowed. Same message I was getting all day Friday despite being tweeted the opposite. This is ringing 191 repeatedly from my Vodafone mobile.
