    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Blacklisted my phone by mistake!! Manager promised that it is going to be done by today and he didn’t do it !! That’s not a great service for your customers for 15 years !!!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodaphone4 @VodafoneIN worst customer service !!! Paying lots for the service !! Barring my phone anytime they wish for no reason !! Telling me they made a mistake twice ... and I need to wait for 24 or 48 hours to invader it !! The manager can’t talk

    @Grace_Harman @shanygujjar @VodafoneUK End of November ago I ordered a phone direct from Apple as I wasn’t confident I’d get one in 2020 otherwise. It arrived on Friday which is great but now Vodafone are too incompetent to be able to cancel my order... Didn’t web chat and called but it’s still live 😠

    @VodafoneUK absolutely diabolical service, my 70 year old mum tried to joined as a customer on the 14th November with her old number and she still has no service and they still can’t fix it after all the false promises. Help!!

    @VodafoneUK hi! I claimed a reward yest on app and had an hour to use but by the time I went to till the app was not working and now I lost the code it says already used. Is it possible to get another one please?? I did not utilise the code as app was down

    @VodafoneUK This is a joke of a company. Whether via phone, live chat, or twitter chat, it's really just a waste of time... told "you are a valued customer", sure doesn't feel like it. promised compensation after 10d no broadband but upon contact told "just wait to see how much"
