    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Blacklisted my phone by mistake!! Manager promised that it is going to be done by today and he didn’t do it !! That’s not a great service for your customers for 15 years !!!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodaphone4 @VodafoneIN worst customer service !!! Paying lots for the service !! Barring my phone anytime they wish for no reason !! Telling me they made a mistake twice ... and I need to wait for 24 or 48 hours to invader it !! The manager can’t talk

    Horrendous customer service @VodafoneUK You've text us to say our PIN has been changed and to Contact you if we haven't. But we can't find anyway to speak to someone to report that we haven't.

    @VodafoneUK Such a shame that you try to rip ur customers off by offering something which is available at half price elsewhere. Buying online is a scam and when you go and report it in form of so called "Complaint" they come and give you the answer tht they cant do anything.🤬😡

    @VodafoneUK Please someone at Vodafone how do I resolve a complaint when no one at Vodafone will take ownership, I cannot log in to any account as my account was closed in November and equally I cannot telephone as it does not identify me....!!!!

    @VodafoneUK @vodafoneUK. Evertime I call u do something amazing.confuse the hell out of me. Yes you can upgrade and this is the fee. We may be able to reduce but can’t tell you to what...and the discussion I have just had about rolling data was on a new level.. shocking service as expected
