Imagine paying for a phone you can't use. Every time I try to get a replacement sim and sim card tray for my phone, they send a security code to my number (WHICH I DON'T HAVE ANYMORE) like what else can I do. Its like every other day I have a issue with this service @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK No point I’ve ordered with o2 as it will be delivered next day . Unlike your warehouse which is still claiming they have “issues” 4 weeks delay on iPad Pro . No one can answer when it will be delivered so I have cancellled all contacts with you. Sorry but terrible service today

@VodafoneUK @HannahShort97 In other words... No. They just ask people to DM rather than giving answer. The DM will be the same as you've been told on phone and chat *There was an issue at the warehouse but should be on its way now, I will put it on priority request*... 3 weeks later still nothing
