@Nizbit23 @VodafoneUK I've got my PAC code and going to look elsewhere. The thing is one of my Twins is head of IT contracts for a company and she told them about the bad service I've had and now as they were looking for a new provider they've decided to set up with EE.

@IamAdamLFC @VodafoneUK 30yrs with them, your good Adam, I found them to be the most expensive out of the original 4, O2 for me been with them a good 20yrs never had any issues

@VodafoneUK According to Katie (who called me) I won't be able to have the service until CityFibre wire the service shaft inside my building. I'm very upset as I took an afternoon off work for the installation and had no communication from Vodafone about the cancellation of my service. 1/2

@VodafoneUK 15 days ago data issue started, multiple calls/chats and DMs just been told to call complaints and case handler will be assigned - had comp no for 14 days already but no case handler or update on it?! A communications company???
