@VodafoneUK absolute *******, sending my Gran on a wild goose chase where she goes into the store, they give her a number and for MONTHS the number says they can’t help right now. Back to the shop and they give you the number again. At least muggers tell you they’re mugging you

@VodafoneUK 2/2 If delays in warehouse is code fir we didn't order enough stock, be honest, let us know time to fix and make it up to us. Saying nothing and giving no timescale is really frustrating!

@wshiells @VodafoneUK Exactly same for me. For the last month I've had issues regarding upgrades... And each phone call has ended with me being told I will revieve an update in the next 24 hours.. and nothing ever comes back so have to call them again, to be told the same again

@VodafoneUK 1/2 I suspect no-one will reply to this as you've ignored all 3 of my previous messages but just in case. 1) If 'delays in the warehouse' means incident like fire, storm, flood, IT failure, let us know and a time to fix - stuff happens.
