    @VodafoneUK I requested an unlock code for iPhone 6 but VF emailed me IMEI provided is invalid. Whole day gone to to waste escalating this issues. Still no solution. Can someone help?

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodaphone4 @VodafoneIN worst customer service !!! Paying lots for the service !! Barring my phone anytime they wish for no reason !! Telling me they made a mistake twice ... and I need to wait for 24 or 48 hours to invader it !! The manager can’t talk

    @VodafoneUK That i was talking to myself (he wasn't there) i thought he gone, he then called me rude an i should call him mo an i insulted him, i think its the same person that demanded the mi fi device back immediately an couldn't wait to end the tarrif even though it was a faulty device

    @VodafoneUK Hi Stephanie, me again! The sim swap failed because the new plan was ordered through Carphone Warehouse, even though I told Carphone Warehouse that I have an existing plan and number through Vodafone How can I bring over my number to my new sim if sim swap doesn't work?
