    💯 will be leaving @VodafoneUK once my contract is up! Everytime I upgrade there is issue after issue and the customer service is shocking! I’m now stuck with a ridiculous phone bill that is going to leave me out of pocket every month for the next 2years 😡

    @GeorgeOnToast @VodafoneUK I haven’t had any problems with Sky, but I was paying £17 a month. I’m now out of contract and when I went on their live chat to ask about any deals they wanted £27! So I asked them to cancel it.

    @VodafoneUK what the hell is going on?? Phone and watch not getting service, I talk to someone to fix it and now I have emails saying I’ve reported device lost/stolen??!? NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL especially as it’s still not working!!!!

    Just been told by @VodafoneUK that it is too expensive for that massive company to send a router next day despite Jade needing internet to complete uni work before they can get us a router. Fantastically bad service from them yet again

    @Ch4d96 @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK seem to place higher in independent studies, and have much better indoor coverage, when i was with @ThreeUK i coudnt even get a signal in the St David shopping centre in Cardiff, very patch coverage with 3 in Wales, thats why i left and joined @VodafoneUK

    Would be useful if @GunwharfQuays had a single WiFi network covering all outlets. @VodafoneUK coverage pretty awful here. Surprising as major retail area PO1 3TZ

    @VodafoneUK Really fed up. Lodged a complaint after multiple attempts to fix change of SIM and keeping no. Now can access not. And my original no not carried over. C'mon Vodafone sort it out 😡🤬

    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

    @VodafoneUK The problem is with vodafone not others, its your webpage that says £100 amazon voucher, i would suggest this is a marketing ploy, purposely misleading customers, hoping they will sign up with vodafone and give up on the voucher

    @VodafoneUK That is not the problem. The problem is that if you are trying to sell me products that don't match my usage pattern or device then you are trying to sell them to other people too, who might not be as clear on what you are doing. You need to stop doing this altogether.

    Don’t you just love @VodafoneUK ? After speaking to a rude advisor who couldn’t care less resulting in giving 30 day notice to quit, they send me an email saying they are sorry to see me go and if there is anything they can do to keep me .. I’ve been with them since 1994.

    @VodafoneUK You have previously said you cannot help as it is not my account. The account holder doesn't have a phone as DPD have it in their depot and will not deliver it.
