This is the first time I’ve had a problem claiming £10 off my bill as you’re usually pretty quick doing it. I just didn’t realise it would take this long. I don’t understand what’s gone wrong as you can see from the screenshots that I claimed £10 off on the 4th May.

Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

I've been on EE and o2 in the past and Vodafone is by far the best network I've been on in Pompey. Gfs granddad house I couldn't get a signal inside for o2 but I get full connection with Vodafone.

I’m now stuck with a ridiculous phone bill that is going to leave me out of pocket every month for the next 2years 😡

Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all..
