    @VodafoneUK I asked 5 agents in chat to cancel my broadband order because the billing team wouldn't remove my roaming charges I got trying to sign up to broadband while I was away. I've still not received confirmation the order is cancelled

    Feel so down right now thanks to @VodafoneUK. Ignored my their Twitter team, their sale team was rude and their accounts team talked down to me for asking about my account. Never felt like a company wants to get rid of me so much as @VodafoneUK right now 😢

    @VodafoneUK So basically the manufacturer guarantee in this case is nonsense. You can see that I haven't caused this problem. I'm a victim of a poor product sold willingly by Vodafone. I can't believe it. This has never happened to me before... ever. 😐
