@VodafoneUK has let me down with installing my fibre and after essentially cutting my connection until my new router arrives I will have no internet for 5 days. So sadly no streams from me until next Wednesday.

I’ve been having issues with @VodafoneUK since I moved in November. Last month got a bill for £30 when my internet is £21 a month. Got it sorted, promised this would never happen again. This month? £50! I’ve absolutely had enough of this!

@VodafoneUK how can you justify increasing the entire bill due to "increased costs of running the network" when most people have a device included in their plan? Evo plan or not the increase should only apply to the airtime plan, this is a slap in the face to your customers.

Hey @VodafoneUK can I ask what’s is your customer service number from an mobile with another network as I know the 191 number but my mum who is the account holder for my Vodafone account & I am due upgrade in an few months time 👍

@John_Ogden @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Three is either famine or feast on data. I either get 300-800mbps or nothing. However it’s better than o2 for signal and where we live is the best signal randomly. I do feel your pain though. So many network issues where it should be fast but is so congested you get nothing

Very disappointed @VodafoneUK we paid for ultra fast broadband, we had our installation on Thursday... and @CityFibre fault means we have no service... and the best we can hope for is someone to call me back NEXT Thursday! Not good enough!

@MoneySavingExp Hey MSE, I joined @VodafoneUK broadband via your site. Are you aware how dreadful they are! No broadband, telephone switched off, no date to fix & appalling customer service when you can eventually get through. How do I escalate this??
