    @AffordableMob @VodafoneUK please can you help? Wife sent faulty so returned and cancelled and told she remains without her number back for another 2 weeks - (makes total 4 weeks). Surely you can do it quicker?

    @VodafoneUK I wouldn't trust this company. Have had 2 new phones with them and both have had manufacturing faults. warranty void they hunt for unseen issues. problem has been found somewhere else on the phone that you have to search for with a special light. It had a broken hinge

    @VodafoneUK speak with your call handlers please!! Been a customer 20+ years to be cut off after 61 minutes on hold. Called back, hit upgrade option, answered straight away to tell me they couldn't help!!!!!! FURIOUS
