    @VodafoneUK Hi I need to amend my DD to a new bank account. I tried to do it online but they had trouble checking my details. I called, as instructed, but when you choose ‘amend DD’ as an option on the call, you get sent an automated text and the call ends. Please assist.

    @VodafoneUK maybe the worst experience with customer service today. After a month of hell. 1 person hung up while being transferred to the cancellation team. 1 person put me on hold and never returned. #cancellation #poorcustomerservice #letmego

    @VodafoneUK @WeAreOpenreach my situation in getting my broadband order fulfilled at new address is becoming impossible. We get a different excuse every 2 days since 13th March with seemingly no hope of resolution. We need to know when we will be connected. @MartinSLewis help!!

    @TheBearBoo @VodafoneUK Nice. I can't believe they said that. It's only fair for you to be able to cancel a contract if they haven't been able to provide you with a service. Companies think contracts are only one way. But that contract is for the company as well, as a promise to provide their service.
