Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MathewMidgley Mathew Midgley (@MathewMidgley) reported

@KLeer1929 @VodafoneUK I got the same yesterday, Vodafone told me its an issue with my account and they are looking in to it but seems to be happening to a lot of people

  • AdamHayson Adam (@AdamHayson) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi Vikki. The only reason I said zero is because indoor 4g signal is non existent, despite living in greater Manchester. (No 5g in this area yet). I'm sure this isn't something you can help with, I just have to hope 5g penetrates walls better.

  • kimondo Pete Taylor (@kimondo) reported

When these drop outs became more frequent I reported the error to the @VodafoneUK help team in January - following the resetting the router / plugging it into the test socket checks I eventually got an @OpenreachHelp broadband engineer visit booked.

  • DorkyCharl charl (@DorkyCharl) reported

@VodafoneUK Oh, I know when it's you. I always check. It's just ironic that you guys are marked on your own network as potential fraud

  • Stillalseep john (@Stillalseep) reported

@MVZaveri @VodafoneUK The only issue you have is your broadband supplier is Vodafone. Get rid of that shitshow

  • RussellFox978 Russell Fox (@RussellFox978) reported

@DanTye3 @VodafoneUK Mate, go @EE all the way - and forces (serving) friendly. They need to do more work for the veteran community, though. As a very loyal customer, they're still not there yet 🤔

  • jayletay Jessica Taylor-Bearman (@jayletay) reported

@Hertfordshirean @VodafoneUK @ComplainingCow I agree but unfortunately I do not have the cognitive energy to write anything down at the moment.

  • nicks54321 Nick (@nicks54321) reported

@VodafoneUK looking to cancel my broadband and was on hold for 90 minutes still no joy

  • samlisterallen Sam Lister-Allen (@samlisterallen) reported

So yet again @VodafoneUK fails to do what it promised, terrible customer service, they certainly don't deserve customers being loyal.

  • mjmclassics Michael Millar (@mjmclassics) reported

@VodafoneUK I can't even dm you without going through an endless system of menus. I have issues with @VodafoneUK that fall into several of those categories. I just need to speak to someone who can sort everything out without spending 3 hours on the phone.
