    @VodafoneUK it would be good if your "dedicated team" and customer support gave us some indication what the problem is. Down for 4 hours and still no idea what the problem is. Well worth the price hike!

    @flyfour @VodafoneUK Yep there is certainly something they have broken internally, seems if you pull the wall connection the 4G uplink returns. Also odd that a lot of the diagnostic tools and the like are failing just now... likely a security certificate expiry or something! Oops

    @VodafoneUK We really need you and your team to get it together. You're 'investigating'...you're an ISP. This isn't happening on other networks. Your problem: fix it. Failing that, be honest and upfront with paying customers.

    @BenGy_Kent @VodafoneUK I find today's lack of info pretty shocking, but I have to say we've been with Vodafone broadband for 4 years now and this is the first full outage we've had. That said, a simple text to customers explaining and some better updates here would be a better way to treat customers

    @VodafoneUK TOBi asks to do a Broadband Service Test. Broadband Service Test fails with a fault.

    @VodafoneUK Can you give a further update when this is going to be sorted. I am a relatively new broadband customer & had issues when we first switched. Never had issues like this with our previous Broadband providers. I hope you will be automatically compensating broadband customers!
