Hey @VodafoneUK moving a complaint to the deadlock team when DPD has lost the parcel. Now you expec tthe customer to pay monthly for a phone they never collected? and you are offering £100 goodwill gesture but I am gonna have to continue paying for the phone which dpd lost????

@VodafoneUK I have spoken to 3 different people and when they can’t give me the same deal I can get elsewhere I ask to cancel my plan and they suddenly get disconnected! It’s also a nightmare to get through to anyone whether it’s the live chat or phone! Awful service!

@VodafoneUK @GoogleUK transaction. They told me to call Vodafone customer service. I call customer service, it tells me to go to vodafone dealers. Now they want 650 Turkish lira withdrawal fee from the contract. Vodafone is a company far from solving problems. Vodafone is trying to send customers ++

@VodafoneUK disgusting service,just got disconnected as online agents want to go home I assume!left with me no resolution& told me I pay £10 per month for apple pay when I use Samsung. left high and dry after 3 hours on chat.shocking service,hopefully the chat service is recorded

@VodafoneUK The phone still hasn't arrived and there's no update on when it will. Can you tell me if you have stock issues with the pixel 7 Pro? Weighing up whether to cancel or not. I upgraded due to the fact I could get it.
