@VodafoneUK Does anyone know when the signal near my house is going to be fixed because I'm literally paying g for a contract for nothing. Signal is appalling for calls and 4g I can't keep a phone conversation because it cuts out all the time . The area is DE553BU

  • enuffsa1d Steve Rogers (@enuffsa1d) reported

Just received @VodafoneUK bill for the inept Broadband I took out last March on the first lockdown. Since then the bill has been a different cost every month? I can't use my home phone or WiFi on my mobile or the signal is weaker still, it ends in August thank f*ck! #Vodafoney

  • GaliziaLello72 Anello Galizia (@GaliziaLello72) reported

@VodafoneUK is your 4G working properly? Yesterday and today my phone is absolutely brick slow when I try and use 4G. 🥺And yes I’ve switched my phone off and back on about a gazillion times! And no it’s not old. iPhone XR less than 2 years old.

  • NickHalls4 Nick Halls (@NickHalls4) reported

@VodafoneUK UPDATE: for Vodafone customers whose prices went up for no reason I’d recommend moving to any other network.... tricky part is actually getting hold of someone at Vodafone to sort this out. Less than 3 months into my contract and Vodafone is hiking prices. Very poor behaviour

  • BSoupream Bat Soupream (@BSoupream) reported

@VodafoneUK over 20 years a customer, tried to get a pac code, you have the wrong postcode, and can’t give me the code. Over an hour holding, filling out forms having to prove my address and still no code. How hard can you make it to leave?

  • lewisthepanther LewisTheMagpie #BruceOut (@lewisthepanther) reported

@VodafoneUK I’ve had enough. Absolute shambles. I have your super fast broadband and no one else is on anything and the connection is shite. I’ve contacted customer help 4+ times and they’ve told me to change a few numbers and stuff nothings working and it is getting ridiculous.

  • mussiona Iona Grant (@mussiona) reported
