@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Happened to me with @VodafoneAU They took over from Three, ruined the service, overcharged, lied. They were taken to court then begged their customers to return. Never again.

@GeorgeMonbiot @catherinerowett I had similar problems with @VodafoneUK years ago and swore not to go back. Funny enough my contract with my current supplier is up tomorrow. Good to be able to rule out 1 alternative. The use of debt collectors should be severely restricted. They are horrible bullies.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm sorry for your loss George. That's really an awful behaviour of #Vodafone. #TogetherWeCan, @VodafoneUK ? Together we can rip people off ?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Absolutely shocking and so distressing for you all. I can recommend O2 for being sympathetic and understanding when my husband had to cancel his Dad’s contract after he died (his mum has Alzheimer’s).

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Agree entirely - have had the worst customer experience ever with Voadafone. My issue had to be referred to the regulator and they were fined £500 for botching a simple number transfer. I would not take another contract out with them if they paid me. @VodafoneUK

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is utterly shocking, for most companies/services, a polite call with a copy of the death certificate would suffice. Lost my mum a year ago, admin stuff is horrible but usually efficient and courteous.

@GeorgeMonbiot @andy_williamson @VodafoneUK I give a companies customer service team one chance to listen and help sort a problem out. If they fail I email the CEO UK based. If that fails and it's a global company CEO of headquarters. And a solicitor.

Worst customer service on #vodafonebroadband from @VodafoneUK. I have made atleast 6 official fault complaints in the last 1.5 months but still the most pathetic service. I am planning to raise an official complaint with the FCA, does anybody want to join in with me?

@gitoma1 @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot It's a really strange way of a company telling thousands of people that they couldn't give a f**k about their complaint & to get f**ked...

@VodafoneUK This proves that the policy is designed not to resolve issues but always harass for money and escalate to debt collection. So if I give you my number I'm sure all that will happen is a Darlek will ring me asking me to pay you money. 3/3
