Hey @VodafoneUK, why does the Vodafone Broadband android app keep telling me that new devices have joined my network, only to list my existing devices (which I have given custom names to in the app) as new when I check what device it is?

Trying to resolve a signal issue with @VodafoneUK for over six months. They are supposed to be giving me compensation, but the signal so bad they can't even get through to me. Literally the worst phone provider in the UK. Terrible customer service

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Hi I would really appreciate any help as I contacted the help line beginning of July asking them to review and cancel the account but have had no resolution and VF have taken another months money out of the account. Vodafone Account number Last payment 29th July 2021. So upset!
