I have had a very unfortunate experience with @VodafoneUK today after many many years of being a loyal customer. I had been mis sold and as a customer have not been treated fairly. It is with a heavy heart that I must terminate my contract. Extremely disappointed.

@VodafoneUK I'm having problems with reception on phone, it's all garbled & impossible to understand,is there a reception problem in North Lincs area? It's not phone as I went to buy another! And the same result!

@chris_minns @VodafoneUK 33 for the phone and you can source your own sim card, depends on usage but the £8 one for me is plenty. Total 41 per month down from 65 and no 2 yr lock. Also the phone i went for was top price cos im a nerd ha

@VodafoneUK good to talk to 1 of your managers this evening. I hope he meant it about escalating my complaint to your back office team because I am unhappy about PAYG 1 being triggered without any usage. I expect a call back, an explanation and a refund of the latest £1 charge.

@VodafoneUK For someone who wanted to upgrade, I’ve been treated awfully! Spent time on the phone trying to sort out but hitting brick walls!! Want to cancel upgrade but won’t until I have new phone! When is that coming?? You guaranteed my phone today and guess what? Not delivered!! 💩

Does @vodafoneuk customer services actually exist? I've never had such bad customer service and I'm pretty old. Calling every month to try to resolve same problem. 45mins today. Not sorted.
