    @VodafoneUK How the mighty fall! Shortly after your new website was launched my key number just vanished from my account into thin air. My mobile was shut down. It's now been 5 days. What's going on? Dealing with India btw much less responsive than Egypt.

    Been a long while since I’ve had to the whole switching phone network process but I’ve just moved my mum’s phone from @VodafoneUK to @TalkmobileUK the whole process took 5 minutes at most

    @VodafoneUK I’ve had no service at home for over a week, I gave 3 phones with Vodafone, I go on website and keep getting the automated thing which doesn’t help me, please can someone contact me ASAP

    @VodafoneUK my contract runs out on Mar 22nd. Can I cancel it now as I have to give you 30 days notice? And is that the start of my 30 days for a pac code or does that begin after my contract ends.

    @VodafoneUK @danclyro That is an awful response after 24 hours of internet outage for an entire neighbourhood. It’s clearly not an issue with our routers...

    Is anyone else having issues with their @VodafoneUK network and then fobbed off by the customer service (first time in 9 years). I've not had signal on my phone in the village I live in for 11 days which isn't great when you're an essential worker in the middle of a pandemic.

    @stephent122 @VodafoneUK That's not good. I just put in a switch to them... I've messaged but no reply yet which is also not good. I'm seriously rethinking my options. There's nothing worse than poor service on all fronts....
