    @VodafoneUK Had ‘great’ assistance last night but not so much now it appears. This all started with the BOT so it willing to go there again. Just need some help and we’re getting very exasperated. Quick enough to take business but not so much when we want to leave

    @VodafoneUK The area I live in has had a problem with the 4g for 2 weeks I use a Gigacube which is very expensive, network status checker shows that all networks are effected Vodafone customer service can only state its maintenance and the engineers are working on it.

    @VodafoneUK I haven't. I keep contacting Vodafone, who are supposed to be providing the service. Apparently the warehouse needs restocking. And this was happening Tues/Wed just gone. I am apparently a priority expedited case. All I get is silence, unless I try and contact and lose hours.

    @VodafoneUK hi I used to get 5G full signal at BH15 1HZ for months now I get 3 bars on 4G have you turned off 5G here turn it back on

    @VodafoneUK Web chat eventually told him to go to store (surely there should be a contingency in the current climate). Store manager in Silverburn simply shrugged her shoulders and wouldn’t help. Now wants a PAC code and has same hurdles

    @VodafoneUK iv ordered a 30 day sim only plan yesterday tried to sign into my Vodafone app with the email I registered with and the password I was sent via email and won't let me sign in
