    @VodafoneUK disgusting how Voda treat their new customers. I lost earning of near £450 in this padamic and they go to me as a good will they will give me £50. Its disgusting and offensive due their error. Also they breached @GDPR by mention another customers names and info to me.

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service that you have for the elderly /vulnerable when their phone is damaged; ridiculous phone menus no shop to take it to; you promised couriers to collect it; no courier; and you ask us to buy and send them £10 phone to use but still no Repair?
