    @andrewellson @VodafoneUK Three is not great in harringay. In fact it's bad in most of zone 1 except where you are near a 5g mast, then it's insanely quick.

    @VodafoneUK I did this last year and was told you were improving the signal after a problem. When nothing improved I complained again and was told Vodafone do not guarantee signal in the home. So can you explain what is the point of complaining again?

    Thanks to the shittiest customer service employees and its stupid policies of @VodafoneUK I lost my number which I have been using for 13 years! Worst customer service ever and talentless staff pool! I will take this to @CitizensAdvice! #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I have tried using your Live Chat service which i have found to be totally ineffective and any advice i have received is contradictory to the emails i have received from Vodafone.

    @Gellyfsh @VodafoneUK E mail..all written down is best. 6 weeks after Dad died they were still sending letters and e mails to me in his name for Gas bills. He never had gas. Utter incompetence.

    @VodafoneUK You must be joking. I have been on the phone with @Vodafoneuk many times on hold upto 3 hours you can check. I have applied on September 15th, I had to go to Vodafone store twice. Your insurance team did not register my replacement phone at the time - that is the problem.
