    @VodafoneUK isn’t there a better way to deal with no signal after a PAC in fail than “wait three days, we will call you” I mean 2 days with no service & now another 3 days & how can you call someone back with NO service #TalkmobileUK I need this sorted but nothing is moving⏩

    Here’s a little story about @VodafoneUK it involves 6-days of my life and no mobile broadband service. It’s dull and repetitive, so please don’t feel like you need to read it. But I need the cathartic effect of writing it

    @VodafoneUK you have to have the worst customer service. Been with you a long time and it’s 6 days and I haven’t got a working e-sim working yet. I was teaching your staff what to do last night. Again I’m on hold for 30 mins so far. I’ve wasted an hour everyday. 😡
