    @VodafoneUK I’d never use your company again, left o2 but sure regret it now broken iPad Air 4 no data tried all the fixes. Now being told it’s going to take three weeks to fix, the thing has been broken already well over a month. Also can’t even get help in the shops.

    @VodafoneUK no signal for 4 days, says problem is fixed online. It’s not! None of your online services contactable for help. Not able to speak to some for help. On call for the hospital, this is putting patients at risk!! Crap customer service! 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Yea sorry I avoid talking to people where possible. Ended up using the Kevin Bacon network instead. Managed to get an eSIM in the first order. Thanks for the laugh anyway, filmed the whole thing and will be doing a review later as part of a Galaxy 4 and Pixel 6 unboxing.

    @VodafoneUK Understand on Twitter you’re not a regulated sales / queries service. However social media for other users is a worthy tool to inform of well known short falls Vodafone never deal with! For over 10 years, new customers come first over existing loyal ones. Poor. #Vodafone #Vodacon

    @VodafoneUK I know about the iPhone as I was ordering I just can’t believe how every year you manage to be worse at managing the volume of traffic. For a big communications company it’s a poor show that your phone lines and website get crippled. Please sort it out for the future!
