    Hi @VodafoneUK , Just called your customer service about the lack in internet in Glasgow, it said it should be up before 3rd of March, surely you're joking right? I can't do my degree without wifi!

    @VodafoneUK @danclyro That is an awful response after 24 hours of internet outage for an entire neighbourhood. It’s clearly not an issue with our routers...

    @VodafoneUK Extremely Slow 4g speeds, slow WiFi from your router, extortionate price quoted to upgrade my sons contract. Long term customer with 3 contracts and broadband and treated terribly. So probably not as it would take quite a lot for me to stay. What about puc code?

    @VodafoneUK u are the absolute worst. When my contract is finish I will not be renewing. You have no empathy or consideration considering the pandemic we are living in. You are a people run business if we all leave there is no VODAFONE. DISGUSTED 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @stephent122 @VodafoneUK That's not good. I just put in a switch to them... I've messaged but no reply yet which is also not good. I'm seriously rethinking my options. There's nothing worse than poor service on all fronts....

    Fuming with how **** @VodafoneUK are. Been with them 10 years get a discount every upgrade and not offering any discount on entertainment plans on the iPhone 11 this time. Although it was agreed with an employee last month. Disgusting and disgraceful customer loyalty. #shite

    @VodafoneUK Hi, our internet is off. White light blinking, have tried turning off and on again a few times. Shows "Sign in to network" but then won't reconnect and says to plug in the wire (obviously is plugged in!) Thanks

    I imagine my responses to them will be “Yea, but you didn’t…, That wasn’t part of the deal… You’re literally worse than x y z and still claiming to not be the **** here”. I had to make a setting on devices to use another (@VodafoneUK) service as a backup because yours IS SO BAD
