@VodafoneUK That's not the case Mo because I say exactly what I want and I never get put through - is there a certain phrase I need to use to speak to an agent? It shouldnt be this difficult for me to speak to someone on the phone!

Hey @VodafoneUK trying to report zero data signal for the last two hours, but the IVR cuts me off, because somebody tried to call me at a time I specifically told them I wouldn't be available, so all I keep getting is the "we tried to contact you … we'll call you back, bye".

@VodafoneUK Fair enough, in general (not just with the Twitter app) I’ve noticed a lack of signal in Vodafone in London which is surprising given it’s usually quite good and consistent. Being a long term customer it’s a bit concerning seeing all these issues of late

@VodafoneUK @lookeyhere4 I can confirm the make and model will do nothing. Im using my sim card in a 4g router and problem is there too and including desktop and mobile. Stop putting the blame onto the customer. Your server is blocking images and videos from twitter
