@VodafoneUK So I've been lied to again? This is unacceptable I was told between 2 and 10 days! I've checked them everyday! This is the worst customer service I've ever received, I have my dad without a phone he cares for my disabled mum! This is ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK terrible way to treat long standing customers!! To start charging for roaming on the 6th Jan 22 is nothing short of fleecing every penny you can out of the British public! You have existing infrastructure all over Europe so why charge!! Bunch of robbing bastards!!

So it's goodbye to @VodafoneUK after 11 years now you've introduced charging for roaming again even on the top plans... a massive step back in global connectivity. No doubt you'll lose a lot of customers to EE even though they've done the same, it's just a better network.
