    @VodafoneUK I've lost my internet for 1 week. call centre person tested line and saying it's at fault, called the wrong number so no engineer until last Friday, a new modem today which shows same red light and them sending another engineer tomo HELP!!!!! I have no data left

    @VodafoneUK Hi mark the order was placed before noon on Friday and also when I phoned a regional store today I was then informed that there is about a week backlog for the phone - no one told me that before. Sorry for any trouble.

    @VodafoneUK Hello, why is this behavior when I ask the customer service to speak to me in Arabic, he closes the conversation and does not want to talk to me, I tried so many times that I personally called this number 191

    @VodafoneUK You lot have cost my family almost £400 in lost wages today due to this problem, have bullied me so badly I’ve had numerous panic attacks then I get offered £10 as a goodwill you can keep it!
