    @BensBookmarks @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Works the other way with Sky. If you press to say you want to cancel, you hold on forever. If you say you want to add to your package you get thru quickly. So if you want to cancel just lie and say you want to upgrade and you get thru to an actual person.
