Is there such a thing as a reliable ISP? My @VodafoneUK has been awful for months. I give up trying 'support' after a few hours of long breaks between messages and having to take photos of sockets (just accept I know what an Openreach socket is!). #Broadband

@elaine_f14 @VodafoneUK Kent is definitely having an issue! My data doesn’t work today and 2345 was asking me to “confirm my number” as if it didn’t know what number I was calling from?! Thou I’d been hacked/someone was trying to switch my number to another network or something.. They need to sort this

@EE How I wish I had went @EE with my Mrs and son and hadn’t stuck with @VodafoneUK Been in Wales and then Morecambe for 2 consecutive weeks and their 4g signal much better. Just about to go to Mull and finding they have better signal here too And you charge less

@VodafoneUK help please. As your sure signal service is stopping I need to enable Wi-fi calling on my iphone11 but can’t get it to work. Switched it off and on on my phone, restarted phone, turned Wi-fi calling off and on via My Vodafone, nothing. I cannot make calls

@VodafoneUK Just finishing up on a phone call with @VodafoneUK and it’s all sorted now thank you Jason for getting back to me quickly I’m more disappointed with @OntheBeachUK and how there customer service!
