@IanTwinn @VodafoneUK Growing up is firms deciding who they advertise with on commercial reasons and people decide what they buy on if it is the best product. The economy needs all the help it can get as we emerge from the pandemic.

@MickeyCaskill Noticed this a while ago and assumed from the absence of the logo this was commercial. Still a sucky thing to do, I've been a @VodafoneUK customer for a decade and after some crap customer service experiences this will prob nudge me to a competitor

Seriously @VodafoneUK - are you trying to offer the worst customer service ever? Calling is like banging my head against brick wall and the last interaction with your Twitter team was about as successful as Liverpool’s title defence. Anybody want to help?

People having a go at @VodafoneUK for suppodedly not supporting "GB News" and saying they'll cancel their contract. Was the piss poor 50% connected internet connection not enough reason to already cancel? No, VodaFone the connection issue has NOT been resolved. You're SO crap.

Dear @VodafoneUK please would you explain why this month, you've quietly dropped WiFi access for customers using the London Underground and chose not to tell your customers? Huge inconvenience, terrible communication and is the nail in the coffin for this long-term customer.
