    @VodafoneUK hi I was on the phone to customer service for an upgrade and said I wanted a better phone than current (iPhone 7) was offered an SE. I’ve just realised after receiving this phone isn’t better/an upgrade to what I originally had

    @VodafoneUK what is going on in east malling with your internet ? Down for two days now. 1 hr on the phone get me no where other than plugging and unplugging the router. Its clear theres an issue please get it sorted we have work to do from home !!

    @VodafoneUK Signed up to Vodafone BB in Jun 20 & expected a £75 Amazon voucher. Rang u as soon as I got activated in Jul (as I received no conf) & was told I would get this in 6mths. Spoke via chat to u this week and NOW told it was never part of my deal! FUMING. Absolute joke!!

    @VodafoneUK For people to stop moaning about deals,signal,upgrades if they can't afford the new deals or think they are rubbish go else where no one is forcing anyone to stay or leave 🚢 🙄

    @VodafoneUK have had broadband with @VodafoneGroup for 2 years having constant Internet problems, been promised multiple times it will be sorted, promised an engineer will come out but no show, and promised the manager to call back and still nothing. Awful service.
