@VodafoneUK Can you please unblock my number. It’s been 12 days that I’ve had ‘no service.’ I call everyday to speak to your CS team, but nothing is getting done. They keep filling in forms for the ‘super user team,’ and advise me to wait 24 hours. It’s been almost 2 weeks!!!

@VodafoneUK Rm3 8hj. I'm 200m from a mast, lose signal at least once a month. Last time I didn't get any notifications, but your website said it was maintenance or planned. Like many people I rely on data to WFH, so this frequent downtime is driving me to switch, just to so my job.

@VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board
