    @VodafoneUK 4/4 he then transferred me to a technical adviser and they once again said I needed to pay £2 a day. I argued this and he came back to me and said I didn’t need to pay as my plan started before august 2021. THEN said I needed to increase my spend cap?! Help please

    @VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee I don't want a cup of coffee; I just want my services to be working. day 25 since I spoke to Vodafone about 2 business lines and one net, and I still have not got them. Even a complaint to the director's office has been mishandled.

    @VodafoneUK I need to move my father-in-law away from his current broadband provider (@Plusnet) as I cannot help him renegotiate his contract. If I were to move him, can he add me as an authorised contact on his account and would I be able to renegotiate his contract?
