Been a trusted and loyal customer of @VodafoneUK since 2008 (and when I was a teen) and their string of failings have left me without a phone. I have children & I work but, apparently they don't care!

@VodafoneUK wifi has been dropping nearly every day, several times a day for months. Everytime I use the online chat I'm given the excuse of they're updating the router blah blah blah. Then I'm told it should solve the issue! Clearly it doesn't does it!

@VodafoneUK Now over one week with no internet or phone after upgrading to full fibre. Tried calling and messaging daily, been told 24-48 hours every time, but nothing actioned and we're in the same position a week on. Raised a formal complain - no response. Terrible service

@VodafoneUK automated robo calls are not only annoying, but now automatically get rejected by Google's Call Screening. Second to this, you should use Google's verified number service so the user can confirm it is you actually calling. Your number flags as spam and gets screened.
