    @VodafoneUK why is your signal SO ****. Always have to disconnect and reconnect between data and WiFi just to fix the problem. This is NOT what I PAY for.

    @VodafoneUK If you read the msg, it does not ask for last two digits but for my sort code and account number. Also, connections do not mean contracts. You need to change your narrative. As a new customer, this was not a great customer service experience

    @VodafoneUK is there anyway I can cancel a phone return (upgrade) that was sent back via the post and somehow get the phone or a phone back keeping the tariff also?! I've made a big mistake. Please don't tell me to call if you can't advise
