@VodafoneUK I have been told by different chat representatives different call times. In fact the chat team told me "there is some technical issues with the call team and that is why your call is not connecting" - Any help/ideas? My house move date is approaching.

Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK. Back in January after multiple attempts to contact them and cancel my contract I took it upon myself to cancel the direct debit. They then passed the account to a debit collection agency without even contacting myself. £75 lighter.

@VodafoneUK Already cancelled, several attempts to call the line and other things have meant I’ve had to hang up after waiting for 45 minutes. Had hoped the webchat would be easier
