@VodafoneUK I spent 2 hours on your poor webchat service and all they could say is call the debt company. I contacted you several times from threatening emails from you prior to this, saying what do i owe. You said nothing! Now I have a debt agency chasing me.

Hi @VodafoneUK you told me engineers were working urgently to fix my internet on 19th and I've asked again and I've asked again and you said they are still working urgently. Sounds like a lie. When can I expect this to be fixed?
