    (Continued) 24 hours before I can do again for different colour phone. A total ******* shambles , charlatans. Awful customer service. Why was I told phone was in stock to then get email saying not in stock. @VodafoneUK

    @Moulesy23 @VodafoneUK I was with them for 15 years, then called my dying mom for an hour and was charged £320. their systems didn't offer me bundles and their support was nonexistent. Took them to the regulator and won. No longer a loyal customer to say the least. move on, better providers available

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK "I understand she's deceased but only she can cancel the account because of data protection rules" is what we got when we tried to cancel my late mother's, but I haven't got your platform, heartless @VodafoneUK know we can't make enough noise for many people to notice

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK did exactly the same thing to me when my father passed away , even got to stage the debt recovery company said they had video evidence of my father entering and leaving his house !!!! awful time made a lot worse by Vodafone terrible company

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK 2/2 Energy companies r just as bad let alone some ‘higher up’ companies that don’t communicate with their own departments! I’m sorry u & your family had 2 go through this. Hope you have it sorted soon. Bereavement policies need reviewing, it’s not good enough! God bless your mum

    @VodafoneUK It's official, your support is useless. I have been trying all day to get my Data sim to connect to the internet and your support has been USELESS! plus the website keeps going down.

    Did my upgrade yesterday with @VodafoneUK , got told to look forward to my new iPhone arriving today. Then wake up to a email saying , my phones not in stock and I have to wait, but no estimated time, call Vodafone , get told I have to cancel upgrade and do again but have to wait
