@VodafoneUK They say its only available online, which it obviously isn't. She has spoken to 2 different members of staff in upgrade team, one in Customer Relations and one on live chat. Nobody will help.

@VodafoneUK Having contacted Social Media team direct my wife has been told they can't help! She's spent hours trying to stay with Vodafone but nobody can give her the deal they offered her - how ridiculous is that? Looks like @lebara will gain another customer shortly.

My @EE 4G internet is down again, making working from home damn near impossible! - every few weeks this is happening and repair estimates always 12-16 hours… can’t say I have the same issue with @VodafoneUK #switchincomming

@izzicca @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK are dreadful. Broadband is going down completely every few days, then they have cheek to say they are increasing their prices. Dreadful, hopeless, frustrating service that is not fit for purpose.

@pen_fold @VodafoneUK I’ve switched to Vodafone full fibre installed by City fibre on 4th April 23 and still no broadband .. customer service is terrible , numerous calls to tech support and just fobbed off

@VodafoneUK awful customer service, spent over 10 hours the last 3 months dealing with an issue your end to be told every time it was sorted, to then get threatening messages about a bill after I left.
