@VodafoneUK terrible customer service. Told colleague last week text doesn’t work on my account for travel abroad but they insist it does. Tried today surprise didn’t work ! Colleague hung up on me after being on hold for 15 minutes to check account !!!!!

@VodafoneUK considering you’re meant to be the chosen network for emergency services, I have had no internet connection since 0010hrs on mobile data, have missed jobs, and had Late mobilisation as reverted to phone calls have connected to a 24hr gyms Wi-Fi, #letdown

.@O2 and @VodafoneUK my wife wanted a new phone. But apparently now you're now so paranoid that potential customers can't actually pick up phones. The phones have to be locked in big metal cages, apparently. Service like this is killing retail.

@VodafoneUK we’ve been offline line for 24 hours, in Nottingham what’s going on no resets work so I presume it’s a wider problem ?
