@virginmedia I’m on @VodafoneUK who disgracefully removed the service (and I won’t be renewing my contract with them as a result), so am dependent on buying passes from VIrgin, and that is not working.

@VodafoneUK Hi James, I understand that however this is to replace a broken phone hence why I've paid the early upgrade fee. There was nowhere during the sales process that mentioned a long dispatch time or stock. If there was I'd have just chosen a different phone. Poor service.
