    @RichieUK_TTV @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK I’m with EE, on a 10gb package for £10 a month :) Have you tried them before? I used a site called Sim Sherpa to get a special offer, which isn’t available on the main network sites so give them a go :)

    Hello @VodafoneUK cancelling your service now, due to completely unworkable service rules. My account was hacked by fraudsters in 2019, using a compromised email @yahoo.co.uk This is completely unacceptable now! Can someone call me as a matter of urgency, please?

    @ChristineVenner @VodafoneUK That’s typical of the brain dead responses these big networks come up with. Then when you point out the error in their advice they accuse you of being a difficult customer.

    I don't really understand why this is so complicated. This feels like @VodafoneUK's problem, rather than mine. Ended up cancelling and just not bothering after expending all my energy not being a Karen to the person on the phone as of course it isn't their fault.
