    @VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte, I have ongoing wifi issues where my smart TVs are only getting 0.442 & 1.68 mbps when your minimum promise is 10mbps per room! The solution after hanging on the phone over an hour was buy a 5cat cable at my expense!!! Not good! I was also cut off on app chat twice

    @VodafoneUK - what is going on with your call centre? Two days I’ve been trying to contact it and for two days I’ve had the automated message that the call centre can’t take my call! Worst service in a long time!

    Been waiting in all day for @WeAreOpenreach to come and connect my internet from @VodafoneUK. 8am - 1pm … currently 18:38, no idea if they are even bothering to come this evening. Very very poor customer service indeed. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK So turn off *all* notifications for a tracking device so that if the tracking device moves out of zone the app won't tell me? Do you see a problem there?
