    @VodafoneUK My experience is social media engagement from corporations like Vodafone is just window dressing designed to make it look like the co. is doing something. In reality CS is utterly shambolic and glacially slow. Going with local co. I can talk to someone and get something fixed

    Il be terminating my phone contract with @VodafoneUK After hanging on the phone for 2 hours with no answer, 2 weeks of issues and much better deals elsewhere I’m going. 20 years of loyalty means nothing

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I'm getting a SIM error 'sim network pin blocked. Enter sim network puk' I've read on the Vodafone forums that need I need to contact you for a mastercode to unlock.
