    @VodafoneUK @TfL You forced broadband and home phone package onto an elderly customer with dementia who was only trying to get their mobile number switched to a new sim card having lost their phone! You managed to switch all services over just fine, but FAILED to sort the original issue out!

    So in reading the last email from @VodafoneUK again, they state that there is a fault on the line and that even if we were to switch providers the fault could remain. Am I a genius or is the obvious solution for them to fix the fault? Maybe even place a new line of necessary?

    @VodafoneUK had to order a new sim twice now for some reason it won't activate. Your advisors helped activate for me, 24hrs later sim still not activated what's going on?? Need help with this as I'm currently paying for a service I'm not receiving!!

    @vodafoneUK why take an order, get it hopelessly wrong and then despite offering a 14 day cooling off you can’t get anyone to help you actually cancel????
