    @VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcom’s benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.

    @VodafoneUK I am facing a technical issue with home broadband for over 36 hours. Your support team on the phone has not been helpful. They say the issue is with 3rd line support, but are not giving me any updates, and missing the promised call back slots. Please can you escalate

    No internet now for a week and cant even get vodafone to return a call and explain or give timescales. Anyone ever experienced similar? To say im disappointed in their customer service is an understatement. @VodafoneUK #vodafone #poorcustomerservice #vodafonefrustrations

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK have done the exact same sort of thing to me. It took me about 2 years and around 20-30 calls to cancel

    Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network
