    @VodafoneUK Livechat doesn't work it's just a bot. Asks lots of questions then says will send security text, never received a text so it's pointless. So I spent 1.5 hours on phone and you are refusing to help and telling me to call another day..so how many hours does it take to get thru?

    @VodafoneUK why is it so hard to speak to an actual person rather then a machine or being told no one is available and cutting me off!! You emailed me with a problem but I can’t get hold of you to resolve it 🤬

    @VodafoneUK My husband contacted customer services who told him to go to @VodafoneUK shop, which he did. They’ve just sent him away and told him to call customer services!!!! Appalling service. Never will we ever use a Vodafone service again.

    @VodafoneUK what’s happening with your network? All my Curve trackers stopped working yesterday, told by live chat yesterday that you’re working on it. Down for almost 24hrs already. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK WHEN you have to Google it "how to cancel broadband subscription" be sure that you are doing something wrong....maybe on purpose. Don't try to lock customers by making it more difficult to find the "terminate contract" shortcuts etc!! make it easy to use your APPS

    Day 8 of no Internet @VodafoneUK. Been told no issue on my end and has been raised to tech support 6 times with no progress. Losing £200 a day as cant work and no means of compensation. How is this allowed? @Ofcom #scam #daylightrobbery

    @VodafoneUK are there problems with the network? I have no WiFi. The broadband service test tells me not, but then the chatbot isn't working...keeps telling me it doesn't understand the question even when I choose one or its multiple choice answers! Very frustrating.
