@OpenreachHelp I’ve called that number and they’ve told me they’re not the people to speak to because it’s internal damage, not external damage. They’ve said it’s @VodafoneUK ‘s responsibility. As I’ve said, @VodafoneUK have said it’s not their responsibility either.

@OpenreachHelp No worries! You’ve been a damn sight more helpful than @VodafoneUK ! They’ve told me repeatedly now that they’re not going to do anything about it. Definitely seems like an @Ofcom issue as they’re institutionally denying their responsibilities as a service provider.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Apparently we are now told the order was marked complete for the upgrade as engineered called out today bit they did not, so we are now being mislead. Still no main internet service after 2 weeks from your mistake

Yet more shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK All I want is a new Sim for my mums PAYG phone. Preempted any issues by asking if I needed my mum with we, ID etc and told no, just the old SIM. Get to the store and they can't help because mum not with me?! Waste of time!

@Ofcom Thanks @Ofcom for this link and advice. @VodafoneUK disconnected our service by mistake over 2 weeks ago and would not restore it until the planned upgrade day today which they never turned up for. No compensation and they just keep passing us around departments.
