@VodafoneUK how long does an NHS frontline worker have to spend trying to actually speak to someone at Vodafone? I’ve tried 5 times and keep getting shoved to a terrible online system. All I want is to speak to a human being and explain the problem. Too much to ask?!

@VodafoneUK ordered a new SIM on 2nd January ... still hasn’t arrived! Have been into the chat to investigate twice... I can’t run a business without my phone!! So much for the ‘business network’ HELP!!

There is simply no ACCOUNTABILITY with anyone or any company-wild west style of customer services is just getting worse-on hold @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup for 48mins to be told we can't help you as our system is being upgraded ! Put a message on the call - so people don't hold !

@VodafoneUK Yes, I am currently 31 minutes into an online chat and we have only just managed to get through security. Really terrible service that I don’t have time for given I’m between shifts and homeschooling three young children
