Since “upgrading” from @VodafoneUK #broadband to full #fibre our internet is worse than ever. 3 days with no #internet. Limited router controls. Now: Buffering video, slow download/upload speed (throttled? terrible bandwidth?) Either way - absolute junk so far - just a heads up.

@VodafoneUK Morning. Its all good now...thats the issue. I have 900mb download (wonderful) and no lag spikes, 9ms ping response. The issue is that 6pm onwards tonight it will probably all go downhill again. I can accept the throttling but the lag drops to 1000ms make it unusable for games.

@VodafoneUK I would like to know how as a loyal customer of around 15 years, and one who has never had a issue paying a bill has had a renewal/ upgrade turned down based on your credit check. My credit rating is excellent on numerous checks

I'm a new @VodafoneUK home broadband customer with an activation date of 22/09, but have not had a working internet connection at all since then, and even now I've been told that this will continue till at least Wed 28/9. Not an acceptable service at all!

@VodafoneUK The one where the Bluetooth doesn't work properly when connected to some car radios. Because it doesn't work on mine, nor on lots of others if you read the Pixel 6 Pro forums. Can't wait to get rid of it!

@SamsungUK if your new s22 ultra has arrived with out a charger and with a defective charging cable (its usb-c on both ends!) do you go through yourselves or your phone provider (@VodafoneUK )? That cable glitch is damn odd.

@VodafoneUK For two year I had pretty much no signal. It was just a local area issue because I would travel the entire country and it was the same everywhere. We had 2 phones locked in contract. Never again !
