    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Terrible company. I closed a buisness accou t with them and it took 9 months of chasing to have the account classed as closed on my credit file!!

    @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely unacceptable poor performance of the 3 network in Worcester @tomcollinsworcs please do something. Merger of 3 and @VodafoneUK was supposed to make things better. Where they do put investment - such as by Derby Train station, you can get 1.5Gb/s

    I had better service in the middle of nowhere in Scotland, than I do now in a large town in the north of England. Why? WHY? GET YOUR OUTFIT SORTED @VodafoneUK

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with them with my broadband, they cancelled it because they couldn’t achieve there stated speed and then the account stayed on my credit report for years afterwards, despite me contacting them to remove it

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We found the credit agencies most help in how to speak to the culprits. E had issues with O2 and they were less useful than 20 mins on with Experian etc
