    I worked with Adrian’s Son for a few years while at Vodafone and he was such a positive fun guy. We all loved @VodafoneUK we were a family. Then this awful franchise scheme came in. Dropped all the teams that had worked for them for years. I still don’t know how this is legal?

    Frustrated with Vodafone. Trying to set up their broadband and you need access to the app which is down for maintenance. Nog helpful @VodafoneUK

    @SW_Help @VodafoneUK @MayorofLondon What would be good is we put some money into the infrastructure before we build thousands of new homes. Trains getting worse & worse from Waterloo. No reception on mobiles so can’t even check what is going on as the sw train app never works

    @bt_uk I am so disappointed that I got rid of @VodafoneUK because their service was awful only to find yours is even worse!

    @VodafoneUK why is everything so difficult with you? Wanted to discuss my broadband as out of contract. Tobi trying to cancel my phone. Tried calling answered by someone who sounded like they were in a traffic jam. What are you doing?

    @VodafoneUK @DownloadFest gets vodaphone to sponsor the event but doesn’t give their customers any signal.. very poor, and I’m sure you’ll choose to ignore this and give a 🖕to all your customers

    @VodafoneUK still no service nearly a week. No phone calls and I cannot make outbound calls. Really not good enough.

    @VodafoneUK can you please explain why your service is so diabolically awful in north Oxford? It is so bad that when I called your representative to complain he could not hear what I was saying.
