    @VodafoneUK Upgraded but phone faulty and returned. Two months later, over 20 hours trying to sort out. Being billed upgraded plan £ and charged for faulty returned phone. Unbelievable lack of customer care!! Vodafone sort it out - All I want is old SIM only plan, simple!!!

    @VodafoneUK We've had the router for a fortnight. Given an installation date of 23.6. Still not working.20 mins on phone isn't OK. If engineers have to come out then why call to get me to plug router in even after I said didn't work. Person I spoke to didn't know what a network key was!

    @si610 @ajo1978 @VodafoneUK We were with Talk Talk - appalling - still ring us to suggest upgrading when we’ve been with BT for the last 3 years.!!! No problems whatsoever after changing.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Robyn. That’s what your sales rep promised. Has she lied? In the meantime I’ve been told I will receive the 5G dongle in the next 2-3 working days and that the service rep would call me today to confirm dispatch. I’ve had nothing. This hasn’t started well.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. Some f these replies would be worth keeping public, so other users can learn about issues some of your clients are having. No dedicated business option on 191 & no direct dial number to the business centre is probably something people should know about. No?
