    @VodafoneUK I tried to switch over from your network 1 week ago using the PAC code that you provided. It has been 1 week and I am still unable to use my sim because you have not released certain files for the port process to complete. Why are you so unprofessional?!??

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK I agree but when they are not delivering they need to be made culpable. To clarify it’s not just Vodaphone, I’ve had similar issues with false promises from other internet companies and it’s not until you call them out that they decide to take action. Hope you get it sorted!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup already one month and a half without internet, i call every week and customer support doesn't help and only says that there is an accident on the line, how is that possible things don't get fixed for months??!
