Benno (@ism_or_phobe) reportedBought a second hand galaxy S10 on marketplace advertised as unlocked, it wasn't requested NUC @vodafone @VodafoneUK 10 days later nothing. Contacted them this morning and instead of trying to help and unlock the phone they tried to get me to switch. Ridiculous
