    EMBARRASSING FROM @VodafoneUK. I have been trying to activate international text pack through the Vodafone app and it is still not activating. Even the customer service agents are unable to activate the pack!

    @VodafoneUK funny how you can accept orders via web chat but you can’t cancel them. For that you need to spend hours on hold for your cancellations department which only operates via phone. I wonder why that might be.

    @VodafoneUK No signal or no usable signal in Bh89tq. Been like this for months. I have complained many times but nothing has been done. I’m paying a lot of money for a very poor service! We use to get 23/24 mbps before Christmas. But now struggling to get 2/3 mbps

    @VodafoneUK why are text codes to logon to my account not working? I've clicked resend code at least 3-4 times and still haven't received a single message after 20 minutes!
