@VodafoneUK 4G is appallingly slow and not as advertised anymore. Last contact I had up around 25 to 35mb/s, now it's under 8mb/s, the upload is more than the download laughably. I payed more not to have it restricted to under 10mb/s too. What a massive con!

@VodafoneUK I have been unable to receive calls for 8 days. My number was ported from another network provider but apparently files are missing. Can’t Vodafone chase this up as it’s getting very frustrating now and I get told untruths when I ring 191

@VodafoneUK would be great if you can actually help your customers. Fault case closed, solution signed up for new contract without being advised. 1hr 10 on phone still no solution. Superfast Broadband NOT!! Any help?

@SueSuezep Vodafone Mobile (though I have good experience with their broadband). Never, as long as I live, will I ever think of switching my mobile to @VodafoneUK again. Customer service system is truly atrocious.

@VodafoneUK Apparently my dropping Internet can only be fixed by a new router and you won't provide one unless I sign up for a 18month contract. Case 117086 was closed without resolution and now I'm stuck - please message me for more info as over 1 hour on phone yesterday!
