    @VodafoneUK disgusting behaviour from yourselves. Charging an 86 yr old man £340 to cancel a service you haven't provided! @Ofcom who do we make an official complaint to?

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

    I have been a customer with Vodafone business for 8 years. I requested my PAC code to leave because their customer service has been awful yet they continue to try and upsell me. Terrible company. @vodafone @VodafoneUK

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I know it doesn’t help your cause but they did something very similar to me and I’ve never gone back. Woeful on every level, no accountability and I spent so long on the phone calling in to cancel a contract I’d never started - time I’ll never get back. Good luck. Awful company.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We found the credit agencies most help in how to speak to the culprits. E had issues with O2 and they were less useful than 20 mins on with Experian etc

    I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
