    @VodafoneUK Just spent 25 minutes on the phone regarding my current arrangement, for the 3rd time. On both previous calls promises to respond and own the problem. No response to either. Appalling customer service. Asked to be put through to Max Taylor. Now want another 10 days!

    @VodafoneUK I’m completely unable to contact you as I’m abroad and you switched off my SIM card. Your Tobi service is always down and doesn’t let me chat to an agent. I need someone to contact me asap so I can sort out my billing situation. This is completely unacceptable

    So ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?

    @VodafoneUK ur operatives are very useless n so unhelpful. Asked to activate roaming and for nearly 36hrs still no service. I give up on u guys

    @VodafoneUK why do I keep getting cold calls from your call centre, then when I tell them I have a business provided Vodafone mobile not a personal paid for mobile your staff hang up the call......its rude and unprofessional.

    @HMRCcustomers Like I said I am not in the country. So I don't know but it's that time of the year so I am pretty sure I have. I have contacted @VodafoneUK to issue me a sim digitally but since I purchased via @currys they are of no help, and I cannot get in contact with Currys.

    Morning @VodafoneUK you’ve charged me for using my data in Turkey. I’ve never been to, or ever intend to visit that **** hole. Is there a way I can claim that money back please? I’m in Greece on holiday not Turkey. Many thanks 🍹
