After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @edfen19 @EE @VodafoneUK I'm leaving them cancelling my mobile account gave them the 30 days notice & tv & broadband account will be next when contract runs out best network in britain MY ARSE 🤬

    @FreedomMatty @Iromg @VodafoneUK I've already cancelled mine. Bloody check of them. If they can afford to give free give aways, why not concentrate on the customer base that they have here (what with the cost of living) rather than people who rock up uninvited!
