    @VodafoneUK I was told to hard set my router and will solve my issues, however I know longer have any broadband connection. I've spent 3 hours trying to sort this out and now worse off. On hold again! Sort it out,please.

    @NadineDorries @VodafoneUK Pity the government didn’t offer support to the people who need it most. Instead they prefer to help out their rich donors instead. Oh and you’re probably best giving the Dan Stevens interview on the one show a miss.

    @VodafoneUK That's great, but will you please put a system in place that allows customers to actually talk to someone to sort out issues and answer questions. Support is dreadful, can't speak to anyone, been trying for hours.

    @KellyQuilt @VodafoneUK Tesco mobile - no price increase for duration of contract. I left Vodafone for them and have never had a problem. My experience with Vodafone ( for almost 20 years( was rubbish.

    @Zain my @VodafoneUK SIM has connected to #ZainSS for last few years. It worked fine in January. Now back in Juba after short time out and it refuses to connect. Vodafone say all is well but clearly not. Please can you help?

    @VodafoneUK have been trying to contact vodafone customer support for hours. Online chat does not work and no one answers customer support telephone calls, endless music. Anyone know a way of how to talk to a human in this company? #appaulingservice

    @VodafoneUK Yes I did this ! It said it had expired and to contact customer support . I did this also but got nowhere . Then was told the "3 month rolling contract " I was put on would cost me £550 to exit even though was put on it in December !
