@VodafoneUK I placed an order on 1st June for a handset only. Spoke with customer services 9 June as no update on order, customer assured me phone would be despatched in next couple days Now almost 3 weeks, no update, no phone!

@VodafoneUK Ok so I sent *my* postcode - but postcode with signal error in original tweet. Also when I sent DM I got into auto-bot hell which isn't helpful. (Other areas of hove inc. home & local area really bad too with occasional good spots. Band 20 overload am guessing)

@VodafoneUK Liam, I know you're reading from a script and this isn't your fault. But how the ***** can someone talk to live chat when the internet lasts about 60 seconds on average? 19 times! now btw. The telephone support just sends you around in circles. Email was the best option but nope.

@VodafoneUK In the interim you’ve refused to give us a reasonable temporary fix. I asked for an emergency dongle on part of day two and was promised it can be sorted. Come day 3/day 4 I was told it was not possible because it would incur a cost TO ME and no such thing is possible anyway.

Edit: noticed the screenshot had my bank details on it, @VodafoneUK Hi I need some help, I’m trying to pay for my bill but the app is saying I have paid for it already when I haven’t, my bank app says I was charged but then the money was returned

Its massively disappointing that @VodafoneUK didn't even bother to tell their customers that they'd cancelled their Wi-Fi service on @TfL London Underground - a real benefit of having an account just taken away with no warning.... Contract soon up- time to look elsewhere.
