    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the same with Vodafone. Customer service was awful, I had them literally laughing and hanging up on me. Nearly caused us to lose a house move. I’ve sworn to never go back to them unfortunately!

    @worldmeetdani @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same issue with O2 over an apparent 20 quid bill after I finished my contract but no letters or emails. Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We did the same after dads death ,one ****** of a company demanded the original death certificate, I changed residential address to local lawn cemetery ,phone 1800 3825633(letters)and never engaged again
