    @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Support chat keeps getting closed without any solution. I’ve asked a simple question twice, and both times the chat was ended with no help. Very poor customer service.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service and dysfunctional relationship to @BT Openreach is disgraceful. Farmed out to chatbots and offshore call centres. No continuity. No accountability.

    @VodafoneUK supposed to have gone live with your fibre broadband service on 31/3/26.... Still waiting ... Poor but I guess you will blame @WeAreOpenreach

    So much for the stress free switching or however @VodafoneUK put it. Today's is my going live day with them. It's after 3pm...no Internet and after an hour speaking to tech help on the phone. Very poor service.

    Haven’t been able to speak with anyone at Vodafone who seems to know how to cancel a Onenumber subscription. This company is becoming impossible to deal with. Complete incompetence. Just avoid them as there are much better uk mobile providers. @VodafoneUK

    I am so fed up with having connectivity issues with my home broadband. Every time I ring they say they have fixed it and then it goes off again. I would not recommend @VodafoneUK for broadband.
