    Hi @VodafoneUK. Waiting 6 weeks for you to connect my home broadband. Spent over £100 on extra data. DM’d, rang countless times and been on hold for hours. Today offered a mobile dongle... if I pay £35. Laughable! @OpenreachHelp are waiting for you to sort your **** out.

    @popsdog @VodafoneUK I hear your frustration! They just can’t deal with old people at all. Absolutely disgusting sending debt collectors in for £13 but can’t cancel the contract because he fails security having not had the phone for nearly 3 years. So stressful isn’t it?

    @VodafoneUK No internet since 7am. Spoke to one of your technicians who couldn't work out what was wrong and scheduled a 4pm call-back, but didn't call me back so I called and spoke to technician number 2 who also couldn't help & told me someone will call me within 72 hrs :(

    @VodafoneUK I’m moving house & the Vodafone coverage is really poor at new address. What are my options, besides changing provider? Currently on PAYG SIM only plan. Thx.

    @VodafoneUK At first it was talking forever load, then when I tried to top up I got all the way through to the verification page, but it didn't work. Now nothing is loading. This is on multiple devices and different network connections.

    @VodafoneUK I cannot believe that through all the inconvenience I have had so far and the issue I'm having which incidentally has left me with out a phone altogether your now saying "sorry here's ten pounds off your bill". frankly disgusting.

    3 bills down the line I’ve noticed @VodafoneUK have been charging me for unlimited max when I asked for the normal unlimited which is cheaper
