I have had the worst service from @VodafoneUK . They increased my bill without notification and now I have a whopping £100 invoice that’s come through when my usual, yet still extortionate, £25 for 1GB of data and barely any calls is what I normally get charged. Absolutely awful

@VodafoneUK I'm having problems opening apps, my phone keeps returning to the homepage. Rang Vodafone to be told there's problems with Google Play apps and it will be working by tomorrow. No mention of this anywhere on your platforms.

So because of the Pandemic, and the fact that we are all working from home at the moment, me using Vodafone for work is 'a breach of my contract'. Terminate it then. I'm honestly happy for you to ball it up and fire it into the sun. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?
