    @VodafoneUK @Olivers125 Been having the exact same problem for days, have cleared cache, used different device etc. And it’s a problem with the site. Spoke to cust services who just said if I do it on the phone with them I can’t have the £70 USwitch voucher but I literally can’t.

    @VodafoneUK If you’re from London avoid this company. No tfl wifi service included anymore. Find a better network.

    @VodafoneUK must offer one of the worst customer service experiences! After waiting an hour and twenty for a call back, I’m still waiting to speak to the right person, after 21 minutes. Why call back if there’s no one available?! #incompetence
