Kindly get to the bottom of this as am sure lot of citizens will be similarly targeted by these fake numbers. ARPU going up in the wrong way won’t help the people’s cause

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK Have been billed fradulently for a spam international call which was never made. The number being 015622478321.The bill amount leveid is 3 times my normal bill. Wat a way to cheat customers! Horrifying to see Vodafone do this
