    @RhiannaChard @VodafoneUK I have the same issue. The engineer has confirmed my router is faulty and Vodafone would not replace the router! Very poor and not very friendly customer service. I am very disappointed

    @VodafoneUK why am I hold for over an hour to get a refund for broadband service that was never connected and cancelled in January 2021 but charged?

    @VodafoneUK 3-4 weeks of continuous internet drop outs, 2 engineers out, both reports say that the problem is in the cables in the street, yet every time I contact you, you have to monitor the line for 72hrs?! Absolute joke, stop avoiding the problem.

    @VodafoneUK hi every time I try topping up my £20 bundle it says I can't as there's technical difficulties. And my internet not working I've only just got an extra data until midnight. Help!

    @darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK I stopped using Vodafone when they cut the amount of data on my usual Pay-as-you-go internet payment by a third without telling me. Exactly the sort of shoddy, profit-driven behaviour you would NOT get with a nationalised internet service.

    @VodafoneUK No phone call as promised on Saturday, yet again! For a multimillion pound company, you’re customer service is skills are horrendous. I will be moving from you when my contract for broadband is due for renewal in August.
