    @travellerbren @VodafoneUK Same here! Paying £40/month for "uninterrupted internet with mobile backup" because I need it for work - and it is not working well enough! Cannot get through to any test, chat or call! No information on Vodafone website, have to use third party checks and twitter!

    @VodafoneUK Suddenly having problems with our internet connection dropping out or random websites not being accessible. Any service problems? I can't run the service test as as says 'sorry there was an issue with your request'.

    @VodafoneUK home broadband router not working and no WiFi. Only had this installed less than 3 weeks. Can't log in to my account as says server error, no human chat to report to as just sends me back to the log in page. Can't get signal where I am to call. Ridiculous
