@VodafoneUK 1hr 46minutes on the phone for the call to be disconnected spent 2 hours on the phone last month as well an absolute nightmare when you want to get something sorted totally disappointed customer who can’t wait to leave angry 😡

@VodafoneUK Nobody is responding, now into the second day with no broadband service and no plan from Vodafone to restore it. This is impacting our ability to work and impacting other online services we are paying for but can now not use.

Hey @VodafoneUK my phone seems to never connect to the network when on 4G or 5G. I’m sat with @quentinnield, who is also on your network and he has no problems. Am I on some lower grade service or is there a fault?!

@VodafoneUK Surely you need a charging brick to be able to use the phone. What a stupid thing? Who thought of that nonsense?? So basically he's purchased a phone without a charger?? So until he can get a charger he can't use his phone what a load of bollocks

@VodafoneUK new fttp installed Mon for my vulnerable mother, but digital voice still not right. She is freaking out, and Vodafone support moving at glacial pace to fix. It's a network problem, but I keep getting fobbed off. No ticket. Told they would call Mon. Terrible.
