    My god what a horrible #CustomerService @VodafoneUK Over 1hour on the phone trying to order broadband and you failed to honour your own advertised offer for cashback or Amazon credit. This is clear misrepresentation and one to report to @Ofcom and @TradeStandards

    @VodafoneUK Hah, no. It’s so painfully obviously a scam. Sometimes I’ll waste their time a bit but would never give any real details. Literally just had another call from 07789 343030.

    @VodafoneUK broadband is a joke. Can’t wait for the contract to be up for renewal I don’t think I will be renewing this year. 10 years and it’s the worst. Time to move on
