    @VodafoneUK I am vodafone customer from 4 years.I have requested upgrade to fibre broadband 500MBPS on 9th September and got the confirmation that new upgrade would be activated on 10th October 2022. But 13th September 2022 my existing broadband got disconnected.

    @VodafoneUK a quick call to upgrade my phone turned in to a 40 minute phone call with half hour spent on hold. The operator couldn’t get in contact with their manager resulting in... nothing. If you didn’t have so many staff working from home still this wouldn’t be a problem!! 😤

    @VodafoneUK Hi - I'm a new Voxi customer so not sure whether you can help with this. I want to send a text message so I can enter a competition on 5 digit phone number. It worked on my old network, but I get an error message when I try on Voxi. Will you enable this for me please?

    @VodafoneUK Hi there, I'm currently going round in circles with the online chat. I'm in Geneva but my data roaming isn't working. I can't get into my account to check why, as I don't have signal to receive the security code that is being sent to me. Can you please help?
