    Just had the worst customer service experience from @virginmedia the agent was incredibly rude as I’m trying to cancel my contract, no way to win people over. I’d move to @VodafoneUK but the infrastructure isn’t up to scratch looking at you @WeAreOpenreach 👀 6mbps is awful

    @VodafoneUK This is not acceptable. I’ve just agreed to renew my contract with you in December and now you’re changing my AGREED amount within 4 months. If you’re not prepared to honour the contract price, then I will not honour the contract any will cancel my service.
