    @VodafoneUK @WHO Infrastructure during a pandemic. What a blessing that conveniently was to you. Even down the back end of no where, where they dont even have 4g, let alone needing 5g. So... if the who don't have sufficient saftey data. Can you give them yours?

    Sad to say be leaving @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK as the network coverage has been appauling. Tried numerous times to correct it at least 7 times mysekf and my dad has been trying to sort it seemed to be fine all afternoon now packed up. Claims good signal in my area but its not

    @VodafoneUK I never realised a network provider could be so awful until I joined Vodafone uk. If you want to use Wi-fi calling (a regular thing on most phones) you have to raise an order which can take up to 48 hours.

    @VodafoneUK any updates on the service outages in Hornchurch areas, please? It's been 30 hours and there's still no service/broadband.

    @VodafoneUK Many thanks to Adam for sorting out an IT problem on my mobile phone. It had annoyed me for weeks. A quick tweet or two with Adam and my phone is working again. We don't always take time to praise Companies when things go right. Thank you Adam.

    @VodafoneUK so as a family we have: 2 x pay monthly phone contracts, 1 x iPad mobile broadband contract, 1 x sim-only contract, PLUS home and broadband amounting to over £200pcm but if we want an Apple Watch with you we have to pay more than someone who joined in June. Awful.

    My day with the idiots at @VodafoneUK gets better - having cut off my SIM before the new one arrives, I've stuck a PAYG SIM in to keep me connected for a few days - topped it up, can see the money leave my bank, but not applied to my credit. #fail after #fail with these thieves!

    @VodafoneUK very dispoident in your service. I thought paying more to get your services was worh it but it turned out not be true. I only recive 3g not 4g. so whats up with that?!!!
