    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK so never having been a customer of Vodafone today I received two letters about device payment plans being in arrears. I was with Three many years ago and paid by DD Perhaps a merger error with @ThreeUK in relation to your billing needs looking at

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear about your loss. It’s never a pleasant task making those calls. If you’d left the name of the company with terrible customer service out of your post, I’d have still guessed it was Virgin Media.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia were horrible to us. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the exact same experience. When cancelling everything after my uncle's passing, they were all amazing besides virgin who were quite terrible. I'm sorry for your loss
