After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

  Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!
