    @VodafoneUK It’s the experience I’ve had with Vodafone for years. The customer service just isn’t there. I’ve sent a DM and got an auto response saying I’ll be sent a text to pass security which won’t work because the SIM doesn’t work.

    @VodafoneUK decided to leave VF last week after many years but decided to stay after New cheaper deal offer with new mobile to be delivered next day well still waiting, numerous excuses but no solution so leaving bye
