  @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

  @VodafoneUK worst customer service experience ever top up on app wouldn't work lady could barely speak English asked me to spell my whole name and address then told me to go online to top up when I was calling cos online didn't work!!!! Ridiculous

  .@SMARTYMobileUK is a waste of space. Their live chat asks you a load of trash and to cancel a sim is a pain in the arse. Why can’t a mobile company see the account you’ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, let’s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!

  @HMRCcustomers Like I said I am not in the country. So I don't know but it's that time of the year so I am pretty sure I have. I have contacted @VodafoneUK to issue me a sim digitally but since I purchased via @currys they are of no help, and I cannot get in contact with Currys.

  @VodafoneUK I was under advice from a Vodafone team Mate, they would not arrive for six months. can you take this and shrink it down as as much as as possible while keeping all of my key points intact?

  @VodafoneUK iPhone up Vodafone and spoke to someone from Vodafone and I asked him about my Amazon gift card and she told me that they would not issue it until six months in because they want to make sure that people pay and don’t just back out after getting their Amazon gift card so
