    @VodafoneUK .@VodafoneUK I've not heard anything back yet after giving my details to the DM bot an hour or so ago. It said it might have to send me a code via text, but as you should be able to work out from my description of the issue, I obviously wouldn't be able to receive that code...

    @om_yorkshire @VodafoneUK Save yourself the hassle, they are awful. Poor signal in so mamy places, erratic 5G, virtually zero customer service, I could go on...

    @VodafoneUK 5G is back down in E1 London. Gigacube is useless again with 0dl speed, some upload (1-10kbs). 4G works fine in the area (same as last time). No outage on your website, does the team know?

    @LondonAmi_K @VodafoneUK They keep saying it will be sorted shortly. They didn't even warn customers that they were removing online and app services . And its been all day . Very poor customer communication from Vodafone 😠

    @VodafoneUK Thanks but that isn’t working either. The app is down, the payment line is down and the bot is telling me my number isn’t a Vodafone one when you can see from the screenshot it is
