    @VodafoneUK Yeah. Spent ages on chat with them - I need to go find my master socket in the attic and remove the face plate etc etc (not a clue). My question is - why am I subscribing to a service in which 4G is supposed to take over a dropped WiFi - and it NEVER DOES?

    @NN10Canary @VodafoneUK I’d been with voda for years but at last upgrade found them highly unhelpful. Moved to EE with no problems. Might be worth exploring if other providers have the same policies.

    Anyone else found it impossible to actually get the compensation promised from @VodafoneUK for being without internet for a long period? Months without the service we’re paying for and now they’ve decided not to bother reimbursing us as promised in November! Can’t wait to switch.

    @VodafoneUK Another 2 hours of my life wasted today dealing with your glitch piece of crap tobi chat system. Actually felt like I was making process then the window just abruptly ends. Just going to cancel my direct debit. Have fun chasing me 👍
