    Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I went through exactly the same issue, it was only when I threatened them with legal action and exposure they eventually cancelled the contract. Don't give up, don't pay a penny.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Did the same to me, lodge an official complaint with Vodafone. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.
