    .@VodafoneUK the engineer came out and told us there was a problem with the line which meant we had to get a new one. we were told it couldn't be done that day due to the pole being in someone's property. there's been absolutely no update since.

    Great service for loyal customers @VodafoneUK been with them for 30+ yrs seen a great deal today so went to upgrade early and pay the cost ( runs out April) but can't have that deal as the airtime data is lower than my current one..... time to look elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK I am also named on the account so you can liaise with me. I have spoken to Vodafone a number of times. The issue started in November and then “fixed” in December. And now started again! Complaint reference number is 30483697 I emailed the CEO Ahmed Essam. This is ridiculous

    @millihill @VodafoneUK I've heard Tesco and Three aren't bad. They also give reception in areas that other providers don't in our country.
