    @VodafoneUK Hi, is there a problem in the NE23 area of Northumberland. When mobile data is on, my phone is not loading any apps, or sending messages via Whatsapp or SMS, despite being in an area that has a strong 4G connection. Been like this for 2 days now. Thank you.

    I just want to cancel my vodafone SIM card and @VodafoneUK seem to make this impossible while raising my bill by almost £10 in the last few months. whhhhyyyyy?

    Oh my days! Trying (unsecessfully) to get wi-fi calling enabled on our S21! It isnt the phone but the network provider! @VodafoneUK are niw bklaming the fact we went through carphone warehouse!! Maybe time for a new privider?!?

    @Claytoncast @VodafoneUK Finally we agree. @VodafoneUK are the shitest network going. Tesco are better than them and they sell cucumbers

    @VodafoneUK @mattscotty_ The issue is Vodaphone's website as I am using @MoneySavingExp and getting the same result . They appear to not want to fulfill their offer.

    @VodafoneUK any problems in the DN34 area of Grimsby? Getting 3mbps download. Network checker shows completed maintenance work on surrounding masts but not my local one.

    @VodafoneUK why is Vodafone customer care so bad. It takes you so long to speak to an actual person. I’m abroad and they told me how to apply roaming -the details are incorrect and it won’t let me upload the request. When I try to speak with them they say there are no agents 😡
