@VodafoneUK @Andrew_Adonis please confirm its not simply that: "a customer’s usage abroad is greater than at home over a four month period" this is combine with "using phone more than 62 days in four month period" i.e both criteria are required

Wow @VodafoneUK , first you message to say you will be charging extra on roaming (when we cant travel back to UK given current circumstances) then you customer service rep Barry is rude and hangs up then web chat advises a 30 minute wait to speak to someone!
