What joy! Just wasted almost two hours on Live Chat to @VodafoneUK which achieved absolutely nothing and left me in exactly the same place as when I started. Note to everyone, avoid this shambolic excuse of a service provider as best you can.

@VodafoneUK Done all that, no luck. Apparently it’s got to happen on the date we said wasn’t suitable. Can’t be changed! Complaint on its way. Both working online from home on activation day chosen by u & @OpenreachHelp so look forward to being interrupted for anything up to 2 hours. Great!

@BDMed_Bear @VodafoneUK @vodafone_de Owa hooman was skeptical at first, because of low rating in Germany...but so far it's been fab. He had a problem connecting, a technician came, free of charge and everything worked in under 30 minutes. It was a problem with the cable outlet...
