@Emily_Benn @VodafoneUK Haha! They provided a service that I never asked for, and it took me nearly 2 years to get them to stop taking the money out of my pocket and refund it. Every step of the way they assured me that it would be taken care of within a few days.

@VodafoneUK you customer service is shocking! Every month I have to ring you as my data doesn’t automatically re new! This has been happening since august! Im paying for service that you are not 100% providing and every month Im promised phone calls back which never happen! 😡

@Emily_Benn @VodafoneUK This happens all the time with Vodafone. Phantom calls in which I (or latterly my father) apparently agreed to spend an extra £10 per month on a non-existant service, and unable to provide any record of these calls. Crooks.

@VodafoneUK Phone signal had been shocking on 4g and I’m having to reset the phone occasionally to get the internet back. I am still also awaiting a returns bag to send my old iPhone 11 Pro back. Nearly 4 weeks in waiting!!
