    @VodafoneUK The best reward would be a better customer service. Last year I wasted time to talk to customer service (5 times!) only to resolve one issue. When I finally got my bill and saw additional charges in it, I gave up. Considered the amount as donation to Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK The issue isnt with the link rate with the router its with how you are selectively shaping the speeds that customers can achieve using that speed

    @VodafoneUK 6 days it took for someone to tell me the disconnection number, I’ve explained my problem numerous times to double digits of people and been given copy pasta instructions on how to change random router settings, your customer support policy is to exhaust customers into silence.

    @VodafoneUK This is measurably untrue 👎 I’ve been missold an internet package and find it insulting that you respond within 30seconds for a tweet but it takes sometimes and hour between messages with your social media support team

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely not I’ve spent 6 days being passed around your customer services waiting an hour between responses. Unless your customer service center is based on Mars this is an unnacceptable response time
