    @virginmedia why does it take eight call centre agents and two hours to cancel my contract to move to @VodafoneUK ? You can’t price match, instead you deliberately frustrate and tell the customer that Vodafone aren’t regulated. 🤬

    @VodafoneUK - 1 hour and 50 mins in total on the phone to Vodafone. Issue still not resolved and I am actually worse off than when I started. Now can't even see anything on line

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK your app is just broken, nothing works and veryme rewards don't show up as well as most things not working. I've spoken to someone and they didn't know why either. Why not make this accessible through your website?

    @VodafoneUK can this WiFi service actually get any worse?!?..That's not a challenge by the way! Is it too much to ask to get the service we were promised! This is getting cancelled tomorrow! Life is stressful ASF without having to do a reset every dam night! Worst mistake ever!
