    @VodafoneUK my plan cost was going to come down as a result of a the new contract. So there is a financial loss as a result of your errors. You also have no consideration for peoples time.

    @VodafoneUK I am supposed to be joining Vodafone on Monday. Requested install 23rd. Notified install 13th. Call to remediate and on hold over an hour, then cut off twice Unable to access my account "Internal server error" No router for install Shall I just cancel?

    @VodafoneUK fourth call/chat in a week and another reassurance the issues with your router will be sorted and they immediately recur. If you can’t make a router work with android TV you need to change the router.

    @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I ordered a SIM card on 26th November and it has still not arrived. My old network has been cut off on my number because of swapping my number to your network meaning I am now left without a phone unless on WIFI. Please can you update me as to where it is?
