    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My 88 year old Mum was in hospital 6 weeks, Dad called her every day until Virgin Media cut off his phone without warning. Dad never missed a bill but they said he had exceeded his limit. When I complained their rep shouted "It's for their protection". Virgin Media are scum.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same thing happened to me. Twice. Using their online complaint form triggered a very fast response after multiple phone calls achieved nothing.

    @VodafoneUK 4 failed contract orders in 4 days, endless broken callback promises, & zero help. As a vulnerable customer, being left with offline home security cameras for a week is a massive safety issue. I need an urgent response to raise an official complaint. DM me.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the exact same experience. When cancelling everything after my uncle's passing, they were all amazing besides virgin who were quite terrible. I'm sorry for your loss

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK After my contract ended with Vodafone, they continued to take money out of my account for 8 months. I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

    @VodafoneUK who can help me with a complaint about a broadband service issue? My elderly parents have been without internet for seven weeks now and you will not listen to them or send out an engineer.
