@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone ruined my credit file after I took them up on their 14 day return policy (network was poor). They terminated connection but carried on billing. Then threatened debt recovery when I refused to pay. RSoles.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot My word, your customer service is useless and inhumane, isn't it? Thank you for illustrating so clearly to *so many of us* why we wouldn't want to have a contract with you. Magnificent own goal, there.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had a similar thing when MIL died. I wasn't prepared to take no for an answer. I sent my husband out of the shop and lost my ****. It was horrible to speak to girl who'd barely started her periods being put in such a difficult position by me. :)

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK That is awful to read, I lost my Mum in January this year and the lovely fella in the Worksop @O2 shop got me underway with the process; which was completely sorted within the afternoon.

@MarkMah11343144 @GeorgeMonbiot This is true. But at some point unacceptable behaviour shown by @VodafoneUK and the very poor of choice regarding the collection agency is just bad for the image and unpleasing for the public eye/ reputation. Further how can something like a proxy can be ignored by a company ?!
