Disgusted with service received from @VodafoneUK and @VodafoneGroup. Customer for number of years. Trying to upgrade. Waiting for handset delivery for over a week and getting mixed messages from CS. Wasted around five hours of my time on chat/phone and still none the wiser!

@VodafoneUK no fibre connection in over 5 days (wr5 area) spoken to open reach tech who was installing a new fibre line and said network is up and running, your tech support says no issue but local store says people been in complaining. What's going on

@VodafoneUK Avoid like the plague. I went to take out a plan, immediately cancelled. They went ahead anyway, proceeded to port my number, the device is on its way back to them. Meanwhile I’ve absolutely no mobile network whatsoever and they can’t help until they got the phone back.
