    @VodafoneUK @EveryCountry Lads, you give no realistic idea of a timeframe until day of, meaning it's impossible to plan around. These massive timeframes have to stop. You can't expect people to hang around all day for you to be late

    @VodafoneUK OH my good gosh (insert swear words) I am still trying to get a resolution and chat service is just going around and around, can I get a human being to actually take ownership of my complaint please! And respond via email to all the points I have raised! Absolutely ridiculous
