    @VodafoneUK Absolutely horrendous costumer service, I ordered broadband on the 6/11 and still no service! The customer services only know how to get through the security questions. Hours on the phone answering security questions. They just shift you between different teams.

    @VodafoneUK Just spent nearly two hrs on phone with #Vodafone and earlier today visited store - mentally exhausted. Is any company more difficult to do business with than #Vodafone? Why can’t customer speak to someone? Absolutely shocking experience. #shockingservice

    @VodafoneUK I have been a customer for over 30yrs. When I return from my holiday- with no data- I shall be leaving you for good. Your staff are not trained properly and have caused me to be stranded.

    @VodafoneUK seriously what the hell is wrong with Vodafone , help available via automated service that don’t have a clue about open reach installation or call centres that hang up on you ! Could I speak with an actual person that has any idea about the services you provide ?!
