    Hey @VodafoneUK how come your team think it's OK to sell phones with known manufacturing faults then refuse to fix them after 12 weeks

    @ConstanceMckie @VodafoneUK It looks like Vodafone customer services need training in statutory rights and warranty rights. The burden of proof is on the retailer to proof the fault wasn't inherent at the point of sale, if the fault is discovered in the first 6 months.
