    @VodafoneUK @Experian Vodafone have let me down once again. After messing up my account by allocating my payment to the wrong account you promised me my credit rating would not be affected. I have checked Experian and my score is down 112 this month. Explain yourselves, please.

    @VodafoneUK due to go live on business broadband today. Despite chasing for five days to confirm shipment of router it still hasn’t even shipped. How can I run my business? Customer service chat line is totally pointless.
