    @VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

    @VodafoneUK we upgraded our phones at the weekend , I specifically asked your sales assistant in Swindon store if I needed to cancel direct devout for old phones was told no & you’ve taken money from my account today for the old phones !! Not happy 😡

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling and using chat multiple times and keep getting disconnected. I cannot reach a human and my broadband issue is still unresolved. Please respond urgently.
