  @jnm8210 @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK I’ve just had to cancel mine. Heard nothing for a week. Constantly told it was in stock and just waiting for DPD to pick it up. Tweet I got from them this morning said they hadn’t even got the stock in. Constantly fobbed off saying it’d be 24-48 hours. Certainly felt lied to.

  @VodafoneUK Does it use data up much quicker via #5G signal then? As obviously you're going to be uploading and downloading quicker.

  Hi @VodafoneUK, how can I speak to an actual human being about my business account? Your phone robot keeps telling me to talk to your website robot abd hangs up on me. Your website robot does not understand my issue.

  @VodafoneUK what is going on with the deliveries at the moment!! I’ve been waiting since 25th for a phone I was told it was going to be delivered on the 26th every time I phone up I’m told it will be delivered today! And never is!! #rubbishcustomerservice #annoyed

  @VodafoneUK Help please? I am without broadband because I have opted to move to you from nowtv. They have been uncooperative, refusing to give up line so you cancelled installation today. Can you please bring my revised installation date closer than 16/12?

  @missbecka_ @VodafoneUK I ordered 24th was told yesterday 48hrs longest it will be. So Monday it will defo be there they said. I will be very upset if it ain’t as they promised 100%. Worse service ever from @VodafoneUK

  @VodafoneUK trying to top up my daughter's phone but it's saying there is a error with the number? This is the error code 491 - [error ref 1w0] I've tried registering it and everything. Any help would be great

  @VodafoneUK power to my Router has been broken for 5 days and vodafone messing around doing line checks and opening tickets for me. Meanwhile we have no internet. Worst service I have ever received from any company!!

  @missbecka_ @VodafoneUK I don't think its unreasonable to expect to know when you are going to get the item you ordered. I am expecting that the payment will come out before the device arrives - this seems to be standard for Vodafone. I've been a customer for over 10 years. I think this year is time!
