@VodafoneUK Hi please answer the below After the work on the mast on ML9 3BL Monday 6th Feb these are results. 8feb 08.07 down 11.57. 11.54 down 0.93..16.11 down 0.62..19.33 down 1.07. This is not acceptable even calls being terminated due to no WiFi.

@VodafoneUK Is there a way that you can stop such third parties selling offers on your services?? At the end of the day, they do give you a bad name, & customers such as myself suffer. @Top_CashBack is perhaps the worst organisation I have ever come across, its a nightmare dealing with them

@BeverleyCrave14 @VodafoneUK I already did the switch back to BT, activation date ... 23/02 :(( So no internet for another 2 weeks. I filed Ofcom complaint today and will go to @CISASUK later. Suggest u do that too.

Wish I'd never upgraded @VodafoneUK broadband. Bloody useless! Paying £9 more for not only a worse service but can no longer play online games.

@BeverleyCrave14 @VodafoneUK We were with @bt_uk before and had no problems at all, decided to switch to save money. I guess we got what we wanted, not paying at all now as there is no internet :)))

@VodafoneUK you won't be at all surprised to know that your fairytale customer resolutions dept. failed to call..again! 5 times its been "escalated", 5 times I've been told to wait 48hours. Company is a absolutely disgrace from top to bottom..and yes I've sent you a DM! 🙄
