    Bought a second hand galaxy S10 on marketplace advertised as unlocked, it wasn't requested NUC @vodafone @VodafoneUK 10 days later nothing. Contacted them this morning and instead of trying to help and unlock the phone they tried to get me to switch. Ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK supposed to have gone live with your fibre broadband service on 31/3/26.... Still waiting ... Poor but I guess you will blame @WeAreOpenreach

    @VodafoneUK Just spent 25 minutes on the phone regarding my current arrangement, for the 3rd time. On both previous calls promises to respond and own the problem. No response to either. Appalling customer service. Asked to be put through to Max Taylor. Now want another 10 days!

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???

    @VodafoneUK can you cut the endless waffle when we try to top up, now we have to listern to an ad before we go through the usuall crap of blah blah blah press 1 drivel drivel drivel press 1,more crap press 2 , don't you want our business? I just want to put my voucher number in.

    @VodafoneUK why does everyone in your customer care team want an argument...Worse service l have ever had..over 15 minutes each time l call to get no where.. Useless embarrassing company..

    @VodafoneUK I phoned up and I spoke to someone he said I needed the complaints department or a different department then said he’d put me through, but it just rang and rang and rang and I was waiting for over an hour and 40 minutes and no one answered. I had to put the phone down in the end.

    I’ve been with @EE for over 20 years, I have 4 lines and I’ve never been late with my bill. So why is it that @O2 and @VodafoneUK have better deals for me then #ee #eeupgrade? Where’s the loyalty?
