    @VodafoneUK who on earth thought it was a good idea to region lock your Vodafone app . Then Drop the ability to recharge phones from your website , you have just lost all the tourists, visitors to Uk they cannot recharge as they cannot DL your app. Fix it .

    @VodafoneUK leaving my girlfriend stranded in Spain with no phone is a absolute disgrace after being contracted to the network for over a decade

    Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
