    @GeoffBarton9 @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK The phone service is OK. What’s appalling is the treatment you get when you want to change ANYTHING. They can’t do what you want. They won’t do what you want. They aren’t around to do what you want (website down). Takes ages to get through. Then they screw up what they do!

    @VodafoneUK still haven’t received trade in pack after taking out contract on iPhone 12! My complaint ref is 325605, please get back to me asap. Been a month now and still received nothing! Unacceptable
