    @EricFor1173540 @dave43law They don’t they provide them to charities who support people who have been assessed & accepted into the Asylum System (mostly families). NOT illegal immigrants. I’m sure @VodafoneUK legal team will be taking a very serious look at these accusations.

    @VodafoneUK who on earth thought it was a good idea to region lock your Vodafone app . Then Drop the ability to recharge phones from your website , you have just lost all the tourists, visitors to Uk they cannot recharge as they cannot DL your app. Fix it .

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    I can’t wait 4 my contract 2 end with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup they r a rip off merchant & have the most uncaring, unsympathetic customer service & their complaints dept well that’s a complete joke 🤬 I have been a customer 4 yrs & have literally been treated like a bit of 💩🤬

    @duzza007 @VodafoneUK I’m with them. Got a new phone yesterday and my sim hasn’t transferred to the new phone and their live chat was no help so I’ve gotta go up to their store

    On a train (as I am every week) can't have a phone call for more than 30 seconds. @VodafoneUK your signal is absolutely shocking. Why??? It's 2026. Surely your investments would see significantly better performance. Tired of this rubbish
