    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK why does everyone in your customer care team want an argument...Worse service l have ever had..over 15 minutes each time l call to get no where.. Useless embarrassing company..

    Been with @VodafoneUK for 10+ years. Just called up to see if they can offer me a better deal before I switch to a cheaper provider. Chap on the phone essentially shrugged his shoulders and told me "cheerio". Very strange approach to customer retention.

    hi @VodafoneUK - over the last few months your coverage has got so bad that I not only don't get a signal in my village, but I have problems in central London too. Any particularr reason for this? Given it's a business phone, it's not ideal!

    After 25+ years with @VodafoneUK ,I’ve finally realised customer loyalty means very little. Endless emails about “valuing customers” and the rewards programme, yet after applying for multiple events and offers over the years I’ve received absolutely nothing… NOTHING.

    @VodafoneUK are there any actual human beings employed at Vodafone? Am getting close to erupting due to not being able to speak to someone. The automated service is useless!

    @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
