    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Vodafone are OK so long as everything works. If there’s a single element or situation which strays from their prepared process or script everything falls apart. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!

    @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out

    @VodafoneUK Red contract is ending and I received a text saying I’ll be charged for my entertainment package if I don’t cancel. If I renew my contract for another red package including entertainment do I need to cancel & resubscribe or do you roll the sub? Called 191 and no help.
