@VodafoneUK Waste of time. Now with complaints department. Been waiting 9+ days for this phone. Botched up two attempts at upgrade. Spent about eight hours on phone trying to sort. There is a 3-y-o girl needing possible major surgery. Pathetic customer service.

@VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to 13 people to date to try and sort my complaint. I was assured I would have a full response and closure by Saturday. Surprise surprise nothing. You have caused a debt on my credit profile and refuse to sort it. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone

@VodafoneUK - last week submitted a pac code to vodaphone for 29/06 however I have changed my mind and want to cancel the request. However when calling up the team are unable to access the account because of a 4 digit 'pin' which I haven't set up so they can't access my account

@VodafoneUK in addition, I’ve had a monthly spend cap on my account over the last few years and this appears to have been removed by you at some point. I’ve now reinstated this but if you hadn’t removed this, I would never have been charged an extortionate amount for a vital call

I think @VodafoneUK's website is horrible. Been trying to log in since I signed up for internet and all I get are error messages. All the chat help does is reset my account or password. It doesn't fill me with confidence for the broadband service that starts tomorrow…

@AlanThornton15 @VodafoneUK @SamsungMobile You have to put some new settings in on the access points on mobile network. Phone them and tell them that they will sort it 👍

If you’ve been cold called by @VodafoneUK from their Rotherham call centre and purchased a tablet or watch, check your bills. They may have offered you a 24 month deal and you rightly think it ends at 24. It doesn’t. They take the money in perpetuity. Unless YOU cancel.
