    @VodafoneUK One of the worst broadband experiences. Set up first plan, took them two more weeks to activate than promised. Insufficient for the house, upgraded the plan and router…one month and a half and the upgrade plan is not yet working. Choose another company.

    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

    @duzza007 @VodafoneUK I’m with them. Got a new phone yesterday and my sim hasn’t transferred to the new phone and their live chat was no help so I’ve gotta go up to their store
