    @VodafoneUK I get the code last night,went on vue website and it was having problems with online sales I've now wasted £7 for nothing because the 1hr timeline to purchase tickets has passed! Not happy

    @VodafoneUK 6 weeks , complaint after complaint, escalated, Directors Office @DHLParcelUK confirming to me that the phone cannot be located, still no replacement IPhone!!! I am trying to run a business but @VodafoneUK do not care about their customers.

    @VodafoneUK is it now your policy not to answer customer service calls? I've tried multiple times with long hold times each time. Crap service is why I moved my business account. Guess I'll be moving the rest of my family ones now instead of upgrading
