    What a bunch of profit chasing thugs @VodafoneUK are. I get a regular monthly bill of £17 however just being a day late for payment ( only ever one reminder) I get a £5 penalty. That’s £5 a nearly 33% fine. Catch phrase should be “got you, give me your money,stuff the service”

    Morning @VodafoneUK you’ve charged me for using my data in Turkey. I’ve never been to, or ever intend to visit that **** hole. Is there a way I can claim that money back please? I’m in Greece on holiday not Turkey. Many thanks 🍹

    @VodafoneUK as a Vodafone pro2 customer with an ultra hub - why have they now sent me a hub 6 which is inferior but still charging me the premium price?

    Trying to return a trade in phone to @VodafoneUK from North of Ireland, sent me a DPD envelope that can’t be used here, spent 3+hours on phone over last week trying to sort and still can’t get an answer, horrific service, cannot get talking to anyone with any idea at all.

    @VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.

    Wow @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful, asking a question on the chat and the response is "yeah just hold on" SERIOUSLY! that's how you run the business now! All I asked was if the contract could be resent as not att'd - with a please!
