    @VodafoneUK broadband has been down since yesterday, absolutely no info from Vodafone on fix or issue cause!? A common problem with this company! On hold to cust serv for over an hour and no answer! Poor cust serv poor service full stop. Especially at a time when needed for work

    @VodafoneUK I have DM’d a complaint to you regarding work on a mast behind my house and damage to my property. I contacted back in dec20, June 21 and now today. The automated system does not work for non Vodafone customer. Can you look please?

    Just wanna say **** @VodafoneUK had no internet since 10pm last night. Missed a online meeting last night and this morning. If this lasts another day going to end up missing my uni lessons online as well. 😤
