    Shame on you @VodafoneUK for your awful customer service!! Been a customer for 20 years! Phone blocked for messaging despite having unlimited texts AND it’s STILL not sorted 5 days later despite multiple online chats and and put on hold with repetitive times this week!

    @VodafoneUK yet again having broadband issues and can’t get through in your “automated” system or via the app. Poor customer service spending 20 mins just getting verified when I’m already logged into your app. Please can someone just fix my internet!

    @VodafoneUK @primevideouk I would if I could get decent signal. Absolutely shocking reception. Won’t be renewing with Vodafone, on about 5G ! Try sorting out 4G first
