    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK While my wife was in hospital @vodafoneUK talked her into changing her tariff. She went from 1GB data to something like 25GB despite never going over her 1GB. She said she got confused and thought she had to do it. She left them and reduced her bill by £15 pm once she came home.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So, let me get this straight. If you have any problem with Vodaphone, contact the CEO. Have I got that right? Begs the question as to what the other employees do, other than get it badly wrong🤔

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm a vodafone customer had an issue with phone . Contacted them for help I could not remember password gentleman lost it with me and believe it or not said why do you want to access your account . Rude and unhelpful .

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK When my MIL passed, we had a wide range of reactions from utility cos, some good some awful. There’s no excuse for the awful. My mobile contract is due for review. I will avoid Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK @speckyninja I had a debt collection call (2015) about a Vodafone debt that Vodafone had previously told me they’d cancelled (2014) as it was due to them misselling us a product (international calls package when I was in India). Horrible company.
