@NickNairn @VodafoneUK If you can't get a reliable business grade service from one provider you might want to consider getting contracts with two providers, one DSL (e.g. BT) and one cable (e.g. Virgin) and set up your wireless network so you can tolerate one of them going offline.

  • PB7oaks PB7Oaks (@PB7oaks) reported

@VodafoneUK been trying to watch the GP but the so called super fast and reliable fibre connection won't let me. Dropped out @10x. A regular occurance. Didn't have this problem with the old phone line connection. Not good

  • Sajatweet Sara Edwards (Christie) (@Sajatweet) reported

I think @VodafoneUK are trying to turn me into a grumpy auld wifey. 3 weeks of trying to get them to find/fix an issue with the usb sharing on my router. They decide it’s faulty & arrange a new router. It just turned up only they didnt tell me it’s a swap out so it’s gone again.

  • KimTaylorDuncan Kim Taylor-Duncan (@KimTaylorDuncan) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK We have had Sky Broadband for years with zero issues. We live in Dunblane. Two sons at home use it big time!

  • G4z007 Gareth (@G4z007) reported

@VodafoneUK Finding a new network because my data has not worked for 4 days and after 5 calls and still no result to the problem

  • ChrisMilrine Chris Milrine (@ChrisMilrine) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK We are having the same problems with vodafone. On a business contract our work have recently moved to EEz for mobile signal it is awful. No signal at work. However the 5G mifi broadband has incredible speed on 5G. 36mb download and 45mb upload.

  • Bongo_Lez Les 🌈🦄 (@Bongo_Lez) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi can you please give me the details (either email or address) of where I can submit a formal complaint?

  • gillyb2004 gillian balneaves (@gillyb2004) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Definitely BT. You may pay a bit more but their service and reliability is second to none.

  • SaraJPriestley Sara Priestley (@SaraJPriestley) reported

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK Sky are great, unless something goes wrong. And then they are pretty useless. Friends in Edinburgh have second connection for when sky goes down, rather than dealing with customer services. BT have some amazing directly employed engineers, when you get one your have to keep them.

  • oldwarrenpoint Brian McCalmont (@oldwarrenpoint) reported

@wilsondan @VodafoneUK Depends on what contract you are on - as I understand it because of where we are (so close to the border) that roaming should work and there was no extra charge but I have my phone on manual network so it does not switch to IE as I dont trust them not to charge me.
