    Oh my god @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup customer service are shocking! I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 25 years, and I just called them to try and get my bills down and the woman couldn’t give a ****. WOW. Any tips guys… looks like it’s time to move??

    @VodafoneUK when I try to speak to customer service I always end up regardless of if I hit 1 or 2 it always ends the call.

    @VodafoneUK Can we just call it quits? @VodafoneUK You can't provide a reliable service and can't manage a fault. I'm sure you won't miss my £22 a month. But three months in and your service is not fit for purpose, so I shouldn't be forced to pay your early termination fee.

    @VodafoneUK Hi people out there don't buy a Vodafone contract unless you are sure what you're getting yourself in for. The network has claimed they are making improvements to 4G and 5G. 4G is still terrible barely lucky to get 1 bar. It's been 5 years and still no improvements.

    @VodafoneUK Hi team. My trade in phone was delivered back to Vodafone on the 12th January. I haven’t heard anything at all, not even to say Vodafone have it. Can you help at all? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK All great but bad customer service and then after calling your call centre, explained them the issue and then they keep on hold and disconnect… not sure how long I have to wait to get it resolved

    @VodafoneUK I asked in May when I could cancel the contract of 2 watches on my account and was told I couldn't until my phone was out of contract. Recieved a letter last month saying my contract for these ended in June and I was still paying £25 a month. Been a customer over 10y.

    @VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu Ordered boraband on 1st of Dec. Since then my internet is not working. Thrice the engineers has not turned up on the given appointment dates and times and when they come they donot escalate the issue and telling me the same issue as of 07 of dec (istallation date).
