    Power cut this morning, internet providers infrastructure damaged, it meant falling back on @VodafoneUK for data services. If I lived in the artic circle, or the Sahara Desert, I’d get it. I live in Surrey. How can you be this apocalyptically bad in 2026? It’s disgraceful.

    @VodafoneUK Hi who can help me get back into my Vodafone account please I can see some stuff but am blocked out of others I wanna change my sim deal while the sale is on but the site is AWFUL to be honest and there is no help !

    So got the emergency alert on my @SMARTYMobileUK sim but not my @VodafoneUK sim. Shouldn't they be on the same network now???

    So @VodafoneUK This sums U up totally, utterly & completely that no one has reached out on here 2 me this is my 3rd post about your C. Service - Seriously EVERYONE they are a totally useless & uncaring company only out 2 take yr money I can’t wait 4 this contract 2 end I’m so 🤬
