    @VodafoneUK since June your service has been well below acceptable level in Caernarfon. Despite this my last 2 bills didn't show any compensation & you've taken payment in full. Today 12 August has been particularly bad on both 4G & network. I've already raised this on account

    @VodafoneUK my new broadband is so bad I can’t even get a clear chat through you chat bot. Every single day devices can’t connect to the internet. Very much regretting the change now

    Local network issues ongoing for 2 months now @VodafoneUK. We were told it would be fixed by the end of July. Incident Reference INC000005989903
