    @VodafoneUK 5+ years of loyalty and this is how I’m treated? Broadband disconnected without permission and money taken from my account unlawfully. This is completely unacceptable. Fix this immediately and refund me in full.

    @VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

    So unhappy with @VodafoneUK Terrible communication and service. Switched to them and two broken routers. My line switch took an extra two days. And they didn't communicate properly regarding a delivery exchange that had a DPD driver badgering my wife at the door

    After 25+ years with @VodafoneUK ,I’ve finally realised customer loyalty means very little. Endless emails about “valuing customers” and the rewards programme, yet after applying for multiple events and offers over the years I’ve received absolutely nothing… NOTHING.

    @CityFibre @Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have and they are working with you. Hopefully we get a resolution in less than 2 weeks this time! As you will see from my complaint my experience is not an isolated one. Please take some ownership

    @VodafoneUK your customer service and dysfunctional relationship to @BT Openreach is disgraceful. Farmed out to chatbots and offshore call centres. No continuity. No accountability.
