    When you get a new phone from @VodafoneUK in Derby & they don’t tell you it charges differently ie that it doesn’t have the right plug or that you have to get said plug separately & now I can’t use the damn thing until I do 🙄

    Hi @VodafoneUK I wonder if you can help please. After only the first year of my contract with Vodafone (£50 p month), the mother board of my Iphone13 has died. #Apple claims it's not their issue so won't replace. Shouldn't #Vodafone replace it?

    @VodafoneUK When re-enabled signal often shows a strong four bars. Have also had BIG problems with SMS messages either very delayed, or in some cases, never arriving at all. People calling me are often put straight through to Voicemail. Hope you can help please!

    @NN10Canary @VodafoneUK I’d been with voda for years but at last upgrade found them highly unhelpful. Moved to EE with no problems. Might be worth exploring if other providers have the same policies.
