  @techprocess1 @VodafoneUK I was with them before but the signal where we live wasn’t great - turns out after a promising start that Vodafone’s is no better!

  I was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I know it doesn’t help your cause but they did something very similar to me and I’ve never gone back. Woeful on every level, no accountability and I spent so long on the phone calling in to cancel a contract I’d never started - time I’ll never get back. Good luck. Awful company.

  Finished another daily routine- 30 minutes with @VodafoneUK Broadband support. They’re still asking for the same information I’ve already provided, and the issue remains unresolved 22 days after my broadband plan was upgraded and a new router was supplied. #FLT13589883

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.

  I have been a customer with Vodafone business for 8 years. I requested my PAC code to leave because their customer service has been awful yet they continue to try and upsell me. Terrible company. @vodafone @VodafoneUK

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Adrian. Hang on two more years, do not contact them or make any offer of payment, the debt can’t be recovered if you’ve not made a payment or tried to negotiate. Do not accept this so called debt is real.
