    @VodafoneUK please help me. I should have had my new broadband working yesterday but nothing and still nothing. I have tried the online but it keeps cutting out. If its easier, please cancel my agreement and I will try elsewhere. I do need WiFi

    @VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

    @VodafoneUK I was under advice from a Vodafone team Mate, they would not arrive for six months. can you take this and shrink it down as as much as as possible while keeping all of my key points intact?
