    Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?

    Another week, another 2 hour @AvantiWestCoast train. As always, sod all wi-fi, and @VodafoneUK signal was shocking too. Wtf is going on ?!?! Spent most of the journey trying to connect.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling and using chat multiple times and keep getting disconnected. I cannot reach a human and my broadband issue is still unresolved. Please respond urgently.
