It’s time for me to part ways with #Vodafone after being w/ them for 8 years. @VodafoneUK customer service is utter sh*# & the network coverage is been awful since Dec 20. The only reason I stayed this long cos of coverage, it’s brilliant in North Africa to Northern Europe.

@VodafoneUK I’m consistently being overcharged even after complaining and being advised this wouldn’t happen. My WiFi doesn’t work in the evenings, my phone line has never worked and no body seems to want to reply to my emails, or chat requests! How can you get in touch!

@VodafoneUK we have recently ported five mobile number of our family from airtel to vi. But to my surprise network as well as internet speed of this connectivity is more than worst. What to talk of net, Calling could not be done properly. Airtel which we left, was far better.

@VodafoneUK my Dad’s incoming calls have been gone straight to Voicemail for at least the last 3 days. He’s not on social media. He called the Vodafone helpline and was told he’d be called back at 8.30am today on a different number to resolve. No one called him! Can you help?
