    @tm029 @VodafoneUK I've been assured that my account will be credited (with money!) for the time the service has been down, so far since Wednesday 10th about 2.50pm. Presume this will apply to everyone affected

    @VodafoneUK Yep and I'm still waiting - yet more lies from Vodafone. I think I may compile all the phone calls and emails and texts that have taken place and sue them for an exemplary amount. Chances are the judge has bad experience with them, and will not be unsympathetic..

    @VodafoneUK hi I’ve had a problem with my broadband router with it dieing, power keeps going other than that the line is fine. Went through web chat yesterday was told I would get a call within 4 hours yesterday and arrange a new router. Just got a text saying fault is resolved?
