    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    Yet again @VodafoneUK another 2hr call and promised a manager call back, nothing again. Now on the phone again to you. What is the problem here ? Is it employing foreigners that barely speak English 🤔 Or are you just so incompetent that nobody has a clue 🤔

    @EE Awful service stay clear at all costs! I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted in a customer service phone team than we were tonight!Your staff were beyond rude, All we wanted to do is renew.. never cancelled something so quick.. easiest decision now going with @VodafoneUK
