    @VodafoneUK @GuardianLabs everybody out there never ever buy a phone or contract through @VodafoneUK . They are a con company who send you dodgy phones and when they break they don’t want to know and mess you around. Trust me guys don’t bother. Atrocious service and no customer care principles.

    @VodafoneUK, good morning. Can you please tell me exactly how I am supposed to report a 4g network fault to you? My 4g speed has dropped from 30mbps to 6, and upload has stopped completely. Website and app hopeless for fault reporting.

    @VodafoneUK This is causing major problems as can’t authenticate work/bank sites etc. This has to be done ASAP. Can’t get text msgs, impacting clients, etc.

    @VodafoneUK Yet again terrible broadband from you. Not once has my broadband been anywhere need the super fast 2 promised speeds, in fact it’s not much quicker than dial up. Can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can take my business somewhere els.

    54 minutes on the phone waiting for #CustomerExperience #CustomerService at @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK #vodafone to actually pick up the phone to sort out my problem. Not a very good or helpful customer service, to be honest.

    @VodafoneUK Merry Christmas team. Can someone please tell me why it’s taking so long to remove my illegally blacklisted phone from the blacklist? Was told it would take, 10mins, then 3-4hrs, then 24hrs but it’s still not working. Can’t receive texts, can’t use MFA, nightmare! 😡
