    @EE @VodafoneUK @TheO2 iPhone12- Blk.I totally understand that but please understand my frustration too as I was advised to cancel my order twice and order it again due to error.I last placed an order on Wednesday and was told for the 6th time it will be delivered by tmorrow and it stil hvnt arrived.

    @EE @VodafoneUK @TheO2 I have no choice but to escalate this or leave EE with the amount of times I’ve been let down or over promised and you guys have not delivered. It’s taken the fun and excitement out of getting an upgrade

    Hey @VodafoneUK! Me again! Your support guys were great at helping, and sent me a new SIM to fix the 5G issue. I do have visual voicemail now (thank you!!!) but still have no 5G :(. Any more ideas?
