    @VodafoneUK hiding their customer service behind a paywall. I want to talk to you about my bill, but I can’t talk to you about my bill unless I pay what you decide i owe. Counting down the days to freedom! 🤮 awful experience start to finish, would not recommend.

    Don’t believe a WORD of what @VodafoneUK say when they offer to ‘help’ whn you are struggling. They don’t! They charge you for late payment and send you straight back to square one.

    @VodafoneUK Think very carefully before trusting a mobile phone operator. Because when you need support, they don't answer you, they don't help you at all. Dissatisfaction is an understatement for the humiliation I'm feeling. Vodafone is not trustworthy and doesn't give you

    Haven’t been able to speak with anyone at Vodafone who seems to know how to cancel a Onenumber subscription. This company is becoming impossible to deal with. Complete incompetence. Just avoid them as there are much better uk mobile providers. @VodafoneUK

    Hi @VodafoneUK if it’s possible to video chat with people in space how come I struggle for any kind of decent network connection in our major cities. In the past month I have been in London and Birmingham and had to switch to free WiFi in places to get service.
