    @VodafoneUK want to upgrade my phone but my account is locked. You have told me you are unable to unlock it. So now I want to port my number to another provider. You have told me I have to log on for a code... I CANT- MY BLOODY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED!! Worst customer service ever.

    Sent a DM back with my details and description of issue - and nothing back from @VodafoneUK . Tried phoning and no staff manning phones!! Day 5 with no broadband.

    @anthonyjpierce @VodafoneUK Same problem in Broadheath but don't worry it's your problem not theirs. A when group of use are having a problem and they are not interested. This is why I'm leaving for a network that does work in the area!!!

    @VodafoneUK I raise an issue with Vodafone advantage Thursday. I was told they would get back within 72 hrs. I'm just wondering If that includes weekends? Thanks
