  At 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?

  @VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling and using chat multiple times and keep getting disconnected. I cannot reach a human and my broadband issue is still unresolved. Please respond urgently.

  @VodafoneUK please help me. I should have had my new broadband working yesterday but nothing and still nothing. I have tried the online but it keeps cutting out. If its easier, please cancel my agreement and I will try elsewhere. I do need WiFi
