    Dear @VodafoneUK you’ve been “working hard” to fix my network for weeks now but you charged me more this last month. I ran away from Nigeria to avoid things like this, only to find out that you’re in cahoots with the service providers I ran from. Don’t send that text anymore, 😒

    Imagine trying to join @VodafoneUK broadband and having so much bad service from them before you even join. Over 2hours on online chat, multiple agents and still no further forward. Lucky escape?!

    @DavidCoombes4 @r1b1ker @VodafoneUK This may be load related, alternatively you may be using DSS. If you can determine the bands and which cell site being used that will help and provide times of day.

    Just spent an hour in a queue on @VodafoneUK broadband chat for them to cut me@off immediately. Ordered broadband over 5 months ago and still not connected. Contacted and complained 30+ times and they don’t do anything. Why is your customer service so bad???
