    @VodafoneUK your Smart App is simply poor after a few days going back and forth with your support teams and the issue is still not resolved and the device is still unusable. Will be in contact to return.

    @VodafoneUK I don’t believe that anyone at Vodafone is trying to help. Evidence: when I DM’d you last about leaving the team failed to read dms properly and kept offering upgrade options instead of what I actually asked for. Live chat operators cut you off and phone lines are understaffed.

    @VodafoneUK directing to contact your support teams who are unable to resolve this issue is not what I would like. The Smart App has issues as noted from the various reviews on Android and Apple stores. Pay attention to them and fix the issues.
