    @VodafoneUK Can someone please help I can’t access myvodafone to manage my account, I can’t view my bills, you have reset it it 100s of time I’ve tried to complain to escalate and I get slow responses from different people every time. I’m now requesting you allow me to cancel my contract.

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Sending private messages never resolves the issues. Hiding complaints against you private messages also doesn't work. Time to update your complaint handling process, and deal with the mast issues and lack of masts - instead of messing around with people's accounts

    The customer service from @VodafoneUK is so awful. Having just spent 45 minutes in an online chat trying to report an issue, first via a bot, then via two operators, I have been told to call the call centre. The call centre would not put me through to a human and told me to (1/2)

    @VodafoneUK @sineterre Your network checker is rubbish. Says everything is working fine when clearly it's not. My mobile data is down again and if you check down detector your see this is a iusse many people are having today all over the UK
