    @VodafoneUK Broadband activated last Friday. Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!

    @VodafoneUK been with Vodafone 12+ years, I just wasted hours on the phone to their support because I get intermittent coverage at both of my properties & it’s getting worse, yet I’m paying 100% of the bill only to be told it’s tough & they are sorry! Absolute joke, moving to EE

    Hey @VodafoneUK why are you giving out free SIM cards to illegal immigrants. I’m a long standing customer and will be moving my account until you cease aiding abetting illegal immigrants into this country. Shame on you.

    @VodafoneUK my phone keeps losing signal, goes to emergency calls only... ive followed an agents instructions and also had a new simcard but still the same!? Please can you advise

    @dave_aldrine I’m ready to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK that’s a sure fact. Sick of the terrible signal everywhere. Sending messages in bottles is currently more successful.

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?
