    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yes. @comcast does the same thing in the USA. No method of cancelling online. No staff on chat system. Hours long wait time on calls. If you do get to someone, they make it as hard as possible to cancel.

    So, Apparently @VodafoneUK is having issues with Broadband atm, As both my Internet and my Cousins Internet is down atm. Yet, not a single Tweet from them to state they are working on a fix. I'm glad I have a good Contract with @EE, Their customer service skills are top notch.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Agree Vodafone is awful - we had an absolute nightmare trying to change my family’s plan a few years ago with them and the awful staff put us off for life.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Same here. Mum had threats of debt recovery because we couldn’t cancel my deceased father’s contract. She ended up paying about 6 months after he died because it was impossible to sort it. Disgusting company.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot When you go online to contact Vodafone, you do get an automated service, initially. When you actually call them, you will get a person you can speak to.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not sure if it's possible. How's about a class action suit?? With yourselves and a list of all the others who've been so mistreated. Lobbying everyone to cancel their account and reporting them might help too!
