    @VodafoneUK I’m completely unable to contact you as I’m abroad and you switched off my SIM card. Your Tobi service is always down and doesn’t let me chat to an agent. I need someone to contact me asap so I can sort out my billing situation. This is completely unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK hi I work on the internet and it's down and I have lost access to my phone number. I need it up and running soon, I understand that it's a bank holiday. I'm at 5 Millgate, Selby, YO83JX. Can we resolve this quickly. Thank you for your time.

    @VodafoneUK We have vodafone phone and internet. Just tried logging in. It's sent a message to one of our phones. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

    @VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?

    @VodafoneUK Having shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Son has returned from Australia and PAYG sim doesn't work. Say they can't help unless phone is with me! Ridiculous!🤬
