    @VodafoneUK Just spoke to 2nd line support on a poor quality line. Said she would run some checks (same as the other times). I waited with great excitement and anticipation that this expert lady would fix our problem. The line went dead.

    @VodafoneUK If you don’t have a responsive complaints procedure or not able to give customers an opportunity to make a complaint then I have to request a letter of deadlock as I am trying to resolve but the process is not working

    @VodafoneUK Please advise if there is a complaints email. I want to request a letter of deadlock as I am going to Ofcom to file my complaint against Vodafone. Your account management is poor.
