    @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @CityFibre @Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have and they are working with you. Hopefully we get a resolution in less than 2 weeks this time! As you will see from my complaint my experience is not an isolated one. Please take some ownership

    In the UK, regulators would have had forced @VodafoneUK to immediately issue a refund for lack of service. But here in India, all you have to do is pay a bribe to officials and ministers. They will ignore all the consumer complaints.

    @vodafone 3) all I’ve been told, it will be sorted in 24hrs, however 5 days later, I’m still unable to use my number, or my phone. A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.
