@VodafoneUK I recently moved my number from another network to you. it seems I have both my number and the new number that came with the sim both . When people call/text me on the number I moved over everthing is normal but when I text back it shows up as the new number for them?

@VodafoneUK Here’s an update, in case anyone is interested, the engineer says no fault in the line. Apparently @VodafoneUK has been sending out refurbished routers and this has caused issues across the board. So I call and ask for a new router and am told to wait ANOTHER 24 hrs

@VodafoneUK I already spoke to a WiFi Xpert on chat last Sunday. The problem is I shouldn't have to keep ringing and wasting more money being on hold when there are transcripts to work from. I ended up testing myself and it seems the booster is (yet again) the issue.
