    @SammyB82279768 @VodafoneUK They will send a token message to pretend they are interested ask you to DM them and when you do it’s a wall of silence. Then over an hour and half wait on the phone. Cannot wait to leave for another network. 😕

    Terrible customer services @VodafoneUK when asking for a PAC code. Agent failed to explain the difference between an early termination fee and just paying up to the contract end date regardless of the departure date. Then she hung up.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK are genuinely the worst phone network. I've had no covergyor internet now for 12 days. I've moved to @VodafoneUK who are by far superior with speed and consistency.
