@VodafoneUK my wife’s number is stollen because one of your agents gives a PAC to fraudsters, they change her phone banking, try taking money from her account/credit cards, and has had no access to her bank accounts or phone for 8 days, and still you can’t sort it out. Very poor

No internet all day again, @VodafoneUK. Reference number not recognised on your 0800 tech2 team call. Online chat wouldn't accept the case, offered no support, and sent us back to the phone number saying to quote the unrecognisable code. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
