    @VodafoneUK you attempted to remotely eset two of our conpany phones yesterday. The "reset" has resulted in both phones having no mobile connectivity at all - no calls, no texts and no data. Your support chat both wants me to call 191 (I can't) and won't connect me to a person

    @VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.

    Another week, another 2 hour @AvantiWestCoast train. As always, sod all wi-fi, and @VodafoneUK signal was shocking too. Wtf is going on ?!?! Spent most of the journey trying to connect.
