    @VodafoneUK please can you help me. I went into store yesterday for an upgrade. Unfortunately it hasn’t gone through as you are now doing a credit check on me. I’ve been a customer for 23 years and you took Money out of my account on Wednesday to pay my latest bill ????

    Ridiculously poor customer service from @VodafoneUK today. 2 webchats, 2 phone advisers, all offering different deals and the one I agreed to wasn’t the one I received 😡😡

    Wow @VodafoneUK are horrendous! I’ve never known anything like it 🤯 staff don’t carry out their jobs properly, they’re rude, call centre so loud you can’t hear the person speak, billing me 6 months after I left & reporting missed payments to cred ref agencies for no reason 🤯

    @VodafoneUK - how is this my problem and why do I need to call? you cant cancel my account, you sort it out! I am not going to call - POOR and Appaling service - yet again! should have never gone to Vodafone in the 1st place!
