    First rubbish service from @VodafoneUK Now an unsolicited phone call from @O2 which was both baffling and quite unnerving. The caller got my name wrong & didn’t tell me why they were calling. When challenged they quoted extensively regarding my activity on the company’s website.

    @VodafoneUK you are a joke, been given 4 disconnection fees, on top of that agent didn't cancel my contract when he said he did and now I'm being told I have to pay to keep my number. Absolute shambles.

    @VodafoneUK Do you have a 5G outage in London at the moment? Your network status says its fine, your support say its been a real issue for them. My gigacube won't download and we can't put it into 4G by design. Its been 9 days, sent the first gigacube in, got a brand new1 today.
