@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Terrible company. I had a similar experience over the end of a contract. They put the bailiffs onto me and had me credit blacklisted but I had no correspondence from them to tell any of this? Sorry for your loss and the upset to your father.

@sullivanclean @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Gotta report them to someone for that. For them to be sending someone info intended for someone else - including the other person’s name - when you’ve informed them they’re wrong, has to be data issue. I guess it’d be Information Commisioner’s Office?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is tiny compared to what you've been through, but I noticed I still had an active contract with Vodafone on my credit report about 6 months after I'd ended it. Raised a complaint and it was all sorted, but is there some glitch preventing account closures?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had two complaints with Vodafone and each time they do not resolve anything. That’s why I am leaving them this year. Also always speak to complaints - they sometimes get things right. Btw all the networks are crap!
