    Hi @VodafoneUK, since the maintenance work you did last week (which you texted me to say was completed) we’ve only had 3G network. When can we expect 4G to be reinstated? Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK how is someone told their number has been out of action since 2018 when they were using it up until it being inexplicably disconnected over a week ago and NOT A SINGLE PERSON - via hours of calls, in-person in a shop, online chat can do a single thing to help him?

    @VodafoneUK such poor service signal rubbish customer service is non existent has to be the worse service in the uk please stay away from Vodafone they don’t value you’re business instead be rude and try and blame everything on you .

    @VodafoneUK hi - I’m having issues with receiving texts on my phone from abroad and the UK. iMessage still works but whenever it’s a text from certain numbers that I’ve also saved on my phone, they’re not coming through. The issue has been there since 13 March. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK is there anyone in this poor company who deals with complaints as so far I’m so so angry and annoyed with my monthly bills being over 100 per month and this is how they treat customers. Please stay away from Vodafone uk

    @VodafoneUK Another fun day wasted on hold with Vodafone. The complaints line goes through to technical help, not complaints, and they won't own a problem they caused. They blame Openreach. 27 hours on hold, 31 call centre staff, and 0 calls from any manager. Still no broadband.

    @VodafoneUK has the worst customer service ever. Husband’s business mobile of 4 years cut off two weeks ago & no one will sort it. Pushed from call to call with officious agents victim blaming him for not going through the right channels when he has done. 1/2
