    @forduk Hi Ford UK - I am having a real struggle with your FordPass UK team to resolve an issue raised on 05/12! @VodafoneUK provided a solution but it requires an APN change which only FP UK can do. You say 'bring on tomorrow' but could I please have some progress on my case today?

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK another day another failed delivery. Every day apology from pleasant people via 191. Frankly not good enough. When I try to complain I then get fobbed off. Don’t blame DPD, that is not my problem.

    @VodafoneUK Can you tell me why your WiFi call continuously doesn’t work when I’m clearly connected to strong WiFi signal. I live in an area with no signal so totally reliant on WiFi call saying as you did away with the sure signal boxes!
