@VodafoneUK I asked Santa for a Broadband deal with @VodafoneUK but looks like an issue in your systems made the order be cancelled and support service is not able to provide a solution. This was the tech I wanted for Christmas, but looks like won't be possible. #makeitpossible #techIwant

@VodafoneUK Rather than @VodaphoneUK sending the debt collectors in, why not contact your customer to say that their contract is nearly paid up and offer a new sim only deal ? Or do you make more money by just continuing to take full payment ?

If you are thinking about getting a phone from @VodafoneUK just save yourself the hassle and don’t. I cancelled a contract with them on the same day that I paid the upfront fee and they keep taking money from my account and charging me for a phone I’ve never used🥴

@o2businessuk We are a nee business customer. We signed up with you nearly a month ago and have still yet to get up and running. You promised customer service but you do not answer your phones. Shall we go back to @VodafoneUK ?
