  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

  @VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.

  More poor service from @VodafoneUK refusing to send a booster despite the FTTP engineer from @CityFibre saying it's required at the property. Convinced me to leave as soon as the fixed term expires.

  @VodafoneUK haven’t got any better in 2026. Avoid them at all costs. Zero customer service (if you manage to get hold of them) & they say it'll be sorted next day but it never is. Months pass by. It’s always next day. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

  @Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK @vodafone your company policy of providing these to invaders of the UK in France is a terrible decision. A lot of these economic migrants will go on to commit awful crimes in the UK, we must not be doing anything that encourages or assists them.
