    @VodafoneUK is there a problem with your app? Won’t load any of my account information. Been like this for a week or two. I’ve spoken to you on the app (they just reset my user/password etc), I’ve restarted the app, reinstalled and made sure it’s updated.

    @VodafoneUK This happens constantly, I go out and stream radio and it keeps buffering. It’s your data signal, it’s not fit for purpose, it’s as simple as that

    Or without a cover to last longer than 5 months. I’m locked into a contract for 4 years with a non existent phone. Shocking. @Apple has a customer back. And @VodafoneUK you’ve lost a 10 year one. I know one customer will not make a difference to the money pool.

    @snatchytweets @VodafoneUK just wanna let you know that vodafone store staff dont have access to the systems that customer service lines do. i spent 5 hrs in the Omagh store, told to go by customer services to return a phone. but the customer services team didn't set it up on there end and wasted my time
