    Since upgrading my internet package with @VodafoneUK, the latest wifi7 booster they sent out was tempermental at best. They sent me a new one out yesterday which failed to even function. I'm now on day 2 of them tryinbg to figure out the problem. Just replace the damn thing!

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely unacceptable poor performance of the 3 network in Worcester @tomcollinsworcs please do something. Merger of 3 and @VodafoneUK was supposed to make things better. Where they do put investment - such as by Derby Train station, you can get 1.5Gb/s

    @coveragechecker @VodafoneUK Kilburn area. I find Vodafone has poor coverage in a lot of areas around London.

    @VodafoneUK @aashray7289 Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.
