    Seems bizarre that despite being on the phone for over an hour @VodafoneUK has told me that I’m unable to raise a complaint by phone, despite their policy say I can. Hmm a phone company that you can’t complain by phone ? ?

    @VodafoneUK My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is included with my contract and shows active on the Vodafone webpage but not on the APP, but my Microsoft account says the subscription expired on Feb 3. I need help to sort this as I can't play games on Xbox App due to "no subscription".

    @VodafoneUK are there any actual human beings employed at Vodafone? Am getting close to erupting due to not being able to speak to someone. The automated service is useless!

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?

    Ordered iPhone 17 Pro 6 days ago and order hasn't even been processed yet, is this the service people expect from @Apple? I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra from @VodafoneUK and it arrived 22 hours later.

    So unhappy with @VodafoneUK Terrible communication and service. Switched to them and two broken routers. My line switch took an extra two days. And they didn't communicate properly regarding a delivery exchange that had a DPD driver badgering my wife at the door
