Sarah Reynolds (@mooglesx) reported@VodafoneUK I was miss sold broadband by a Vodafone rep online. I was scammed. I was told I would get up to a certain speed. When I spoke to a rep in store I was told this was a lie. I am trying to contact a person to cancel my broadband but the call or chat gets cut off.

Laura (@_arua_l) reported@VodafoneUK I’m sure you do personally however I don’t think the rest of the staff did. And clearly Vodafone doesn’t care cause if they did it’d be fixed the first time he called. Know for sure after this gets resolved he’ll be getting a better service provider.

I already have 1 booster but I am wanting another due to it been poor in room upstairs. Also I can’t use your DM way as I can’t get to options at bottom.

Marc (Redpizzi) (@Redpizzi) reported@VodafoneUK But as i mentioned I tried to ring and was on hold for over 1h 30mins. And still didn't get though to someone. Dedicated Gigafast team = Slow customer service. I have spent over 9 hours of my time trying to get what I'm paying for.
