    @Missives0fASub @VodafoneUK Oh really? Surprises me as Vodafone usually the only decent network for reception there is. (I recently switched to 02 and it’s worse.)

    @VodafoneUK what a joke. Just been speaking to someone this morning to get an upgrade. I got a text this morning it had gone through. Then one minute got a text saying I need to go back on the chat to finish the upgrade, and now you’re systems are down. How’s that even possible?!

    @VodafoneUK 2 mobile phones - same model, one on an unlimited 5G contract one through a work contract. Work phone fine, personal one barely any signal from Manchester en route to Birmingham - odd that, common occurrence

    25yrs as a customer of yours @VodafoneUK. Signal for 2 weeks now has been shocking, 4g is crap... Lived here for 5yrs, no issues, but now it's non existent.... What are you going to do about it?

    @VodafoneUK the most appalling service ever recvd from a major Co like VF. 8days no BB, had to buy 2 SIM cards for data, and received a disciplinary warning due to not being able to work from home. This has been going on since 26/1 and still not resolved. #Avoidvodafone #Hurt
