@VodafoneUK when I asked if I could speak to a manager your customer service agent asked “What are you expecting my manager to do”. So alongside having no internet I’m dealing with your rude, incompetent staff. You have offered no resolution at all

@VodafoneUK My broadband hasn’t been working for about a month now. I can’t run my business from home currently. I can’t watch sky TV which I still have to pay for and Vodafone are still charging me. I’ll get £8.40/ day compensation, if they ever fix it (just been delayed another week)

@VodafoneUK I haven’t had internet since Sunday. One sec it’s a router issue the next it’s a city fibre issue. I’m constantly having to chase for updates even though I am told I’ll get an update in 24 hours. How do you expect me to work without internet ? Appalling service

@VodafoneUK Hi As a customer of 10+ years tried to upgrade. Was told your #BlackFridayDeals we're 'out of this world' but sim only deals were far better for new customers. No reward for loyalty. So I'm off elsewhere
