    @TheWildLemons @VodafoneUK I couldn’t even do that, because my phone signal’s so bad here at home - I rely on wifi calling for making calls (quite intermittent), and I couldn’t get online on my phone to check status, or even X. It’s very inconvenient, isn’t it? 🙄 I hope yours is ok now! 🤞

    @VodafoneUK why are my customers receiving a voice message that I deleted last year telling people I’m on holiday until 8th September? I have had support remove voice message service and re add it, I’ve deleted all messages, including the option to record my own message.

    @ThreeUK can you please explain why the signal for your network has got worse since you merged with @VodafoneUK ? It has got especially bad between Hungerford and Newbury.

    @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.

    So funny that I made an official complaint with @VodafoneUK in August 2025 that STILL hasn’t been resolved. I have no idea where to start with this.

    Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?

    @VodafoneUK how can there be zero reception at Wimbledon station ? It’s bad at Waterloo, and Earlsfield and Raynes Park.. crazy
