    Hi @VodafoneGroup and @VodafoneUK, your Ghanaian subsidiary @VodafoneGhana is really really trash when it comes to internet service provision. Very horrible. I cannot even make a normal whatsapp call.

    @VodafoneUK Yes I did three times the first told me that they would put my half payment on and get me reinstated, the second disconnected the third said to me you need to pay the full balance, rubbish customer service

    @VodafoneUK I have wasted so much time trying to get through to your customer services this morning, I am now late to pick up my son. I will have to try and contact customer services again later today, obviously before 5pm, as that's when the dept is closed.

    Apologies for a lack of video content on my twitter recently, I am unable to upload clips that look even halfway decent due to ongoing issues with @VodafoneUK. I hope they'll actually want to help me soon so I'm able to fix the viewing experience right now, I know it's terrible.

    Anyone else on @VodafoneUK network & have their broadband getting ridiculously slow speeds on WiFi and mobile data? Nothing loads, the speeds are nowhere near what we were promised even via ethernet cable. Husband has been told to monitor for 24 hours but it's not looking good 😫

    @VodafoneUK zero signal/coverage again today in Rm15. Every other week there seem to be problems.... Time to switch providers I think
