    @VodafoneUK help! I’ve been waiting for weeks for my account to get sorted since I moved my mobile to a different provider I can no longer log into my account which I am still with you for broadband, if this doesn’t get sorted soon I’m leaving.

    @VodafoneUK Can we just call it quits? @VodafoneUK You can't provide a reliable service and can't manage a fault. I'm sure you won't miss my £22 a month. But three months in and your service is not fit for purpose, so I shouldn't be forced to pay your early termination fee.

    *INTERNALLY SCREAMING* repeating myself to the customer service agent at @VodafoneUK 45 mins of nonsense. All I want to do is pay my final bill it really shouldn't be this hard 🙄

    @VodafoneUK we've had no broadband for 11 days. No one can help, no one returns our calls. They keep saying 24 hours and it will be sorted. We've had hours of online chat and calls to tech. We've had a BT engineer out and still nothing. Unbelievably terrible service 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK quite simply the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Utterly frustrated. I beg and implore anyone thinking of choosing a phone service provider to stay away from Vodafone they’re appalling. Genuinely feel repulsed and so angry at how bad they are!!!!!
