    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Vodafone are OK so long as everything works. If there’s a single element or situation which strays from their prepared process or script everything falls apart. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!

    Frustrated with Vodafone. Trying to set up their broadband and you need access to the app which is down for maintenance. Nog helpful @VodafoneUK

    How does a video suddenly stop playing but others are working on @X Does anyone know the reason why a 4G phone signal keeps dropping out? Are the two related? If you do can you tell @VodafoneUK and X so they can fix it?

    @VodafoneUK can you please explain why your service is so diabolically awful in north Oxford? It is so bad that when I called your representative to complain he could not hear what I was saying.

    @SW_Help @VodafoneUK @MayorofLondon What would be good is we put some money into the infrastructure before we build thousands of new homes. Trains getting worse & worse from Waterloo. No reception on mobiles so can’t even check what is going on as the sw train app never works

    @VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.

    @VodafoneUK A truly awful service. How dare I move house? Disconnecting your service has been the most stressful part of this process and they’re still chasing me for money that I don’t owe. Call back requests ignored. Hurried off the phone quite rudely. Promises made and unkept.
