    At 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?

    @VodafoneUK what’s going on with the signal and 4G / 5G in BS21? It’s been awful for over 24 hours and I cannot use any data, even with one bar!

    Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?

    Why does my @VodafoneUK network keep sued crashing? It’s happening multiple times every day. Cant they sort their **** out?

    For a communications company or for any type of company @VodafoneUK is The example of the worst company. Utterly terrible.

    @VodafoneUK please help me. I should have had my new broadband working yesterday but nothing and still nothing. I have tried the online but it keeps cutting out. If its easier, please cancel my agreement and I will try elsewhere. I do need WiFi

    @VodafoneUK is the signal down in the Porthmadog area?! Gone from having full 4g signal to barely anything at all!

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to set up an account with yourselves for a new mobile SIM card but I am being sent in circles, clicking create an account in the app to be sent to the website to download the app? Please help!
