    @VodafoneUK hi we have cancelled our broadband and gone live with a new provider today. You just emailed us to say you are not cancelling our contract we can’t get through on any of your lines of communication can you help?

    @VodafoneUK I was half way through getting some help via DM but I haven't heard anything for the past hour. Day one of being a Vodafone customer & I'm already thinking of leaving. What's going on there?

    So I contact @VodafoneUK for the umpteenth time and I'm told that my order was cancelled. 2 months waiting for activation and being given different excuses as to why the service isn't activated and numerous different activation dates, absolutely atrocious service @VodafoneUK
