After a whole 2 days of being pleased with them, I’ve now slipped back into the seventh circle of hell in trying to speak to a human who can help from @VodafoneUK Tonight’s latest: I’ve got a fault reference number, but the fault line won’t recognise it because it’s too recent!

. @VodafoneUK why is 11 o’clock at night on a Saturday deemed “peak times” and when I finally get through to an adviser they can’t help, put me through to the broadband team only for the app to give out. I just want an internet connection

@Sarahrsmith68 @VodafoneUK I was told 3 times that mine was available in my new property. A MONTH later without it, I was told I couldn't get it at all. They now won't refund me or let me cancel despite saying they would. Theyre thieves.

@VodafoneUK Then why when I ring that number does it send me through a series if questions to tell me that the quickest and easiest way to cancel broadband is on the chat?! I ring that number and don't get through to a person!! I switched my mobile to O2 today cause I've had ENOUGH !!
