  @VodafoneUK Our broadband speed has been at around 1.5/0.8 for a few days now. Customer service has given us a 3 working day wait for an engineer to do a check to potentially see what the problem is. Is there anything better that can be done?..as this is really not acceptable.

  @VodafoneUK Is it possible to have a normal landline? Does it give that option? With medical conditions and a terrible phone service we have to have access to a phone. We live in a rural area
