    @VodafoneUK Hi I was helping my sister switch from another network to vodafone. When she attempted to enter her PAC code it says the website is down. Any idea on the timescale of the issue? Thanks

    Twitter….I’m seeking your advice. After 20 years of being a @VodafoneUK customer, I don’t recall ever having such poor service/signal as I have the last 18 months & so the time has come to switch. I’m thinking @EE but I’d welcome any feedback/alternative recommendations? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK something has changed here in central Sheffield (for my 4G connection, at least..) following a recent issue and subsequent "fix". VERY poor service... am I alone? Pathetic signal at present this week.
