    @VodafoneUK chat again total bag of rubbish, 1 hour 15 mins for advisor to tell me what I told them at very start, can't wait for all my contracts to run out, Toal garbage service, not interested if you want to complain.

    @VodafoneUK I have just been hung up on by one of your customer services team. Our business card has been charged £50 - an error on your part - I asked to make a complaint and she hung up! Absolutely shocking. After 45 mins on phone we are at our witts end. Terrible Customer Serv

    @matryer Contract? Ew. 🤢 Not sure what it's like in the US, but in the UK I've never had a mobile contract that aligned the provider's priorities with actually providing a service. Looking at you @VodafoneUK, now using @giffgaff and free to move immediately if I ever need to.

    @badmissk @VodafoneUK We were already registered. We’ve had to turn the phone off now. Not that we ever really used the landline anyway because the sound quality is so bad. But when you are worrying about elderly family members it is really not good to have dozens of incoming calls

    @VodafoneUK business broadband customer, no service, have spent 2 hours on the phone this morning to you, and been advised to wait 3 days for speed to normalise. I get this, but have no connection to get quicker. Please help, I desperately need this connection!!!

    I’m not pleased with the WiFi from @VodafoneUK. Constantly slow. Requested help through support 3 times, all said the same thing. Hasn’t worked at all. Every WiFi we have had in the past hasn’t been as bad as this.

    Trying to get in touch with @VodafoneUK for 2 simple questions during the pandemic is near on impossible! Any chance of a DM ive more chance of speaking to a human instead of silly BOT and being cut off the automated service 🙄
