    @VodafoneUK It’s a shame your customer service guy wasn’t interested. To be fair I’m just going to take both handsets elsewhere. I’m not in to begging for deals when there’s so much competition around.

    Absolutely abysmal service from @VodafoneUK phone was sent in for repair supposedly would take 48 hours on my headset speaker came back after repair a week later with speaker issue resolved but the screen also replaced which has a dead pixel and a display error on the handset.

    @VodafoneUK I am a new customer, I did not receive a copy of my contract. When I rang you I was told I would have to wait for a month after requesting. How do I get a copy? Also the service keeps dropping & can’t access my account. Is this your best service?

    @MusicFanWales @Ofcom @VodafoneUK You would think it would be simple. It's my money, just being moved from one sim to another! I will definitely be making a complaint. I'm a longstanding customer of around 20 years, so I think I deserve some respect for my loyalty.
