    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK good luck, had same thing with them, after a long time of getting a run around from them eventually negotiated a lower payment back and removal of the credit mark.. would have paid nothing if it wasnt for them screwing my credit score. ****** me over.. will never use them again

    @popcorn_amazing @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We had a similar issue where they couldn't supply at our new address but wanted to charge an early exit fee. Had to email the CEO to resolve so hopefully works for you!

    Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!

    @VodafoneUK Nice to see my full fibre connection has wet itself. Not a hardware issue my end, and I never got a single drop with @bt_uk any works going on local to Elmswell Suffolk? This package isn’t cheap!

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

    Never give @VodafoneUK your business. I moved to Lebara who offer better value on the same network. Not my beef. My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my husband died I tried to speak to Three to cancel his mobile plan. They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. I was also told by his car insurance co that they didn't consider me next of kin?!
