    @VodafoneUK Ha ha you are joking. Still no broadband 2 1/2 weeks later due to be connected in a weeks time. Great service! To top it all I had to make a premium rate call today and Vodafone‘s mobile service has barred me from calling them. 4 hours of calls nothing . Liars and theives

    Beyond frustrated with @VodafoneUK - a non working phone number since August 10th despite all the assurances that everything will work as it should. Unfortunately I can’t even leave because the number needs to be working before it can be ported across to a new network!

    @VodafoneUK No you don’t. You just want people to think you’re doing something to help people. I’ve been through this before on social media. You’ve took my money unlawfully but you know what, keep it. You’ll never get another penny from me, or my family.

    Terrible way to treat your customers, @VodafoneUK . Enjoy the £24 you got out this sweet old lady and hope it makes you happy. I'll make sure she never spends any more with you. Will you care? Course not. What's £24 to you? Nothing. To her, its a lot of money.

    @VodafoneUK Network service where I live is shocking, had a marketing call from Vodafone several weeks ago. When they realised the poor service they hung up !
