@VodafoneUK Unfortunately the form put me in touch with the Enterprise Mobiles, not Enterprise Fixed. There's got to be a simpler solution for Enterprise Customers to contact their account manager, rather than make the customer do all the leg work, doesn't seem like customer service to me.

@VodafoneUK I had issues and was passed around various teams for well over 1 hour for a simple issue, finally a manager took the call and resolved it and gave me £30 on my account as a good will gesture. But upon review over 2 weeks later nothing was applied.

Just got a flurry of emails from @VodafoneUK, @amazonmusic, and others telling me of price increases. 8.2%?? I just can't afford it. What a way to kick people when they're down. It's also cheeky as I was promised 120mbps on joining and it was 1.5mbps the other day. **** 'em.

@VodafoneUK What sort of general reply is that? Do you think in the current circumstances it’s acceptable to change a loyal customer £30 more a month. £70 a month is unrealistic. Please provide your formal complaints procedure.

@VodafoneUK As an existing customer who is due an upgrade, I’m disgusted that all I’ve been offered is a contract that will cost me £30 more a month (with less data) with no room for negotiation. As o2 have been nothing but helpful, I think I’ll be jumping ship!

I’ll be happy to tell @VodafoneUK to **** right off with their 8% price increase. Luckily I can do that straight away. I’d have paid that if the service was representative of the cost. All they’re doing is lining the big bosses pockets once again. I sincerely hope they go under.

@RajeshThind @VodafoneUK Does Vodaphone deliver their network by petrol, or the price of bread, or some other commodity that has no bearing?
