    Move from @virginmedia to @VodafoneUK for Internet only to find out MANY days after the order thst they can't install on my chosen date. I've already arranged for cut off. Ridiculous. Are they both as bad as each other? Not a good start

    @VodafoneUK For the past two days I am trying to pay my bill, but your app and website is having technical issues. And then I received a text that I am behind with my Device Plan payment and you will be sending a letter to DebtCollection. It's your servers fault that I can't pay up!

    Every time I try and get through to a person from @VodafoneUK I get redirected to talk to Tobi, who basically never understands what I want. Thankfully my contract is nearly up. Had nothing but issues.

    Rang 02 with my money all ready to get a brand new phone and switch from @VodafoneUK Heard so many good reviews of 02 After the ridiculous phone call where the member of staff seemed to have no customer service skills I don’t think I’ll bother with @TheO2 Suggestions?

    @VodafoneUK Can you please help with the MCK for my Samsung S10+. I was informed this could take anything from 72 hours to 10 days. Today is day 11. Just to clarify it is not the Network Unlock Key I require, its the Master Unlock Key/Unfreeze code.

    @VodafoneUK I knew I’d be right. They can’t even be bothered to give you notice before you call and then pretty much close the issue if you don’t answer. I’m not calling back in to start from square one again and explain the issue to someone who hasn’t a clue. Useless.
