@blackball22 @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for years and most of the time it’s been really excellent. Bit irritated that it’s taken so long for them to acknowledge issue. I could have saved a lot of time fault detecting and phoning.

@windsurfingfish @VodafoneUK From my understanding, the 4G sim connects when the router shows an issue with the main connection. My router and extender are both solid white, so the router isn't showing a fault for it to fail over to the sim.

@VodafoneUK This current disconnect where we have no internet at all, started 2 DAYS AGO. It has nothing to do with the issues you have now. I'm just posting that you guys have dreadful customer service and reliability. Your last engineer didn't turn up despite promising they will.
