    @VodafoneUK Sorry been busy with the school run and morning rush, so yeah...I've sent a DM still awaiting reply, the problems started 1st sept when we was accidently cut off, no apologies, no compensation your bills still payed for a service i never received , cut off again, an there's more

    @VodafoneUK Hi there, I've been trying to get an issue with my mobile data not working sorted today but on both occasions that I've waited on hold for long enough I've been cut off while being put through to your tech team. Is there any other way I can get this sorted? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK That i was talking to myself (he wasn't there) i thought he gone, he then called me rude an i should call him mo an i insulted him, i think its the same person that demanded the mi fi device back immediately an couldn't wait to end the tarrif even though it was a faulty device

    Hi @VodafoneUK it is now nearly 24 hours with little to no signal in my corner of NR12. All I’ve had is a text message telling me the network is down, which I’d worked out already. What are you planning to do about it? Cc @lucyshires @duncancbaker
