@VodafoneUK Thanks, it’s not working in areas it normally works! It shows full 5G coverage but no data will load or is very slow all even with full coverage.

@VodafoneUK there is very little phone signal in the Hullbridge SS5 area your network signal says very good 2/3&4G indoors and out, this is not correct 3 phones in our house and all no G signal whatsoever.

@VodafoneUK Calling back your 2nd Line HBB Support on the number they provided by text. The automated system asks for a six digit reference code, but the reference code I've been sent is 10 digits. This is daft! Help

@VodafoneUK Mobile, and it's ongoing. I was even sent a new SIM because the experts couldn't find anything else to improve the signal. To be honest, I left Three for the exact same reason. So I think this is the only road to go down.

currently doing that most frustrating of things. In a chat to a @VodafoneUK help operator trying to convince them to go ask their networks team if there's a problem because I can't reach half the Internet. Not great customer service.

@VodafoneUK Thanks Mark but we’ve tried phoning them twice. They’ve been charging us more for a SIM only deal since last contract expired than they charge for an upgraded phone deal even. And still want far more than they would charge a new customer for the same deal. How is that acceptable?
