    @VodafoneUK useless Vodafone!! Another hour and half spent trying to correct your mistakes, and still nothing getting nowhere! Not even 8 minutes in the chat app to my bank and sorted! Good riddance to bad companies in my life!

    @VodafoneUK we had 2 phones with you and 2 esims and were allowed to leave contract penalty free at the end of November due to various problems. We then had an incorrect bill which took 8 calls to sort out and now another bill with forward charges. Sort it out Vodafone.

    So, today I picked up MY "BRAND NEW" IPhone 12 pro from @VodafoneUK only to find the handset has been blacklisted. Their 191 customer service are appalling. I've spent over 45 mins on two phone calls and no has even got close to helping.
