    @VodafoneUK I thought in this day and age you were supposed to give me notice of any increase in price. I had my new bill today and it has gone up. I wasn't aware of any in reasonable due. Also it has never happened at this time of the year.

    Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!

    Why oh why is the UK’s mobile infrastructure so poor in terms of capacity? @VodafoneUK is almost unworkable now……..

    @Ofcom how do I go about making a complaint about @VodafoneUK been charging me 6 months for a service they never activated now after 4 attempts and 4 hours later won’t do an e sim swap on a contract but still want to charge me for a service i can’t get

    I have been a customer with Vodafone business for 8 years. I requested my PAC code to leave because their customer service has been awful yet they continue to try and upsell me. Terrible company. @vodafone @VodafoneUK

    I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
