@simsek_gunes @VodafoneUK I had the same problem if you have s sky Q box its a fault on the Q box . Turn the Q box off and back on sorts out the problem

@bt_uk how would I claim compensation for loss of broadband service? I can't use the automatic compensation tool on the app because the internet is obviously not connected. My local BT Hotspot also appears to be off as I can no longer log in, so back to @VodafoneUK data.

Gigafast Broadband from @VodafoneUK is fine when it works but it keeps dropping out. Then the app claims a "good" WAN signal but the diagnostics tools complains that I don't have an internet connection. The only option is to power cycle the router. Be cautious before buying!

@VodafoneUK I'm having trouble sending texts on my account. I can make calls and use the 4G, but I can't send texts even though they're unlimited.

@VodafoneUK After two and a half hours on the phone we did finally resolve things and the contract was cancelled. It should NEVER take that much of a persons precious life to not be ripped off by a major corporation. #customerservice @BBCWatchdog @guardiantech #corporatefailure

@VodafoneUK Absolutely dreadful service to HS3 3AR area , and others in the local area. No coverage for about 5 weeks and no communication to let customers know that it would be off. Won’t be renewing my contract.
