    @VodafoneUK while you are trying to fix my broadband, my 4g, and find out why I'm getting pestered off a debt collection agency for money I dont owe how about getting me my £25 pounds voucher for being recommended from a friend which we have both not received might I add

    @VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte I have been speaking to advisors most days i have to keep repeating myself what the problem is and you do nothing the rude man (miles) at the cancellation department said there were no notes of any kind and I was lying and there's nothing you can do

    @VodafoneUK Such a scam! Not only do Vodafone continue to charge for the phone even though it is fully paid up, they won't issue a NUC so it can be used on another network.
