@rokymillion @VodafoneUK @EE Oh look no Wi-Fi again at home what a surprise Vodafone got to be voted the worst operator in the United Kingdom I've only been phoning for the last month every time you call you go through the same spiel go through the same tests it's over priced and under delivered useless too

Another shocker from @VodafoneUK -disconnected a line into my house in error & the only way to re-instate it is to enter into another 3yr contract!IT'S NOT MY ERROR! No internet now for possibly 30 days - terrible service especially when work and schooling from home! #Vodafone

@izzy_wheeler @VodafoneUK They're more than a joke there an absolute disgrace and one of the worst operators in the United Kingdom I've been waiting for 2 months and my internet is still dropping in and out all the time or you get is the same people giving you the same excuse over and over again useless

@UreshP @VodafoneUK Same here you go to talk to her when you get cut off I've been complaining for 2 months about poor service and awful broadband all you get is somebody in India going through the same checklist that you've gone through 100 times over priced and under deliver

@VodafoneUK reached out to me to help 'solve' my broadband problem yesterday after I posted online. Their idea of help was, as usual, to make me the customer feel that I should be able and feel responsible for rectifying the problem! Awful customer service @VodafoneUK
