    @VodafoneUK @SonyUK When are you going to roll out the upgrades for the sony 1II to Android 12 as many others have it already and we're still waiting? So unsure what to upgrade to later in the year as the Sony 1II has so many issues I'm nervous to try the 1IV.

    @VodafoneUK I've just changed plan. No idea what I've agreed to. The operative was reading from (rushing through) a script, full of acronyms. I wanted to speak to someone as I do not understand jargon. I will look at contract but will probably cancel 😞.

    @Scoopey2200 @VodafoneUK Ye Voda is crap. Even if you **** an area with high download speed, the internet experience is still sluggish. Like browsing and streaming.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I am a new customer and my home broadband is supposed to start two days ago. It is just flashing in red and I am trying to contact you but the TOBi chat isn’t useful. I have called you too but it keep saying we are busy and can’t take ur call.
