@messalinahooper @VodafoneUK They are garbage. The real issue is that they don't even care, infact it is very deliberate how bad it is. They take their customers money then sit back and laugh at them. Utter scumbags they are.

@VodafoneUK Broadband down in Oxford since about 12.30 this afternoon. Only thing I can get from your website is 'check back in four hours'. Do you know how long the outage might last? I work from home so no internet is a problem.

@VodafoneUK #applewatch @AppleSupport 3 days, numerous "advisors", and reset/unpair my Watch many times while trying to get Vodafone to sort out the ability to get an eSim installed on the Watch! promised a call back within the hour (2 hours ago) and nothing!. Vodafone are poor!

@VodafoneUK It's been over 24 hours since @VodafoneUK was supposed to have reconnected . Nothing, no change. Vodaphone customer services person, resolve the issue rather than trying to get me to move my O2 account to Vodaphone ! #notGoodPR

@VodafoneUK What the hell is with Vodafones upgrade options?!?!?! 3 calls to enquire about upgrading to sim only deal 1 wk earlyl. 1st says cant be done, 2nd guy says have to cancel contract then call back when it ends next mnth. 3rd guy says id lose my no. so reinstated it. Wtf @VodafoneUK
