@VodafoneUK I’d never use your company again, left o2 but sure regret it now broken iPad Air 4 no data tried all the fixes. Now being told it’s going to take three weeks to fix, the thing has been broken already well over a month. Also can’t even get help in the shops.

@VodafoneUK Understand on Twitter you’re not a regulated sales / queries service. However social media for other users is a worthy tool to inform of well known short falls Vodafone never deal with! For over 10 years, new customers come first over existing loyal ones. Poor. #Vodafone #Vodacon

@VodafoneUK Your DM service is too intelligent I think for my simple brain. Iv just tried sending a message and it just takes me to the AI… if noone is able to discuss, that is fine. Iv got 3 days to end of contract and will just move.
