  @VodafoneUK - two weeks ago the same problem as today. I cannot function without the connection you are supposed to provide and for which I have dutifully paid for 23 years. Your customer service is a DISGRACE.

  I’ve discovered why my posts are constantly going into my drafts box. My network is crap where I live. I’m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no it’s not my phone cache etc. it’s a lack of network speed / capacity. Just found this in my Draft box. @X is weird

  @VodafoneUK where i live it used to be a field, its now a new build estate. Being an ex field your masts where never designed to give good signal here. No one does. Is there anyone who i can contact to ask about upgrading the masts around here? I know just cust serv will ignore

  @TheWildLemons @VodafoneUK I couldn’t even do that, because my phone signal’s so bad here at home - I rely on wifi calling for making calls (quite intermittent), and I couldn’t get online on my phone to check status, or even X. It’s very inconvenient, isn’t it? 🙄 I hope yours is ok now! 🤞

  Morning @VodafoneUK you’ve charged me for using my data in Turkey. I’ve never been to, or ever intend to visit that **** hole. Is there a way I can claim that money back please? I’m in Greece on holiday not Turkey. Many thanks 🍹

  @VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

  @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.

  Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.
