@VodafoneUK Please avoid Vodafone! Worse service ever!! do not even try to use their broadband, they will keep changing your activation day, lie that there’s issues with the internet cabinet in your area, then fault open reach engineers. Been waiting 4 days for it to go live!

@VodafoneUK Believe it or not I do understand what a "bot" does 🙄. Problem with them is if you ask certain questiins they are programmed to make the sale and if you as k stuff like what about my NHS discount it said I was in the wrong section and shut down. Over hour I waited for a human

@VodafoneUK satisfy my curiosity please - in the last 12 months, on how many days has my Vodafone been down at some point for maintenance? Seems that every time (generally late night) that I try to log in, 'survey says no'. Must be terrible for shift workers!

@VodafoneUK From years of experience, I do know how to check/fix/reboot the router... What I'd most like you to fix is the utterly dire customer "service" ordeal that I will have to go through - even to upgrade my phone contract!

@VodafoneUK the signal is weak for 4g data on the SW20 raynes park to waterloo rail line - it’s been like this for a while. No such problems on EE
