    @VodafoneUK good morning, I have ordered a tablet on 8/7/22, I went to collect in local store but they adv system issues so they can't log anything, could you please help me and maybe give me a timeframe as to when I can collect please, thanks

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm sorry to hear this. It is a really hard time as it is, but when companies don't help it makes it all so tiring. Had the same when mum died and complained to BT about their insensitivity. Then they called *her* to see if she was happy the complaint had been dealt with.

    @VodafoneUK Problem after problem with your service supposed to pay monthly yet I get messages every week to say I owe X amount! Giving debt threats after I’d already paid saying your going to take my restrictions! When I call or get in touch I’m there for over an hour everytime
