    @VodafoneUK @aashray7289 Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Write them a letter, I had the same issue, Indian call centres telling me I have no option but to pay. They soon wiped the debt when I wrote a strong complaint letter

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst company ever. I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.
