    @VodafoneUK Do @Vodafone think I am an idiot! Requested copy of a call where I had apparently renewed my contract-funny how the recording cuts off just before that part. It's taken over 2 months to get this recording to now being told they only keep recording for up to 60 days! Unbelievable!

    @maryeffrancis @VodafoneUK Other phone companies are available. Vodafone customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

    @VodafoneUK There's not mutch point when you have point blank refused to help. I will just wait till my earliest date of cancellation for both accounts, and I will move on to a company with better customer service, cheapest is not always best it seems.....

    @VodafoneUK Why can't we speak to a person now? I've had major problems with constant broadband dropping out and very low upload speeds. What is going on???

    @Davey3Jade @VodafoneUK Yeah it came back at silly o clock this morning according to Alexa... still annoying when you can’t rely on it - especially given Vodafone’s 3G/4G is so poor!
