Chatted with nice person in @VodafoneUK complaints who ordered a new SIM card for me (ETA Monday), will have to get in touch with repairs--who lost my charger--separately. The thing is I have time and internet access to sort this **** out--there are a lot of people who don't!

@VodafoneUK Finally received new phone. I specifically asked to receive new SIM with new phone. Assured I would. Unless your SIM’s are invisible...there is NO SIM in the box. I have wasted 30 minutes trying to call or use your useless “bot”! Fix this!

@VodafoneUK My client wich I recommended to use Vodafone BB had probably the worst customer "service" experience just to get a 3rd party login.....Why can't you just do what you are asked? Not recommending anymore, thats for sure!
