    @VodafoneUK Spent over an hour resolving problems viewing my account after I spent an hour last month and an hour the month before that, each time with empty promises. Made an official complaint and told I have to login in to see outcome as you can’t phone me!! C’mon Vodafone!

    @lionsofficial @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIreland Goodness me – what a clunky and poorly designed signup page!? In particular the drop-down for the date of birth… Very poor. I suggest a reworking.

    @TempletonPeckJr @VodafoneUK Agree with you - it's dreadful and why on earth it can't remember you on browser and you always need to login with all credentials every time is ludicrous.

    @VodafoneUK What a terrible conflation of meaning. Yes, a 'new connection' is made every time a child learns. But it IS possible to learn w/o being hooked up to a phone 24/7 - you want to create a tech future where we've forgotten that. Connect kids to nature, mud, paint, dough, drums, paper

    @VodafoneUK do you actually have anyone in customer service anymore? Have been trying to call all morning but just tells me to go to the website and hangs up. Wouldn’t be calling if I could do it online!

    @VodafoneUK and to top it off, the engineer that was due to arrive at my property to fix my line wasn't even in the right county!!! Right telephone number, wrong address!!! BREACH OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT!

    Have found @VodafoneUK customer service really good so far compared to Three! My billing issue was solved in about 5 mins today 🥰

    @VodafoneUK literally the worst company ever. I’ve transferred my contract to my flatmate and yet you’ve charged me for broadband yet again! I don’t live there!!!
