Already pay almost £70 p/m for an almost 3 year old phone. 5G barely works and the signal is shocking. I barely use the data I have and @VodafoneUK refuse to let me change my plan. Then I get an email telling me the prices are going up again. Can’t wait to get out my contract.

@VodafoneUK I’m in Carlisle Cumbria. Got full 4G signal but can’t access anything. As soon as I connect to Wi-Fi all my messages and notifications come flooding through.

I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.
