    @Bazza73617427 @Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK Arranged to pick up wife's new phone at a store. Rang beforehand to confirm. Got there, no phone. 1 hr trip to get back home. Then halfway, they rang to ask why we hadn't picked up the phone they had waiting. Never again. Plus they all smell like trainer shops. Why is that?

    @VodafoneUK Silence is not an agreement if contract. You cannot hold me to a contract I have not signed for. I wish to terminate my vodafone account without charges.

    @VodafoneUK Your back room elves have now made my problem worse. My app works but they have cancelled my contract without my permission and set up another. Customer care can see the issue but do not have the access to correct.

    Maybe @vodafoneUK shouldn't be sending out 'how we did' texts when they have (and still are) repeatedly lying to customers who are not receiving a service that they're paying for.

    No surprise but still getting ****** around by @VodafoneUK Almost three weeks now and the landline STILL hasn't ported from the copper to the fibre and even worse, some of their twitter support are useless and keep contradicting themselves #smh

    @VodafoneUK does anyone ever win any of your VeryMe competitions because I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve never had a sniff nor even a gift voucher! Had the same thing with Sky, pretty sure it’s just a ploy to get you to join/stay 😩

    @Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK I sorted my problem by emailing the CEO via @CEOemail that was after putting debt collectors to chase me for a number that wasn't even mine.
