    @VodafoneUK signed up for your full fibre home broadband and I received the username and password. Both have not worked since last week. What a **** service I haven’t even joined yet. What service do u provide to existing customers? Will be cancelling my order

    @VodafoneUK From the past 9 days i am calling to that my mobile data is not working first the gave me 24 hours time and and next day they told the same thing and after that some of your agent told me that their is work going on near i live i told her that my internet doesn’t work at my work

    @VodafoneUK Ok , I try to contact with all Vodafone customer service numbers in Egypt but there is no response and finally the recorded message told me that all customer service employees are unavailable at this moment and they hang up the call then close it

    @VodafoneUK please stop sending me 1p bills! I closed my account years ago & have no details so can’t get through security to access it to stop it and your agents won’t help - tried so many times, your process is BUST beyond belief !!! Argh
