    2nd evening wasted on the phone with @VodafoneUK to try to fix the sync between a phone and a watch. As many ideas on doing it as there are customer service representatives! And we are none the wiser. Not working. Not reasonable. #techfatigue #TechTyranny

    @TheReturnOfLCF @VodafoneUK @ee call centre staff nearly all WFH from home now, have done since about 2 weeks into April 2020. They are bang on with support and don't suffer from such issues. Being as they are a communications technology company and all that.

    @VodafoneUK will someone please pick up the phone. One of your advisors has created a new address on the system for me but should not have done so . Been with you guys 15 years and never moved. Now it is blocking me from accessing my account, getting upgrades everything.

    @VodafoneUK My dad is a VF customer and is in Germany and his roaming isn't working. Can you give me a number he can call, from Germany to speak to someone in VF UK to resolve? Thanks!

    @VodafoneUK Spent about an 1 hour & a half onto customer care today for a explanation of why I can't ring this number as part of my big value bundle. 3 different explanations & I still can't call this number. I'm able to call other numbers no problem.
