@VodafoneUK upgraded my usual way, then went to apply the NHS VA, I can’t, the way you do it has changed! I need to now use the 14 day cooling period, cancel and try again! Really, must be an easier way, we have 4 mobiles, never had an issue until you changed the process, WHY?

@VodafoneUK Hi, I’m on day 2 of trying to make contact with the call centre to cancel my plan during my cooling off period. I’ve been on the same automated service loop being redirected back to chat (who can’t cancel plans) since 3pm yesterday. What are the right ivr options 4 an operator?

@VodafoneUK Morning - it's just over the channel. Ukranians fleeing to Western Europe and trying to access the UK visa centre(s) will need access to sim cards without punitive roaming charges. Anything you can do to help will be remembered, I feel 👍
