@VodafoneUK after months of not getting broadband even close to what I pay for & appalling customer service to try & fix it (still not fixed). I now receive an email to tell me it can be fixed if I upgrade for an extra £5.66/month!!! Lesson in how to lose a customer complete 😡

@VodafoneUK need to cancel my broadband. ToBi says I can only do it on the phone, when I phone it says I can only do it via ToBi. Please help!

@VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya I have had nothing but terrible service since getting my broadband a couple of weeks ago. Keeps having to call, don't get the level of service promised and to put the nail in the coffin woke up to no Internet this morning for no apparent reason.

@VodafoneUK I have many times, been into the local store who made the “mistake” in the first place. Get told a manager will call us, never does, so we end up calling again, messaging again and again to be told the same set of lies.
