    Would not recommend anyone move to @VodafoneUK 4g coverage in Norwich is so poor . Has been for years never changes

    @VodafoneUK I have just arrived in Spain and my 4g isn't working. I have paid £16 for 8 days of roaming plus my settings seem to be fine. Please help!

    @VodafoneUK Red contract is ending and I received a text saying I’ll be charged for my entertainment package if I don’t cancel. If I renew my contract for another red package including entertainment do I need to cancel & resubscribe or do you roll the sub? Called 191 and no help.

    @bt_uk I am so disappointed that I got rid of @VodafoneUK because their service was awful only to find yours is even worse!
