Been trying to sort out change of ownership on a mobile contract now that my Dad’s dementia means he can’t communicate. Been trying online every few months for a year. This time I’ve come into a @VodafoneUK affiliated store and we’re 55 minutes into a call. Appalling service.

@VodafoneUK Why is the mobile data so unreliable at LA212 8DW? We have taken out a mobile 4G because it is a rural area, but the service is patchy and unreliable. It is a holiday cottage and we need WiFi for our tenants. We were mis-sold this as a solution. Please fix it!

@VodafoneUK what is the point in signing up new customers if you can’t fulfil the order in time for installation? Impossible to speak to a human too. The worst first impression and you aren’t even our provider yet!
