@VodafoneUK esim not working, repeated calls to your customer line are dropped. I cannot chat with you online as you send a text to access chat and i cannot receive texts obviously. How do i get this to work, no mobile access for 72 hours now

@redmeister81 @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK Three years is an insane amount of time to have to commit to a mobile phone contract. Hell.. two years is a long time. So much can change during that time, both in terms of the mobile market and the customer's circumstances and needs.

Disappointing that @VodafoneUK wouldn’t treat people with more compassion and sympathy. My poor mum left in floods of tears after reporting the death of my Nan and being told we cannot have a refund of her credit that was loaded on to her phone whilst alone in hospital!

@VodafoneUK, I want a divorce. Our relationship is toxic, you’re controlling and narcissistic. You’ve ignored all calls and emails requesting a separation, you’ve even ignored the letter from @MpHendrick. Cancel the account. We don’t want to be with you anymore. Ever.

  • thegeordie71 Thegeordie71 (@thegeordie71) reported

@VodafoneUK Worst customer service ever in the history of customer service. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

  • thegeordie71 Thegeordie71 (@thegeordie71) reported

@VodafoneUK If you haven't sorted the issue out in 5 years what makes you think you are going to sort it out now. It got to the point where I gave up being fobbed off. Customer advisors in India hanging up the phone on you. Promising to send paper copies of my bills which I'm still waiting!

  • nickisrani Nick (@nickisrani) reported

@VodafoneUK That link is NOT a news piece. It's a support article. Are customers are expected to regularly read the Vodafone website for changes to services and T&Cs? @VodafoneUK takes no responsibility in proactively communicating this to customers?

  • mel1173 Melanie wood (@mel1173) reported

@VodafoneUK trying to cancel mobile broadband account. Waited 2hrs to be cut off. Already paid several months I didn’t need. Want to cancel ASAP

  • thegeordie71 Thegeordie71 (@thegeordie71) reported

@VodafoneUK Forgive me for sounding obvious but covid was not around in 2016, 2017, 2018 or 2019 so what's your excuse for that? It's a matter which will not be resolved and you lost a loyal customer of 17 years.

@VodafoneUK is there an email address I can write to to complain about this decision? There was no warning and I signed up to your service a month ago. Investing in above ground stations is a ludicrous response, I have signal above ground..
