@VodafoneUK So I called up to buy a Pixel 5 yesterday, the lady on phone said there was a problem with my card and it didn't go through. I just checked my statement and now have two charges from Vodafone, are you going to send me the phones then?

  • BeatGenProd MCG (@BeatGenProd) reported

Thanks to @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I now have no mobile phone as my current 3yr old handset will no longer charge. I can pay £262 for the pleasure of getting out of my sim only contract or wait till 21st July when I will be entitled to an upgrade. Such shockingly poor service.

  • alexmessant alex messant (@alexmessant) reported

@VodafoneUK As a London resident, WiFi on the tube is an essential part of a phone contract, goes without saying I will be moving to another provider. I presume there will be no early termination fees considering you have not informed me and broken the contract?

  • sarahcoburn Sarah Coburn (@sarahcoburn) reported from Hartley, England

@VodafoneUK help I have no internet for two days unable to verify but you did yesterday contact me now

  • Azfer_Khan Azfer Khan (@Azfer_Khan) reported

  • james_fitz_1986 James Fitz (@james_fitz_1986) reported

@VodafoneUK Been with you twice over the years as well as most other networks. Your customer service is beyond bad. I wouldn’t take this offer if it was 320gb for £1pm.

  • gblfitness Greg Levy (@gblfitness) reported

@VodafoneUK So you’re the biggest service provider in the Uk yet you’re not offering WiFi on the London Underground. Travel is a critical part of people’s days, what are we to do now? Also, I travel through Westminster and do not receive 4g

  • themannfamily1 themrsmann (@themannfamily1) reported

@VodafoneUK I'm still waiting for a response to yesterday's messages..... Still no signal and no 4g #notahappycustomer

  • imo_ebbo Imogen ♡ (@imo_ebbo) reported

@VodafoneUK Done that. Still not working

  • shnavale shirish (@shnavale) reported

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK what's the point in asking customer to update app every now n then. Irrespective of whether app if updated or not you show incorrect data. What kind of people work in your IT team that they are leaking such issues to production.
