@VodafoneUK The guy we were talking to was called Ahmed. He said the whole call had been recorded, admitted his attitude and tone had been terrible and then hung up on us before the issue was resolved. We still have no broadband. We have no energy left to try and call back and do it again.

@VodafoneUK presume your superfast 1 home broadband is via the normal Openreach wired network, not mobile? When I try "check availability" I get "something went wrong" and have for a while now.
