    @VodafoneUK Surely it would be appropriate, customer attention, care to at the very lease call me or email me with a friendly warning, if I was doing something wrong. They @VodafoneUK chose to ignore the situation and send me a crazy enormous bill. I have asked them to act with consideration

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to cancel my internet broadband contract with yourselves but I’m unable to obtain a cancellation email. I spoke with your cs team a few times (including a senior) and their unable to advise. Also I have no idea how to return your router… plz advise!

    @ambo_bod @VodafoneUK Companies like yours should be making it an automatic OPT-OUT to all forms of product marketing unless the consumer opts in!!. Far too much hard sell that vulnerable people may not be able to say no too!. Me?, l just tell them to do one and hang up!
