    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent 10 days asking Cust Serv reps from Vodafone Ireland for response. I’m told V-SOS band has no SIM card so it’s a “standalone item” therefore I have to pay for all investigation/repairs. I have no account number. My name is Paul Tucker. Worst consumer experience ever.

    do not choose @vodafoneuk as your ISP. EVERY day at 5pm the speed drops to unusable levels. we have called/chatted them so many times and they have not provided a lasting solution. these issues are all over forums/social media. just don’t use them, go somewhere else.

    @CPWTweets told @VodafoneUK (who can’t fix it) to disconnect my SIM yesterday - why? #incompetent Next, @dpd_support should have delivered new SIM today but didn’t. I care for my elderly mother, I’ve no phone for her to call. What will you all do tomorrow to help me?

    @VodafoneUK please sort my broadband its been off 24 hours now. Help line cannot give me a return time. Signal so poor in area I cannot even hotspot in the house not enough signal. Poor service
