    Had a suspected spam call tried to report it to @VodafoneUK but didn't seem interested, not sure if the number I goggled (191) was spam as well so if you're a Vodafone customer just be on your guard

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    I can’t believe that @VodafoneUK won’t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virgin have a terrible reputation and have just received a massive fine. I need to look at my broadband with them. Can't bear the thought of phoning to cancel.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We did the same after dads death ,one ****** of a company demanded the original death certificate, I changed residential address to local lawn cemetery ,phone 1800 3825633(letters)and never engaged again
