Ian Watson 🏴🏴 (@CarlislesDamage) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Many years ago I got a final demand letter from them. Which showed on my credit score, for the whole some of £0.00p. I got it sorted eventually after raising the issue with one of the agency that’s do the crimes it scores. Was a ballache at the time tho.

Adrian Rogers (@AJRAllModCons) reportedHey @VodafoneUK - can someone contact me? Four years ago you cancelled my contract because you had no signal in my village. I’ve been to borrow money today for the first time in 40 years. I have no credit rating because you say I owe £890 from 4 years ago. I’ve spent 6 hours

Ross Henderson (@rsmck) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had a very similar problem. It took threats of legal action to get Vodafone to fix it. Which they eventually did. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.

Jane Skudder (@janeskuds) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A shame to see they haven't upped their game. When our dad died, nearly 20 years ago, my sister ended up explaining to a number of call handlers that the account owner would not be able to cancel his own account unless they had a seance...

Release the files (@Ftheorangetwat) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

Sid Shah (@MrSidShah) reportedCustomer acquisition, digital onboarding & operations must be designed as one journey. My @VodafoneUK eSIM order was completed, but activation details never arrived. After 24+ hours and repeated support promises - I cancelled. The funnel does not end at payment. It ends when the customer can use the product. #CustomerExperience #digitaltransformation #esim

ChrisWilson🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@CJ2806110416722) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was going to say not at virgin but then hit the "more" button.. Worst company I've ever had to deal with

RunningSloth (@Lescoleen67) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
