    @VodafoneUK It’s an iPhone 7. It’s been an issue for weeks but it’s getting a lot worse. The call cuts off on most calls I make now. Also lots of issues with intermittent signal on calls. The sim was replaced a couple of days ago but it’s actually worse now

    @EE I have 2 phones, my phone which is Vodafone and a work phone which is EE. Guess which one gives me no end of problems and is completely unreliable. I'll give you a clue, it's not @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Having been a ‘loyal & valued customer for 10years (Vodafone’s words, not mine) I am still waiting on a call back to resolve a complaint I have made. I am 8days into the cancellation period, I need this resolved ASAP else I’ll have no option but to cancel my contract
