Absolutely disgusting behaviour of @VodafoneUK putting my bill up by 14.4% when they already have put it up £5 a month only a very short while ago! Can’t wait to leave this greedy awful company in August!!

@VodafoneUK have just failed to turn up to install my broadband for the second time. I’ve now been without broadband for 2&1/2 weeks. I was assured it wouldn’t happen again. Appalling service. Under no circumstances take out a contract with them. And awful customer service too.

Biggest mistake was moving from @VodafoneUK to @o2 O2 is the worst ever network, I have to make 3 or 4 calls for 1 conversation due to poor signal and data is another issue in itself, thank god for free WiFi. And that's anywhere I travel in the UK Can't wait for contract to end!

Vodafone - @VodafoneUK are an absolute scam of a company! Our broadband has not been working since July2022. We have cancelled it, yet still keep getting charged. Promised compensation which never materialised. DON’T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY #Unbeliavable

@patrickpictures @VodafoneUK I tried to get broadband and they kept saying I failed ID checks and stuff, went with Virgin media, think I made the right call. Hope your issue gets sorted

@VodafoneUK Ok thanks, so just to confirm, I agreed the phone 2 weeks ago today but I can cancel up to 14 days after delivery. So should I cancel it tomorrow when it’s working or can I add it on today without the faff of cancellation & restart?

@VodafoneUK I've been "number 1 in the queue" for the last 2 hours and still no response from your support team. Your chat bot is also refusing to reconnect me to the support, and I'm left without connection in another country. What's going on?
