    @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.

    @VodafoneUK please stop outsourcing your support line. I'm having slow Internet speeds and the only advice I was given from your support over the course of an hour was "Move the position of the gigacube" This came after she told me to find a "signal" light, that doesn't exist

    Wow @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful, asking a question on the chat and the response is "yeah just hold on" SERIOUSLY! that's how you run the business now! All I asked was if the contract could be resent as not att'd - with a please!

    @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.
