    @VodafoneUK Tried talking to online agent this morning. As soon as I put my question, they then ignored me and ended the chat!! Tried again and now all agents are busy. Shocking customer service.

    @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.

    @VodafoneUK I'm having one of the worst customer experiences with your broadband team.I'm now at day 6 with no broadband,waited in Tuesday for a new router, to find your team didn't order it!they promised Wednesday so waited in, guess what?They didn't order it again!what a joke!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted Set up an account for my mother for broadband Phone and Mobile and you’re charging her double what I was quoted for the service. Is this what you do take advantage of elderly people?
