@VodafoneUK This caller 01615093211 daily ring to my vodafone and disconnecting after 2 minutes.. today i recieved ur message that i have used 1 pound for calls how it be.. my vodafone login is not working today to check it. even if a second call u charge 45p then how it becomes 1 GBP ???

@VodafoneUK Never trust Vodafone. I had points to "cash in" for headphones and I was ripped off. They were sent to a completely different postcode and when I asked the assistant to correct it she couldn't as "they've already been sent" - even tho she just did it 2 secs prior in our convo

@VodafoneUK customer service is shocking. Had a new Apple Watch a week ago and it’s still not able to connect to mobile data and after spending 3-4 hours on their online chats getting absolutely nowhere and just told to wait another 24 hours. A week and not able to use my watch!

@VodafoneUK unbelievably poor service after trying to get hold of someone for 3 days and contacting your#ceo I get a call last night to call back. I do and he’s on a rest day and no one can talk to me - so another days wait! Culture and service come from the top
