    @emmeko81 @EE Poor form & shocking (non existent) customer service. You might just have to sit it out & join a proper network @VodafoneUK as soon as you can, brilliant service from both the network & customer service

    @VodafoneUK Phone not replaced after 4 weeks of being lost by the repair/DHL service - Exhausted all avenue to get this resolved - last option small claims court. Crying from frustration with going round in circles even after showing proof of lost phone. Cant even cancel!!

    @VodafoneUK how do we raise formal complaints? Estimated 10-20 hours over 10+ calls and 10 days without internet. Hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and we’d like to leave asap.

    @VodafoneUK It’s ironic how Vodafone seem to have network problems when ever I have gone out. It’s happened many times whether it is London or another UK town or city. Really disappointed. @EE or @O2 here I come.

    @VodafoneUK 2 days of no mobile coverage in the GU4 area. The update says you are “having trouble reaching the equipment”. It’s next to a football pitch with access from a road????

    @VodafoneUK I tried these actions last night and the network issue persisted. This seems to be a reoccurring problem and is not getting any better. Not happy at all and wished to compensated immediately.
