    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom I will, thank you Harriet, but all that Vodafone ever do is look at the coverage checker and say 'no problem your signal's fine' without ever actually coming and seeing we're telling the truth!

    I’ve never actually known anything like it in my life. I’ve spoken to 7 different agents who have 7 different story’s. But no one can tell me why my phone bill has come out twice . @VodafoneUK your a joke.

    @VodafoneUK Been trying for 2 months to pay bill. Online system still not working and phone line gives zero option for automated. I work nights so day time is sleep time.

    @VodafoneUK: your signal coverage checker claims that we have good 4G inside and out. We do not. Neither do the houses either side of us. BUT because your checker *says* we do, your advisor just told me to complain to @OFCOM and it's up to @BTOpenreach to sort it out.
