@VodafoneUK Just don't ever ever get it on Vodafone, ever. Did I say ever enough? Put it this way . Crap signal. Diabolical customer service. Try and leave because of it and watch them try chase you for nearly £600 a sim only contract during a pandemic. Good luck with that.

@VodafoneUK 4g gigacube: everything looks good, all normal lights on and no flashing lights; wifi says "not connected to Internet". Restarted gigacube, no change. Still in cooling off period and will change providers if this is a normal occurrence. HELP #Vodafonedown #Vodafone

@VodafoneUK I need to raise an issue regarding Vodafones handling of my account, passing me to 3 different debt agencies, closing my account but continuing to attempt payments & impacting my credit score, plus cannot contact these agencies and have no account numbers etc for them

Bought one month contract for mobile wifi off of @VodafoneUK, stated as a 30 day contract. Yet we’re being charged two months later? Vodafone selling you A, B and C on the main advertisement and then hiding D, E and F well down in the small print so they take more money from you

@VodafoneUK after being a customer for many years with multiple accounts and contracts I can say recently we’ve had some of the worst customer service ever known. I have lodged an official complaint and I will be contacting @Ofcom regarding this too. Dreadful service
