@TalkmobileUK, @Twitter so not accessible via a browser, and via the app it's not loading videos or images. I understand a lot of @VodafoneUK users having similar problems. What's the issue? Is there a fix?

@DZL_2004 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK My son uses ID Mobile which runs on the Three network and I use O2. I lost track of the numbers of times Three put O2 to shame. It’s not even funny. For info, O2 and Vodafone share the same masts.

@VodafoneUK heads up, your network seems to be accidentally blocking whatever CDN that Twitter uses. No media (images/video) available, but fine if I go over a VPN.

@VodafoneUK & @EE: incidentally, top tip: train your call centre staff NEVER to ask customers the name of their plans or add ons; this is abstract information that ZERO customers know, but that your staff have access to. This is *your* job. Do not ask the customer to do your job.

@Rebel287 @VodafoneUK @Clarkson1977 Totally agree. And it wouldn’t take three days to fix, I’m certain of that too. They’d be able to give updates and perhaps say what the issue was and an estimate of when it would be fixed by.
