Switch to @skytv broadband they said, it will be better they said. No internet still and have just been informed there is a fault on the line. No such issue with @VodafoneUK and that uses the same line!

@VodafoneUK Can I also ask, since I opened this account 9 months ago, I have had a bar on it, some adult filtering bar. As a man in his 40’s I do t want any bar. I have tried many times to remove it on my account on the website, but it’s broken. 9 months later, it’s still broken!

@VodafoneUK Do I have to keep checking back to find out if it’s fixed? Will I be able to claim compensation? If it’s not sorted tomorrow our household is going to have to pay to join your competitors hotspot - as the Vodafone 4g connection doesn’t support video calls

Good morning @VodafoneUK Good to know your engineers only get 4 weeks training- poor guy was expecting a new router. Obviously great training- wi fi not working and ironically your live chat has ‘lost connection’ Laugh a minute with your team
