    Day 188 with only a partial broadband service provided by @VodafoneUK and now a mid-contract price increase. Now it's not just their crap routers; they can't even keep their network operational #VodafoneBroadband

    @lochvue @VodafoneUK I became a @VodafoneUK customer on the promise of fibre to my house. Three years later I got it and two months into the contact I have the same price hike as you but at least I have a working service. The offered to sell me an upgrade as a way of avoiding the 13.9% rise.

    @jdhorrell @VodafoneUK Exactly this. Customers would be far more understanding if the issue was communicated accurately with frequent updates. Seems more appropriate to bury heads in sand and hide behind the social media team who copy/paste the same meaningless apology. Terrible communication.
