    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same thing happened to me. Twice. Using their online complaint form triggered a very fast response after multiple phone calls achieved nothing.

    @VodafoneUK Omg Vodafone 🇬🇧 you’re so awful at providing a service. Definitely avoid these jokers if you’re in the UK 🇬🇧 for your broadband. Bad bad bad 👎👎👎

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Once had to deal with Virgin Media, absolutely never again. They were impossible to deal with, just got sent from one department to another and it took weeks. Never again.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Write them a letter, I had the same issue, Indian call centres telling me I have no option but to pay. They soon wiped the debt when I wrote a strong complaint letter
