    @VodafoneUK awful customer service from yourselves 2 days after moving over to your network I get a text restricting my account then a block within the minute saying there’s fraud on my account I sent driving licence in and apparently it takes 72 hours to remove I’m fuming

    @loftuskate78 @VodafoneUK Your a lucky one. I asked them to move my number from Vodafone to @VOXI_UK and they have messed it up. I am still waiting for the transfer to complete. I am not hopeful of a resolution! #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK @thortful Don’t buy her broadband from you lot unless she wants to spend 3 hours on hold for technical support. Avoid Vodafone like the plague worst internet provider out there I’ve ever used
