@VodafoneUK Why when we were paying for a £5 bundle for 100mb for years no problem then suddenly although no changes we were using data and ended up with a change for a £10 bundle for 7GB when we will be lucky if we use 1gb. Why can't we go back to paying £5 for 1gb. Vodafone greed

@VodafoneUK due cancer transferred my phone business to consumer in feb22, bill still not correct, phone call every month of fix, still not fixed. The question is will my terminal cancer get me before Vodafone sort this out. I Do hope my family is not left to carry on the fight

@VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking! Spent all day waiting in for a phone that hasn't arrived! The robot chat is awful when finally getting somewhere randomly kicks me off before completing!! Time for new provider!!

@VodafoneUK I love the way every time Vodafone try to puff themselves up about some award they have been given the replies on Twitter are always a dog pile of negativity. So my perception of their poor customer service was not a one off

So much for @ThreeUK never had such an awful time trying to do the simplest thing - activating a SIM on their network. Many days of trying, replacement SIMs and now another 48 hour wait, to find out if they need to send another bloody SIM. Looking at @VodafoneUK and @O2 now 😤

Definition of rip off: same broadband package, same speeds, same infrastructure, same level of support, very similar equipment. Price difference? @VodafoneUK is £19 cheaper than @BT. Absolutely disgraceful of BT.
