    @VodafoneUK placed order nearly 2 weeks ago, still no contact re dispatch. Need item asap! Keep getting told I’ll hear in 48 hours as item shows in stock, never hear a thing. Really disappointing! Been a customer for years, service always used to be good. What’s happened?

    @VodafoneUK the lack of communication and clearly unwillingness to help customers or keep promises I’ve experienced these past few days is utterly SHOCKING!! No cell service, for nearly three days!! Shocking GET ME CONNECTED !!!

    @Northpowergrid no power in stanhope DL13 from 10.30 pm Friday 26th. Temp down to -2 and no phone signal due to @VodafoneUK also been down. No definite updates on when power will be restored. My 92 yr old grandmother NO HEATING/ NO MEANS OF COOKING and no communication Ridicules

    About to leave @VodafoneUK after less than 24 hours as a customer. Why do all uk mobile providers seem unable to provide services for areas without mobile signal?

    @VodafoneUK The new airtime tariffs are terrible no flexibility because you can’t remove the extras if you don’t want them
