@VodafoneUK Oh, your ‘service’ has just reactivated my number as a ‘one off’ favour. Let me tell you, paying that last account will be a ‘one off’ favour as well. After this debacle, we’ll be shifting providers. It may not be the service you strive for, but it’s the service you deliver.

@VodafoneUK If your complaints team are going text saying they tried to speak to me perhaps you could ask them to actually try calling first? To then close my complaint because they repeatedly didn't bother calling me is just ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK any chance anyone can answer your telephones? Just employ more people if you are having staff issues. You don’t answer emails; Twitter or the phone.

@NRKirby @vodaphoneuk @VodafoneUK No it was a spam call pure and simple, the trouble is I am now getting about 4-6 a week. Either its a chines robot saying I got a parcel waiting and they need payment or these even worse types of spam.

@VodafoneUK No I only have one number, how can you provide a resolution to a problem that I cannot contact, do you really only have 1 method? Could you not call me as you have the facility to do so?

2hrs on an online chat with @VodafoneUK .......possibly the worst 'help' chat I've ever experienced. How do companies get away with such poor customer service?

@VodafoneUK No I am disappointed the only offer available to a long-standing customer is one more expensive yet if I were a new customer I would likely get a better deal. Instead my bill keeps increasing. I’m also a PAYG on my phone but I don’t get the discount as I’m not on a contract
