@VodafoneUK I tried all different times of the day and waited over 40 minutes on some occasions! I got through yesterday after 30 mins to find that my policy was invalid as I had a sim only contract, yet Vodafone were quite happy taking the money each month Very poor @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Just switched and all going well so far. Everything working as it should .. Customer Service couldn't be more helpful . Contacted them twice ...no problem getting through. 👍🏼

so the @VodafoneUK phone bot thing now just hangs up on you if it decides that the team you want to speak to are unavailable? Well that's a truly fresh kind of hell to experience when sitting on hold was already bad enough...
