How bad is @VodafoneUK customer service? I contacted their online chat and was told I'm 92 in the queue...92! I've been on hold on their phone now for 15 mins! My contract ends mid-January. No way I'm renewing.

@VodafoneUK I can’t call your help desk. I’m a voxi customer. So when trying to call +44 333 304 0191 about my vodafone broadband, it just directs me online and hangs up after giving my home phone number!

@VodafoneUK Evidently not Ryan. I’ve been told to seek legal advice if I’m not happy. Likely because Vodafone know I’ll need deep pockets to go up against them. Disgusting way to treat customers. I’ve reached out to the national newspapers to tell my horrendous story as it’s disgraceful.

@VodafoneUK Hello. I have added my iphone as a secondary device (esim). I don’t get calls or SMS. Just data. This shouldn’t be an issue. If the esim were on a cellular apple watch they would be able to use calls / SMS. Any help? Thanks.

3/3 Now I am stranded in Spain with NO DATA, NO ABILITY TO SEND OR RECEIVE TEXTS, NO ABILITY TO LOG INTO MY VODAFONE ACCOUNT TO CHANGE SETTINGS and only a COMPLETELY USELESS BOT ONLINE HELP which has only wasted endless amounts of my time. I need help! @VodafoneUK
