    @VodafoneUK disgusting service, after an hour phone call to excuses and lack of co-operation, a discount refused to be added when it has clearly been requested, refusal to see common sense, what an awkward difficult and out of touch provider. #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I called to cancel tonight (not done yet) and I was offered a trial and only upon probing I realised once T&Cs come in to it that I was being signed up. I declined unbeknown to me I have the contract in my emails followed by email telling me MY order is cancelled

    Well yet again I'm being fobbed off by @VodafoneUK with gigacube issues, so say they're calling in a week, told them if I'm still having issues i will be terminating my gigacube max package and going back to @virginmedia fibre especially now they've upgraded everything local
