@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Outsourcing of admin to the customer. I hate. I’d rather pay more and have a person to sort it out.

  • McdayClaire Claire McDay (@McdayClaire) reported

@fascinatorfun @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK This is exactly it. If only we could just switch to an MP who offered a better service or even listened.

  • BarneyBobsie Barnaby Hulbert (@BarneyBobsie) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK And you though it the easiest transfer in history, you held the phone after all. Still no service is better than bad service. Shoulda phoned a friend Gerard Battern could have sorted it out in afternoon over a coffee..

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Maybe the staff kept recognising you. I'd call distracting you from trying to achieve anything a public service.

  • flicked46 Flicked46 (@flicked46) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK The problem lies between the chair and the phone.

  • Ninnytothree Ninnyto4 (@Ninnytothree) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Due to a mistake we over paid £1800 and they won’t refund anything. They will lose more over the tears as I am going to change supplier now. My son as soon as his contract ends and my daughter and family the same. A huge firm like that don’t give a **** about customers.

  • xbarisaxman Richard Robinson (@xbarisaxman) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Terrible...I'm sure the people of Yemen and other war torn lands feel your pain. Have you heard of FWP's? (First World Problems?)... I suspect not?

  • OllyMonkeyboy OllyB 🇪🇺 (@OllyMonkeyboy) reported from Halesworth, England

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK No contract is better than a bad contract, just threaten to walk away with no phone.
