@VodafoneUK Surely having to wait on live chat for 3 hours and 10 minutes (so far) for a manager when I have explained how I have been given wrong information is an indication that you know I am right. Can your service level really be this bad?

@VodafoneUK why do you make it so hard to transfer a Vodafone number to a new Vodafone sim card? Trying to sort it for my mum and it's a bit ridiculous. I'll make sure my Vodafone contract is moved to another network provider when it ends as this is proving too difficult!
