Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Glyn1980 BGS (@Glyn1980) reported from Bournemouth, England

@VodafoneUK Understood, still fail to see why for the same phone you want to charge £25 a month extra and for an additional year. The £60+ you quoted was also for less GB's of data and it included max tariff discount of £7ppm according to your agent.

  • Abbeyleighsmith Abbey Smith (@Abbeyleighsmith) reported

@VodafoneUK I get no signal what so ever. What the hell ia going on?

  • yorkshireskippy Sir Skippy (@yorkshireskippy) reported

@VodafoneUK my Broadband is so poor it won't even allow me to open your website to complain, you're becoming a joke.

  • ESlibrarian Mark Philip Rennie (@ESlibrarian) reported

@vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK question for you guys - friends phone caught on fire & no longer working and to login to her Vodafone account to get it replaced/repaired Vodafone needs to send her a text message to the phone… how that supposed to work?

  • dazzpauls Darren Pauls (@dazzpauls) reported

@VodafoneUK It's been 36 hours so far and you've failed to even send me an email with a new esim let alone move the network to my new phone. Whilst you don't allow esim cloud transfer the 'ease' of esim is a myth.

  • yorkshireskippy Sir Skippy (@yorkshireskippy) reported

@VodafoneUK and once again they terminate the live chat when it gets awkward, that's 3 times today you've cut me off #broadband

  • yorkshireskippy Sir Skippy (@yorkshireskippy) reported

lol @VodafoneUK are now blaming their own boosters, that they provided for my buffering issues and slow internet speed, laughable #broadband

  • LynxMaxim Maxim F. Lynx (@LynxMaxim) reported

Completely lashing out to @VodafoneUK customer service online and it is the second time I’m being placed in the queue again. Two months trying to fix an issue, then when you confront their uselessness they put you back in the queue and run away.

  • Paul22260748 Paul (@Paul22260748) reported

@VodafoneUK Your postcode finder is out of date by 14 years on Vodafone store.Your postcode checker on credit file complaints form brings up different addresses. No wonder people fail credit checks.Could not get a £20 phone deal yet just renewed my mortgage.

  • _SonOfTheDesert Kaiser Soothsays (@_SonOfTheDesert) reported

Finding out that @VodafoneUK and @ThreeUK are in talks about a merger is a bit like hearing that the men who used to be in #LibertyX and #Hearsay are getting together to form a “super group”. No one remembers them and you are left wondering just how bad it can get.
