@VodafoneUK The store told me to call customer support on 191 to speak to someone. 191 callbot either hangs up or directs to the chat page. The chat pages tells me that it's broken and I should call 191. endless loop. How to I get this sorted?

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot @Ofcom Previous address had good 5G signal. Moved to Cornwall, no usable 4G. Spoke to Vodafone 'technical team' who told me my postcode had 4G, as if that invalidates my complaint. Vodafone expect £145 termination fee from me. Just called them again,

@VodafoneUK could you please tell me how I can speak to a human? Online chat sends me to a phone number that tells me I can speak to the online chat and gives me no further options other than to terminate the call. I really need to speak to a human!?
