    @VodafoneUK I have had nothing but issues with my Vodafone portable Wi-Fi since purchasing yesterday. After 3 hours on the phone and instant chat to customer service it is still not sorted and I’m being advised to visit a shop yet they are not open!!

    Nice to know that Vodafone doesn’t price match and their online chat hosts aren’t very helpful. Couldn’t even try to offer me a deal similar to what I asked for. Looks like they’ve just lost a customer that was willing to upgrade with them. Not now. @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK customer services are absolute crap. Sent a complaint by email and no reply. Had to send a second complaint about them not replying to the first. Eventually they contacted me and asked me to ring them. Spent 25 minutes talking to someone who told me it will take 48

    Let down by @VodafoneUK again!! Trying to upgrade as an existing customer of 18 years and sorting and then he put the phone down in me. Can’t get back through either now #wasteoftime #shitcustomerservice
