@VodafoneUK customer service and we chat service is the worst! Spent nearly 7 hours on webchat in total to try get a simple repair sorted. Then it keeps cutting out #shoddy #CustomerService They use @DPDgroup who can't be arsed to get out of their vans to pick goods. #awful

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Advocate for higher wages then so people actually have pride in their jobs instead of sitting there worrying about their bills all day. I work in customer service and the wages don't match the abuse we get.
