@virginmedia and again I have been passed to 3 agents this morning with different information from each of them as to why my mobile service is not working since porting from @VodafoneUK - this is such poor service! Apparently I am too far fro the Aust mast... just sort it please

What’s a better network then @VodafoneUK ? So unhelpful and rubbish. App doesn’t work, monthly contracts terrible and their pay as you go bundles never works and they never process that request. Total waste of money. Especially in the pandemic #DaylightRobbary @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK dear Vodafone, for the second time in six months I’m wasting hours each week trying to resolve an issue. This time you refuse to unlock my phone after an upgrade. This was a gift to my unwell mother at the start of December. IT IS STILL NOT UNLOCKED !
