    @VodafoneUK please help me? I have an issue receiving text messages. If I call 191 it says they’ll send me a link via txt, or if I use Tobi online services I need a security code which is sent via txt. The whole problem is I’m not receiving them! Please help!

    @VodafoneUK shocking treatment of a charity! Router not delivered by DPD and returned to you on the 14th Dec, complained after 1.5hrs chat being cut off and no resolution now 35 mins into a call and USELESS

    @VodafoneUK Annoyed and angry at Vodafone, Son buys an apple watch and Vodafone, unable to sort the connectivity and coverage issues, spanning back about a year, then you over charge me by £100 per month for x3 months, then you charge for a disconnection order and take £1013.44.

    @VodafoneUK how can i make a complaint? i have had some poor customer service experiences including call backs not happening, repetition of the exact same steps when they don't work multiple times and even losing network connection because of bad sim swap advice.

    @VodafoneUK you have excelled yourselves yet again. 2 hours sorting a new upgrade out only to have it cancelled for no apparent reason and not even bothered to inform us. Customer service is a joke. 10 years we have been customers!! We won’t be staying !
