    @VodafoneUK Potentially the worst network in the U.K.! Been without broadband for 4 days now and had engineer no shows and 0 help from customer service. Got made to buy a repair part to prove it was broken when it wasn’t even the cable that’s the issue !! Ridiculous

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @VodafoneUK @SW_Help genuinely curious as to how we can get wifi underground but no reception (with any network) at Waterloo, Vauxhall, Raynes Park and Wimbledon. Barely anything on the train journey. Infuriates everyone.
