    Most incompetent mobile phone company award goes to @VodafoneUK #Vodafone #vodafoneworstcustomercare misselling me a product then invoicing for wrong amount . You just lost a customer of 24 years

    Take a day off and spend 3hrs on the phone to sort out a simple issue with .@VodafoneUK when they admitted selling me a product at a certain price then doubling the amount on the bill. Zero customer care. Going to take this up with #FCA #avoidvodafone

    Vodafone doing fruad with the customers. I have closed my number with full and final payment in mini store and they confirm it’s closed but Vodafone sending me bills.. very bad service @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK
