@VodafoneUK very disappointed in Vodafone. Terrible service with trade in. No compensation made! Ridiculously long queues for complaints - so obviously many disappointed customers. It should be illegal to tie someone up to a two year agreement if the service is as shocking!

God help anyone dealing with @VodafoneUK regards Power of Attorney! You can close bank accounts, mortgages and all manner of things with this legal document but try closing a mobile phone account!!! Utterly disgraceful 😡 #Alzheimers #dementia @alzheimerssoc

@VodafoneUK Yeah you've totally missed the point - I had good strong signal, but it was still totally unusable. Presumably due to congestion on the network but surely you should be able to foresee tens of thousands of people all wanting to use data at Old Trafford and provision accordingly.

@VodafoneUK Trying to get a decent upgrade. Was offered a Samsung S21 Ultra (3years 25gb data) for 42 pounds. Was told it was a special offer... I can get it on the website as standard. Been with vodafone over 15years, no incentive to stay. Really poor.

@VodafoneUK poor show on you - moved to your PAYG from being PAYM but wasn’t told I still actually need to top up to use my phone! When actually I paid upfront for the month meaning you actually owe me! Dangerous doing that to people who rely on their phones! #shameful #disgrace
