@VodafoneUK You are not helping. I need you to rearrange the appointment. I do not wish to supply my passport to you, as a customer you need to contact me if you do not trust my online identity rather than expect me to provide my passport to an "online form".

@VodafoneUK could you explain why you decided to stop my entertainment pack 8 months before the expected date? I have it in writing that it is included until November 2022, but it stopped in March. No luck getting a clear answer from chat support. I’d like to fix this please.

@VodafoneUK Just tried to upgrade my handset after a 2 year contract. Having been a customer for 11 years. Having spent thousands of pounds and you declined me. Pathetic.

Over 15 years as a customer paying over £120 per month without missing a payment and apparently I can't upgrade with @VodafoneUK as my credit isn't good enough?? What a lovely way to treat a loyal customer...of to EE I go.

Productive lunchtime, changed mobile phone providers after 20 years from @VodafoneUK and changed broadband providers after 12 years from @virginmedia, moving both accounts to @ThreeUK for MUCH CHEAPER monthly cost and apparently far better service all round. Win.

@VodafoneUK Can you help? I’ve been trying to get in touch to arrange a home move and the call centre just hangs up saying there is a problem, tried the chat bot and got through to a human but “we will answer in 24 hrs guaranteed” never happened now in new house with no internet.

@VodafoneUK I will do but I will get the same message as I did 1 year ago. 'We are continuously working to improve the network throughout the UK so keep an eye out on the above Network Status Checker for any future updates which may help with improved service further down the line'

Another day, another disappointment by @VodafoneUK Supposed to have an engineer come around yesterday (and today actually) to have a look into the issue @CityFibre caused, yet nothing has happened once again.

@VodafoneUK Why is your basic sim only plan description "Roaming not included" whereas in reality it should be "Connection will never work outside UK" or "Roaming can never be enabled"? Feels like we're being held to ransom with 12 mnth contract for 1 week trip out of the UK !
