    @VodafoneUK So no broadband all day and nobody available to support until 8am tomorrow. Isn’t the point of Pro Broadband that you have the dongle to back up when the phone lines are down? Doesn’t work, support is useless. Complete waste of money.

    Just suffered the WORST customer service from @VodafoneUK. I wouldn’t even call it a service. I’m expecting broadband on Wednesday, and track the order to find out they’ve cancelled it. Then they say next available date is 22nd Nov… Then insult me with offering £10 compensation

    @VodafoneUK be careful with the new fibre service. They’ll run a hard credit search on your account before confirming they have the ability to supply the service you applied for….
