    @VodafoneUK been a Vodafone customer all of 1 month and already they are making a pigs ear of customer service. Embarrassingly poor! And..... impossible to speak to a human to get their error sorted! Another useless provider with zero customer service

    @VodafoneUK It’s 5 days straight I’m trying for hours to get ahold of an adviser regarding my contract but they’re never available. My contract ended in January but I’m still being charged as per contract. Will anyone ever reply?

    @VodafoneUK Love this. @Vodafone don't phone when they say they will. When I challenge it on social media they rush to say they can help. But I did DM them 20 hours ago and they haven't replied to that either.

    Loyal customer of @VodafoneUK for 10 year but when my work dried up due to pandemic i was laid off vodafone lied about cancelling my contract and swapping me to a sim only deal and now im X amount in of debt and while i struggle to pay off this debt i still have to pay 45pm

    @VodafoneUK needing some help, every time I send a text to anyone it comes through on their phone multiple times, I could really do with this issue resolved because my girlfriend has just dumped me because of it
