    @VodafoneUK Tried to resolve an issue with two people, no joy. Going to use my cooling off period to cancel before you even install my broadband. Very poor service and cable install. #cancel #PoorService

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    Seems bizarre that despite being on the phone for over an hour @VodafoneUK has told me that I’m unable to raise a complaint by phone, despite their policy say I can. Hmm a phone company that you can’t complain by phone ? ?

    @VodafoneUK your service is a joke. I had fibre broadband installed yesterday. How does it go from ‘ready in 3 hours’ after install to ‘active by midnight’ to ‘24 hour estimate’ It’s been over 24hrs and I still have no connection

    Hi @VodafoneUK , I renewed my contract in January, and paid the said fees. Since then, every payment has increased from Feb to May. Will the price go up every month? Or will I find at some point it isn’t? PS, I’ve been with you 23 years, but I don’t think we’ll make 25. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK Why is DPD Crawley refusing to deliver #vodafone package for 24 month contract etc when I was told they would redeliver DPD Crawley are bad but usually the contractor can make them do their bidding. Utter Cucks!
