    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss. The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia were horrible to us. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Hope you dont have mobile with them- when my late husband died we tried to cancel hus mobile account and get back the £50 credit i had put on account so he could ring people from hospice - they insisted on talking to account holder even after we sent screem shot death certificate

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was surprised that Sky were good when my mum died. BT were awful, demanding to speak to a dead person. Only just got fibre at my place a couple of months ago, will not go with Virgin, too much poor feedback.
