    @VodafoneUK I have logged two written complaints and one verbal one via phone call. No replies to any of my complaints so still not resolved. Chased vodafone again tonight via chat AND phone but still no help whatsoever. Shocking!

    @iamtomskinner @VodafoneUK Hello this happened to me it’s a faulty phone it happens SIM card was synced ring vodaphone they should help and try to sort for you I had 4 phone replacements as they had bad batches of phones

    @iamtomskinner @VodafoneUK I’ve had problems with @VodafoneUK as well I’ve had no service for over 3 weeks and I don’t think they care yet still happy to take my money even though I’m not using the service 😡tried dm them also nothing
