    @VodafoneUK hi guys I haven't been able to use 4G at all since moving into my new SW2 address 3 weeks ago - have spoken to multiple agents and nobody seems to know the fix. 4G works fine in other areas!

    @VodafoneUK @speedyb Called spoke to vodaphone cusomer support tech team, apparently not possible to rename devices on any vodaphone router. Sad times. 😭

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, but it doesn’t matter which provider I’m with I can’t get a signal here. To get a validation text I have to go to the bottom of the garden and cross my fingers!

    @VodafoneUK My physical sim has now been cut off and I have still received no emails regarding the eSIM. I have sent a DM. Now my phone is cut off the help chat on the My Vodafone app doesn't work + chat on the Vodafone website also doesn't work.

    @VodafoneUK Exercising your power of attorney form filled in as requested to enable me to control my mothers broadband account. Customer service just told me I can only control her account if I take over ownership!!?? Does Vodafone not recognise what a Power of Attorney is?

    @VodafoneUK Yet again my internet has gone off. Ongoing issue over the last several weeks, had an openreach engineer out. No problems found. Yet it's on n then disconnects within seconds... Rubbish Rubbish rubbish, you gave us unlim data on a phone, like that substitutes it.
