@VodafoneUK why do you have almost the worst amount of complaints than any other internet service providers? And why does your customer service not help? And why does your internet hub box not work at least once a month? And why is this still an issue? Just a little rant.

@LRidingsUCLan @virginmedia @VodafoneUK I usually find Virgin's service good when it works. But the second anything goes wrong and you need to speak to someone, it's dire. Will be looking around for ano provider so thanks for the recommendation :)

@KEVINFORREST4 @VodafoneUK Just phone up and you’ll get the same deal as long as you are happy to sign up to a new contract. I phoned for my mum last week and they actually offer he £18.50 I think and she’s an existing customer. 👍
