@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK German car makers didn’t come to your rescue? Didn’t break down doors to tell Vodafone to do a deal? Odd that.

  • ToniMiLady Toni MiLady (@ToniMiLady) reported

Hi @VodafoneUK we need to talk.. Am trying to cancel my Now TV subscription. The link you sent via text to cancel sends me on a loop. When I sign into NowTV account details it says you need to cancel with Vodafone.I log into Vodafone and nothing... Can you look into this pls?

  • warrensmithyeah Warren Smith (@warrensmithyeah) reported

@VodafoneUK things must be bad for Vodafone U.K. - adding unauthorised services to customer accounts to get money in.

  • k4bladesagain cheekfulloftongue🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@k4bladesagain) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK have a reputation for poor service. I used to use them but got messed about so moved to EE some years ago.

  • NichollsPete Pete Nicholls (@NichollsPete) reported

@TedUrchin @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Me too. Months of ongoing problems and hours of webchat/calls. Issue with download speed. Finally told that my line is not even capable of running at their minimum promised speed. Needless to say I left mid-contract without penalty.

  • edct474 Ed Thompson (@edct474) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Yeah walk away, but don’t get mardy when you lose your roaming rights and realise your actions have cost £130B and you are forced to settle for a 1G phone network in Sierra Leone

  • ChrisTilley25 Chris (@ChrisTilley25) reported

@VodafoneUK @MRJKilcoyne Don’t reply to him! He hasn’t got an actual problem. He’s just being a Tory kiss arse.

  • TahirBinHussai2 Tahir Bin Hussain #WeAreCorbyn (@TahirBinHussai2) reported

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Six hours eh, seems a bit excessive only took me about an hour to get the number to transfer to another company, if you are polite, courteous and patient the person on the other side will do their job and help you. Vodaphone have always been good with excellent customer service.

  • PassivhausArch Kirsty Maguire (@PassivhausArch) reported

@DavidDavisMP I have spent months getting a sum total of nowhere with @VodafoneUK customer services, including loads of time on hold, supposed ‘we called you but you didn’t answer’ messages (the phone was in my hand, literally waiting for the call, it never rang...) etc

  • spookyspanna Anna Stephens (@spookyspanna) reported

@VodafoneUK Yet another ****-up on my upgrade🙄 7th call since 12/11. I appreciate that we’re all under a lot of pressure but I’m being told one thing by customer service yet the ‘SuperUsers’ do the complete opposite.... Pull your finger out!
