  Shocking service from @VodafoneUK staff keep putting phone down when we ring. In store staff tell us they can’t help us to ring up. Online chat tells us to go in store. Ridiculous! No phone since Wednesday. We simply want to transfer e sim to a new phone.

  It’s been 6 years now since @VodafoneUK dumped us as store teams to a franchise model that didn’t work. No redundancy after 13 years service just forced to franchise or made unemployed. Staff want justice as well as @FairerFranchise owners. Gave my heart and soul to this company

  @VodafoneUK I'm having issues with s crypto wallet that was attached to a mobile number I use specifically for crypto. Vodafone turned the phone off due to 90 days of inactivity to which I was not aware this happened. I need an email address I can send my requirements to.

  @VodafoneUK Ever since I switched to you I've had connectivity problems I've constantly called for help & nothing works Luckily my contract runs out in a couple of months Can't wait I regret switching to you Can't wait to leave
