    @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”

    @VodafoneUK 5 months of worsening signal in Somerset. Support say no issues, but field readings show RSRP -123 dBm & SINR -0.3 dB. I have the data. Can someone actually investigate?

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

    How can we get out of our contract early with you @VodafoneUK ? You are not providing us with a service ...we are paying good money for no internet whatsoever, we ring your god awful scripted customer call lines and its groundhog day ... 2 weeks of this rubbish

    @VodafoneUK already having issues. Your app doesnt even work, emails never are received, the booster box doesnt connect. Insane. Good stuff, well done 👏👏 10/10 donkey 💩
