    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    @dave_aldrine I’m ready to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK that’s a sure fact. Sick of the terrible signal everywhere. Sending messages in bottles is currently more successful.

    @VodafoneUK Just to let you know I will not be using Vodafone again on principle due to Vodafone giving free SIMs to illegal migrants. Having been working for several decades with British homeless families & single adults who have had no such support I don’t support your action!

    @VodafoneUK @antonycotton Vodafone UK are appalling. Absolutely zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

    @VodafoneUK your incredibly helpful in store staff have to suffer with an incredibly slow system. It really devalues the service you offer and I’m sure demotivates the staff
