@VodafoneUK 07389 807245 this is the new number I got with device. Hope you can check the history and call recording to know the wait time and after waiting for 2 hours call will be terminated simply… advisors promised to call back but nothing happened. Please treat your customers well

Hi @VodafoneUK I placed an order on 26th Nov described as "next working day" delivery on your website. I still haven't received it. I have had no communication from your side, other than an order confirmation. This is poor.

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK wosrt customer experience and customer service I have ever expirenced. Rude staff, extremely rude manager and disconnected from a chat by a customer relations team member after spending 7 hours on a chat. Appalling.

@VodafoneUK Instead I need to wait for a BT Openreach engineer to 'visit', allegedly tomorrow for what reason I know not. Demonstrably the line outside is fine (ok well ish) because I can connect. It's the variability of the router that's the problem. Because they're awful. But you know this

I can't believe there is a huge difference between @VodafoneUK and @vodafone_de regarding quality of service. I have used Vodafone UK for several years and had problems only a few times and they were all addressed in a professional and timely manner. I've been using @vodafone_de
