    @VodafoneUK My widowed 75yo mother-in-law has recently moved her landline to you, but it's stopped working. She doesn't have a mobile to ask for help, and your agent won't even check the line for me because I'm not the account holder. This what you do for vulnerable customers?

    @ellieda00329456 @VodafoneUK I was able to get the code now .. but the whole app seems to be down now so still can’t order. How do they get any customers if it’s literally impossible to upgrade!!

    brand new pixel 6 pro mic broken , thanks @GoogleUK and @VodafoneUK I cant even get a replacement as theres no stock So how didi i get one if theres no stock ?!!?!?!? @Apple i am heading your way now ! if you sort your stock issues out !

    @VodafoneUK If your online "chat experts" are offline, and your customer services phone simply says "no one is available" on a loop, how are your customers able to speak to you?
