Agreed broadband price on phone with @VodafoneUK but confirmed by email as more so you needed to listen to the recorded conversation. Promised to get back to me within 3 days. Still waiting for callback 10 days later so now complaining about my complaint not being dealt with.

Anyone else noticed that @VodafoneUK signal has been sketchy recently? I never used to have a problem with reception, but the last few months have been frustrating. Considering an early exit and switch to another network.

UK-based @VodafoneGroup, your venture in India has called my UK passport an "invalid document" and rejected me for a prepaid SIM - 3 times 😭 What do you have against UK passports, @VodafoneIdeaIN ? All procedures + local referenence completed. Existing @VodafoneUK customer😭😭

@VodafoneUK Hi there , my mobile internet connection very slow and some time it won’t work at all . Lately I have notice Vodafone internet have gone slow even thought I have 5G data package . My best friend with Vodafone too and his also facing the same problem. East London area !

Hi @VOXI_UK, how long until you support eSims? I think the new iPhone 14 is eSim only, so how do you propose to support these devices? I don’t want to move to @VodafoneUK as their deals are not as good for me despite #voxi being part of #vodafone! Cheers

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz Look at the shamelessness of Vodafone India. Firstly they say will sort out your problem by 10/09. now they say you can appeal in 30 days as we can not sort out the network, They are all for money. Not for your service. be mindful.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not same issue but Vodafone publicised my work (not at VF) number randomly for one of their popular shops, was inundated, they never quite resolved it, even after writing to CEO. Have left the job now, so matters not. Customer services used to give my number out!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK If you have any follow up ask to see the written procedure they have in place. I suspect nothing will be produced. Had similar issues with Lloyds bank.

@VOXI_UK missing SIM for well over 3 weeks now. Told to go to @VodafoneUK store. Went to Hammersmith store and staff couldn't/didn't want to help. Please advise.
