    @VodafoneUK how can I make a complaint and speak to someone in the UK? I have had no internet for over a week now and open reach are doing a terrible job and I'm getting no where with Vodafone as well.

    I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken

    @VodafoneUK Having shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Son has returned from Australia and PAYG sim doesn't work. Say they can't help unless phone is with me! Ridiculous!🤬

    @VodafoneUK please help urgently. I’m away and 1. Cannot access my voicemail and 2. When someone tries to phone my mobile some random person answers. This is my business mobile.

    @KevinRohan3 @Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK If you upgrade your service while tied into a contract, you get a new 14 day cooling off period and you can cancel with no termination fees - massive loophole but a good thing to remember

    @VodafoneUK is there a problem with the network today? I’ve got an unlimited data SIM in a dongle and the internet is lagging like crazy, can’t do anything 🤨
