Day 3 no wifi due to the @VodafoneUK breakdown causing issues with Apple services/products. No help offered from Vodafone services other than an auto bot or phone Lind that disconnects or takes 2 hours to be connected. Absolutely useless customer service.

@VodafoneUK You shut off my data and said it was temporarily suspended but didn’t give a reason then yesterday I phoned up to ask why and I was told to pay £150 of the bill and it would be unlocked so I did and it didn’t work! Then I call again and you hang up on me! Ridiculous.

@OldPeacock1972 @VodafoneUK Started locally removing 3G and the network service has been awful - strangely enough, my 11 year olds phone is on @VOXI_UK (£12 a month!) and he has a far stronger network signal…… and guess who provides Voxi their network 🫣

@VodafoneUK I have also been listening to customers experts telling me that I need a new price plan, I’ve been told how roaming works (I bloody know), and the favourite thing is, two times I’ve been promised a phone call if the fix they try doesn’t work.

@fulltimeopinion @VodafoneUK Going round in circles with them. It’s beyond a joke. They make it so difficult to cancel your contract when you’re already out of contract!

@MissHudsonHist @VodafoneUK Interestingly the PAYG SIM plan has never increased in price, in the 3 or so years I've had it. It's always been £10 a month, but the included calls/data is up massively, more than I'll ever need. I guess they can't get away with ramping up PAYG costs, so they don't.

@VodafoneUK "plus an additional 3.9% to help support the continued investment in our network" £6.5 billion profit in 2022?! How about YOU invest in your network and stop robbing your customers? Do we get dividends on OUR 'investment'? #CostOfLivingCrisis #CorporateGreed #OptOut?

@VodafoneUK Intermittently. Exactly the same as yesterday and the same as thousands of customers (as reported by the media). Just need a fix time estimate.

@Karen_karenelee @VodafoneUK 😡annoying! I wasted 3 hours trying to work out why my Wi-Fi was down on Sunday, to discover that it was VDF’s fault…no word from them at any point, and no answer to my call! I share your pain. Hope you get sorted….

@VodafoneUK I have spent two hours this morning with your tech support trying to get my phone work in the US. No luck. Same in Turkey. Clearly it’s an issue with Zone C destinations. What does it take to get someone knowledgeable to look into this?
