After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

    @VodafoneUK Omg Vodafone 🇬🇧 you’re so awful at providing a service. Definitely avoid these jokers if you’re in the UK 🇬🇧 for your broadband. Bad bad bad 👎👎👎

    Shocking service from @VodafoneUK - the #bereavement team spent so long transferring my deceased father's account that it triggered defaults and intimidating threats of legal action and cutting off the mobile, broadband and home line of a vulnerable, grieving 89 year old woman

    So turns out that @VodafoneUK are going to charge me £2.75 a day to use minutes and data that I pay for when I travel to Europe next week. I can buy a pass to save a few quid, yet my wife's network allow her to use her minutes and data free of charge...
