    @VodafoneUK Red contract is ending and I received a text saying I’ll be charged for my entertainment package if I don’t cancel. If I renew my contract for another red package including entertainment do I need to cancel & resubscribe or do you roll the sub? Called 191 and no help.

    @VodafoneUK been without service since Monday. I cannot make phonecalls or be contacted. This is a huge concern as I have had to inform my daughter’s school if I am needed to call my husband. You expect me to pay my bill but I am not getting a service at all ???

    @VodafoneUK you’re customer care is absolutely appalling, I’ve been trying to contact customer support to speak to someone via tobi and by phone for 4 hours now and still haven’t gotten any contact with anyone

    @VodafoneUK Just to clarify something. If I cancel mid contract, I pay a fee (as per t&cs) but if you cancel because you no longer can provide me with a service due to a house move, I still need to pay the cancellation fee cos I ‘signed a contract’?
