@VodafoneUK order a device 1 month ago and still not even dispatched. Just had a call with one of your managers who wasn’t even able to confirm how many months it might take for you to send me my order. Absolutely disgusting service and won’t even let me cancel it.

@VodafoneUK Your customer service is a complete bin-fire. I was promised delivery of a new phone by Saturday, and paid extra for next day delivery. Not even marked as despatched yet. 40+ minutes on hold so far. And your Chat-bot is useless.

@VodafoneUK Have an issue with a new handset for my son. He’s in Uni in Manchester. But the Vodafone Shop in Arndale won’t help as I pay his bill. 6 numbers on the account, three new handset, two others still being paid off and they couldn’t call me? Please advise what’s next?

@Ally_789 @VodafoneUK I’ve been waiting 3 weeks tomorrow my order which was placed on the 16th November it’s shocking how bad it is. They are blaming it in an issue with the warehouse and Black Friday yet the order was processed before then. Starting to get impatient now.

@VodafoneUK Ordered the Iphone 13 Product Red last Monday, claimed 1-3 days yet I was told there was a delay. A week later and the order is still yet to be dispatched, this isn't a complaint just abit of a pisstake tbh
