@VodafoneUK congratulation, just had my elderly mother on the phone trying to contact you both by landline and speaking to your support. Neither work your online support don't get the issue and calling you gets her cut off. She is extremely upset with no broadband!

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK I know that, but I do need you to talk to my service provider since the fault is a CityFibre network issue. For the last 10 days Vodafone agents have been given the same message from your team without any details of when an engineer will fix the problem

@VodafoneUK Not exactly nice when your partner is looking for a job which you then ring her about only to then hang up without saying a word because she can't fit your hours due to childcare commitments. Should probably work on a better way of ending calls.

@VodafoneUK terrible service from the so called Wi-Fi experts. Have spent hours trying to get through today. Disconnected on the phone multiple times and I’ve been No. 1 in the chat for nearly 40 mins

@VodafoneUK I’m trying to set up the Curve, every time i enter my number in your smart app it just gives me a “somethings wrong” error. And your DM Bot support can’t even give the options to get started. This is a terrible start. How are you going to fix this?

@VodafoneUK My first phone was a Ericsson A1018, I won it on a competition with Coca-Cola as my mum said she would never buy me a mobile, the game was Tetris, and we thought it was the dogs b@#@x. My favourite was my Iphone12, and it has to be candy crush #vodafonetreats
