@VodafoneUK this is like a never ending nauseating roundabout. Now back to the original customer relations team. Pretty pathetic.

@VodafoneUK hi! My phone says 4G and signal in and around my house yet I can hardly ever actually make calls or access data. The coverage map is fine, and if I walk 0.2 miles away it’s back to normal. What gives?

  • ShaquilleCalle2 shaq (@ShaquilleCalle2) reported

I can’t take it anymore, I just want my contract back to normal. @VodafoneUK accepted their big part to play, but tbh they caused all this. Now they putting me in debt!! I can’t fix their problem they caused!! I just wanna die!!! To much!!!!!

  • MConstanduros Mark Constanduros (@MConstanduros) reported

So @VodafoneUK are switching off our Sure Signal. Will have to use VoWifi, but our phones dont support VoWifi Text messages, needed for 2 factor Authentication. Asked what the solution is. Find another network was the answer. Not thought out.

@VodafoneUK telling me in Twitter on Monday they’ll help me resolve their issues as their lines are not working, it’s Thursday and it’s still not sorted ....

  • zacharyking Zack King (@zacharyking) reported

@VodafoneUK @eszternikolettm Guessing she meant internet services (ie your network), as this has been down for a month in Hackney and is a known issue. Was told refunds for those affected would be automatic.
