    @VodafoneUK Not working consistently. Another example of unsatisfactory customer service experience. Wonder if @O2 or @EE or any other provider is better for me in the FK11 area?

    @VodafoneUK Not very good customer service! Initial tweet and then nothing to follow it up. Is this what I'm paying for, as well as useless broadband??

    @VodafoneUK Once i got through, the transaction took 40 minutes for a simple upgrade. They even went away for 15 minutes to do a credit check on me. Ive been with Vodafone for 30 years. NEVER CHANGED BANK or missed a payment. I even had to disclose my salary. Shocking

    @VodafoneUK I got my phone eventually. The original van broke down so dpd had to get a replacement. It's okay now. Impressed with my new s21.
