    @VodafoneUK Why would I if your agents believe it’s acceptable to treat customer like that then I’ll take my 4 numbers elsewhere and give another provider the business

    @VodafoneUK - I’ve got an out of contract line - why can’t I change the price plan to Red 100GB @ £10/month. I could cancel and take a new line out at that price but that seems daft to me
