Anyone from @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK care to help me with broadband activation before I cancel every one of my accounts with you and explain the situation all over social media? Chatting through TOBI is going nowhere.

Trying to sort out a pet tracker for Sox before I go. He lost his last one from @KippyPet and they are refusing to help me set up a replacement because I bought the original from @VodafoneUK (I didn't, it was from Amazon). Absolutely shocking customer service.

@VodafoneUK no 4G data signal throughout the City of London. How can you justify charging £60 a month for this rubbish?

@VodafoneUK Yes, and there are multiple issues in the area yet again. Simply not good enough - with these constant problems and your withdrawal of WiFi on the tube, I think it's time to go to another network

@VodafoneUK so I’ve asked my cancellation date to be the 18th of may for my broadband but now it’s already been switched off. Not great service.

So, yet again @VodafoneUK going out of their way (seemingly) to really pi$$ me off and lose my custom. This saga (and yes it is a bloody saga now) with trying to login/create an account using a perfectly reasonable email address (in use for 26 years) is way past laughable! 🤬🤬🤬
