    @VodafoneUK do you have an email address I can complain to please? I have tried calling and chatting and each time I am asked to try the same things to resolve the issue (they never work) and am told to call back once I have but they don't work. I'm just going round in circles!

    @VodafoneUK Raised formal complaint, Vodafone failed for 9 days to actually call me and when I call in nobody can speak to me. Asking for Manager to speak to but they refuse as I’ve not spoken to Case Handler. This is the whole point - How do I break the cycle?
