@VodafoneUK a quick call to upgrade my phone turned in to a 40 minute phone call with half hour spent on hold. The operator couldn’t get in contact with their manager resulting in... nothing. If you didn’t have so many staff working from home still this wouldn’t be a problem!! 😤

@VodafoneUK Unless you’re going to either a) reverse your decision to remove wifi access from London Underground (the only network that did) or b)allow me to leave my contract early then there’s no point.
