    @VodafoneUK price quoted to cancel Vodafone BB £171.58. Have since paid another £39.50 while awaiting transfer to EE. Now Vodafone issues a final bill of £218.65! Clearly, this is incorrect, but I can’t access chat to discuss it

    @VodafoneUK why do I keep getting cold calls from your call centre, then when I tell them I have a business provided Vodafone mobile not a personal paid for mobile your staff hang up the call......its rude and unprofessional.

    @VodafoneUK great service have to watch iplayer on my phone using 5g rather than on my TV using my superfast broadband because all it does is buffer! Been absolutely shocking for the last week or so!

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!
