    @ourcountrysgone @grieve51166 Oh dear @VodafoneUK If only I had known this before I took out a contract two weeks ago. Never mind, I have a good memory and when it’s up I will be sure to check out if other providers are also abusing their customers money, and vote with my feet.

    @VodafoneUK What’s the point? I’m always having streaming issues. I’ve sorted it now anyway, I simply rebooted my 4G data signal

    @samlegend @VodafoneUK Hi Sam, if your handset is locked to the Vodafone network, you will need to speak with Vodafone directly to enable them to unlock this device. Sadly, we do not have the required systems to action this for you. - MPD

    @VodafoneUK hello my grandparents are having an issue logging in. They keep getting sent a temporary password via email but it's not working when setting a password. Then you're trying to send it by phone which they don't have with you. All they want to do is to pay their bill

    ******, trying to stream radio this morning is a hassle, @VodafoneUK ‘s 4G data services is the pits. Regular buffering on my WiFi radio which is damn annoying

    @VodafoneUK your support chat people are adding to my broadband problems by being extremely unhelpful. You can test my line as many times as you like, but it will never come back that I'm getting the guaranteed broadband speed.

    @VodafoneUK Our plan expires in Sept '22 and we want to cancel. Do we need to give notice to you? We can't see a clear answer on our account page on your website and the guy on the phone was no help whatsoever.
