    @VodafoneUK @rgmckissock @OmbudServices Even a tweet letting us know there was a problem would have been extremely useful and stopped us all switching off and on endlessly and hunting around to find out whether it was just us or a Vodafone issue.

    @VodafoneUK Right, but what does that actually mean? Will it be up before midnight? Will it be working tomorrow morning? How long is everyone in east anglia supposed to carry on paying for a service that doesn't work? Saying it's being worked on is barely better than saying nothing at all.

    @VodafoneUK we've had a terrible experience with your engineers. Installation booked for a 1-6pm slot yesterday, they never arrived and said it was too dark to climb a pole to install.
