    @VodafoneUK rubbish service - visual voicemail not working. Follow your website instructions to call 191 which then tells me to use online chat and terminates the call!

    @Thebaldedblue @VodafoneUK That’s what I got as well. I just closed the app, I felt quite insulted!! I enter most the competitions and never win a thing. Even the instant win ones, I always get “sorry not this time”

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer service. Slow speeds, continual drop-outs for the last 6 months - and after half an hour on the phone to their complaints team, the line just cut out. Livid is an understatement. Ofcom it is then. Aaaargh!!

    @VodafoneUK I'm getting tired now of being passed around department's for my simple request of an account transfer. Pending for over 2 weeks and everytime I call I never get a satisfactory response !! Maybe I should move out of Vodafone...
