Hey @VodafoneUK - last month I agreed a contract change with you which took my bill down from £50 to £30 per month. I just got an email from Voda saying "We're moving you to a new plan" with the monthly cost at £50. What's up w/ this?

@VodafoneUK Evie I have replied to it. I have witness to conversation with Vodafone which they seem to be denying happened. To leave a customer with no wifi calling for 25 days is not acceptable @VodafoneUK Why do you insist on trying to contact through a number that does not ring????
