    @VodafoneUK Hi, I ordered 2 Google Pixel 6 phones in Cloudy Black colour in-store on Friday 26 November using the pay for your phone in one go option. I haven't heard anything back after the initial order confirmation email and money has been already taken. Please help.

    I’m now just posting about how crap @VodafoneUK are and #customerservice for evidence. I cannot call them I cannot use their robot I cannot reply to their threats THEY STILL AINT CALLED THEY STILL AINT ACKNOWLEDGED AND ITLL BE MY FAULT EVEN WITH 2 weeks evidence A totes #joke

    So @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK What phone service does your CEO Ahmed Essam @AhmedShelbaya use because it clearly can’t be #Vodaphone? I have had no service for over a week, 3rd breach of service since starting my contract in May this year and customer service not helpful

    @VodafoneUK I have an issue, there is a default on my credit score from an old account I had where I had a billing error I need this removed ASAP and I was also advised through yourselves this was your mistake years ago, why is this in my credit score?? I had never missed a bill!
