@VodafoneUK why were customers not informed that WiFi would no longer be provided on London Underground? Only found out by chance from a news article. Will not be renewing my contract later this year and will be making an official complaint to Ofcom

@VodafoneUK - Hey Vodafone! Your online customer account system is useless! It has taken me many calls over the course of several *years* and I still cannot access my bills online (and you no longer post them). How can this be for a company that's essentially a tech company???

I went through unbelievable amount of stress last week because @VodafoneUK decided to take down all services simultaneously at my location, without any warning. If Gas & Water can give advanced notice, why can't Vodafone. It was premeditated, with an unnecessary bad execution.

@VodafoneUK don’t do it - once you sign that’s it : customer service is dreadful and everything takes hours. Did you miss the small print about extra charges they didn’t explain when you signed ? Tough **** ! Nasty company. Am stuck - 2 decades a customer.

Work have swapped our mobiles from @VodafoneUK to @EE and I’ve never had so many calls drop out or the other person can’t hear me! It’s bloody awful! Forget using Teams via data on the app!…. I’m off the buy a pigeon!

Just had an email about @VodafoneUK Pro Broadband. Apparently they want you to pay more if you want a reliable service 🤷

@VodafoneUK @Valkyrie20201 This is precisely what she is saying. What is the use in responding with this template response to everyone, if you’re not addressing the main point of dissatisfaction here for most of us, which is the lack of consultation or any communication with your customer base in London?

@VodafoneUK Thanks but no thanks. Yet another waste of space as the chat function on there doesn't work on multiple devices. Getting help from Vodafone is like getting blood from stone. Perhaps I should not pay the bill then VF might help?
