    @TomBarnardWords @VodafoneUK It took two weeks of talking to vodafone customer services to demonstrate that a) I was not liable for the debt and b) the company had in fact paid it months earlier

    Over the last week I have spent hours of my time on hold/chat or explaining what I need from @BritishGas @VodafoneUK @118118Money and various others only to be cut off multiple times and have to start all over again. How hard is it to provide basic service? 🤬

    @VodafoneUK what is going on with your service? you didn't take dd that was set up, I had to wait an hour to pay directly. now the other phones on the account aren't working. Cant get through to customer services, doesn't recognise phone or PIN number. absolute amateur set up.

    @VodafoneUK you are being taken for a ride by @WeAreOpenreach allowing them to book a 2nd appointment for an external line fault after just checking as far as FTTC. The first call should cover fault finding all the way to the property - it's the copper cable stupid!
