Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Essieburton Estelle Burton (@Essieburton) reported

@john_p_d @VodafoneUK They are useless but those seemingly sensitive DMs are standard issue messages. They are simply pushed on to a faceless contact as they have no authority to do anything.

  • stuartadderley Stuart A (@stuartadderley) reported

@VodafoneUK Pointless. Just spent 2 hours to one of your offshore team. Hence why I resorted to Twitter. Which again now seems pointless. You really are shocking when customers have an issue.

  • zozoxo26 Zoe King 🇪🇺 (@zozoxo26) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is awful. My partner experienced issues with Vodafone recently, being referred to a debt collector for a debt that didn't exist.

  • nessybhoy Comrade Nesski 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇪🇸 🇪🇺 (@nessybhoy) reported

@Violinbeau @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK On the basis of this thread I will never ever give custom to them.

  • tma285 TeeMaa (@tma285) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot 1/ Thank you! I am locked in a battle with them as well. My contract is ending on the 29th of this month and they insist I have to give them 30 days notice before I choose not to rollover the service. I have asked @VodafoneUK where that is stated in my contract.

@SimonOntheverge @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK That's bad 😕 Don't have experience with them, but gave up on Vodafone when a problem that they had a 72 hour fix SLA was still a problem after 72 days. They just don't care

  • LaLaLaShush LaLaNotListening (@LaLaLaShush) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same experience with @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my mums account when she passed. In fact one of their agents laughed at me on the phone when trying to sort. Awful company.

  • matthewcashmore Fr. Matthew Cashmore (@matthewcashmore) reported

Dear @VodafoneUK I've tried very hard to stay with you for my home broadband, but your website won't let me upgrade without speaking to the call centre, which directs me to the website, which sends me to the noisiest call centre on the planet... who can't help me. 1/2

  • nikize0 NiKiZe😷 (@nikize0) reported

@VodafoneUK Yes, no-one on your standard plan can reach that site, they don't have working internet as you claim. Your lack of IPv6 is the issue here. Or rather your lack of understanding that missing IPv6 is an issue.

  • dan190671 Dan_J (@dan190671) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I would try the CEO’s office. I had an issue with them a few years ago and managed to sort it with them. I found their email address on Google. If all else fails write them a formal complaint and go to the ombudsman if they don’t sort it. Good luck. Awful company!!!
