    @VodafoneUK So, after multiple phone calls, online chats, store visits, the conclusion is they don’t want you to leave so they can rip you off. I can get the same package for £11 a months less by leaving & rejoining as a new customer…if you come to upgrade with them a word of advice, leave!

    @VodafoneUK terrible service - no broadband for days now, no eta, rude customer service, keep asking the same questions, no call back, escalating to managers but we need to wait 24 hours. Absolutely dire. #vodafone #workingfromhome

    @VodafoneUK @yartia This is also our experience- rude staff, no eta, no broadband for over 4 days, no plan, no call back or management of expectations, same questions with same results, need to wait 25 hours b4 a manager can call , dire dire dire
