    @VodafoneUK have you got anyone in the UK I can speak to? Actually call, speak, voice? I cannot undertand the heavy accents of your retentions teams and it clearly is bad for your business. A human would be nice.

    @VodafoneUK Tried to top up daughters phone as she is out and the website won't let me and so called customer services can't find or are unwilling to help.

    @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    @VodafoneUK ive tried and tried to contact your customer service but I get a computer. I am beyond furious with your company. Do you not understand what cancelling my contract getting another number means

    Dearie me @VodafoneUK: here's at least one customer checking when her contract's up as I try very hard to not buy good or services from businesses that demean women at the expense of men. Not to mention ones who believed every wrong thing Stonewall told them and have, apparently, completely missed the SC judgment in FWS. Catherine Wright is a she/her btw 🙄

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!!

    @VodafoneUK a family member has noticed a default on her credit file from 2022 from Vodafone. She’s never had a Vodafone account or contract. How can we go about approaching and correcting this please?
