Also, even if I try to fill it out, it will not accept it since I do not reside in the UK. Can you direct me to another solution?

sqwirräl (@sqwirral) reported@Jxtpackerr @VodafoneUK @flyfour Yep, same. Using speedtest I can set the server to one of Vodafone's, and it's nice and fast. Changing it to anything else is ungodly slow.
