    So whilst @EE @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK have all brought back roaming charges (I'll be leaving EE anyway because they're utter dogsh1t). Are there any decent mobile phone/network providers anymore? Any that don't want 3 year contracts or rip you off at extreme levels?

    @VodafoneUK The problem is with vodafone not others, its your webpage that says £100 amazon voucher, i would suggest this is a marketing ploy, purposely misleading customers, hoping they will sign up with vodafone and give up on the voucher

    @joelycett JOE @VodafoneUK have destroyed my credit score for the last 3 years and continue to refuse to talk to me! I returned a phone INSTORE, 4 months later they claimed I never returned said phone and charged me £2000!

    @VodafoneUK have not had internet for 12 hours. Gone through broadband checker and says outage. Do we have an ETA on a fix or cause? We are in NP10.

    How are @VodafoneUK telling me to use 3G on my phone when I pay for 5G.... worst customer service and network signal. 2 days without signal to be told wait another 48 hours.

    @Racing_KLR @VodafoneUK It’s not just you. (South Wales - nothing all day) And why only the account holder can be told if there is an outage in your area remains a mystery.

    @VodafoneUK Yeah, tried that for several weeks. Already reported that the chat bot doesn't work, but I continue getting your copy and pasted messages so never fixed. I'll wait until you take me to court for non payment, then you'll learn. Get your lawyers ready! #hopelessness
