    Words cannot describe how much I despise @VodafoneUK customer support. Despite being a customer for TWENTY years, their renewals and billing systems are a joke, and their website is one dead link after the next. Absolute nonsense. Time to move.

    DAY 34: Initiated a simply handset upgrade on 11th Aug. 20 different support agents later and still no progress. Wonderful service. #VodafoneUK #Vodafone @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK it must take a lot of hardworking to make your app so ****. Was trying to upgrade 2 numbers on my account but after nothing works I cant be arsed now so well done on missing out on an additional £100 a month.
