Springbourne Weather site updates now being made by phone in an irregular basis. Normal service will resume when @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre can get their acts together. 4 days now, c'mon guys....

@VodafoneUK I just can't emphasise how disgusted I feel with your lack of good customer service, the promises made of credit etc, think its time you ended my broadband contract without penalty due to you mis-selling product that doesn't work!

@VodafoneUK I ring your complaints line because you have made a mistake with my broadband bill. 45 minutes on hold because you're under staffed. I get through to someone who starts to take my details and then I get cut off. And that's your complaints service!

@MoneyTelegraph @VodafoneUK Vodafone have left me without Broadband for 5 DAYS. I work from home so this has been a nightmare. Their customer service is useless, I have spent 6 hours on hold!!! Ofcom aware. Still not heard from their complaints team - tell readers to avoid!!

iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

@VodafoneUK @lebara In my location, there is almost ZERO indoor coverage (4G&3G) and very poor outdoor coverage, even though coverage check in your website say good quality network coverage. Can someone check and plan some corrective action. Thanks.

@VodafoneUK Having spent an age waiting to speak to customer services, they told me there’s an outage - though seems a little strange my broadband came back online shortly after the call 🤔
