@VodafoneUK why do u make it so hard to cancel account? I don’t use it so no longer have sim so couldn’t do over phone. Was told to go in store they’re saying can’t do it. Don’t have all this hassle when you’re taking my money !!

@VodafoneUK no wonder customer service ratings are so low! You have messed us about for 2 months regarding our broadband. Despite giving us activation dates, you then cancel! It’s a joke!

@VodafoneUK Andy. 1 hour on, can you appreciate how futile it all is as a consumer? Almost out of desperation I resorted to social media to try and embarrass the company you work for to do something. I am still waiting. I fail to believe you are "genuinely sorry" at all

@VodafoneUK Apparently Vodafone's reading comprehension is as bad as the service as I said don't bother DMing me - that extends to replying to the tweet as I can't be bothered wasting my time only to be told after multiple days that you'll do sod all about it.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone broadband has to be the worst customer support for any industry or service I have ever experienced. If you are thinking of changing mobile or broadband services, honestly do yourself a favour and avoid Vodafone. Truly shocking
