    @BigRossM28 @VodafoneUK This is their complaint number 0808 004 4900. You can at least speak to someone, they probably still won’t be able to resolve your issue in a reasonable timeframe, but it’s better than automated services and being passed around.

    @VodafoneUK had a disgusting live chat today with one of your staff members. Tried to raise a complaint as mobile contract costs doubled. Terrible attitude that will result in me moving to a more reputable provider with more respect for their customers. @EE @O2

    @VodafoneUK I have done this several times since Wednesday! I’ll do it again though, typical delaying tactics - just sort the problem out and I’ll be able to stop messaging! Valued customer - I think not!
