@VodafoneUK my mum has been without internet since October. Three times you’ve sent an engineer and it’s still not fixed. Your solution “talk to us on Facebook”. She doesn’t have internet, how do you suggest that! Non-English speaking call centres. Zero support. You’re a disgrace

@VodafoneUK she now has to take unpaid leave from work to be at home because ANOTHER engineer will visit between 1-6. I’ve never known such a piss take of a service! You won’t have anyone call her so instead she sits in a queue for hours to speak to someone who doesn’t understand

@VodafoneUK my phone keeps cutting me off. WiFi calls when it works are fine normal signal calls drop. IF I had an emergency I would be screwed

Been with @VodafoneUK for over 15 years, but I think I'll be leaving when my contract is up. Paid for a smart watch with them, and they kept charging me for it. Spoken to them twice and I'm still paying for it!!! They've had at least an extra 3 payments! Awful service 😡

@AllisonPearson @VodafoneUK You can apply for a PAC code, which by law Vodafone must provide. Then you use that when transferring to your new provider, who will cancel your Vodafone usage on your behalf. Usually takes a couple of days.

@VodafoneUK Agreed but there is no proper service in India have tried all these numbers nobody provides proper service they are seperate to you as a company but they are part of vodafone uk As when vodafone India is in profits vodafone uk also gets benefits from profits

@VodafoneUK and yet you’re more than happy to continue taking payments! I’m on Vodafone at my home and will be cancelling. Never known any provider lack so much compassion. Explain to me how my mum can exit her contract with you WITHOUT exit fees.
