  @VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.

  Don’t believe a WORD of what @VodafoneUK say when they offer to ‘help’ whn you are struggling. They don’t! They charge you for late payment and send you straight back to square one.

  @VodafoneUK - we signed up to a new contract with a new phone. Not ONE WORD about the delivery of the new phone (I'm moving on from a housebrick!) but you've started charging us the new rate for the non existent phone - what next - do we cancel the whole shooting match?! Poor.

  @VodafoneUK I try to cut out unnecessary noise from my life wherever possible. But 'service messages' like this are the bane of my life. I don't want to know if you've updated your terms of service, if you're about to bill me, or that you've got a 0% balance transfer offer available...

  @VodafoneUK you keep sending letters to my address for someone who does not and has never lived here. We've called you twice to ask you to stop and you said you would but we keep getting letters and now debt collection letters. Can you stop now please.

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!
