Topi The Pops (@KevinRohan3) reported@Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK 100%. I tried to switch last year, but I was £400 in termination fees which I refused to pay. They’re down to £126 now with Vodafone providing up to £200 towards them. Happy days!

Michael (@Mike34775) reported@KevinRohan3 @Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK If you upgrade your service while tied into a contract, you get a new 14 day cooling off period and you can cancel with no termination fees - massive loophole but a good thing to remember
