@VodafoneUK ive ordered a samsung s21 on the release date and noone knows when i will receive it. Very unhappy with the service. I was told i would have the phone yesterday.

@VodafoneUK This network is an absolute disgrace. I have been trying to update my direct debit for months and I haven’t been able to. Not through the app and not through the online portal. Coverage is also the poorest I have experienced with any network.
