    @VodafoneUK But I'm willing to renew for a further 2 years! But will be charged £9 a month than a new customer that's just for my broadband! I also have 3 mobile contracts £50+ each! Just seems unfair!

    @pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK one resolution manager told me that new parts needed to be ordered for the mast and an engineer would be fitting them asap, someone else told me there's no engineers notes on the mast and there's no issues, it's all crazy!

    @VodafoneUK I already spoke to someone they are unwilling to move on the upfront fee or anything else, Currently looking at another network :-)

    Thanks for the quick fix on the broadband problem @VodafoneUK. Reported issue Saturday lunchtime.... got back online Sunday lunchtime. Part of me was expecting it to be left until Monday atleast. #HappyCustomer

    @pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK oh dear, that's not good. honestly, this company are useless, there's been an outage on the mast that serves my parents house since december and they literally don't know what they're doing honestly

    Pulling plug on @VodafoneUK broadband after just 12 days as their customer service is on a whole new level of #poorservice. It’s not going to stop them charging me £350+ in early term charges tho. Going to have to pay as I just can’t stay with #VodafoneUK
