    @VodafoneUK I tweeted a few days ago as since I upgraded my phone and got a new sim (but same number) I've had nothing but issues with my 4g/5g , only way 90% of my apps are loading is when I get a hot spot or WiFi yet I have unlimited data .

    @VodafoneUK @shllybn been there done that 10 times, not happening. you have an issue with West Cumbria affecting thousands of people yet your agents act surprised every time i ring up. sort it out, im switching to literally anyone else

    @VodafoneUK yet again Vodafone down!!!! No phone or texts once again, this is happening too often, can’t get a hold of anyone in emergency yet again, MIL has vascular dementia & can’t get us when needed!!! Sort this out as fed up paying a fortune for nothing !!

    @VodafoneUK 1/2 you should be ashamed that your staff tell lies to prevent switching. I was told I could not port my number to Talkmobile as they are the same network. WRONG!!
