@VodafoneUK Hi. Paid for an 8-day data roaming package for my son visiting Germany (I control his account). Blurb said this would commence as soon as he got there and switched on his phone. But over 6 hours into his visit it’s still not working. He’s only there until Saturday!

@OpenreachHelp Thank you for confirming everything is @VodafoneUK sides problem it needs @Ofcom to force them to fix it seems then as it doesn't look like vodafone want to do whatever it is that is needed to fix the problem I guess it's all down to money

@VodafoneUK fuming, ive had no service since 5pm yesterday, was told my phone would transfer to PAYG by 4pm today, it hasnt. Cant get through to a human being on phone and your website has now gone down. I've paid for a month on pay monthly and a PAYG bundle and cant make calls

@VodafoneUK Not yet. I had an online chat with a team member this morning who confirmed an issue with the system not recognising phone numbers. So they provided some additional data allowance, and told me to try later.

@VodafoneUK Hi. I still have an account with you active on my credit report, even though I setup a broadband account with you in May & cancelled the account on the same day as I changed my mind. I've never paid a penny to you, so why is it still there?
