    My internet went down totally @VodafoneUK and I call the broadband technical team, get given a message that the office is closed and their opening hours are 8AM to 9PM Monday to Sunday and then the line hangs up. It's 8:14PM. What's going on?

    Had really good service today from @VodafoneUK shop in Swindon helpful and sorted out the problem with my phone quickly .

    That's my @eBay account closed! That's what I think about their sign in methods! Dogs crap! Going to start closing any account that wants me to receive a text to sign in. @VodafoneUK doesn't have a good signal here so more hassle than its worth!

    @VodafoneUK why are you still charging me despite no longer being a customer. Did attempt to use your online chat but its rubbish and won't let me as I'm not a customer.... Oddly you can see that there but are happy to dip into my bank account...
