    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.

    People blaming all sorts of things for the state of this country, but I can’t think of a better example than multi-billion dollar companies like @VodafoneUK rigging the system so execs and shareholders get millions but I can’t get enough signal in north London to stream music!

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???

    @VodafoneUK how on earth do you get to speak to a human? “TOBI” is crap, your call system after pressing 1, 2, etc etc cuts you off. Absolutely **** frustrating customer service.

    @VodafoneUK already having issues. Your app doesnt even work, emails never are received, the booster box doesnt connect. Insane. Good stuff, well done 👏👏 10/10 donkey 💩
