  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK To have to go over death details to every supplier is awful. Did u not use the green form TICK ONCE when registered his death ! I am so sorry for your loss x

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I used the Lifeledger website to do this and it was so simple to do. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It seems there is always that one company who is awful at this, we had no trouble with most but f-i-l's insurance company told me they'd all had bereavement training, I told them that it really needed more than just "talk in a soft voice" and actual useful policies.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I finally left virgin as trying to contact was literally like going around in circles (constantly), it was extremely poor and exceptionally bad service.

  When will @VodafoneUK provide a reasonable 4G signal that is stable? Why do we have to put up with speed test that gives a download sped in Kbs and upload of zero? This is happening every single day. This message might not list at time of writing but get put in drafts.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thank you for sharing. I have been meaning to move from virgin media for a while because of their poor customer service and this has decided it for me.
