    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK - New Internet installed recently and really not happy. Terrible WiFi and internet speeds in the house, cant connect due to signal strength sat in my own front room. Try and get on Vodafone app and it doesn't work. How do I cancel please? #terrible

    Bought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?

    Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst
