    @VodafoneUK please help me. I should have had my new broadband working yesterday but nothing and still nothing. I have tried the online but it keeps cutting out. If its easier, please cancel my agreement and I will try elsewhere. I do need WiFi

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling and using chat multiple times and keep getting disconnected. I cannot reach a human and my broadband issue is still unresolved. Please respond urgently.

    @VodafoneUK @DownloadFest gets vodaphone to sponsor the event but doesn’t give their customers any signal.. very poor, and I’m sure you’ll choose to ignore this and give a 🖕to all your customers

    @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
