@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup ur customer services is 💩 when I rebooked the engineer I told them make sure he comes after 3:30 he rang me at 8:20 this morning and said he finishes work at three so he won’t be out this will now be the second time an engineer has failed to come to

Most of the time @VodafoneUK signal is so poor that I'm unable to stream @netflix or @YouTube. Using social media is a struggle... yet I have NO RIGHTS. Technically this should be classified as fraud. Obtaining monies for goods unfit for purpose. The system has failed.
