    So, switched to Sky Mobile who use the o2 network. Can’t believe how poor their signal is. Nowhere near as good as @VodafoneUK Big big mistake to save little £££s

    @VodafoneUK I'm having issues with s crypto wallet that was attached to a mobile number I use specifically for crypto. Vodafone turned the phone off due to 90 days of inactivity to which I was not aware this happened. I need an email address I can send my requirements to.

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK lies lies lies…. Your service is NOT better since you joined forces, in fact it is ABYSMAL Can not get signal or calls from 3 till 9pm EVERY SINGLE DAY

    @Apple @VodafoneUK 8 days have passed. Phone cases and screen protectors have all arrived from China. Phone still not shipped. This is shite service @Apple.

    So much for the stress free switching or however @VodafoneUK put it. Today's is my going live day with them. It's after 3pm...no Internet and after an hour speaking to tech help on the phone. Very poor service.

    @VodafoneUK as a communication network your customer service is awful. Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke

    Vodafone has been absolutely no help at all for 12 days in a row. I don't even know why they have that stupid chat bot as it's pathetic. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I need urgent assistance and someone to contact me regarding my account and issue with outbound calling. I have tried all day to sort it and online chat agents just end the chat !!!

    @VodafoneUK it’s a pain in the but when you have to get your network updates from others on different networks due to a mast in the area being down!!!!
