@VodafoneUK @MrNickKnowles Have to say, when I lost my husband he had just taken out a new contract. Vodafone were amazing!!Their bereavement team were second to none, cancelled the contract immediately, Superb service.

@VodafoneUK B16 8EU When I go outdoors at this postcode and the surrounding area my phone says I have full 5G or 4G but using apps and mobile data loading times are so long I often get error messages. This has been happening around a week. I’ve logged in your network checker

@VodafoneUK That's the problem. You need to stop sending the texts automatically and start sending them to people whose past usage and device suit the service you are selling them. You must know these things about every device on your network. Use the information and tailor your offering.

@VodafoneUK I have never had such a disgusting experience, I have paid my pay monthly bill on my mobile and yet no internet access "No Connection" "unable to resolve DNS" Reset APN settings and nothing.. at this rate I'm going to leave Vodafone and not recommended it to ANYONE!

@VodafoneUK sorry I did as you suggested and DM’d yesterday. After some messages the only thing suggested was I contact upgrades? I’m therefore confused and even more annoyed. I don’t need a new phone, I need network coverage from the Voda network?

If not it’s wrong to slam the bereavement sector if they had no control over matters they wasn’t directly involved with? Please share the info Nick would love to see
