@VodafoneUK I have had issues accessing the 'My Vodafone' app for months. I keep getting a pop up screen that reads 'Restart required, Your log in access has expired. Please restart the app to continue'. I have tried this lots of times and the same message comes up...

Three weeks, five customer service interactions, countless assurances, & one replacement SIM later, @VodafoneUK you're still unable to resolve the issue preventing me logging into my account or activating entertainment. If I give you the phone back can we just call it quits?! 😭

@VodafoneUK @aprintersson I DMd last night with an issue I had that was supposed to be resolved by now…but no surprise that it hadn’t been. @VodafoneUK has THE worst customer service. Every fix takes forever. Multiple calls. Multiple people. Surely you can do better.
