    @VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    Hey @VodafoneUK is it a deliberate choice to not answer a question and try to end support chats early for reoccurring issues that you keep pretending don't exist? Is that why your Share Feedback link doesn't work as you already know #broadband #terribleservice

    @MartinSLewis I have I moved to @lebara from @VodafoneUK this week. Vodafone didn't offer a good deal so now I am paying £3 a month for 3 months then £7 a month thereafter Saving £7 a month. My number moved over without any issues
