    @VodafoneUK please can you sort out your network at HP5 3PY full signal but only 3mbps data speed. Total of 6hrs on chat and calls in past week and still no useable service. So much for mobile broadband

    @VodafoneUK To be honest, Simon, I don't want to follow a troubeshooting guide. There were issues a few days ago in the area. I just wanted to know if there were residual issues or any ongoing work. If it's in my house, I can sort it, but not if it's the exchange or the box.

    @VodafoneUK Hey... anyone up for giving an update on complaint 22180175 fault ref FLT1091458 tried to call but the pin you gave does not work. No broadband since Xmas Eve and still not resolved. Incompetence at every stage.

    @VodafoneUK Go to DM and another virtual assistant. Just need resolution @VodafoneUK not more virtual chat asking the same questions. HP5 3PY has full signal but extremely slow data. You sell the devices make sure you have a network that can provide the bandwidth you take peoples £ for

    So we have lost out on the half price Gigafast 900 deal with @VodafoneUK because they didn't put the order through (no fault of my own). And the rude guy on their customer service humphed at me when I said I wasn't willing to pay full price (£60) to put the order through again.🙄

    @MrWedders @JoshAlexCairo @VodafoneUK Their billing and customer service depts are atrocious. My sister in law had to wait 6 months and for a similar refund.
