    @VodafoneUK just received a text from Vodafone saying I am no longer eligible for the trade in discount on my bill as I did not return my old phone in time. I have contacted Vodafone 3 times to request the bag to return my old phone, it never arrived. Please can you help?

    @VodafoneUK feel good Friday ha! Never used any of these before, you gave me a code for a free film, only the code doesn’t unlock the film we chose... don’t offer and not deliver; I’d rather just have a cheaper plan!

    @VodafoneUK Been a customer for 6 years and I've had 3 contracts with you and today you lost me to @EE absolutely awful upgrade service, awful phone service and awful wait times just to be told my order has to be cancelled and I need to wait even more time, 45 minutes... (1/2)

    @PrivacyMatters @VodafoneUK My point was that a chat app not working could very easily be caused by user consent preferences. It should fail with a proper error of course, but consent stuff is difficult and issues do arise.
