  @VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

  @VodafoneUK hi, what is the process for getting an old Vodafone account which is no longer active fully closed and removed from my credit file? I haven’t been a Vodafone customer for over 12mths, yet you still appear on my credit file with an update as recent as March 26??

  @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!
