@VodafoneUK my mum has broadband with yo and got a mob line broardband stick included with her package, we have tried since November/December to make it work but I can’t find it on our wifi on phones and I’m not sure if it works? Any help

Why is it so hard to speak to someone from @VodafoneUK customer service on the phone ? They put you through to everyone. Apart from customer service .could it be because they have none ?

@BWallArthur @VodafoneUK Try filing one with Ryanair... You can only file a complaint by fax! I've not flown with them since then so might have changed but that was ridiculous

@VodafoneUK I've come to the end of the road with this. Mid way through a chat asking me to supply details I've already supplied. It's groundhog day. I spent all of yesterday running around and no fix I'm behind with my work and 3 weeks later I have just accepted that i've been conned.
