    @TheF00dBae @EE @VodafoneUK Don't expect any better from Vodafone, their customer service is awful. Just find a plan that suits you and don't expect anything from the provider.

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 You fail customers by not offering better deals until they get their PAC code to switch. I was told the best you could offer SIM only was £12 for unltd texts and calls. Then after I got my PAC you tell me I could get it for £7:50. #unethical

    @sjparker36 @VodafoneUK We will switch provider when we move in about 1 month. Has been an issue for around 6 months now and the past 1-2 months it just keeps happening more frequently. Cuts off at evening or late night and stays off till morning every time for us.. 😐

    Disappointed with @VodafoneUK . Our father passed and all we wanted was to transfer the account from his name. Instead we got a month without WiFi or landline for no good reason. On the day the engineer was supposed to visit they never turned up during their 5 hour slot? Awful.

    @VodafoneUK 1/2 you should be ashamed that your staff tell lies to prevent switching. I was told I could not port my number to Talkmobile as they are the same network. WRONG!!
