@VodafoneUK been waiting since 6 for a call back from a manager was advised would be between 20mins and 2hrs, guess will need to call back and speak to the fifth person to see if they can help, worst mistake ever staying with Vodafone

@VodafoneUK why can't you guys get your act together, internet down again Vodafone. Good job I'm leaving you guys and going to another service provider. Terrible broadband service. Avoid like the plague.

Alrady unimpressed with @vodafoneuk. Broadband meant to be set up by midnight. Nothing. Really don't want to have to spend all weekend phoning these damn people to get it to work but may have no choice. Just do your job! 😡

@DaveChopping @VodafoneUK Right... the RPI/CPI went down but Vodafone decided to add 3.9% just to boost profits... Nice to feel like such a valued customer... i didn't get a 3.9% payrise this year... oh and i still cant access VeryMe!! Maybe the extra is to pay for that?
