Trains getting worse & worse from Waterloo. No reception on mobiles so can’t even check what is going on as the sw train app never works

Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.

For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined £28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing
