@VodafoneUK is THE worst network in the country. I’ve been with Three for 14 years and never had an issue, strange circumstance but had to switch, been with Vodafone for 9 hours and phone still isn’t working.!!

@VodafoneUK you are the worse. I visited the store to cancel my iPad contract to be directed to the online options. After an hour of chatting to an online advisor I have now been directed to the store. You are a joke of a company, terrible customer service

@VodafoneUK has to be the most useless unreliable network there is going. You can never get signal. They are equivalent to Arsenal. Once great, now average. May as well buy a Lyca sim from the corner shop.

@VodafoneUK I have sent in a complaint as I have been charged after my contract ended by almost £50. You keep ringing me to discuss. I don't understand why you cannot reply to the complaint and instead keep phoning me at work as I can't answer my phone when I am working.

@VodafoneUK not happy about the service we have received from Metrocentre branch. Left mobile to get stuff transferred over to new phone, they did not contact us to say there was a problem. We went back to store and they said they had not been able to do anything
