    @VodafoneUK your customer service is beyond appalling. The phone I bought for Xmas is still unable to be used, despite me calling you 3 times and spending 2 hours on the phone. Worst mobile phone experience ever.

    @VodafoneUK terrible customer service, take a week to find out what has happened to the new phone I’ve ordered. Finally ‘resolve’ it and they order the wrong phone to be sent to me… guess what when I call back they can’t find the status of my order again 👍

    @VodafoneUK still no help when I call, I have your technical team calling me a liar and saying they can’t help me. I’m going to leave and join @EE or @O2 maybe the signal will be better with them!

    @VodafoneUK I have spent £30 today going to Mum's to sort the landline you haven't turned on. She's 87. Tomorrow I will take another day off work, spend another £30, because it's till not working, and I wasn't added to the account to speak on her behalf as I was meant to be!

    @VodafoneUK A problem for five months now. It has been escalated again. It seems to me if your back room elves had to deal with customers they might be more motivated to do their job better. Instead of leaving the customer care agents to take the flack.

    @VodafoneUK @EE @VodafoneGroup has the worst online customer service I have ever experienced! Do not sign up to them, they make it impossible to leave or resolve issues 😡

    @VodafoneUK again I repeat you have acknowledged there is a problem and that it needs to be fixed by you and are doing nothing forcing me round the same circuitous route with customer care

    @VodafoneUK Your back room elves have now made my problem worse. My app works but they have cancelled my contract without my permission and set up another. Customer care can see the issue but do not have the access to correct.
