    @VodafoneUK Also to add, Vodafone phone support either brushes off, or had long waits when i request support (first time in 6 months, not frequently). But when I selected the “new connection” option, it immediately routed to a person. So once connection is sold, quality goes down

    Fascinating call with @VodafoneUK today who have informed me they will not allow a complaint to be raised against their complaints team for failing to keep accurate records or misleading an adjudicator. Another example of exceptionally poor service! #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Literally the worst supplier. Admitted their BB doesn’t work with Sky. Refuse to honour Pro BB guarantee. In order to get a new supplier, I’ve had to pay a £291 cancellation fee! #vodafail #scam
