    @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

    I truly give up with @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK our phone signal has been degrading for over twelve months it’s been reported just shows the extent of greed within these companies!! This is today’s results WiFi and 4g nothing no signal at all #dontwaistmoney3smarty

    @VodafoneUK can’t believe after all this time and this day and age I’m in Southport and the Vodafone signal is absolutely awful 2026 I’m on 4g 1 bar totally dissatisfied

    @VodafoneUK After spending the equivalent of 1.5 days disconnecting from my mis-sold and non-functioning broadband I am a little disappointed to be offered £30 as a goodwill gesture… I’ll stay away from your poor products and egregiously bad customer “service” in future!

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?
