Trying to upgrade my contract with @VodafoneUK as my previous device software broke and is unusable, and the whole process is worse than pulling teeth. Nothing but frustration and people passing me round to different teams for hours on end…horrible service

@VodafoneUK Hi, i have had an issue since the contract started where text messages send to the recipient 4 times when only sent once and now the issues with lack of signal and internet abroad. I have called up in the past but just been asked to restart the phone.

@VodafoneUK I have ordered a phone upgrade. It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but I have not yet received my handset loan agreement. I have asked for it twice more but I still haven't had it. If I don't send it back my order will be cancelled (not my fault) Help please
