    @VodafoneUK My home broadband activation date was 14/12/22, but I'd not received my router package. After numerous useless web chats and phone calls / failed call-backs, I received my router today. Great!.. No. It doesn't work. Just flashes red on front + back. WiFi 6e

    @VodafoneUK No thanks. I’ve been through all@of this and still get fobbed off. I’m not talking to bits when your customer service advisors can’t sort it! I’ll be cancelling my contract as soon as possible. Horrendous company that doesn’t care about long term customers. #avoid

    I've been advised by @VodafoneUK that the @WeAreOpenreach engineer didn't enter my property and confirm that the issue is between my house and the manhole and the cable is faulty, But he found no fault. So @VodafoneUK closed the fault down. Can you just replace the cable #fedup

    @VodafoneUK assured me credit on my account for loss of service Now the issue looks to be resolved (for now) they have back tracked I shouldn't have to pay for a service that wasn't provided
