    @VodafoneUK Saf, there is an existing DM thread if you go and look at that. I messaged Vodafone on Twitter because My issue is not being escalated and I’m desperate and concerned for my father’s safety. So far Vodafone has been extremely unhelpful.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried that over and over since September, and I’ve tried calling you, speaking on chat, been to higher level complaints management, cicas etc. None of it gets me anywhere close to getting good service from you, or getting my phone back…

    @VodafoneUK very bad service, as I have taken a contract and have notified them that cannot receive calls, and must put it on 3G to receive calls a 5G enabled phone, flip 3 samsung, sim changed, motherboard changed still same

    @VodafoneUK You really are a joke. Just tried calling the complaints number to make a complaint, but it does not recognise the landline number for the broadband. So I can’t make a complaint. When is someone going to intervene in this and end this misery?
