    @carlfhoward @TheRAC_UK Its annoying. Shout out to @VodafoneUK who didn't do this. When my intro deal was coming to an end they emailed me, not the other round, to offer the same deal again. Customer retained, cost to them probably pennies.

    Hi, @VodafoneUK - I’ve lost my broadband connection in SE11, London. The network status checker says there is a local outage - do you know when it will be fixed? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK i’m currently walking through the east midlands from ipswich to manchester and i haven’t had any roaming data or calls on my phone for 3 days now, i’ve activated my new sim after my phone was stolen a few weeks ago but i still don’t have access to maps or essential information that would make this journey way more easier, please help
