@VodafoneUK Hi Gemma they've got a landline phone that requires electricity to work so hence not having that at all. Wasn't a complaint about Vodafone (or others) - weather and these things happen! I just wish they'd move somewhere a bit less isolated, where they could be helped more easily

@VodafoneUK tells me I'm late to pay my bill, so they've restricted calls and texts on my phone, and then ask me to please call or text them to restore service. But when I do as instructed they tell me they've restricted calls and texts on my phone. You can't make this **** up.

@VodafoneUK my 6month free discovery+ says on vodafone ent that it needs activated yet when I click the link it’s says on dp+ that it’s activated. It’s not working. HELP!

@BallMozzy @VodafoneUK Mine’s the same and it’s continuing into today. Checking the network status isn’t helpful because it’s saying everywhere has a good connection when it doesn’t 🙃

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your help, the phone's now unlocked. Now regarding the previous advice to take the phone to a third party website (which a cursery online search of reveals many unhappy, scammed customers). Any views on why that happened or promise to prevent it happening again?
