@VodafoneUK 2/2 in one of the major line, which the signal splits off to reach multiple homes. As mentioned, the engineers are already on site to rectify this. We haven't yet been provided with an estimated completion time, however we'll be sure to let you know....

@VodafoneUK Nope, useless. You’ve had endless tweets over the last 7 hours from people in the Maidstone area, so don’t give me that. When will the wifi in the ME16 area be working again? Otherwise tomorrow I cancel my direct debit for wifi and go elsewhere, you are absolutely shambolic

@VodafoneUK @Wimbledon The worst network provider in Britain. Dreadful and non exist ant customer service. All automated making it impossible to troubleshoot. I pay my bills and still have no connection. A total rip off. They will just send a robot message that leads to another dead end. Crap!!!

@pedrocsoma @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon They do the same to me too. Really bad service and way overpriced. They send robotic messages to customers that lead to dead end robot trouble shooters. It’s garbage. It’s a German company so what can you expect ROBOTIC
