    @JamieLRennie @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK confirmed on going network issues and issues with their own system. They refused to refund the additional data and credit 2 ring them WHILE their network is down.That’s £150 spent in ADDITION to Vodafone monthly fee! And now won’t let me leave unless I pay over £400!

    Just been ripped off £29 just to call @zaynmalik and listen to 5 seconds of a sneak peak of his song. Never mind paying another £10 for the CD Barely afford my phone bill as it is and there was no warning in his tweet or before calling to say how much I'd be charged @VodafoneUK

    I can honestly say I have never had such rubbish technical help @VodafoneUK chat. They aren’t listening to what I am saying, I don’t need a device repair as it happened when I first had my old device. It’s not the device? They managed to sort it then, ended up giving up. Shocking
