    @VodafoneUK No because we were told the installation was cancelled and kept being passed between the online chat and the phone line and no one was able to help. They wanted to set up a new order but we don’t want to go back to the start!

    @VodafoneUK Now I appreciate that you try to respond to tweets quickly. but I am complaining about the overall service. Yes partly today because I don't expect to have to give the same data 3 times in the space of less than 2 hours, or to point out that your suggested actions change

    After 24 days of calls, chats and emails, being laughed at, shouted at and made to feel culpable for damage to a phone. @VodafoneUK have replaced damaged phone and couldn’t be more apologetic, shame it took so long.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, in the veryme section of your app I'm getting error 6201. After looking online this is because it wants my default browser to be safari but I'm android now (I was apple). Is there anyway you can fix this your end. I have missed free coffee 😞

    @VodafoneUK we have over 60 internet accounts just set up. 4 hubs didn't arrive, one gone off line, can't get through to anyone ,4 weeks into this Need urgent help today. We go into chat, they tell us to phone, we phone and they tell us to go into chat. HELP!

    @VodafoneUK none of whom could organise a Party @ No10 let alone a reconnection of my service. You have until 6pm today to fix your co**up, if you are incapable of doing that I will find another mobile provider.

    @VodafoneUK I have live chat but my question is why can't I call and talk to a human but I could no problem when I wasn't a customer....that seems a little odd? 4 times I called and got cut off by the automated service..not great for a customer service phone number? First impressions count.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK so, on your instructions I direct messaged you. The upshot is that after waiting for OVER 6 WEEKS for a promised callback your representative first promised another callback then asked me to call. This is not a business-or even personal service. #VodafoneFail #Again
