You all have seen my numerous messages to @VodafoneUK I've been absolutely F over by all the staff I dealt with about my Vodafone account. Dealing with a bunch of incompetent people and no manager gives a heck to call you and help you out.

Thanks @VodafoneUK @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach for your joint efforts to leave me with no broadband, great teamwork! Order placed with BT, order rejected by openreach, transfer rejected by Vodafone. BT Cancelled order. Vodafone ceased current service. No room in cabinet. No internet!

@VodafoneUK I blame Vodafone - not a safe network and has a lot to do with the oversea call centres who compromise data. I have been subject to my phone and account being hacked.

@VodafoneUK Hi I am looking to cancel a SIM contract that I took out 12 days ago within the grace period, but was unable to get through on the phones. Is there any other way to cancel it?

@VodafoneUK your website is broken. Try to swap my sim, keep getting error 'the requested URL was rejected'. Try various browsers and devices, same error. Call, advisor says to follow the link he's sent me and fill out the form - same error. I just want 5G FFS.

  • grapfruit0123 The Bunny (@grapfruit0123) reported

@VodafoneUk following the web link on your profile to 'togetherwecan' also gives same error I get. You know all that advice about viruses, have you not followed it?!?! Because your services are down, looking like you've been hacked.

  • grapfruit0123 The Bunny (@grapfruit0123) reported

@VodafoneUK There's nothing wrong with the network - my tweets were all on mobile. The problem is with your website. I said as much in my tween, picture of the web browser with error and everything. Maybe you should read tweets before offering to help so you can actually do so?!?!
