    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’ve finally managed to connect to the internet with the help of an engineer visit following my broadband service activating on 25th March, but the ‘Phone’ & ‘Broadband’ lights on the router won’t come on at all. Can someone help me with this ASAP please?

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying to get an email for voda. I have been paying for a broadband which drops every 5mins. Now its totally gone as poor Vodafone hasn't received payment. How does it feel. Absolutely the worse customer interaction. Its non existent. I am fed up, wasting.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. The broadband service has been awful this last week. Internet dropping out completely in the afternoon for about an hour on most days. Really frustrating.

    @VodafoneUK disgusting company. Holds no responsibility, breach of contract, and still demands payments when customer is left with no choice but to stop dd. Broadband drops every 5 mins

    @VodafoneUK I talked to a tech advisor on the phone £ he said the ‘Phone’ & ‘Mobile’ lights will always be off on the router & should never come on. Is this correct? 🤔

    @VodafoneUK now 30 minutes and I haven't spoken to the agent since 15 minutes,at which point we haven't even loaded my account details now not a word and I can't get a response, is that appropriate? Internet went down 4pm
