  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @VodafoneUK #OpenReach Why does my son have 2wait 4over 10 weeks to get his new broadband supplied by u guys? He’s a brand new customer, in a house that has NO broadband atm, how can he work from home without any internet? This is NOT good customer service, he is NOT very happy😳

  So, switched to Sky Mobile who use the o2 network. Can’t believe how poor their signal is. Nowhere near as good as @VodafoneUK Big big mistake to save little £££s

  @VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

  @VodafoneUK My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is included with my contract and shows active on the Vodafone webpage but not on the APP, but my Microsoft account says the subscription expired on Feb 3. I need help to sort this as I can't play games on Xbox App due to "no subscription".
