    @VodafoneUK Your broadband service is disastrous. Regret the day I went with your broadband. Waited 2 weeks for activation. Then when it didn’t work, passed around to multiple depts with no one knowing what they’re doing, only to be told my order was cancelled. Absolute disgrace.

    @VodafoneUK I already did and also asked someone if they can call me but no one does anything.If we call customers care there is no proper action to fix the issue.

    @SJ2792 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Do NOT move to three! Worst ever, was on live chat for 8 hours and called 5 times they hang up when they hear your problem

    @VodafoneUK Then you go to cancel the contract because of the poor service and then they call up. Glad they record this for training purposes. “If anyone wants to cancel the contract use the red button to hang up then”

    @VodafoneUK Are you having Home Broadband issues? Download speeds are not great at the moment. Struggling to watch vids on YouTube. Usually they buffer and play faultlessly but today they keep stopping due to buffering. Have rebooted the Router and my laptop but still problems.
