    So BT have been out to fix our Internet twice and we were met with “oh I don’t fix an issue like that. It needs a different team.” Now two days into my plan with @VodafoneUK I have no data left. Want to cry. BT are ****.

    @VodafoneUK at what point does "im not interested thanks" get through to your call centre staff? 2nd call today, if i wanted broadband I will get it. I dont appreciate being hounded during the phonecall & when I ask it to stop they hang up without taking my number off the system?

    @VodafoneUK Ive changed my preferences already thats not the point. The point is when I asked not to be called, the person calling kept talking over me about broadband to the point I had to hang up. I then got called about the same thing only 1 hour later, same thing again.
