    Another hour long conversation with @VodafoneUK After a lengthy time with them (and 3 contracts at the moment) we are now officially on the market for a new service provider. Poor customer service and poor all round performance. Not what I expect from such a big company. #letdown

    @HuaweiMobile @Huawei @VodafoneUK Trying for the past two weeks to unlock my phone using two unsuccessful NUC numbers and now my phone is blocked I'm sick and tired of being passed about and not getting the issue resolved! I own my phone outright stop dicking me about!!!!!

    @isolabella2020 @VodafoneUK @virginmedia I agree they are appalling. I received an erroneous monthly bill for £16,400 a few years ago. It was clearly their mistake but I had to go through a nightmare Number of calls to convince the numpties. Never used them since.

    @VodafoneUK I have spent 10 Hrs today waiting for a response from Vodafone after their DM asking for security information to initiate a converstaion about fixing my landline that they have already done line checks on. Great service Vodafone. What's 10 hrs after waiting for a month.
