    @VodafoneUK @JayTees625 Definitely don’t call the cancellations team. I renewed my broadband but they still cancelled it anyway. They’re still charging me for a service they haven’t provided. Lied about credit checking my account. 2 weeks with no internet. No one on customer service team will reply.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK In Egypt We can't use the home internet like any human we have Quota for the month and if we finished it the speed of the internet become 256Kbps Quota starts from 140 GB about $9 to 1 TB about $65 can you imagine 256Kbps speed?     .@VodafoneUK Bristol area wide network has been temperamental for most of the day, and nobody is reporting it. Goes from No Internet (4g and 5g) to 60mbs in short periods of time. AWFUL service

    @Hannahh182 @VodafoneUK How broken is the UK broadband system when it depends on substandard SLAs negotiated between people like Vodafone and Openreach - and the customer has no redress against Openreach because our contract is with Vodafone who don’t give a damn 😡

    @EE and @VodafoneUK do u offer a good service in BS1 3EA area as @O2 can’t seem to offer a service and after numerous complaints they don’t seem to care so think it’s about time i moved to a new network?
