@Ofcom Do you keep an eye on the number of complaints against @virginmedia & @VodafoneUK? It’s staggering how many people have issues yet nothing is done about them. Should be able to cancel contracts if issues extend beyond a month, they’d have power if we didn’t pay for a month

@VodafoneUK your myrewards deal with Quarterpast is v poor with v short shelf life. Please make this transparent in your offers as I’ve wasted my money on a product which will not be used in less than a month.

@RTKfarmer @Arm @VodafoneUK I changed network because I couldn't get a reliable voice signal on one farm with Vodafone and the area of land doesn't have a postcode of its own which seemed to be a stumbling block. Some of my co-workers are still on Vodafone and I can't get a voice call to them there.

@VodafoneUK @ViCustomerCare The frequency of My VI app updates release is higher than the Vi Sim internet speed/connectivity. Issue: Low Internet Speed -> Unable to Update the Vi app -> Unable to raise complaint -> No Final Resolution

@VodafoneUK Thanks, quickly run into issues here though - for example, where do I put this information once I have it? (although I suspect this isn't the problem, as emails send OK over WiFi just not data)

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK I'm now out of my contract with Vodafone and now have a new provider. Vodafone's broadband is the WORST EVER. I complained every time and basically they only ever said it's working normally. Vodafone should be BANNED from being a provider.

@VodafoneUK Jason, your BOT is SO UNHELPFUL & DIFFICULT TO USE. I HAVE WASTED ENOUGH TIME TODAY WITH @VodafoneUK. This is the SECOND time in a few months this problem has arisen. Still MY OLD ADDRESS APPEARS ON THE PDF OF MY BILL. Vodafone is ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS!!

I dont have any holdings in #VodafoneIdea stock but i am damn sure, it will survive in the market. @VodafoneUK this is the time you have to put few more $ to sustain and you will be great player. I do use only @VodaIdea_NEWS sim, NOT any free sim/data. Lots of love!
