    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I 100% knew that you would not call me today like you agreed too. And you’re putting up my bills to pay for this awful service. When my contract is up I’m off. Nearly 30 yrs a customer means nothing. I’m fed up.

    My @VodafoneUK Internet is still dead. One the same day (ish) I get my booster jab, my Internet dies. Coincidence? My updated 5g signal must've been too strong

    @VodafoneUK What's the deal I had FTTP broadband installed on Wednesday 9th, only receive a fraction of the promised speed, spoke to tech support numerous times until someone agreed there was an issue on Friday. Later Friday service was gone and has not been online since.😠

    @VodafoneUK did a tariff transfer to avoid roaming charges in USA. Confirmed by call center (transcript also confirms from online support). Turns out that was misinformation on each account. My account is still being charged and I'm going to be nearly £100 out of pocket.

    @VodafoneUK totally smooth transition to Vodafone broadband today. Static IP and pppoe details handled by tech support. Was expecting some issues but got none. Speed / connectivity really good. Impressed so far.
