    So I’ve now asked @VodafoneUK 5 times, FIVE times to move my number from a broken sim to a new sim. They still haven’t done it. The level of incompetence is staggering.

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to reset my password, but I think your website is having issues. When I enter my username and click go to be sent a passcode, nothing happens.

    @VodafoneUK I have had the most horrible customer service experience of my life with your company today. My broadband order was cancelled without reason and without telling me. Only found out after contacting to see why the box hadn't showed up. 1/n

    @VodafoneUK Mint condition, clearly a manufacturing problem if ypu think im going to want it repaired or replaced ur having a laugh. Its the 2nd handset, a third one will be identically flawed. Clearly there is a seating issue in the SIM housing internally that SONY just let happen

    @VodafoneUK here we are a month after my first tweet complaining about the same issue, for 6th time. This complaints is due to the unprovided service ‘’due to maintenance”, how can maintenance take months? Why are you not being transparent with your clients and not charge them?

    @VodafoneUK A Vodafone worker lied and said that there was a issue but there isn't but the complaint is already in now, also we had some confusations with numbers, do these both redirect to Vodafone? 0808 040 8408 and 03333 040191 and I use you're services and they're fine at my house
