@VodafoneUK My complaint no. is 29798437. Please expedite THOROUGHLY investigating why you generated a new a/c no. but don't bill for it, for services I can't and don't have. Overcharge for my cell 'phone. Have completely different and incorrect info at your end to my invoices.
