@VodafoneUK Never talk to the same person twice, every call: can you just run through the problem again please? Seriously? You should, if your systems are any good, have all the relevant information in front of you. Just an absolute waste of time.

@VodafoneUK Dear @VodafoneUK thank you very much for replying so quickly. However, this has been the answer you have been giving for almost a year. Tbh, the network is not so great anymore and what you mentioned are limited services. Atm, I'm staying only for Spotify, but it's not enough.

@VodafoneUK here we are again! 10 weeks into a complaint, 3 further issues raised, partner promised a call back within 48 hours, woman then backtracked to say 72, should’ve been Saturday afternoon, still nothing.

  • jmgreaves John Greaves (@jmgreaves) reported

  • NichollClaire Claire Nicholl (@NichollClaire) reported

@VodafoneUK you never disappoint with your absolutely shocking customer service!!! Over 20 years with you and I really do not know why I continue to stay a loyal customer! All I am trying to do is an online upgrade. 😡

  • TalkyKaty Big Chick Energy (@TalkyKaty) reported

@VodafoneUK It’s not broadband it’s mobile wifi and apparently, according to your customer service rep, the problem isn’t her internet it’s Vodafone systems so I doubt there’s much you can currently do. Unless I was told a lie?
