    @VodafoneUK any idea when my broadband service will be working again? It’s been off all morning. I switched to you less than a month ago and problems already! I could count on one hand the number of times I lost broadband with virgin in over 20 years! I am in the SK10 area.

    @VodafoneUK fibre installed Monday not worked since installation, 8 hours of calls later still cannot speak directly to team dealing, advice is to wait til they contact you!! Customer support 0/10!!!
