    @elliebgomersall @VodafoneUK Hmm, I saw @robmcd85 tweeting earlier about someone else with a Vodafone problem similar to this! So annoyed you're still dealing with this Ellie 😤

  • iyahscyh EricLeRoi 🔰🔰🔰🔰 (@iyahscyh) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Commiserations. I'm stuck with them for another 12 months. Never again.

  • BellYard_Mel Melanie Riley (@BellYard_Mel) reported

    @VodafoneUK Rates rose in between times from below 1% to 2.2% for my mortgage as a result of delay and Vodafone refusal to acknowledge the bad credit rating was inappropriate - and ending up with a letter from Vodafone saying go to Ombudsman, we’re done. I’ve been a Vodafone custmr 20+years

  • srdempster Steve (@srdempster) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK are horrendous. Last time I was with them I moved over to another network. They made no attempt to contact me to tell me my final bill. My address, email & phone number was correct. I found out that a final amount was due when I got a missed payment notification 1/2

  • srdempster Steve (@srdempster) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I paid the bill but no apology was made or any attempt to help me to remove the late payment on my credit file. Gave them another chance last month but I couldn’t track my data, min or texts. Was fobbed off by customer service so the 14 days would expire but cancelled before. 2/2

  • mellowmark Mark (@mellowmark) reported

    @VonnWilken @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had similar experience with 02 - will never use them again. It's a stupid way to run a business as a tiny amount of time and effort to sort the problem out would have cost them a lot less than the amount of money they would have got over the years had I remained a customer.

  • TweetingBeattie Stuart Beattie (@TweetingBeattie) reported

    Is it acceptable for @VodafoneUK to quote over a week to fix my broadband? Even if it is @OpenreachHelp that has the problem?

  • northcamesouth Suzanne Wood (@northcamesouth) reported

    I just want to talk to a human being at @VodafoneUK but the service bot **** thing is making me wonder why it is so difficult!

  • deanbean10 Dean (@deanbean10) reported

    @JackDeeth @elliebgomersall @VodafoneUK My broadband at home is with Virgin, and I have never had an issue. Always been with them - and if I am honest, if we have an issue they are fantastic to help resolve. Vodafone on the other hand.. if you manage to get through they are still not that great anymore

  • stupendousred Stupendousredman (@stupendousred) reported

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Having a similar problem with O2!
