@VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK I shouldn’t have to call you to fix your mistake. Please have someone suitably authorised to resolve this amicably call me within next 24 hours otherwise I will take this up with OFT. Don’t try fob me off with standard sales offers and scripts. That won’t work.

@VodafoneUK poor service today at the Vodafone shop in Dunstable. Saturday morning with just one employee assisting. Was asked to come back later as he had customers before me. Went back 45 minutes later only to find more customers in store had to wait even longer than before.

@VodafoneUK awful customer service. Have literally just been trying to access my account. Has taken 40 minutes with a chat advisor, not resolved at all and now it’s just been disconnected from the chat after click a link the sent me. What a complete waste of time and company

@VodafoneUK disgusting customer service from start to finish. Returned a phone after 2 days with no damage on, now the phone has been returned to us with a scratch on it! Now charging £90 for a slight scratch that you have caused!

@VodafoneUK seriously fix your website. Been trying to subscribe to new broadband through MSM and compare the market and every time the payment won't go through and I get a "check your details" and eventually "something went wrong" message.
