@VodafoneUK hi Vodafone my curve tracker isn’t working, has never really worked very well I’ve tried the chat feature on my app 3 times and got no reply. It’s rubbish and I’d like to cancel the monthly subscription as I’m not getting the service I’m paying for.

Dear @VodafoneUK Last Friday my data stopped working. Since then I've been on endless chats to try and resolve this. I still have no data but now I have no Spotify, one number and today I can't make or receive calls at all!! WTF are you clowns playing at? You can't even call me!

@VodafoneUK tried to cancel a contract earlier, had to give up as it was taking too long. My daughter has had a call asking to speak to me, the account holder! As she’s in a different country to me that’s going to be tricky! This is why I’m leaving 🥴 x

@VodafoneUK As said above “I called you 6 times in the last 3 days to cancel my contract, every time I spent 20-30 minutes waiting without any success. Basically you make cancellation impossible to keep on charging @scam @VodafoneUK
