Nephew and I have been trying to resolve a fibre issue with his @VodafoneUK FTTP connection. Online help with level 1 support not enough. Convinced Vodafone actively blocking new router - looks like hundreds of customers have had same problem in past. Anyone able to help?

@VodafoneUK I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences in relation to my broadband. I have wasted an hour and 30 minutes of my time for absolutely no resolve what so ever. Your online chat service is diabolical. Take advice from @mixtiles and @NespressoUK on CS
