@O2 So I’m now effectively being trolled by the @O2 customer service team. Having been left out £800 out of pocket after what they concede was their mistake. Beyond belief. Massive mistake to leave @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Hello. My mother in law went into your store in Westfield Stratford. She had a bad experience with the sales staff, she said the greeter was very helpful and nice. But the sales staff was very rude and pushy.

@VodafoneUK you need to readdress your policy's and put a case manager on all cases that have been live for more than 5 days. absolutely appaling that we are expected to sit on the phone for hours on end for a problem to be passed from pillar to post and never actually fixed

@VodafoneUK But I'm willing to renew for a further 2 years! But will be charged £9 a month than a new customer that's just for my broadband! I also have 3 mobile contracts £50+ each! Just seems unfair!
