    @VodafoneUK when your customer service for gigacube opens at 8am I’m going to be calling for the 8TH TIME to have backup data added because of a so-called GLITCH that nobody can fix??? I pay £60 a month for unlimited data this is absolutely insane, can someone PLEASE help

    @clarkyj119 @VodafoneUK I’d sack @VodafoneUK off completely and move to a competitor. They’ve had plenty of chances to sort the problem out and you’ve been let down badly

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup - just close Vodafone UK Twitter. Rubbish! Using outdated template; asking us to do things via links > don’t exist. Check first. Connectivity really bad. Customer service by phone is good if phone call goes to Egypt, otherwise bad > you talk to students
