    @VodafoneUK I don't want anymore investigated. Our broadband cuts out every day, no one fixed it despite repeated nearly every day chats with your customer service. I want out of the contract, you're not providing the service you promised & you will STILL charge me to cancel.

    You hate to call out brands on social media but apparently you get more response than a robotic customer service chat function. @VodafoneUK, care to answer why I pay you money for service that never works? Working from home is essentially impossible now. #CostOfLivingCrisis

    @VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu Stay away from Vodafone everyone. They have repeatedly tried to fix our broadband connection but failed. It continues to disconnect about 6 or 7 times a day. Despite this not being the service we signed up for they will still charge me to cancel the contract.

    @VodafoneUK been with Vodafone over a decade and the service I have recieved recently has been terrible. Phone, chat and in store all failed when trying to upgrade and now cancel. 45 mins on the phone to tell me I had to wait for an order to cancel that should have been done!

    @VodafoneUK are totally awful! They expect me to pay money I don’t owe on the promise they will refund most of it in over a month’s time because their billing system is totally inflexible and negatively customer focused
