I got in touch with @VodafoneUK twice in the last two weeks because 4G/ 5G mobile home broadband doesn’t work in Central London on weekends and in evenings. All I got is “there are too many people on the network”. Extremely bad customer service.

@WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK the most disgusting service. After a month of no service told we will have an engineer by 6pm… surprise surprise no one turns up. I am appalled and disgusted at the lack of service

@VodafoneUK worst network out there. Had online chats and calls with several consultants who gave mixed messages but assured nothing was owed after receiving messages demanding money, despite being set up on a direct debit which comes out each month. 1/10 service steer clear!

As a new customer to @VodafoneUK I gotta say their signal coverage is piss poor compared to @EE ...get what you pay for I suppose.
