    @Bazza73617427 @Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK Arranged to pick up wife's new phone at a store. Rang beforehand to confirm. Got there, no phone. 1 hr trip to get back home. Then halfway, they rang to ask why we hadn't picked up the phone they had waiting. Never again. Plus they all smell like trainer shops. Why is that?

    No surprise but still getting ****** around by @VodafoneUK Almost three weeks now and the landline STILL hasn't ported from the copper to the fibre and even worse, some of their twitter support are useless and keep contradicting themselves #smh

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone disconnected my broadband in error then refused to reconnect me without charging me a reconnection fee and starting a new two year contract. Despite many calls never fixed and never compensated.

    @Callan23474387 @VodafoneUK They had my account name as Mr Anonymous Gallagher. I know I'm not the biggest extrovert ever, but still. Regularly topped the list of worst mobile service provider. So glad we ditched them yrs ago. Slung their free 1yr SIM in the car, was so determined to never deal w them again

    @VodafoneUK I genuinely have never experienced such poor poor customer service in all my adult years. The level of incompetence is absolutely astonishing. 6 complaints raised, not a single call back from customer resolutions. 48 hour call back..my backside! 🖕 #canicancelnow
