@VodafoneUK send you an offer, you attempt to accept the offer online, no success. 4hrs of Live Chat still no success, "we can't override web offers, these offers are in place to promote self service, call us next week, I had the same offer, be quick the offer runs out by Friday"

My vulnerable parents have been left without internet for 23 days by @SkyUK, no ETA on a fix and no single person taking ownership. Luckily managed to send them a @VodafoneUK sim and 4G modem to reconnect them to the world.

@VodafoneUK It's not a message it's a live chat with your advisers. I logged on to make a payment but it says payment has already been made. On speaking with your agents they say its been taken by direct debit....but you don't my bank details and never have 🤔
