    @Dave_Kirby_ @VodafoneUK I had this. Press # on the keypad over and over when on the useless phone bot. Eventually you’ll get through to someone and they will cancel it. Without speaking to someone it’s impossible to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK hands down the worst mobile network I've ever been with. They do nothing to help especially during this pandemic. Vodafone still went to take you for everything you've got. Atrocious customer service!! I'd advice anyone not to take on a contract!!

    @VodafoneUK @joeandseph Been trying to pay a closing Bill now for 3 days. Still haven't been able to as that account has been closed. Was told on chat that I could face a mark on my credit rating (not happy). Was DM'd to sort but now Vodafone have stopped responding to my requests for help. USELESS !!

    @VodafoneUK Any chance that after asking me to DM someone could actually reply? If I can't get a decent level of customer service @ThreeUK will gain a new customer by the end of the day. @VodafoneUK - you really do have the most appalling customer service!
