@VodafoneUK @Ofcom I will, thank you Harriet, but all that Vodafone ever do is look at the coverage checker and say 'no problem your signal's fine' without ever actually coming and seeing we're telling the truth!

@Kayleeigh @mk_citizen @VodafoneUK Hi Kayleigh, we've spoken with the contractor about this issue and they've apologised to any residents who did not see their notice letter before the works started. The road is open to traffic and any further works will be done from the verge.

@O2 Repeats and repeats and repeats. It was a number from your customer service teams put me through to. It’s the third time this has happened this week. Frankly I’m sick of **** service having been with @VodafoneUK for five years. This is not a great start is it?

@VodafoneUK Hi, is it possible to order an ESIM. Not an existing customer but need an ESIM for a month while I’m in the UK. I’ve looked and followed links on the website and chosen package 1 £10 bundle but it’s asking for shipping address.

@mkcouncil @mk_citizen It is illegal to block emergency vehicles to residents. Your unwilling and poor tone leaves me with no other option but to call the police if the same situation continues to occur. I am disgusted your willing to put residents lives at risk for @VodafoneUK to put 4G up!

To their credit, @VodafoneUK has now given me the user and password to connect to their network with a third party router. However, that won't help me because Google's router only has one ethernet port, so I'll have to set up another switch to keep my existing setup...
