I’m having serious second thoughts about joining @VodafoneUK broadband. They can’t even sort the installation out and despite promises to call me… no-one ever does. Don’t bother trying to call them either… waiting hours and nobody answers. Shocking service.

@BenjaminEHowe @VodafoneUK I’ve had this same problem for over a year - maybe even more. I can’t get anything done on my phone when I go to do the shopping or school pick-up. I used to be able to join work calls on the go. I can’t do that any longer. It’s a PAIN!

@VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone for years But a few years ago I had one of the worst phones ever I tried to cancel my contract within the cancellation period but kept getting cut off, put through to another department It took me 6weeks to cancel my contract in the end never again Vodafone.

The @VodafoneUK curve is mostly good, the app on both android and iPhone is TERRIBLE. crashes, leaves you without knowing where your kids are. #vodafone #curve

@VodafoneUK I am at a total loss to the recent awful service I have received. A simple contract renewal with new handset has proven to be dreadful so far. I asked for a 24m contract & the digital contract was 36m and general poor service. Going to cancel.
