@ArdMsen @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Even worse "drop our automated bot a DM" basically one step away from "go **** yourself!"

  • HypnoSpiralCris Cris (@HypnoSpiralCris) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My elderly mum was struggling and they refused to speak to me even though I had power of attorney. As she was poor sighted I was reading out the relevant numbers from her bill for her to repeat. The operator asked to speak to me: "I can hear you" she said, "If you continue to ..

  • trishkelly123 Patricia Kelly (@trishkelly123) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Similar experience from Vodafone with both my daughter and husband absolutely awful customer services.

  • matshaker Mat Anderson (@matshaker) reported from Oldham, England

@TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong 🤔

  • Boroughman PAUL MCDONALD (@Boroughman) reported

@VodafoneUK I don't use Vodafone & never will. These IT companies are run by amoral obnoxious thugs who control our lives....and we stupidly put up with it!

  • Beprincipledok questionyourthinking (@Beprincipledok) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is beyond disgraceful. @VodafoneUK I will never, ever, take out a contract with you guys again. Glad I left you some years back. This stinks and you should be ashamed.

  • DocMartinDub Doc Martin ( Robby ) (@DocMartinDub) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot If I had the same problem I would go to my local Vodafone store, smash a phone on the floor, screaming & shouting, scaring other customers off, and I guarantee you the account would be quickly cancelled.

  • beneddy123 Ben Edwards (@beneddy123) reported

@VodafoneUK The account holder is Tanith @tanithcaitlin - there are whole bunch of notes on her account from multiple chats, which never seemingly get looked at. The account / order keeps getting cancelled due to "technical issues" and she is never informed.

  • Pauline_Toole Scotia (@Pauline_Toole) reported from Comrie, Scotland

@Amalkadog @VodafoneUK We were both with @VodafoneUK for years - private and business contracts. We needed help from them with a connectivity issue. They wouldn't help and wouldn't release us from our contracts. Will never use them again.

  • thyroidlady Marian (@thyroidlady) reported

@maccaspacca1 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Customer Service operatives should be properly trained and it reflects badly on O2 when they are not.
