    @tescomobile Genuinely have never had an issue with @VodafoneUK they replaced my sim immediately free of charge, they told me my contract was up and put me on a sim only contract for £20 a month which took 30 seconds over the phone. Brilliant mobile provider.

    Going into 3rd week without broadband and @VodafoneUK aren't fixing the fault or providing any updates at all. We don't know what to do or how to escalate this issue to get it fixed. @Ofcom can you advise?

    @VodafoneUK I cannot put into words my utter despair with Vodafone. Got to be the most diabolical and shambolic and ineffective service ever! Even taking to Twitter has not initiated any action or support!
