@HarryShotton @VodafoneUK Try submitting a complaint to the Ombudsman online. It was pretty easy when I did it with my provider and it was the only time I got a resolution.

@VodafoneUK Hi Beth Please can you help us? We want and pay for "Superfast 2", but our Broadband is stuck on "Superfast1" at 30Mbps or less Please can you fix it, so we start getting above 50Mbps (or, better still the 63Mbps which appears in your advertising for Superfast 2). Thank you

@VodafoneUK Its the Broadband connection, i use a hardwire to my computer, the router is being sent a reset from somewhere or something like that. my up and down were at 40d and 10u for a while here, then all this resetting has started, its been like it for the last 7 days

Terrible customer service @VodafoneUK. I am a long standing customer @VodafoneUK . I work for the #nhs Services were disabled in the middle of calling patients today. No warning. Unable to get through on the customer service number to speak to anyone and my phone still cut off.

@VodafoneUK 50 minutes so far on the phone to customer services going round in circles...advised to go in to store to discuss with them (ha!) is there someone who can actually help with the problem??
