    @VodafoneUK Sorry, should add I am using my mobile data and hot-spot instead but data is running low and it may be another week or so until my broadband issues are resolved.

    How is it that at @VodafoneUK think they can charge me almost double the amount for an upgrade when I could get the contact for half the price as a new customer on a different website. Bye bye Vodafone 👋

    @VodafoneUK I have honestly never ever in my life dealt with such incompetency and just lack of training and knowledge from staff in my life. I just have to go to the ombudsman now because I cannot get anyone who doesn’t make an utter mess on a call.

    @VodafoneUK @RevereSport You won’t get anywhere with any customer service agents, they will only make matters worse they have my issue and accounts so messed up and nobody can fix it without making it worse. I don’t know what account. They owe me money
