    I bought a monthly plan with cell phone and I didn't receive an email saying it was confirmed and I was already charged @VodafoneUK help

    @VodafoneUK you are an absolute disgrace. My dad is 73 years old & in very poor health. He has a mobile just so he can contact us when he is in hospital. I ordered a new SIM card for him & he topped it up with £10. He is on a pay as you go 1 account.

    @JenBarber101 @VodafoneUK Works on the 02 network free 5G if your phones 5G if not free 4G at a fraction of the price even works out cheaper if you purchase your own handset , I wouldn’t change
