    @VodafoneUK had to order a new sim twice now for some reason it won't activate. Your advisors helped activate for me, 24hrs later sim still not activated what's going on?? Need help with this as I'm currently paying for a service I'm not receiving!!

    @VodafoneUK To be clear your priority is to your shareholders. Customers are a secondary concern. I went through all the agro if you app and CS, the problem was seen and nothing happened. As soon as the contracts up I’m off!

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely terrible customer services. Noone seems to know what they're doing. Now have no service at all. Been going round in circles for days now and getting nowhere. How do you get away with being so awful 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I have home broadband and will be moving to a new build property in the next few weeks where you are unable to supply any home broadband. Therefore, I will need to cancel. I am in contract. Will Early Termination Fees apply as you cannot provide the service?

    @VodafoneUK any plans to expand 5G to NN8 soon? With the prices you are now charging per month I can't justify staying if the speeds stay this slow, all the other carriers are using 5G now here
