    @carlfhoward @TheRAC_UK Its annoying. Shout out to @VodafoneUK who didn't do this. When my intro deal was coming to an end they emailed me, not the other round, to offer the same deal again. Customer retained, cost to them probably pennies.

    @Derek959Derek @VodafoneUK opposes digital exclusion, whoever suffers it. They support all sorts, of which asylum-seekers form a small part. The work is generous and inclusive.

    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
