@VodafoneUK We have tried, we have spoken to you, she doesn’t remember her password so you won’t talk to us she is special needs so has no social media skills we are going to move our broadband to Virgin they so please stop the harassment of her over a bill for BB when it’s not working

Hi @VodafoneUK thank you for just working. Signal everywhere I go, 4g calling that works, wifi calling that just works and customer service that works. Esim email delivery that works.

@VodafoneUK Sama that is possibly the worst response I could have imagined. Give your head a shake. If you have NEVER used any data before, why would you suddenly need >10Gb. He ain't gonna be watching YouTube or uploading videos to TikTok. 10seconds talking to him would work that out.
