    @VodafoneUK setting up your new esim is like the biggest most boring riddle ever. 2 hours and I still have no idea,the guides just take me in a circular loop and I'm pretty sure I've deactivated my actual sim. Please help

    @VodafoneUK Hi just wanted to let you guys know I will be switching my mobile company just due to the fact that Vodaphone does NOT allow you to cancel your BVB plan until it expires, forcing you to buy expensive extras. BYE

    @VodafoneUK home broadband and phone line down no fix for approx 72 hours, which most likely excludes weekends so earliest potential fix is Tuesday next week, not great when I work from home

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone has stolen £20 from credit and said I used it all on internet for 50MB, In 2mins. How the hell is that possible? The customer service was awful, this customer service guy gave me a fake name called Askar. Terrible!!!
