    @Edirined We made mobile phones in Scandinavia since 1981… The technology is not by @VodafoneUK but by the national phone companies- BT. But Britain never took part in digitisation of telecom, they believed in the US to make it. The Scandiavian is based on the ISDN from AT&T, their “SS7”

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Gemma, but this has been 19 months. We've given up jumping through hoops and will cancel as soon as we can. Then we will start litigation. We've warned VF every month for 6 months. You called our bluff by ignoring us, so we're going ahead. This will be done publicly.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Beth, I've had 8 days of trying to resolve this issue, I've now chosen to cancel the unfulfilled upgrade order & have moved to O2 for my daughter's account. Thankyou for responding

    @VodafoneUK I still haven't received my iphone I ordered on 22 Nov that should have been next day delivery. All I got was 2 identical leaflets. Spoke with 5 of you including Manager but still nothing has been done. Multiple errors and neglect by Vodafone and DPD. Please help!

    @OpenreachHelp still waiting to find out when a new pylon is going to be put up after a drunk knocked it down! I’ve had no phoneline or internet for almost TWO weeks! @VodafoneUK can’t help till there’s infrastructure!!
