    @VodafoneUK was looking forward to joining you guys. Bought my contract via CPW and you failed my credit check (I have a perfect credit score). So I appeal. I get an email saying sorry we've approved you now go ahead an re order. So I do. Then you fail me again!

    @VodafoneUK unbelievably bad customer service from you today. I didn’t want to leave just switch to a different service… charging £90 to stay with you but change service is shocking!!! #CostOfLivingCrisis

    @eddytheaxe @VodafoneUK You would hope so. According to their last email my complaint has been resolved. They palmed me off to someone else while still denying their mistake and left them to fix it.
