    @VodafoneUK Signed up to 36mth contract despite having confirmed 3x with your rep that it was only 24mth. Checked Device Plan terms to discover i'd been lied to. Had I not read them properly, I'd have be £636 down on what was discussed. Shocking treatment of a customer of 12 yrs.

    @GlennW011 @VodafoneUK I tried to cancel my contract earlier on the chat on the app, saying that we have had issues anyway with speeds & buffering b4 today & have 3 boosters so have every right to leave. He told me to wait till the issue is fixed today then come back to the chat if I want to cancel

    @VodafoneUK signal still really poor around BS14 area despite the “repairs” to the network. Been ongoing for weeks despite what your service status checker states. 1 bar for weeks, has always been 4. Poor quality on calls.
