    @LaurieBT926 @VodafoneUK From March 21st until end of May...lie after lie from different people n departments..even from the highest level of complaint department..all because I was sooo awful as to ask to UPGRADE ..yes to give them more money..also money taken from my bank without my consent

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely useless service! Trying to cancel my contract as I don't get a signal at new address. Was told they have to send a 4 digit code to my mobile!

    @VodafoneUK you’ve cut my lines on my business account today after I agreed to upgrade and stay with you.. Cannot Call customer service as you’ve cut the lines. No out of hours customer support. Pretty poor service (AGAIN)

    Something is definitely wrong with @VodafoneUK. Mobile data issues for the last 3 weeks for no reason and no warning. Intermittent connectivity feels worse than none at all. #firstworldproblems

    I pay more than £100 a month for @virginmedia broadband plus other services I never use. And yes, I am posting this via my @VodafoneUK backup 5G dongle. Again. My VM connection craps out regularly.
