    @VodafoneUK i can't, and theyre trying to figure out why. New customer and when choosing the catagories on setup and tapping next, it asks for the catagories again, over and over and over!

    @VodafoneUK So just put the phone down and here is where I am. 1, SIM card I can’t cancel. 2, Unable to take another contract because of prior SIM card. 3, £3,500 down because it’s taken me 2 days to sort this out. 3 week old customer and you cost my business 4 grand #fu
