@VodafoneUK I’m very disappointed with your service as a new customer! Appalling! How on earth am I meant to use this @Apple iPhone 12 without a sim and no one is even replying to me via the Tobi Robot chat?! Close to returning the device and cancelling!

  • garrymcfall garry mcfall (@garrymcfall) reported

@VodafoneUK I made a request for a callback and still nothing, this is unbelievable how you react to new business, I wouldn’t like to have a problem

  • JohnScottie2 Scottie Collins (@JohnScottie2) reported

@VodafoneUK @barnardos Be aware that the salary of the Chief Executive of @barnardos in 2016 was £180,000. God knows what it is now. I cancelled my monthly contribution to the charity because I wanted my money support needy and abused children, not to support the Chief Executive’s lifestyle.

  • ChrissieBM Christina (@ChrissieBM) reported

@VodafoneUK hi! A week ago I ordered an installation from you to begin internet next week. Today you cancelled with no reason and your website is refusing to let me rebook. I am working from home and no internet. You're taking the DD. Help?

  • rcadeglasgow R-CADE Glasgow (@rcadeglasgow) reported

Fee Free Cancellation promised. Awaiting confirmation. I honestly wish that @VodafoneUK had come up with a better solution like a 5G router or something like that but they've been nothing but unhelpful

  • PlantBasedNews Plant Based News (@PlantBasedNews) reported

@VodafoneUK is there a reason none of ur customer service staff understand how to setup an eSim? Hours spent on the phone sorting what should be a very simple process. It would be faster to walk to a vodafone shop and buy a physical sim. Come on #Vodafone get it together! #esim

  • Dahveed29 Dav (@Dahveed29) reported

@VodafoneUK I'm only getting this "amazing" free 500MB offer if I top up 10£ - probably cos I'm *only* a PAG customer, never mind it has been 18 years...

  • d4mo1903 Damian (@d4mo1903) reported

@VodafoneUK 1) Yes. I am looking to upgrade. Pointed out that my so-called 'very' offers are exact same as if I wasn't already a customer. Also pointed out the better deals competitors had. Chloe was abrupt with reply about checking connection availability with others.

  • KalvinClapson Kalvin Clapson (@KalvinClapson) reported

@VodafoneUK DM'd you 45 mins ago. Any chance of a resolution?

  • JohnTil14500369 John Tilley (@JohnTil14500369) reported

@VodafoneUK customer service really not performing very well at all. Earlier DM on twitter now being ignored! Is there anyway to resolve this or do I just need to take my PAC number and go elsewhere?
