    @VodafoneUK When I joined Vodafone in Jan 2022, my mobile contract was £40. Now, in April 2023, it’s £50. Yes, it’s gone up TEN POUNDS in just over a year. And my network reception is beyond awful. They are a multi-billion £ company & have no need to bleed their customers dry.

    @VodafoneUK Mine doesn’t look like it applies to airtime it says my bill is going up by 14.4%. That’s madness. I don’t know why I am paying for you to improve your service. I went with Vodafone as it was the best value and now paying more than if I went with someone else.

    @VodafoneUK - 10 am to 5pm, on the phone to Vodafone and still ne resolution on an error Vodafone made. I'm tired of lies, false promises, platitudes, and have no kind words for the person at Vodafone who laughed at how long I have spent trying get help.

    @VodafoneUK Another fun day wasted on hold with Vodafone. The complaints line goes through to technical help, not complaints, and they won't own a problem they caused. They blame Openreach. 27 hours on hold, 31 call centre staff, and 0 calls from any manager. Still no broadband.

    @VodafoneUK how is someone told their number has been out of action since 2018 when they were using it up until it being inexplicably disconnected over a week ago and NOT A SINGLE PERSON - via hours of calls, in-person in a shop, online chat can do a single thing to help him?

    @VodafoneUK why does you’re network not deal with customers instead making them angry and upset . It has to be the worse service in the uk I can’t wait to leave still waiting for a complaint department to call still nothing. Stay away from Vodafone
