    @VodafoneUK Hi Abul, I have been waiting for your response since the last two hours. One thing is no network and lack of commmication with friends and famoly and the other thing is that I cannot see my case is being taken seriously, I am afraid.

    @VodafoneUK absolute shower of incompetent fools... 3rd night I have lost 2 hours speaking to you and @skytv sky were great, ready to cancel my broadband with them at a drop of hat cos u guys forgot to set up... Hour later, ur guy cuts me off after saying hi "manager" sorting now

    @VodafoneUK I've been with you since 2001, and haven't needed a new handset since 2010. Just rang your customer services to complain how much my bills cost, and was told "Not to be blunt, but that's how the world works" four times. Really not very good customer service is it?

    @VodafoneUK I messaged you twice and still received no reply. This was supposed to be a positive customer experience but I’m just left very frustrated by the initial outage and now being ignored by customer service.
