    I can’t believe that @VodafoneUK won’t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK

    @techprocess1 @VodafoneUK I was with them before but the signal where we live wasn’t great - turns out after a promising start that Vodafone’s is no better!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thank you for sharing. I have been meaning to move from virgin media for a while because of their poor customer service and this has decided it for me.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my father in law died, I phoned VMedia to ask if the account could be transferred in his wife’s name. They said we couldn’t. Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name

    Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

    Everyday since Friday I’ve been contacting @VodafoneUK to swap an e sim from one device to another and each time get fed lies because they basically can’t be bothered to help I’ve never had problems with any company like I do Vodafone
