@TomNomNom @VodafoneUK Yup - Gave up trying to get @ThreeUK to remove content filtering on my 4G router because my options last year were give them my credit card details again to make a payment to unblock it, call their non-existent call centres or cancel the contract entirely. Last option was chosen.

  • sean94ross Sean Ross (@sean94ross) reported

@VodafoneUK Or you could just end the contract on the date it is due to end. The fact you charge customers for giving you too much notice is ridiculous. I would also get charged if I cancel too late. How can there only be 1 exact date someone can give notice to cancel without getting charged

  • SteveAlliston Steve Alliston (@SteveAlliston) reported

@VodafoneUK still no broadband over 24 hours after you promised you had fixed it. I’ve spent 3 hours on your chat service with very polite people who don’t sort the problem

  • tari_lang Tari Lang (@tari_lang) reported

@VodafoneUK No @VodafoneUK don’t give me the runaround. Get me talking to someone to fix this problem. It’s not my task to avoid bots. It’s your responsibility to help your customers.

  • 125f8 Gordon Tant (@125f8) reported from Sandy, England

@VodafoneUK Well first off if you’re going to use my name at least pay me the courtesy of spelling it correctly. Second. I’ve never ever signed up for you’re adverts

  • Its_2378 Alex (@Its_2378) reported

@VodafoneUK as a customer who is thinking about leaving you next month, your customer service is doing everything they can to push me sooner! #notahappycustomer

  • sean94ross Sean Ross (@sean94ross) reported

@VodafoneUK But I’m not trying to exit early. I’m just trying to give u more than 30 days notice that I want to cancel when my agreement is up

  • ArdinSarah Sarah Ardin (@ArdinSarah) reported

@victoriasnoddy4 @VodafoneUK Did this get resolved? Having a similar problem myself and struggling to get answers

  • tonyswinton1 Tony Swinton (@tonyswinton1) reported

@VodafoneUK what is the best network as still thinking about leaving vodafone after 9 years of false promises enough is enough Looking for iPhone 13 Pro max

  • Wilksy76 Robert Wilks 🚴🏃‍♂️🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@Wilksy76) reported

Raised a complaint with @VodafoneUK over 10 days ago and I have been told on 3 separate occasions that I'll get a call back in 24,48 or 72 hours. The CS has been very disappointing considering I have 3 mobile contacts on the go. 💩🏆
