@VodafoneUK hi, can you please connect me with someone in customer services who can help with an issue? I've spent the past 48 hours unsuccessfully (and repeatedly) trying to resolve an issue for an elderly family member via tobi so having to resort to contacting you here.

@MelJStride Members of your constituency have been without electricity today. This combined with @o2 and @VodafoneUK removing phone signal means rural communities have been totally cut off which is completely unacceptable.

Thanks @VodafoneUK for reminding my why I should never use ISP-supplied kit. Your router simply does not work, and no amount of wasting my time with repeated factory-resets it is going to change that. Its going in the bin.

Dear @VodafoneUK, I received a letter from #lowell stating that they have “bought my debt” from you. 1. This has taken place without my prior warning. 2. My contract is up to date without arrears. I suggest that you buy back what you sold. #complaint @TradeStandards
