YORNIKAH (@yornikah) reportedAgreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK
-
Ross Henderson (@rsmck) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had a very similar problem. It took threats of legal action to get Vodafone to fix it. Which they eventually did. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.

Bruce Danton (@BruceD16659) reported@davegarryfish @AvantiWestCoast @VodafoneUK Very bad there then too?
-
Holli (@HolliCarden) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK This is why I’m happy that Virgin Media are being fined millions of pounds. Their customer service is disgraceful.
-
Rich Habbershaw (@Little_Rich_H) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Firstly raise a complaint via the credit reference agency - Equifax, Experian et al as they’ll be able to force Vodafone to review your credit file and make right. Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file

Zaphod Beeblebrox (@Zaphod2042) reported@BeakerBate @VodafoneUK Had a phone call cut out about five minutes before you tweeted this... I am on the top of a hill, with about four transmitters near me.
-
Lengest (@Lengest1) reported@popcorn_amazing @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We had a similar issue where they couldn't supply at our new address but wanted to charge an early exit fee. Had to email the CEO to resolve so hopefully works for you!

aarron lowson (@AarronLowson) reported@VodafoneUK is the internet down in Scotland - Angus/dundee area? Been cutting out in the past 24/48 hrs
-
Neil Weatherall (@neil_j_w) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We found the credit agencies most help in how to speak to the culprits. E had issues with O2 and they were less useful than 20 mins on with Experian etc

Adam (@AdamDav69598827) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I know it doesn’t help your cause but they did something very similar to me and I’ve never gone back. Woeful on every level, no accountability and I spent so long on the phone calling in to cancel a contract I’d never started - time I’ll never get back. Good luck. Awful company.
