    With people moaning about @VodafoneUK Internet being down, I can confirm the @Cityfibre FTTP links supplied by Vodafone are unaffected! Check your #DNS Settings and try OpenDNS on: 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220 #Vodafonedown

    @SimonAiretech @VodafoneUK Usually best to contact them via Facebook. Customer service is otherwise poor and Tobi needs taking out to the back of the farm

    @VodafoneUK Mine has been down since 8.30am and can’t report it to anyone as all lines busy ! Not very good when you have important CCTV unable to connect !

    I was considering moving to @VodafoneUK broadband from @virginmedia due to rising price hikes for no extra benefits, no service improvement and recent service interruptions. But after seeing this, I think I'll stay with VM 4 now until I find a BB provider with better pricing asap

    @thenimadre @tomaevans @VodafoneUK Failure to pay your bill will result in cancelling your service, or possible penalty etc. When you pay for a service that's resulted in an inability to work and earn, should result in compensation.
