    Shocking @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Since renewed to pro superfast 1, outage after outage Today 45mn on their online 'customer service' to be told wrong service. Given a link to 'expert' which does not work. Checked speed, nowhere near what is garanteed Appalling!

    @VodafoneUK 10 days now with no YOUTUBE PREMIUM. No help from customer service. When will my subscription be reinstated? I got the contract I'm on specifically because if the YouTube Premium subscription.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup a disgrace and no interest in customer service as not the first time outage issue raised. Saving on bandwidth too and not offering the agreed speed.
