@VodafoneUK my 76 year old mum has accidentally put an automatic top up of £50, which she can't afford and will not use that much, on her PAYG 1 sim. Can't cancel it and need to cancel it now please but HOW !!! It seems to be impossible to cancel this mistake !! Need help !!

@VodafoneUK What would make me happy is a resolution to my complaint after months of delays, hassle, and stress, and maybe a bit of proactive communication with ‘a valued customer’ when you find out the @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach auto compensation scheme has been put on hold, any chance?
