@VodafoneUK Believe it or not I do understand what a "bot" does 🙄. Problem with them is if you ask certain questiins they are programmed to make the sale and if you as k stuff like what about my NHS discount it said I was in the wrong section and shut down. Over hour I waited for a human

@VodafoneUK I am struggling with network (mobile&broadband) from last 3 months. It's said this will be fixed by 31st Oct. After that every week same excuse we are working hard to fix. They promied to reimburse my bill but nothing done yet. Very disappointed please looks asap.

@VodafoneUK satisfy my curiosity please - in the last 12 months, on how many days has my Vodafone been down at some point for maintenance? Seems that every time (generally late night) that I try to log in, 'survey says no'. Must be terrible for shift workers!
