Hi @VodafoneUK - just moved iPhone 8 from PAYG to PM. Outgoing calls fine, but incoming not working. Also iMessage on Apple ID not number. Any top tips

@VodafoneUK I imagine it's made your hold-time stats look very good, but are you tracking how many people have their calls ended by the bot before they've even spoken to someone? My guess is those stats look terrible. This is a classic case of optimising for the wrong thing.

As my @VodafoneUK contract is ending next month, I’d went into a Vodafone store just to see what was new, and instead of helping (one other customer in the store, three staff members) the staff just sat talking to each other and about their PlayStation socks. Standard for VF.
