    @VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.

    Back in B43 7EQ Great Barr Birmingham @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Sort the service out 4G 5G both Dire. ALL other networks are fine. No one can access apps.

    @VodafoneUK since June your service has been well below acceptable level in Caernarfon. Despite this my last 2 bills didn't show any compensation & you've taken payment in full. Today 12 August has been particularly bad on both 4G & network. I've already raised this on account

    @VodafoneUK @aashray7289 Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?
