@VodafoneUK Update: spent 40 mins with a complaints advisor, partly on hold, who still isn’t able to fix the “backend” system issue. What have you @VodafoneUK been doing since I reported this issue back in December? It was suggested to transfer my number to another network CC @MartinSLewis

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried to dm you I just get sent to a general support hub. This is ridiculous!! I just need my broadband fixed!! How on earth do I speak to a person to resolve this? I’m getting nowhere with your second line technical support team either!! My fault No is 923322.
