    @VodafoneUK We have tried, we have spoken to you, she doesn’t remember her password so you won’t talk to us she is special needs so has no social media skills we are going to move our broadband to Virgin they so please stop the harassment of her over a bill for BB when it’s not working

    Hi @VodafoneUK thank you for just working. Signal everywhere I go, 4g calling that works, wifi calling that just works and customer service that works. Esim email delivery that works.

    @VodafoneUK Sama that is possibly the worst response I could have imagined. Give your head a shake. If you have NEVER used any data before, why would you suddenly need >10Gb. He ain't gonna be watching YouTube or uploading videos to TikTok. 10seconds talking to him would work that out.

    @robbiegordon @mancunianmedic It should be a quick fix but the @VodafoneUK chat advised us it can take up to 30 days because we got a Vodafone contract through a third party - shocking customer service

    @VodafoneUK how is it that just bc I’ve had to do IVA I can’t get a new phone on contract with you even though I’ve never had a problem with you over the last 10 plus years with you ? The total monthly payment would be cheaper than what I’m already paying you but computer says no

    @VodafoneUK AGR case pending Otsc case pending for 3 years Refund case pending Now equity conversion pending and voda investment is on hold. I don't understand why govt is not solving these issues and vodafone enjoying saying all govt issue
