    @VodafoneUK your service (or lack of) is truly driving me to tears. After making the changes suggested by tech team (after 90mins on chat!!) I now have no MiFi at all and no way of getting back in touch. And your poorly designed chat bot can’t help either.

    @mrbio1984 @VodafoneUK @O2 Stick with three. I'm lucky to get 1mbps with useless Vodafone. Absolute joke. Also no WiFi on the underground and roaming charges. Never using them again.

    @VodafoneUK Then you said you will give me £30 credit to get a replacement phone while mine gets repaired? Where are any smart phones that cost £30? I,m escalating my complaint to CISA because you clearly don't appreciate long time customers and are willing to do nothing to help

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKdeals @VodafoneGroup - Guys, you tech support tried to sort out why I couldn't use mobile data on my esim on Friday. I don't know what they did but I can't make or receive any calls, sms messages or use data. Spoke to someone yesterday who was sorting ..1/2

    @VodafoneUK Why do you make it impossible to UPGRADE existing Vodafone Basics SIM only contracts to new Vodafone Basics SIM only contracts. Been on Vodafone chat for 7-8 hours this week trying to do this without success. I'm having to do this a different way. Very Poor service.
