    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the same with Vodafone. Customer service was awful, I had them literally laughing and hanging up on me. Nearly caused us to lose a house move. I’ve sworn to never go back to them unfortunately!

    @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @BenGrahamUK Well that’s me never buying any sims for me and my family from @vodafone @VodafoneUK ever again. My Vodafone broadband will be cancelled tomorrow, plenty of providers offering to pay cancellation fees.
