@VodafoneUK Ok so I sent *my* postcode - but postcode with signal error in original tweet. Also when I sent DM I got into auto-bot hell which isn't helpful. (Other areas of hove inc. home & local area really bad too with occasional good spots. Band 20 overload am guessing)

  • FLOTUS28 margaret woodrow wilson in this ***** (@FLOTUS28) reported

@VodafoneUK Didnt work. Fix the connection between North Acton and West Acton ffs there’s literally none. This is LONDON not ******* Antarctica

  • LeonWill84 Leon Williams (@LeonWill84) reported

@VodafoneUK what’s going on with your network? Calls won’t ring out and then random phone numbers ringing me to say I have had a missed call from you??????

  • stuartk85041495 stuart k (@stuartk85041495) reported

@VodafoneUK Tried to DM. No help at all! The problem is I no longer have the phone number linked to the account and so when you send a message for the security code I will never receive it and therefore I can never login!

  • Kayester73 Mark kaye (@Kayester73) reported

Third world problem I am aware but @VodafoneUK and @waitrose (Chandlers Ford branch) sort out the phone signal. Like a black hole! Amount of times I come out to a message like ‘can you grab some ……’ (quails eggs obviously!). Cheers

@VodafoneUK Liam, I know you're reading from a script and this isn't your fault. But how the ***** can someone talk to live chat when the internet lasts about 60 seconds on average? 19 times! now btw. The telephone support just sends you around in circles. Email was the best option but nope.

  • realseawolf Dave Green (@realseawolf) reported

@VodafoneUK There a fault with mobile data in Leeds City Centre. Can't get to any websites. It's been broken all week! Google searches don't work. Rebooted phone and even switched from 5G to 4G and still doesn't work! Can't get to websites just get ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

@VodafoneUK When it is you guys who are failing to provide a service we pay for, for almost 96 whole hours. Esp. at a time when people are expected to work from home and have stable internet connection. Some feedback for you because I will be looking to switch as soon as I can.
