@VodafoneUK I’m appalled at your customer service. I have been wanting to upgrade my phone since 2nd Jan and have had no end of problems. First sent a faulty phone and since then I have called countless times to chase up replacement now waiting for a refund and it’s almost March!

@VodafoneUK [1/2] I'm having the worst #CustomerService experience with you today. Placed and order for 2 of the same phone to the same address. Somehow both orders are different and incorrect but your people are incapable of resolving even though the order hasn't been picked.

Cannot believe how rude @VodafoneUK webchat have just been. Transferred 3 tines each time having 2 do sec & more frustrating repeat myself 3 x’s even though the staff said give me min to read the Webchat & get up to speed. Think I will put transcript on here 4 all 2 see how rude
