    @VodafoneUK Even one of your customer advisor told me to visit vodafone care near by my house which close at 5 oclock and weekend close to visit that store i took off from my job which was waste of my money and day and never got my refund and watch as well… lit. Peaced off me

    @VodafoneUK please can you advise on how I can sent my phone that I had arranged to drop phone off (for trade in) as the store said they cannot take phones at the moment. Quite frustrating with the service so far, not sure I want to stay on with the contract.

    @VodafoneUK But that isn't practical for him. The router is down some steps. He can barely walk and he had no idea what it would entail.
