@VodafoneUK "Sorry - you do not have access to billing." - I have just wasted more than 1 hour talking to your online CS reps. I just want to login to my account and view my Home Broadband bills. Not too much to ask? But all I get is this dumb message. Can U fixit?

@VodafoneUK why can’t I get the same deal as a new customer (which would have saved me 40% on my bill) after 20 years of brand loyalty? I have been forced to get my pac for three numbers and am also considering cancelling my broadband with you.

@VodafoneUK I have pressed option 1 for customer services and then 1 when asked for a number and the message is 'I'm sorry I didn't get that please enter your mobile number or if you want to talk about your landline or broadband please enter your account number' Is there another number?

@VodafoneUK ...I'd much rather pay less and have no reason to interact with the provider at all. I just want consistent service, no fuss and no apps that I don't want and can't remove forced on me. Thanks for your time though.

@VodafoneUK Been waiting since 17th Jan for my new broadband & phoneline to be activated. No router received. Hrs and hrs waiting on chat, with no help offered. Just the same 'We will withhold our bills till your activated' like that's doing me a favour!
