    @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

    @VodafoneUK I am a broadband customer. Your app (s) are awful - the ai bots are shameful. I just want to get Secure Net. After 50mins of searching (using chatGPT) and downloading a third Vodafone app I’m told it’s not available with NO explanation?? Please help. Human help

    Now for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested
