    Hello @VodafoneUK how come there is no wifi provision on @TfL London Underground atm? I am trying to connect however the @VodafoneUK wifi network does not appear. PS written on the tube, tweeted frustratingly post-journey!

    @VodafoneUK B12 8RF. I am fed up of your false replies, giving dates after dates, but the issue remains the same. On Eid day I am not able to call my family and friends, its very frustrating. You guys are ripping me off but not providing me service. Its not a day or two. Its over 3 months

    I have never had this much bother in all my years of getting new phone contracts as I have now shiny new phone that is useless cos #vodafone sim isn't working and various tries for help with it got me nowhere @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Trying to cancel broadband/landline contract, it's the last day to do so within cooling off period. On the phone I'm being told you're too busy but have 100s UK web chat specialists but it's just going round without connecting My order number was: WEB-0001000014279075
