Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • liamdaly Liam Daly (@liamdaly) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had issue with their Spanish entity when we lived there. Signed up and massive issues with installation, took months to sort out and refund. Never again

  • Jt20427297 J t (@Jt20427297) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Just like to say that a lot of big corporates appear to be deliberately not putting enough people on lines etc in a bid to make us go away. Customer service means absolutely nothing. It’s this greed, we can get away with anything culture so portrayed by our illustrious leader.

  • QFromage Quel Fromage (@QFromage) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK You have my sympathy and condolences. I’d like to say I’m surprised by the behaviour of Vodafone. They caused my dad a lot of stress chasing him for debts he never owed. For all those reading this thread wondering about using Vodafone, caveat emptor.

  • aimswest amy towers (@aimswest) reported

@VodafoneUK It’s already with the “highest” point with Vodafone, I’ve been told no one else can help regarding this and you have the privilege of taking up to 56 days to do anything at all. My next step is legal to get my money from you

  • petebarlow Peter Barlow (@petebarlow) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I did a freedom of information request when I had bother which generated a phone call “because this is generally followed by a complaint” but the information received showed the contempt service people have for their customers . 2 years later got my refund

  • david_uzzell David - VK2DU (@david_uzzell) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone Australia isn’t much better. Had a bad experience with them years ago and won’t ever go back.

  • willbax123 will (@willbax123) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @BTGroup are just as bad, refused to even move my elderly father to a lower cost broadband and said he must honour contract that is enough to service a business with broadband, not someone that writes 5 emails a week and uses it for nothing else. Threatened with debt collectors

  • MutliRaceMan Jean Thierry 💙 (@MutliRaceMan) reported from Birmingham, England

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

  • jafairbairn jimmerrrr (@jafairbairn) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We binned them about 5-6 years ago when they kept demanding money that we didn’t owe them. My wife still has a mark on her credit record as they refused to cancel it. Absolute arsehole of an organisation.

  • GemmaStreet1983 Gem (@GemmaStreet1983) reported

@VodafoneUK @DialsWine Your use of the wave emoji isn't cute, we know it's your sad attempt of "being polite" whilst actually giving the finger. Please maybe don't if you actually want to keep customers. We aren't that stupid. 👋
