@VodafoneUK @barnardos Be aware that the salary of the Chief Executive of @barnardos in 2016 was £180,000. God knows what it is now. I cancelled my monthly contribution to the charity because I wanted my money support needy and abused children, not to support the Chief Executive’s lifestyle.

@VodafoneUK I'm only getting this "amazing" free 500MB offer if I top up 10£ - probably cos I'm *only* a PAG customer, never mind it has been 18 years...

@VodafoneUK Due to your concentration of resources on sales waited in queue for nearly 2 hours on one call before giving up. My wife can not get to the shop. Now have 2 accounts for Dec and even worse was called a liar when I tried to cancel. If you can record calls why can’t I

Damnit, I need to pee now. I'm still on hold. Do I mute? What if @VodafoneUK actually come back. Is that bad form?

I've moved to @EE from @VodafoneUK because they're supposed to be better, been disconnected from Customer Services 3 times, sat in call queues for too long, the wrong deal was processed and I was upgraded to a more expensive plan that I did not request. - I'm fuming!

Just called .@CityFibre to see if someone can give me a clue as to when I might get FTTP, two years after they dug up my street. Verdict. Both they and .@VodafoneUK are less use than a choclolate teapot when it come to informing customers about future service availability.
