    @VodafoneUK since June your service has been well below acceptable level in Caernarfon. Despite this my last 2 bills didn't show any compensation & you've taken payment in full. Today 12 August has been particularly bad on both 4G & network. I've already raised this on account

    Why are the simplest things ALWAYS the most difficult to sort out. Been trying to sort my Internet out for days now either a new contract or just a simple renew with my current provider @ee. It's true no loyalty in absolutely anything these days so **** @ee and hello @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK utterly useless. I picked one phone on my order. Your email confirmation says different and only option is to cancel await refund then reorder? I only ordered 20mins ago and called as soon as I saw the error. Shambles service after 15+ years

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
