@VodafoneUK If you don’t have a responsive complaints procedure or not able to give customers an opportunity to make a complaint then I have to request a letter of deadlock as I am trying to resolve but the process is not working

vodafone have us at breaking point, now two weeks since we were meant to get our wifi router, they ensured us it would be with us by today only to message us today saying it was never sent and now it’s another 3-5 working days :)) the most useless company ever @VodafoneUK

@alsojw @VodafoneUK they are possibly the most unprofessional company ever and manage to **** up almost everything, only got wifi with them because virgin don’t supply my new address, never wanted to use them again after they tried to charge me £80 to end a contract early when it just wasn’t early

@human_dis4ster @VodafoneUK yeah same for me - got them cos they were the cheapest at the time but would happily pay an extra like £2/m for another company. also, tip: u can hit # on a lot customer service calls to skip all the 'press 1 for xyz' stuff. often skips u straight to speaking to an actual person

@VodafoneUK I’m having problems with my landline. Keeps saying line cord error on phone. Pretty confident it’s not my house phone that’s the problem. I Can’t make or receive calls but my broadband is working fine. What do you advise?
