  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Vodafone is ran by a absolute **** show, call centres abroad , mainly egypt i think, who lie and pass through people to the sales team and it ends up in a constant loop of sales people being lied too getting pissed off and more than likely sending u back to egypt

  @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

  Another day in the UK using our wonderful phone networks. Today trying to download an app via the @VodafoneUK network. Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Many years ago I got a final demand letter from them. Which showed on my credit score, for the whole some of £0.00p. I got it sorted eventually after raising the issue with one of the agency that’s do the crimes it scores. Was a ballache at the time tho.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst company ever. I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.
