    @luckylinkage @VodafoneUK @Olivers125 Mine went down at 8:30am…it would very helpful if they just put a tweet out saying something about the outage and are going to fix the big issue instead of these copy and paste replies.

    @VodafoneUK my broadband is currently down (Northants). Online tool doesn’t work & the chat bot tells customers that you’re busy. Have you got a known issue at the moment? (looking at all the tweets) If so, why don’t you put a tweet out or something letting customers know 😒

    @VodafoneUK It would help if I knew where I was in the queue, rather than being told by an automated voice that you're very busy and that I'm in a queue...and the self diagnostics test would actually work!

    So apparently there’s a @VodafoneUK internet outage! I’ve been experiencing issues for weeks now and can never get any help cause when doing a “health test” on my router it says it’s fine! But constantly cuts out, disconnects and lags!!
