    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup - nobody picking up phone for complaint on 191. This usually go to Egypt. So, what has happened? They are very good. Not interested in talking on DM. UK staff is temp and time wasting. UK.

    @StarscreamUK @VodafoneUK TalkTalk's the best to mess up, Had issues with my Line, was told by Tech Support it was because of the Weather effecting the line, even after i told them my line was underground they was still clear as brass saying when the weather calmed down the issue would resolve.

    @VodafoneUK i have a dongle for work as thought Vodafone most reliable. What a joke. Coverage terrible, now travelling for work and my username is not recognised. What a joke. As for the “help” bot, I’d program something better myself.

    @VodafoneUK I've had a year of it and nothing has been done to fix it, no compensation, nothing, despite numerous communications. One of my contracts is up, needless to say it's not being renewed, and the next one the same. I appreciate your offer, but I'm not wasting my time again.

    @VodafoneUK Looks like I need to take legal action. I was promised to be connected on Saturday then was moved to Sunday, and still no connection. I have been treated appallingly and this is the worst service I have ever received. I have held my end of the deal and now it’s your turn!!!
