    @VOXImobile @VodafoneUK hardly any signal around very recently. Used to get 2 or 3 bars of LTE but now it’s 1 to non. What gives? Fix this issue asap. After the lightning in London it’s bad. Don’t even talk about 5G as that dose not work.

    @TfL @SW_Help @VodafoneUK please fix the wifi/mobile networks/network rail app so we can see when trains are coming at Waterloo! Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Friend of mine had the same with the heartless *****. She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. Good luck ans sorry for your loss xx

    I've stopped entering the @VodafoneUK rewards as I've NEVER won a single thing.... I've been asking everywhere but nobody has ever claimed to have won. Bit bollocks really....

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.

    @VodafoneUK very poor customer service. Transferring my account from corporate ownership to personal still not sorted after 4 months and taking money off me in clear breach of banking regulations and the DD rules #FCA #@EE #@O2

    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK
