    @VodafoneUK I have tried to cancel my contract 3 times now. Each time I am told it is. The last time I was told it had been cancelled and I would be issued a repayment for overpayments and this hasn’t happened. I’ve spent 4+ hours on phone to be told it’s sorted when it’s not.

    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK! Been a month since I switched an existing account into my name. Issues creating an individual MyVodafone account right from the start and despite a lot of phone calls and DMs it's still not sorted and no one can even tell me what the issue is.

    the greatest fear of doing #rcpestAs20athome is when your @virginmedia connection is abruptly gone and their service status website says nothing is wrong. Hopefully, the other delegates don't have a similar problem. Thankfully @VodafoneUK gave me a good data plan
