@VodafoneUK full fibre is literally the worst internet connection we have ever had. Even bloody Plusnet was better. Every time I pass the shop I want to run in and stop the poor folk from signing a contract. #Vodafone

14 more days until I rid myself of @VodafoneUK once and for all. Your shafting me of any decent discount when I upgrade has come to an end. I have switched to another provider who offered me a decent deal. I will never recommend you to anyone after how you handled my upgrade.

Just had the WORST customer experience with @VodafoneUK - an hour and a half on the phone to renew a business contract, speaking to 3 separate people who couldn't speak any English! sort it out Vodafone! No idea what i just signed up for as I lost the will to live!

Day 15. At least @vodafoneUK now seem serious about getting this sorted, but apparently @CityFibre now say no update until THURSDAY. So that will be at least 18 days without an Internet connection at home. If fibre is this hard to fix every time, then I'm out.

@O2 rung up to say I was leaving during my cooling off period due to no data ANYWHERE as per txt I received when I got my PAC. Next thing I know I’ve been disconnected so no service. You absolute ARSEHOLES. Signed up to @VodafoneUK. Please confirm I can still transfer my number!

@VodafoneUK we joined your broadband and landline phone, almost a week has passed and we can still only make calls but not receive them which is causing problems with being an emergency contact for elderly relatives. Chatbot “advisors” were no help. Could you please help?
