Been with @VodafoneUK for >25 years. 12 months ago had 4 mobiles on their network in the house. Now none. That's what consistently rubbish customer service gets 🍾

@VodafoneUK hi, I'm having broadband issues today. I've tried all the usual reboot etc but the problem is still there ( upload speed has dropped to 1-2mb). Went on Vodafone website and the automated test detected an issue with my line. Web Chat was unavailable so tweeting. Help!

@s378912 @VodafoneUK Naturally despite giving Vodafone a list of postcodes, response was to tell me about local conditions when I know how service is every day in the same places usually. Like oh the service is patchy in x location. rubbish. It’s usually brilliant. In ALL of the places I gave them!

@robertsst @VodafoneUK Had the same problem with upload speed being very slow, about the same speed as you but only on my laptop, iphone upload speed was fine at around 6pm. However just tried it again using Ookla speed test at 19:49 and it's fine now, back up to about 18.6mb

@VodafoneUK As a starter, there are issues in EX20, EX5, EX4, EX1, EX8 - and they're the ones most local to me I have been able to personally verify - countless reports all over the UK. Data connections are dropping, having packet loss, disconnecting, resetting, left right and centre.

my wifi is down and my 4G has been dropping every 20 minutes or so today with peace and love it’s doing my swede in @VodafoneUK sort it out babes i’m trying to finish Pieces of Her
