    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Very similar experience when my father in law passed in 2022, they actually sent him a £12 bill which I let them chase so it cost them waaaay more… absolute arseholes I’ll never use them again

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK so never having been a customer of Vodafone today I received two letters about device payment plans being in arrears. I was with Three many years ago and paid by DD Perhaps a merger error with @ThreeUK in relation to your billing needs looking at
