    @VodafoneUK He gave me a warning an said i could get to strike 3?? Whatever this is, listen...please ive done nothing but speak Warmley about the vodaphone team especially through the pandemic but you have 2 people letting the team down there, this mo person and someone called naresh

    I don’t usually tweet things like this but back in the mid-late 90s @VodafoneUK was the worst & most expensive phone company ever. Since Dec 2020 I have been back with them for internet & mobile & I have to say, they are one of the best now. Well done Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK absolutely useless. I pay a fortune for global roaming. Land in Turkey and have no network and no data. Have spent an hour on the bot chat which is useless. Can’t call you as no network. How on earth am I supposed to resolve this ?

    @VodafoneUK But that’s my point I have spoken to your support team via chat who said that my connection doesn’t need an additional booster. So my question is how bad does it have to be before you actually honor the additional booster offer

    @VodafoneUK Sorry been busy with the school run and morning rush, so yeah...I've sent a DM still awaiting reply, the problems started 1st sept when we was accidently cut off, no apologies, no compensation your bills still payed for a service i never received , cut off again, an there's more
