    In the UK, regulators would have had forced @VodafoneUK to immediately issue a refund for lack of service. But here in India, all you have to do is pay a bribe to officials and ministers. They will ignore all the consumer complaints.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬
