@TomPG92 @VodafoneUK Vodafone won’t turn my phone on as they claimed the account has racked up a 2k debt but they can’t say where the debt has come from. They give me a number to call to sort the situation out and after trying to call it I found out the company don’t exist and has closed down.

@VodafoneUK could you explain why you decided to stop my entertainment pack 8 months before the expected date? I have it in writing that it is included until November 2022, but it stopped in March. No luck getting a clear answer from chat support. I’d like to fix this please.

@VodafoneUK You need to up your sales game. Selling g a new contract and not telling the customer what has changed. Lost loads of apps due to your sneaky sky move. Only found out after it was changed.
