    @VodafoneUK Tried sending a message. No response. As soon as we leave Crosshill, Maybole into open country side the 4G comes back. Need a fix as I can't work. The post office are having problems too. Postcode K19 7RN

    @VodafoneUK Mark see reference number 763468732382043730 and your customer care agent mr rahul needs to be coached he told me over the phone mother ****** just before keeping me on hold that is something not at all acceptable.

    @VodafoneUK You want yr customers to support your infrastructure changes by forcing them to buy new (locked) android phones from your own shop? Not going to happen without some serious compensation.

    It’s amazing the number of emails I get from @VodafoneUK saying there is a problem with the network in my area yet never ever have they sent me an email saying sorry for the disruption, have a rebate. Odd that.

    @VodafoneUK The race was great, thanks! It wasn’t that the service was slower, it was not existent! I couldn’t so much as send a text. Other networks were working perfectly, someone sat next to me on EE had no issues, why is Vodafone so different?
