@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK This was me last week. Only it was about half a dozen calls over 30 mins in length by the end. The resolution? I begged them to let me out my contract after just 5 months. They did. I’m now with @bt_uk

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Love how customer services always want you to DM them straight away as if they will deal with you any quicker, they don't like bad publicity on Social media.

@VodafoneUK 2 hours worth of phone calls later and I’m STILL being charged £59pm when I should be on a £6pm plan, and I’m STILL about to be billed £73 this month for no reason. I’ve been with Vodafone for 5+ years but PLEASE can call me and help me leave.

@translunarmusic @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK I’ve also found that a diminished service due to the uk ‘situation’ does not equate to a diminished bill! Apparently me being skint is irrelevant, but them being skint means sooooo much more!
