It is not good enough, it's bad Business practice and is unfair terms and conditions in my opinion. This is @VodafoneUK that has chosen to implement this alleged upgrade WITHOUT ANY PRIOR DIRECT COMMUNICATION TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS. Only notification was after the fact

Well, that was scary... My @VodafoneUK Broadband DSL line just went down unexpectedly for half an hour. Basically had no DSL sync. Makes working from home quite tricky. Someone must have tripped over a cable in the exchange ;)
