    @VodafoneUK You lot and the director's complaints team are a bunch of scammers. Claim to fix phones you sell to customers only to get phones back with same fault.

    @katlightner @JoeBaguley @VodafoneUK I’m more annoyed by the fact that it seems to be a simple problem to solve, all the texts have the exact same style, they must be sending thousands at a time, clearly if anyone is sending a txt from DHL then I would expect to see .DHL. in the url ? If it’s not simply reject it?

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to pay my contract for the past 2 days on the app, website and by automated service and none of them are working. I'm aware I can call and speak to someone to pay but I have anxiety and its unnecessarily stressful for me. Please fix them so I can pay.

    @VodafoneUK My mother had one to her Kindle Fire tablet e-mail inbox. She deleted it after I recommended to her that she should. She never has anything via DHL, anyway.

    @MintoNeil Yeah tried that. The message when I rang @VodafoneUK was they're too busy to take calls, so use online chat. Was online for an hour, very slow response and nothing decent offered. Very disappointing when I've been a customer for years :(
