@snichyn @VodafoneUK Every company is the worst when the service goes down. I said the same last week with Virgin Media. They are all much of a muchness and they will all suffer outages at some point.

@VodafoneUK Us in MK40 Bedford don’t have any internet either and we can’t use any of your tests. I can’t even log into my account when asked by your app to run tests as it says it ran into a problem.

@VodafoneUK Come on Vodafone, customers service includes keeping customers informed. How about you give as a full response as to what the issue is and a ball park idea of when we can expect it to be resolved.

@VodafoneUK This current disconnect where we have no internet at all, started 2 DAYS AGO. It has nothing to do with the issues you have now. I'm just posting that you guys have dreadful customer service and reliability. Your last engineer didn't turn up despite promising they will.
