@VodafoneUK I have 2 Ukrainian people coming to live with me through the UK government’s homes for Ukraine scheme, why can I not get SIM cards for them ? Why are they only available to charities ? This is completely unfair, I am a Vodafone customer but I won’t be for much longer

@VodafoneUK I've spoken to advisor as drop in speed keeps happening in my area. Their sending a new sim card and hopefully that'll fix problem.

@VodafoneUK If it helps, I live in Dundee in Scotland. I would check the network checker but it crashes or blocks me out. I'm an anxiety ridden neurodivergent, I've tried every method of fixing this that didn't involve human contact.

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately @VodafoneUK have still not connected Broadband after over a month. Made formal complaint but still nothing. Appalling service!

@VodafoneUK honestly, your level of customer service is unacceptable. I can't get to speak or chat with anyone and your advice in the chatbot is useless. Is there a way to DM or chat or speak with a person who can check what the problem is?

@VodafoneUK So been directed to a chat link that I have already used and then directed to another chat link which I have also used. Issue still not resolved let's be honest. It's not a priority. I'll contact the support team to arrange the device to be returned and to get a full refund.
