  Hey @VodafoneUK I just put thru a SIM only renewal and got a web order number but logging in to the app it’s still showing the old plan details and saying I can upgrade! Should I do it again or is your system just slow and I should check it out later?

  @TristanHopper5 @VodafoneUK Vodafone are truly awful. Most mobile companies are poor but Vodafone has it down to an art form. I’m sorry that you are with them. I can only offer my sympathy.

  @VodafoneUK Hi ordered a S21 Ultra 5G 10 days ago with advised delivery of 1-2 Weeks assured it would be within that time. Still no phone and received a msg saying next update in another 10 days. Disappointed.why mislead customers?? Cust services can't help.

  @ShaunMa69762058 @VodafoneUK Did you notice Shaun that Vodafone didn’t actually give a damn concerning your question/issue. Typical Vodafone. Only thing they excel at is collecting the direct debit.

  2 @VodafoneUK in a rural area and pay £50 for the same contract by to have - at most - 2 bars of 4G if I’m lucky every 400m. You keep saying that you’re the service provider for rural Britain but you’re not. You’re an absolute joke.
