@VodafoneUK what’s going on with the 5G in Southwark (camberwell)?? Gigacube has been getting about 0.75 megabits per second for about a week… Don’t just direct to network status checker.

@VodafoneUK When did you kill in-person customer care? Hung up on the phone. Ping ponged on the app to three 'people' of varying sentience. Not good enough.

@VodafoneUK I use your 4g for homebroadband in the LA1 area. You claim to have finished maintenance work here. Can I let you know that my signal has been unreliable all day, and still is. About 5% of my usual speed

@VodafoneUK No need to “pop over a DM” I’ve just spoken to one of your technical team. They said there’s nothing can be done. Here’s the kicker, to leave Vodafone, a business that is not delivering on its service and is misleading customers with its signal checker you want to charge me £268

@mellyharper @VodafoneUK Is that way they offer poor customer support? Because you can't leave them even when your contract runs out. They couldn't transfer my number within the Vodafone network. I am scared 😨 to even think what will happen when I leave.

@TimDonkin @VodafoneUK Yes the ones that will make you feel stupid and useless because they are right, you are wrong and you have plenty of hours to waste.

@AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK If he only has one line he can cancel by Texting STAC to 75075 if he wants to keep his number it's PAC to 65075, if there is more than one number on the account he would need to speak to his provider for security because only a account holder can can't, hop this helps
