So thanks @VodafoneUK when i joined you you'd just had massive fines for poor customer service and you was trying your best, it seems the effort has waned and now i it's the simple 'you bought the contract' replies So phone contract will be run down and broadband cancelled soon

  • howdoihev Hev 🌻 (@howdoihev) reported

Counting down the days until my @VodafoneUK contract is up and I can switch to @tescomobile! Shocking coverage, appalling customer service and they’ve upped the prices mid contract. 33 days to go until my Clubcard price contract 💙

  • GovTellLies BillyGood&BillyBad (@GovTellLies) reported

@VodafoneUK Happy to discuss here thanks. I have travelled extensively throughout the UK all 4 regions and continually the signal has been poor. So much so I had to use my wife’s cell on @ThreeUK to get any work done. Really fed up with the very poor performance.

  • dnich Dave (@dnich) reported

@VodafoneUK I left feedback with the agent on the issues and my feedback. Its a ridiculous process and not notifying customers of an outage is appalling service.

  • LurtisLurtis Curtis Curtis (@LurtisLurtis) reported

@YourSSE @VodafoneUK problems with your internet again. Was on the phone for 50 minutes going through test after test as it keeps dropping out, every time it does my download speed gets worse @ 3.1mbps out of a possible 75. Another issue another day. Send help!

  • chutney_107 Alex Dawes (@chutney_107) reported

@VodafoneUK **** myself that it wasn’t a bill or some other way of you fraudulently extracting money from long term customers!! Vodafone? #vodafraud more like.

  • Gemirving1 Gem (@Gemirving1) reported

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted with the delivery service of my new upgrade! It’s such a simple task yet I’m still waiting! The lack of communication between the store and on the phone is baffling it’s like you are 2 different company’s!!!

  • SniperSypher Jamie Abbott (@SniperSypher) reported

@VodafoneUK why after speaking to customer services has my bill just tripled in price. This is going to force me into considerable financial hardship. #Help

  • misty_striker Sim (@misty_striker) reported

@gordomckean121 @VodafoneUK I had the exact same Gordon. When I phoned they were extremely unhelpful and were just plain rude! I’m with you, know a few people with Tesco and they all recommend. So disappointed with Vodafone and their lack of loyalty. Been with them for over 15 years and nothing but bother🤬

@Help1ngHans @VodafoneUK Honestly that may make sense. If you are using a cellular network, it will connect to different towers at any point. If it did connect to a tower that provided higher bandwidth and then switched to one that didn’t, that could explain it.
