    @VodafoneUK I'd suggest removing whatever access people have to the service that's generating 2-FA codes. It's coming directly from yourselves and anyone less aware may fall for this scam.

    Yet again @VodafoneUK another 2hr call and promised a manager call back, nothing again. Now on the phone again to you. What is the problem here ? Is it employing foreigners that barely speak English 🤔 Or are you just so incompetent that nobody has a clue 🤔

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.

    @VodafoneUK please help urgently. I’m away and 1. Cannot access my voicemail and 2. When someone tries to phone my mobile some random person answers. This is my business mobile.

    @tiktok_uk the tiktok automated response is telling me to take this up with my bank/account the charges were made on, which would be @VodafoneUK but they won’t help me either

    @VodafoneUK you keep sending letters to my address for someone who does not and has never lived here. We've called you twice to ask you to stop and you said you would but we keep getting letters and now debt collection letters. Can you stop now please.
