  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It seems there is always that one company who is awful at this, we had no trouble with most but f-i-l's insurance company told me they'd all had bereavement training, I told them that it really needed more than just "talk in a soft voice" and actual useful policies.

  @twit_cmj @VodafoneUK Other than when it hits the hot weather ive never had issues. Did with the phone as was with them for 15 years. But broadband usually has been alright. Then the sun comes out and...nope gone

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @AdityaBirlaGrp @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @VodafoneUK Feeling bad for being annual subscriber since it's original inception in India as Hutch Venture then Vodafone Idea combine. Promises 5g buying 5G plans and 5G enabled devices but experience 4G speed. select cities get 5G 1/3

  @Ofcom how do I go about making a complaint about @VodafoneUK been charging me 6 months for a service they never activated now after 4 attempts and 4 hours later won’t do an e sim swap on a contract but still want to charge me for a service i can’t get
