@VodafoneUK customer service just gets worse and worse. Getting thru the IVR is horrendous, the automated services don’t work and after 7 attempts when I finally reached an Agent, he transferred me to another IVR which then dumped my call. Such a terrible service. #badservice

Shame on you @VodafoneUK My 92 year old mother went in to your St Albans branch to ask for help with iMessages on her phone & came out with a £27 per month contract up from her existing £11 per month one!!Thankfully all sorted by a helpful call handler on the phone earlier.

@VodafoneUK currently on the phone to your support - it’s been 50 minutes regarding an issue and the member of staff is refusing to let us speak to a supervisor and is being purposefully evasive. This is the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. Someone needs to help us

@VodafoneUK how come we have spoken to your team asking to cancel within 14 days and promised an email/text to confirm we’ve cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period but not received anything today as promised. Another wasted phone call.
