    @VodafoneUK Need to speak to someone regarding a business cancellation. Impossible to get through, regardless of what options I select. Web chat is to busy and doesn't work. Requested two call backs, but nothing! Please advise??

    @VodafoneUK I am tearing my hair out with your diabolical customer service. I have had to call 4 times now about my broadband activation. I am now being told that due to a mountain of errors I will not receive my router in time for go live date on Monday.
