    @RicieriEnoy @VodafoneUK wow, I bought the service from vodafone over 2 months ago, and they won't install it either; I know how you feel. Theyve missed 2 appointments now and wont communicate or apologise. Its a concerning poor level of customer support I've never seen before.

    So, @VodafoneUK having spent over 6 hrs on the phone and still have no mobile network so can’t call or text. You’re quite happy to take my money but your service is rubbish. Not one person has helped & been hung up on 4 times. I’m still without working phone

    @YardleyShooting I eventually got good compensation from @VodafoneUK after they continued charging me following a provider switch away. After making a formal complaint they added insult to injury by demanding unnecessary proof of ID, overturned by @ICOnews. Many hours of phonecalls/emails.
