@VodafoneUK Shame on you Vodafone. Single mum, renewed contract to reduce costs and each month the price is more. Nobody will help and now scared my phone will be cut off as when i call to discuss now nobody will help unless the over priced bill is paid, something i can't do as

@VodafoneUK poor customer service! going back and forth on your chat app 5 times now and still not fixed my account and discounts. I’m paying £30 more a month still than I should be after upgrading! How do I SPEAK to someone as this is ridiculous?!
