Been trying to contact you @VodafoneUK all day to no avail. Already a broadband customer but have recently taken new deal which goes live Monday. Saying engineer visit on Friday, why would I need an engineer when it's already set up?

Why does @VodafoneUK have the worst customer service. The second you call them they try and put you on a web chat. I don’t want to talk on a web chat, I want to talk on the phone because I can get my point across better!!!! 😡

@VodafoneUK tried to call to get an issue resolved and was hung up on, tried to go via your live chat only to have two different members of staff leave the conversation without resolving my issue. Very poor customer service.

So basically @VodafoneUK is forcing people to get new phones even if their current one works fine.... A big problem for me as newer phones are full of rampant anti-consumer practices, such as being glued shut and havingocked down software that's full of useless bloatware...

@WeAreOpenreach how do I get hold of someone at open reach. Broadband down for 4 days, @VodafoneUK are unhelpful saying it’s open reach fault and they been trying to locate a hoist for 2 days. Been given a long BT reference number for me to chase open reach. Strange!!!!

There’s been a mast down in my area for agesss. Signal is shocking. Can’t make any of my important calls. “Updates” from @VodafoneUK still stating there’ll be a “slight delay” in fixing. This is v frustrating. How long does it take?! I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving!

@VodafoneUK I called support last week about my poor broadband speeds. It's better than it was but 16mbps is below my "guaranteed minimum speed", right? You better make with the speed or make with the discount
