@VodafoneUK That the online chat support service is clearly outsourced is no surprise. What amuses me is that it appears to have been outsourced to an improv drama group who have afew stock phrases but no actual ability ot effect any change.

Hilarious from @VodafoneUK this morning. You should be getting 4g at home - I’m not - then you need one of our new sims - great - but in order to get the new sim you need to upgrade. Right so I’m spending £57 a month for a sub par service - disgusting!!
