    @VodafoneUK so then asked if we could cancel the contract. No we don’t do that in store. You’ll have to ring in again. Thing is you’re now going to get an extra month rental for a phone she no longer wants as I can’t get to her house again for a month. Farce

    @gcluley @VodafoneUK Contact your bank and get them to cancel the payment and refund the unauthorised transactions (if it is a Direct Debit you are protected under the DD Guarantee)...
