  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Condolences to you. They were awful when we cancelled mum's too, kept insisting they couldn't cancel without her approval but she didnt have capacity. When she died we found Severn Trent were the best overall, they didn't charge for her last few weeks, or while we were selling

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (£400), standing charges for utilities and £270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so £700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My sincere sympathies for your loss and the unnecessary problems. When my Mum passed, everyone, BT, Sky, OVO, were brilliant, compassionate and there to minimise the hassle. Luckily she wasn’t a Virgin customer. Shame on them.

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Terrible company. I closed a buisness accou t with them and it took 9 months of chasing to have the account classed as closed on my credit file!!

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK My wife and I left Vodafone about 10 years ago after they implemented a new billing system and took 2 matching direct debits out of our accounts. I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since

  Shocking service from @VodafoneUK - the #bereavement team spent so long transferring my deceased father's account that it triggered defaults and intimidating threats of legal action and cutting off the mobile, broadband and home line of a vulnerable, grieving 89 year old woman

Hi how can i help… Cx: Rarrrrw rarrrrw rarrrrw ******* fuming complaint( not my department, usually the department needed where came from)have to pass back to egypt AND there arsey try not to take it
