    @VodafoneUK I have been with vodafone for years but my recent experience of upgrading has been so poor. There's aknowledgement of technical issues and delay on vodafone behalf but refusal to give me a full refund for contract not used 🤷

    @sparklypips @UHSFT And @VodafoneUK could do without threatening to suspend my service due to increased charges... when have I ever not paid? Check the number and you'll see it's a hospital bedside phone.
