@VodafoneUK you have changed your app and online payment experience, its terrible. I have no idea if I have paid a bill, try phoning you get a bit, try chat you get Tobi. You force people to direct debit and now I cannot even edit my cards held on my account

@VodafoneUK it is now 7 weeks later and I am without Internet. This isn't a delay in install. You attended on the 1st April and removed my copper cable. This is a removal of service without any idea of when it will be resolved.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone attended on the first of April and disconnected my only possible access to the Internet. They then left and have left me with no service for 7 weeks....

@VodafoneUK Funny, they said it was because the phones were stolen! The phones could be cleaned on return, same as would have happened pre-pandemic. It was sent away on Tuesday and returned today. Good service in the end.

For the first time in a decade, I want a TV package in the UK. I have @VodafoneUK broadband but they don’t seem to offer TV, but I want to keep them as the service is great. What are my options to get TV? No need for movies, sport etc, just a range of standard channels.

Hi @VodafoneUK why have I got an email thanking me for moving a number over to your network when I didn't ask to move a number to your network? I'm now really worried that this is some kind of fraud?
