    @VodafoneUK disgusting customer service. Several phone contracts with them for years. A phone stops working after 9 months and they refuse to repair it. They say it’s impact damage from opening and closing a flipphone. You can’t use it without opening and closing it.

    @markaizatt @VodafoneUK It’s getting worse. I have seen 3G more frequently than any other network option all around London of late

    @VodafoneUK I’m seriously not impressed! My internet was meant to go live with you on the 25th. Anytime up to midnight. I’ve had no TV all day. And now it will no doubt go into the weekend. Absolutely wonderful! I went with you cos your were cheaper than my other provider. #Help

    @VodafoneUK How can you tell me my Fibre Broadband will be active August 23rd, not turn the service on until yesterday and leave us without broadband, still, today? Please sort it out?

    @VodafoneUK Its a master unlock code not the normal unlock code that is being reqested by the phone. Why 10 working days ? this is anti competitive, shouldn't the government be examining this poor situation ? #scams @KwasiKwarteng
