    @VodafoneUK My complaint is about the fact that I have been lied to constantly and everyone I speak to asks about the speed today. Yeah, today it's fine. For the past 2 years it's been spotty. That's not what's annoying me. But nobody seems even remotely interested in actually listening

    @O2 @VodafoneUK @giffgaff I’ve been without any connection due to a local tower for about 14 hours now. Your websites say no updates until 4/4. Is there a plan to fix the tower? Realistically when should I expect an update? How can I keep track of updates without any signal?
