    Having been with @VodafoneUK for quite a number of years, I've been turned down for a new handset with no explanation. My credit score is rated excellent with 1186 out of 1250. Vodafone just lost a long standing customer.

    @VodafoneUK ...not even 24h with you guys and I'm already thinking about changing to another provider in my cooling of Period. Mainly due to your client service, the IA is horrible, when you ask for a human, you need a code , that never arrived in my mobile.

    @VodafoneUK I was under advice from a Vodafone team Mate, they would not arrive for six months. can you take this and shrink it down as as much as as possible while keeping all of my key points intact?
