    @VodafoneUK Failed to activate a new SIM up to 5days later, ended up cancelling contract and now they have billed me. worst experience ever! Never again!

    @VodafoneUK : Locked out by "new" security authentication process. Voda decided (after 27 years using a password , 10 years of using an SMS to authenticate the account) to now use date of Birth as a new authentication process. Never gave them so defaults to Wrong DOB =locked a/c

    @VodafoneUK I’m really upset with you! I switched to you & was told no engineer is needed. My internet is not working and now I am told that an engineer needs to visit. That’s another day of no work for me & my family! I should’ve stayed with @SkyHelpTeam

    @VodafoneUK hi. Is there a problem with the Vodafone network today? It’s so slow connecting to apps. Keeps crashing and dropping 4G. 😩

    @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t buy anything from Vodafone, I left them last year & my direct debit is still active for them to take the final payment. Got a call from debt collectors today regarding a Vodafone bill! No letter or even an email from Vodafone, absolutely disgusting customer service.
