    @Ofcom how do I go about making a complaint about @VodafoneUK been charging me 6 months for a service they never activated now after 4 attempts and 4 hours later won’t do an e sim swap on a contract but still want to charge me for a service i can’t get

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same thing happened to me. Twice. Using their online complaint form triggered a very fast response after multiple phone calls achieved nothing.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia did similar when my first wife passed away. They owed around £300. Chased up several times and never got it back. Yet they got debt collectors on me for £25 outstanding bill lol
