@HJMovingFarAway @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK I have never had an issue with them. Even on calls always had UK based. Although, as we know these days there is little given to brand loyalty. I was expecting them to tell me to do one as I told them what I wanted rather than accepting what they wanted. Yep surprised.

@VodafoneUK seriously ! How do you get to talk to someone who is real and knows what they are doing . Regarding my tweet this morning , I have done your DM thing and spoke with a BOT who has no idea how to help . Seriously frustrated with your customer service 😡

@VodafoneUK .@VodafoneUK would love to get things sorted so much that they are refusing to provide the contact details of the person I need to speak to in order to cancel the contract & request a full refund. Incidentally, they are still failing to provide the internet we've paid for. @Ofcom

Wish I'd never upgraded @VodafoneUK broadband. Bloody useless! Paying £9 more for not only a worse service but can no longer play online games.

@grea1306 @VodafoneUK A few issues aside, I can't really fault their fibre broadband in terms of value and reliability. Although, their router has been a bit of a pain for me in splitting 5GHz and 2.5GHZ signals (which is needed these days for smart devices etc). Could never get it to work right.

@VodafoneUK Is there a way that you can stop such third parties selling offers on your services?? At the end of the day, they do give you a bad name, & customers such as myself suffer. @Top_CashBack is perhaps the worst organisation I have ever come across, its a nightmare dealing with them

@VodafoneUK what's the point of selling your offers via @Top_CashBack when they clearly don't care? No transparency, no set time frames apart from words such as "as soon as possible", no regulatory body and no solid complaint procedures either.

@VodafoneUK I get your viewpoint, but perhaps you should not allow such third parties like @Top_CashBack to advertise offers as they are bad for yourselves as an organisation too, simply because they don't care and I strongly believe that they do give you a bad name too.
