@VodafoneUK Your adviser clearly lied to place my order. I have lost £200 worth of headphones due to negligence of your adviser, now I am wasting 20 days because of another adviser, I keep getting lied to, and the network service isn't good as it used to be. This is not good enough.

@karmerkarmz @VodafoneUK I wrote to my MP and the CEO of Vodafone phone I have a friend that works for the bbc, I took my complaint as far as I could! In the end they ended my contact and refunded my money, but such a palaver Terrible company only care about money!

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace! 6 days broadband issues , ticket cant be raised because of message you can’t remove saying it’s a local problem and people on four consecutive days have told me they are raising a manual ticket which the engineers say they have never received.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone Turkey's internet home Engin Aksoy, ( @EnginA72 ) chaired been a customer. Vodafone does not deal with customers and operations in Turkey. They offer the worst service.
