@VodafoneUK I've been with you for a week and I still don't have a working phone (I'm paying for it though) and spent 45 minutes on live chat earlier to be told to phone the number I phoned earlier and nobody could help! It's a sim swap, it's ridiculous!

  • rolandbullivant Roland Bullivant (@rolandbullivant) reported

@cthreeo3 @VodafoneUK @EE Yes, providers keep saying that but nothing happens. It doesn’t matter whether you have an old feature phone or the latest iPhone, if there is no 2g, 3G, or 4g signal you cannot use it. They tell you to use WiFi calling, but not everyone has or wants, or can afford the internet

@VodafoneUK I am getting bill without Vodafone phone or service. This is illegal, immoral and unethical. Sort it out asap! Beware of Vodafone!

  • necronag Lord Nag (@necronag) reported

Cheers @VodafoneUK. 20th January you were supposed to activate my broadband. Still waiting. And because it takes too long to cancel and go with someone else I'm stuck with you! Oh, and isolating with Covid and can't work from home.

@VodafoneUK As you can see from the screenshots this has been going on since September. Empty promises bad service and a lack of care for your consumer.

  • PepperFairbond Peter Fairbank (@PepperFairbond) reported

@VodafoneUK Having an unclear conversation with online agent. Our broadband is down in SP3 area - told this is an outage. How long until fixed? Been told, vaguely, “a few days”. Can you shed light on what’s going on?

  • manlikeman manlikeman (@manlikeman) reported

@VodafoneUK Your tech team seem unable to fix the problem and asked my girlfriend to unscrew the socket from the wall and check wires. Is this some sort of joke

  • manlikeman manlikeman (@manlikeman) reported

@VodafoneUK the last 6 months have been a nightmare. We have had no internet one engineer and a dongle. You cut us off do not fix the issue. You have cost me money, nearly my job and most importantly my time. #Vodafone #badservice

  • liz_how79 Liz Howard (@liz_how79) reported

Such terrible service @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK as a new customer, was informed by them that I did not need a technician to come to connect the Internet. The technician then arrives when I am at work so they had to leave as could not leave! Now to wait 4 weeks for connection!

  • articeddie Eddie (@articeddie) reported

@VodafoneUK still no service in #Tiptree following Sunday night powercut, how much longer ?
