@VodafoneUK I have been getting someone else's bills sent to my phone number. I have called you multiple times to help me with the issue. I've recently become a paying customer so now the two bills are overlapping on my sms. This needs to be sorted and no one is helping me.

So far, in the past 2 weeks if been f***ed about by @Protyre (charged me for fitting motorcycle tyres when they can't) @VodafoneUK (didn't bother to cancel my contract) @Halfords_uk (who couldn't do the alignment on a spirit level never mind a car) I think I know why 1/2

@VodafoneUK worse phone company ever!!! been trying to sort the same issue out for the past 3 months, had my sim turned off twice. leaving a 19 year old girl with no way to contact anyone unless connected to wifi. ridiculous!!!

@VodafoneUK Has to be worst phone service provider in UK. They want me to pay in advance for a number cancelled 25/2/2023, then wait another month for a refund. Be warned, biggest ripoff ever, I have proof saying phone was cancelled. @MartinSLewis ReTweet please. 🙏
