@VodafoneUK Vodafone, your customer service is non existent. You keep sending me demands for money 3 months after I closed and cleared the account. You won't let me access the bills. You won't answer the phone as my number was ported to my new provider. Next stop OFCOM.

Worst phone "upgrade" ever from @VodafoneUk. Recieved a new iphone with no charger, so I cannot even switch it on! I gather this is the new @Apple policy, but why didn't the person that sold me the phone give me the option to purchase it along with the upgrade?
