National outage of @VodafoneUK (which has the contract to video record such hearings) almost kiboshes s28 pre-recorded cross-examination hearing this morning. Luckily, the problem's been fixed and they've been able to continue the hearing.

@bahallathegreat @VodafoneUK Greater London too, but yup, feels hopeless with these guys. FYI, 6th engineer didn't show up...so thats 3/6 engineers not showing up to fix our issues thats been lingering for 5 months.

Have gone from delighted with customer service from an agent at @VodafoneUK to furious with their online support pages which SUUUUCK!! All I want to do is speak to an agent to help me activate my Onenumber plan on my new watch but they WILL NOT LET ME TALK TO ANYONE!

Wow. What has happened to #vodafoneuk customer service. Was once a thing to be proud of? Leave them for a few months and they go on a recruitment spree in the customer service reject bin. Simple questions left unanswered. I would have recommended them on that alone at one point

@VodafoneUK can't get into my account at all. Had this problem before. Need this fixed please have several phones and contract is nearly up. Can't reset username as no pin or memorable word. Username not recognised

@VodafoneUK Oh come on!..... Only had the 500mbs speed for a couple of weeks and it's down already.... Working at home is impossible like this. So much for reliability
