@VodafoneUK never have I known such bad customer service! I just need to know what is going on with my broadband contract. I've called 5 times at least & been told different things. Would be nice to speak to someone who knows what they're doing!

In need of some help! I have BT Broadband which is coming to an end in 2 days. I switched to @VodafoneUK but they've cocked up & my order was cancelled due to a 'technical error', therefore in 2 days time, I'm going to have no internet! Any ideas on a temporary solution!?

@jellymalin @VodafoneUK Best thing is call them until you reach the right person at @VodafoneUK that actually takes ownership of your issue. They are normally very good in my 25 years experience with them. Even if I did have to go direct to HQ in Newbury one time and literally stand on a soap box :)

@VodafoneUK @damianhirszel Hi Damian, this is pretty widespread. Vodafone needs to pull its finger out and fix this. Been getting ‘unknown’ caller all day. Couple of buddies reporting the same issue. Unacceptable it’s taking so long to fix it in my opinion

Look, I don't like calling out companies. But my dad passed away in early 2022 - our phones were under the same contract, so I contacted @VodafoneUK to have his line closed. I sent the death certificate etc as they requested. Never heard back, presumed they'd done it.

@VodafoneUK signal where i live has been shocking for weeks. Apparantly you are working on a mast nearby. Hit and miss whether i can ring out, calls constantly interrupted, wifi calling intermittantly works. Will we be getting a rebate

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Our orders were canceled by open reach and you guys have no clue about it until I asked them to read the note from open reach. It sounds like Vodafone has my old number in their record and open reach has mentioned that and said that customers cancel the order
