    @VodafoneUK contract ends today, got offered a poor deal. Do you not want to keep customers? Been with you about 20yrs. Tried the chat bot box and got cut off. Not the service it used to be.

    @EcoFrench @SamsungMobile @VodafoneUK I would never switch to Samsung. Many years ago I had a Samsung Galaxy 4 and it was nothing but trouble. Always crashing. Replaced twice before I gave up on it.

    @VodafoneUK No, the damage has been done, and completely ignored for far too long, i've lost all faith in vodafone and will make it a public issue, as i take my business elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK Wow on a chat for two hours now with no resolution! This is following a trip to store and a call…. @Ofcom @VodafoneUK are really doing the worst job for customer service I have ever experienced!

    @VodafoneUK I’d like a mobile network with people to resolve complaints and fix issues, it would also be nice after over 20 years of loyalty to @VodafoneUK if you cared enough to keep customers

    @VodafoneUK I got a code for a deal. I called got told online only, I went online got told app only. After about 40 minutes on the web chat I eventually got someone who seems to know what they are doing. It shouldn't be so hard for a customer of 20+yrs to stay with you.

    @VodafoneUK after multiple calls and discussions with agents and bot you still continue to charge me for a service I do not use. This is a joke and at a time where cost of living is increasing for everyone.
