@VodafoneUK Nah, I'm good. I've been through the "process" twice with Vodafone support, and they both ended up with Vodafone saying "outages are common for all ISPs" (they're not) and they're "acceptable" (again, they're not). I'll just wait for my contract to expire and leave. Finally.

@VodafoneUK Thanks Beth, but that turns out to be a hassle when, this week, they’ve used about 6 different O7774 numbers. They really need tracking down and prosecuting. Shouldn’t be impossible when they’re after people’s money.
