@VodafoneUK I ended my contract within 14 days period of signing it. Even though it got canceled but standing instructions from my bank account hasn’t been removed. Made a complaint on call centre still issue not resolved

@VodafoneUK After one hour with your useless chat bot, I've given up. It sucks the life out of you. I can't login to 'my Vodafone'. Nothing has worked. Multiple requests for a security code. I've received none. This ain't the future of on-line security. Hopeless. I just gave up

@VodafoneUK It's been 36 hours so far and you've failed to even send me an email with a new esim let alone move the network to my new phone. Whilst you don't allow esim cloud transfer the 'ease' of esim is a myth.

@SkyNews I use @VodafoneUK for my work phone and @ThreeUK for my personal phone. It’s a toss up between them as to which one has the worst 4G & 5G signal. Hopefully a combined network would plug some of those cavernous gaps in their respective networks.

@VodafoneUK It really doesn’t make any difference, check out your IVR options, cuts off and sends you a link to live chat to someone who clearly has no idea what you want, despite clearly stating several times, 1 hour 45 mins and 💥 not the first time, probs double digits on problems now!

@VodafoneUK Your postcode finder is out of date by 14 years on Vodafone store.Your postcode checker on credit file complaints form brings up different addresses. No wonder people fail credit checks.Could not get a £20 phone deal yet just renewed my mortgage.
