    Are @WeAreOpenreach EVER going to reply to my complaint about their engineer not turning up to do the work to install my Fibre with @VodafoneUK ? Currently trying to run a business on 4G. Disgraceful.

    @benjamincohen @VodafoneUK I had this. Someone had stolen my identity. First move is to get a credit report from Experian that will list all credit in your name (do you can cancel anything else) then refute the charges one at a time. Afraid this was a bit of a slog. All the best

    @VodafoneUK Ok but did you just read my message? 191 says that there’s a high volume of calls and won’t take my call. I’m now stuck and can’t cancel it. Is there another number I can call? @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK very disappointing customer service, broadband installed 7 days ago and still no internet, can’t get through on phone and chat service dropping conversations. Needed store assistance to cancel 2 year deal!! #NoLogic

    Here we go again with @VodafoneUK . Utterly poor service and customer services unavailable on the phone - let down with broadband once more . Had fibre fitted yesterday and still no connection.
