    Never use @VodafoneUK for business broadband, their entire service is a disgrace. We have never received the promised speeds, we had to fight for the promo promised on signup, their live chat is agonising and the “we tried calling” texts are a complete lie. @VodafoneBiz

    @VodafoneUK is the worst provider ever! Customer service is also shocking. 4 times my internet has gone off in a month. Working from home & trying to remote in to my partners grandads funeral and zero broadband. I work in payroll and it is month end/year end and no internet 😡😭

    @VodafoneUK - Now been 21 days and you still haven't fixed the problem with your mast meaning I still have no network signal in central Edinburgh (22 Greenhill Gardens, Edinburgh, EH10 4BW).

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone are a total joke. The worst customer service I have ever experienced by a long way! They have been incorrectly billing me for the past 7mths. I call up each mth, spend an hr explaining the issue. They say they will fix it but never do!

    @VodafoneUK so looking for a new phone online I get a prompt to say ‘as a loyal valued customer’ have a look at the upgrades and save money.. I do and it will cost me £20 a month more!!! ... Now that’s a deal!!!

    @VodafoneUK Just did that. No one has come back. Im onto CISAS now. Almost 2 months with no help
