  @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬

  Seems bizarre that despite being on the phone for over an hour @VodafoneUK has told me that I’m unable to raise a complaint by phone, despite their policy say I can. Hmm a phone company that you can’t complain by phone ? ?
