After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We found the credit agencies most help in how to speak to the culprits. E had issues with O2 and they were less useful than 20 mins on with Experian etc

  Finished another daily routine- 30 minutes with @VodafoneUK Broadband support. They’re still asking for the same information I’ve already provided, and the issue remains unresolved 22 days after my broadband plan was upgraded and a new router was supplied. #FLT13589883

  @VodafoneUK We are getting nowhere with this at the moment my mum has tried FIVE times to top up her phone yesterday and five outstanding payments to vista Vodafone are outstanding and approved by her bank for you to take.We are getting nowhere when we phone up can you help

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A shame to see they haven't upped their game. When our dad died, nearly 20 years ago, my sister ended up explaining to a number of call handlers that the account owner would not be able to cancel his own account unless they had a seance...

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

  Given up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
