    @VodafoneUK the most appallingly bad service and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. A simple house move has turned in to a debacle of epic proportions! Had I not recently signed a new 2yr contract I’d be off...

    @VodafoneUK I have experienced virtually all of my calls failing for last couple of weeks. Your customer service was zero help! Said by 5pm yesterday it will be ok. It isn’t! Supposed to be 5g?! 2 bars that can’t handle a call!

    @VodafoneUK India vodafone pathetic. Had call drops, signal issue. Lst 2 decades using only vodafone, no complaint. Now 1st time complained with huge call drops, signal issue. Pathetic they want direct msgs so public should not see. But response is always we have escalated and

    @NelsonBawheid @VodafoneUK Doh. That’s annoying. It will usually be on wifi but it’s always good to know that you have a decent data connection if wifi goes down. You don’t have that with ee😩
