@VodafoneUK No, you can’t! I’ve tried 3 times now and each time has taken me 2-3 hours and I’m no nearer getting anywhere. I’m going to report Vodafone to OffCom as it’s staggering how bad the service is. I’m not ringing up again and waiting another 3 hours to be told they help again!

@VodafoneUK told i would be called to sort out fiber to my property .. 3 online chats and twice ive sat on the fone call with no answer ... funny im chasing you wonder if ur chase me when i cancel the order and take my money to sky instead !!!4 days uve messed my internet about!

First World problems but pre-ordered the new @Samsung phone with @VodafoneUK and due to collect today and they've emailed saying out of stock with no date of when actually available. Why let you preorder if you're not going to have it.
