    Really upset & disappointed by the appalling ‘customer service ‘ from @VodafoneUK ! Literally in tears ! Sort yourselves out & my advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID ! Trying for weeks to get a trade in issue resolved different tales every time ,hours on hold , call cut off! Terrible !

    @VodafoneUK The DM thing isn't working properly, it's taking half an hour to get a reply, I'll be on for days just trying to explain the issue. My internet isn't working, there's a flashing white internet light on the route, please help. Can you send a new route or something nothing works

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I’ve just received my new Gigacube but the age restriction content is activated. Despite not being activated on my mobile phone! I don’t have a credit card so can’t do it in MyVodafone. Can you please help? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Katie after 7 hours on chat and using the relay system for the deaf finally managed to get some sense out of Vodafone. Really shocking service but have still decided to stay with you.

    @SamsungUK wife's S9 not able to answer called when someone calls but they can hear her. Any idea of a fix? We have reset the phone but it worked for one call then back to not working @VodafoneUK
