    I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken

    @VodafoneUK why does everyone in your customer care team want an argument...Worse service l have ever had..over 15 minutes each time l call to get no where.. Useless embarrassing company..

    @VodafoneUK The most over priced mobile phone service. #vodafone Justify your charges over other service providers….ill wait. Oh & your app is not working for me to pay my bill, but feel free to charge me “late fees”….handy coincidence. 🖕🏻😡

    @VodafoneUK I need to pay my bill but I am abroad and can’t access my uk number to receive an OTP to log in . I only have a data plan so can’t call. Tried ToBi - useless! Slow and inaccurate. Please advise on way forward

    @VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.
