    @VodafoneUK Once again another day trying to deal with Vodafone customer service. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Absolute DO NOT under any circumstances buy a phone from Vodafone. They will screw you over.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone - you just lost a customer because you couldn’t correct a mistake of your own making. This last 90 minutes with your online “help” has been my last. Truly the worst customer service I have experienced.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, is there anyway I can cancel a contract due to unforeseen circumstances? The phone is eligible for upgrade but I can’t find a way to stop billing it

    @xStormxBringeRx @VodafoneUK 😬I hope you don't end up regretting that. My experience with vodafone has been nothing but awful. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. I guess it's never too late to cancel!

    @VodafoneUK After spending several hours in the DMs... their solution?? 'We'll get you another code!' Even though that's been tried previously. It's not going to magically work again. Here's my advice: Don't move your complains to DMs, they just want to move you out of the public eye

    @VodafoneUK Ok, it’s just the end date was 08.07, and it’s making the charge for that. but it’s still making a charge for august which I am looking to cancel

    @VodafoneUK This still has not been reversed. How is this possible? It has been three full working days. I am very unhappy, I have never faced this issue with any other vendor.
