    @DeviousPL @VodafoneUK @Pret The problem is that the fish stinks from its head. Pret does NOT care about staff nor customers! And even TWO customers having died with Pret not acting till it became public should ring massive alarm bells. But most ppl just care about themsekves.

    @VodafoneUK tried that last night nothing worked. the router isnt the issue its just the internet light. its fixed itself when we've gotten up in the morning but last time it went off again another 2 times for a couple of days

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer care from about 5 different departments, spent nearly 3 hours speaking to you, chasing a Xmas present that was ordered on the 27th November. To be told, because its lost you might not get another on sent out to be with you in time for Xmas.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz Dear Vodafone, who my mobile router was stolen in May, you replaced it but with no SIM. Eventually after emails and a call I just stopped paying the £12 a month. Now you send me a letter from a debt collection agency!! No phone call , no SIM, no service

    Hi @VodafoneUK, My mobile phone upgrade has been a disaster. I have chased up multiple times via customer service and my case has not been resolved. This has been a very frustrating experience for me.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Jason, yes understand that. But I am sure as a customer of service provider you would feel that if you were trapped by an action required to correct the providers mistake that a bit of sense and fairness should be brought to bear.

    @VodafoneUK trying to contact you for 1 hour now and your crap service keeps cutting me off, telling me to chat to Tobi online even though online it tells me to phone you on 191. Please fix your **** system. This issue has been going on for 2 weeks. Resetting myvodafone account

    @DandG_UK whilst I was waiting I called @VodafoneUK and got through to them in 2 mins and resolved my issue. They are prob bigger than D&G and managed to answer the phone. Why cant you?
