    @VodafoneUK you overcharged me in Nov. I paid full price for my phone bill when it should be discounted. When I spoke to customer service you told me that I will be reimbursed the following month which did not happen. You just keep spreading lies to clients!!

    @VodafoneUK truly shocking “customer service”. Mis-sold and mis-led by your contracts team. Ombudsman next! Oh and not a great advertisement that a phone company is unable to keep lines connected to their complaints department!

    @livburford_96 @VodafoneUK Sadly that sounds about right - once we finally get to the ombudsman (with our issue) we’ll be cutting all ties with Vodafone for good, they used to be great and staff in the stores are still helpful, but the phone/online customer service is absolutely abysmal.
