2. @VodafoneUK Your team have the guts to ask me to take take out a broadband contract so i can use wifi calling to prop up your network. An unnecessary expense. Please fix up provide the service or terminate the contract.

I got a @VodafoneUK Mi-Fi in 2020. It never worked for a single day so I returned it and used my 14-day cooling off period to close the account. Although they've not charged me since, I found out today that they've kept my account open and are making it hard to close it

Don’t get @VodafoneUK. Went in store to order phone, find they had ordered the wrong one, asked to cancel, still waiting and can’t order the one I want until it’s completed. I wanted it specifically for camera use for once a life event…. Been told I can’t order until too late!

@VodafoneUK sadly my broadband connection is just as rubbish. The router software upgrade made no difference, I am sure it is a copper wire connection to my house that has the problem. How do I get someone at Vodaphone to check this?
