    @VodafoneUK please help me. I should have had my new broadband working yesterday but nothing and still nothing. I have tried the online but it keeps cutting out. If its easier, please cancel my agreement and I will try elsewhere. I do need WiFi

    @VodafoneUK The worst broadband we've ever used. Nowhere near the guaranteed minimum speed either absolutely awful.

    @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.

    Trying to return a trade in phone to @VodafoneUK from North of Ireland, sent me a DPD envelope that can’t be used here, spent 3+hours on phone over last week trying to sort and still can’t get an answer, horrific service, cannot get talking to anyone with any idea at all.

    @VodafoneUK why are my customers receiving a voice message that I deleted last year telling people I’m on holiday until 8th September? I have had support remove voice message service and re add it, I’ve deleted all messages, including the option to record my own message.

    @VodafoneUK need to return a phone Apple that had a replacement battery that is not working. I want to phone the store unable to I cannot get back until after my holiday in two weeks time what do I do?
