    @dbcxptures @VodafoneUK is terrible… They replaced 3G with poor 4g. No improvement whatsoever.. Especially in South Cheshire..

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been in London for 24 hours at the @wembleystadium area and my signal has been appalling. 5G is constantly available but my phone has been useless. Currently on @greeneking wifi to actually make my phone useful!

    @VodafoneUK need to return a phone Apple that had a replacement battery that is not working. I want to phone the store unable to I cannot get back until after my holiday in two weeks time what do I do?

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had so much trouble with virgin when my mother died. I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! I’d even emailed.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.

    @VodafoneUK how can someone in one of your stores change my account from personal to sole trader is beyond me. Now saying I can’t upgrade until this is changed but no one willing to sort it out. Such poor service received in store today and through chat line
