@gingoreilly @VodafoneUK This is absolutely spectacular. I was with them for a while for broadband. The router was so poor with respect for coverage, their customer service solution was "We can solve that. Here's £50, buy a different one."

@VodafoneUK I have just spent 3 hours on your chat. First, trying to solve an issue where due to a technical issue our cancelled broadband service was still active and still charging. Then I am told I cannot cancel my mobile contract because I am abroad. This cannot be true?!

@vladdie777 @MikeRuddick @VodafoneUK I'm not impressed with Vodafone, I'm using a dongle and Twitter also Aldo's sites are not loading properly. As the contract is over it's time for me to change networks. Yes, a VPN work's or if I teither things to my phone (which is not Vodafone) and UK support is non existent.
