@VodafoneUK Hi Liam, my final bill was £0, Vodafone failed to provide the service I was paying for so released me early with £0 termination on 24th Feb but then continued to charge me the full amount for 3 more months!!! #Thieves it's now all sorted and £64 refunded, Take Care

@VodafoneUK 3rd attempt, cut me off after 1hour 30 minutes - "team not available". This is my termination date. Direct debit cancelled. Customer support is 1/10.

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely fed up with the customer support, 7 calls to you. 2 return calls never made by you, 0 support with Issue despite promises made with WiFi guarantee. Strongly urge anyone signing up, don't be fooled by false promise support is none existent poor service

@VodafoneUK We have had no 4G signal at home for 2 weeks. Initially we were told there was no known problem. Which there obviously was. Your company has now acknowledged there’s a problem but states may take a further 6 days to rectify! Not acceptable and poor customer service
