    @VodafoneUK Erm, guys, was having issues with my mobile trying to set up voicemail and it saying "chargeable call" when I did Vodafone toolkit - my vodafone - setup or check messages. Your guys on chat telling me to phone 1571 & not 121???? Joint BT & Vodafone call centre?

    @VodafoneUK Disconnected from the internet because of a failure on their part. Seem less transition from phone line to fibre. Disgusting especially considering we ordered the new service 3 months ago! #fail @Ofcom could be down a week! #disgusting

    @VodafoneUK so unhappy with this service now, no mobile Internet working for a while, robotic noises, no signal, only works mostly on WiFi, its more annoying that no1 helps when you contact you customer service.

    @gnomeicide @VodafoneUK My mobile contract is £6.50 month, never use all minutes, texts or data. Buy my own phone though

    @VodafoneUK your customer service and personnel via phone support is horrendous. Wasted over 40 mins of my time and still can’t get me through to the right people.
