What's going on @VodafoneUK? Multiple people complaining all over the country that data isn't working. Advisers keep saying it's a local mast issue. Funny how I've been in 2 different locations today 60 miles apart and it's been the same.

Initially they implied you must have been unlucky that the mast just happens to be down in Hampstead and Milton Keynes, the two places I was today. But, then it was down in Cambridge, Lancashire, Cornwall, Derbyshire, every postcode I gave them. Smell porkies. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK your website is very badly broken when it comes to applying for a new contract u fill everything out correctly to get to the credit check it says you need to go back and out correct details in They are correct it just doesn’t let you fix it or pass that bit pleaseHelp

Still kicking up more fuss and compensation is now £55 which is getting close to the original amount promised that they refused to pay, guess I best take it but have told them I leave them as soon as I can, they cannot treat customers like this! @VodafoneUK

Does anyone else find @CityFibre @VodafoneUK absolutely brutal, with constant drop out of signal? Then when you finally get to speak to a human they tell you that they don’t guarantee the service but “if you upgrade” they will? So for the money I pay I shouldn’t expect broadband?

@VodafoneUK 47 min call 2 make complaint, asked to escalate & got passed back 2 technical. Same has happened again: 25 min call, asked 2 escalate complaint & they’ve put me back 2 technical. All I want 2 do is speak 2 somebody about cancellation/get exit fee removed as 0.5 upload
