    @VodafoneUK I HAVE HAD A MOBILE BROADBAND THATS NOT WORKED IN MONTHS AND WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL IT I WAS TOLD THE ACCOUNT DIDNT EXIST AND NOW I HAVE A BILL FOR £400 THAT HAS BEEN PASSED OVER TO A DEBT COLLECTOR I NEED THIS ACCOUNT CANCELLED IS THAT CLEAR ENOUGH FOR YOU TOBI

    @VodafoneUK you are really a disgrace, answer your phones or fix your app so I can speak with you. Trying to sort my phone bills out now for over a year. I spent 3 hrs in your shop @vodafonetrafford still no joy. I’ve been on hold this morning for 1hr 10mins & still counting

    @VodafoneUK Biggest load of crap this company is. The fine from ofcom you got 6 years ago seems to have not prompted you to improve. 2 weeks ago..YOUR error and negligence caused me to have a negative credit reference...which eventually got sorted out after much time and hassle.

    @VodafoneUK want to upgrade 2 phone plans, tried via the app, online with TOBi and by phone. All 3 ‘no one available’ I have 4 plans with you, customer for over 20 years! Shall I take my custom elsewhere?

    @VodafoneUK I’m still holding now for the 2nd time. I’m not getting any help with a fraudulent account on my file. I was cut off the first time. I will carry on with these tweets until I get help!! 😡😢
