If not it’s wrong to slam the bereavement sector if they had no control over matters they wasn’t directly involved with? Please share the info Nick would love to see

@VodafoneUK Made a complaint and it has made no difference. Complaints team is equally incompetent, despite multiple calls I am getting nowhere and kept being lied to about resolution. Don’t you have nodal officer?

@VodafoneUK You have worst service ever. Even after raising a formal complaint I am getting no where. You case handler is non responsive and every single assurance given to me is false.

I’m still trying to cancel my account and now even the Vodafone shop in Marlborough are filing an official complaint against Vodafone for the way they’ve treated me.. there are some good people who work for them but unfortunately even they get treated just as badly
