    Vodafone UK @VodafoneUK Ive just spent another hour of my time trying to sort the same issue out! I have been offered a deal and Vodafone now wont honour it. AVOID VODAHONE AT ALL COSTS! They do not honour or care about contracts!

    @VodafoneUK we have tried to get through to you 3 times on the phone, been in hold for and an hour every time and each time your agents cut us off! Disgraceful service! The wrong plan was set up by 1 of your useless agents so we need this sorting out ASAP terrible service

    @VodafoneUK been trying to cancel my broadband for the best part of 45 minutes now and still going. Take a leaf out of Amazon's book and make cancellation easier. You're like a clingy partner during a breakup!

    @VodafoneIreland @VodafoneUK completely unacceptable, I have my broadband box set up on Saturday but the costumer service doesn't work on weekends, now I have to wait until Monday to have Internet. Ridiculous and terrible job. Can someone look on this please #customerexperience

    cannot believe how incompetent @VodafoneUK is, had a number which they disconnected for no reason, now it's been 3 days of false promised of reconnecting and I've lost a 15 year old phone number, completely damn useless
