    @VodafoneUK I’m so fed up of your rubbish broadband. Can’t get it in 2 rooms upstairs . Keeps dropping off and lights are red . Have needed to reset it every single day for weeks . Worst thing I ever did was move broadband to you and I’m a loyal customer with 3 contracts!

    @VodafoneUK thank you Menna @ home broadband. Your level of customer service was 1st class this evening. You didn't fix the fault but are working on it. I couldn't have asked for more. Free data and money off my bill. Your a credit to Vodafone #amazing #CustomerService

    @VodafoneUK thoroughly disappointed with new samsung phone that was delivered this afternoon. Screen has line down side which looks like air bubble, phone keeps dropping Internet connection so I can't use online chat. Please advise how I can get a replacement phone. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK @RevereSport You won’t get anywhere with any customer service agents, they will only make matters worse they have my issue and accounts so messed up and nobody can fix it without making it worse. I don’t know what account. They owe me money
