    Praise where it's due, a @VodafoneUK employee did a fantastic job today. I have moaned about Voda in the past (disingenuous claims re EU roaming) but the service I received today was second to none. Huge credit to Hira up in Hull, a real credit to the company.

    @VodafoneUK is there an issue with the broadband Internet at the moment? Mine keeps dropping out every 5 minutes

    Had poor Fibre this weekend with @VodafoneUK and their helpers couldn't help. I called their WiFi experts who told me my Internet disconnected Saturday and the 4G dongle on the router cut in to work. Seems @OpenreachHelp need to attend a "water affected" cable somewhere!

    @VodafoneUK took me six hours to contact your home moving team, two calls to your complaints team and twice you hang up on me after 60 minutes! I am still queueing!!!! I raised a complaint to OFCOM, you should not be allowed to sell Broadband!

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK are the most disgraceful phone provider ever. 4 hours 9 representatives and still not sorted despite them sending me a faulty phone on my upgrade. Awful experience
