    @goodspiritunltd @VodafoneUK If you call customer support and get through to Egypt it will work 💪 for them. They will sort it out. You just have to wait 48 hours for the transaction to reach UK. When this fails you will be told that your phone needs a deep clean 👌 which takes 72 hours. My story. HONESTLY

    Upgrading means a new handset- why would I want to change my contract 🤔 it’s not the contract that people have problems with its handsets @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Provided a ‘FREE UNLIMITED’ dongle as it took over 3 months to set up my broadband and you in the end told me to go with another provider as you couldn’t set it up. Not sure why there was an issue as @TalkTalk set it up in 4 days
