    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Imagine destroying someone’s credit over a contract you cancelled yourself. That’s not customer service, that’s a side quest.

    Never give @VodafoneUK your business. I moved to Lebara who offer better value on the same network. Not my beef. My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡

    Finished another daily routine- 30 minutes with @VodafoneUK Broadband support. They’re still asking for the same information I’ve already provided, and the issue remains unresolved 22 days after my broadband plan was upgraded and a new router was supplied. #FLT13589883

    Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I know it doesn’t help your cause but they did something very similar to me and I’ve never gone back. Woeful on every level, no accountability and I spent so long on the phone calling in to cancel a contract I’d never started - time I’ll never get back. Good luck. Awful company.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Did the same to me, lodge an official complaint with Vodafone. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.
