@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK That’s the problem & I was supposed to be contacted by complaints & a manager after my last call 4hrs ago. I have been fed lies repeatedly & you constantly blame openreach when it is your staff who have made constant errors and blame the staff before. 2006 I joined you!
