    @VodafoneUK @UnaCottrell There must be an issue. I am in Cheshire and the wife has been down for over an entire day. I have run all the regular diagnostics I can do from my end with no results and the hub has both solid green lights , it’s connected to all devices fine through WiFi but no internet.

    @VodafoneUK disappointing service by uour sales team..Wanted to move my number across from a different network and the sales team screwed up. Not only I lost my number I paid 10£ for waiting on the customer service line to sort your mess out.Issue still unresolved!! Unbelievable

    Do you ever answer the phone (191) @VodafoneUK ? You e sent a text saying that my @SpotifyUK will end in 10 days unless I pay an extra £9.99 a month! I’m under contract with entertainment till 13/01/22 so makes no sense! Appalling customer service!

    @VodafoneUK are a total joke. Trying to get through the automated system to query a bill and it sends you straight to the payment system. Like sorry you won’t help me till I pay you money I don’t owe?

    @VodafoneUK I imagine it's made your hold-time stats look very good, but are you tracking how many people have their calls ended by the bot before they've even spoken to someone? My guess is those stats look terrible. This is a classic case of optimising for the wrong thing.

    1/ So I had my phone stolen today while I was walking to see a friend. If you need to get me best to email or DM on here. Had very poor experience with @VodafoneUK whose staff were not sympathetic and just used it as an opportunity to make more money.
