@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup the customer service from Vodafone is absolutely diabolical, I’ve never experienced anything like this. You can’t speak to Managers; they don’t speak to customers. They can mark the call as a complaint but there is no time limit on someone calling you?!

@VodafoneUK So, have Vodafone been hacked? Or is the interface between your customer service systems, your fault reference systems, and/or your customer SMS alert systems horribly broken?

@VodafoneUK All this does it put me back in touch with the live chat. I’ve been on the phone now for 1 hour 20 minutes being passed around. I’ve spent nearly 20 hours in the past week trying to sort out an issue with you for our business account.

I put the request in on Friday with @VodafoneUK and was told 24 hours. My boyfriend did the same thing and his was switched within 20 minutes. So we head into a store to be told there's a wider issue, it'll be fixed in 24 hours. Sunday rolls around, I still can't use my phone 2/?
