    @VodafoneUK how on earth do you get to speak to a human? “TOBI” is crap, your call system after pressing 1, 2, etc etc cuts you off. Absolutely **** frustrating customer service.

    .@SMARTYMobileUK is a waste of space. Their live chat asks you a load of trash and to cancel a sim is a pain in the arse. Why can’t a mobile company see the account you’ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, let’s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!

    @VodafoneUK Tried to top up daughters phone as she is out and the website won't let me and so called customer services can't find or are unwilling to help.

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK I do not know what your game is, but my PAYG phone has not been receiving any incoming calls for a little while now. What if someone was trying to get hold of me and it's emergency? Get it sorted please!
