@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

FOUR MONTHS & counting for @VodafoneUK to replace faulty iPhone12 & send packaging for trade in. 4 months & total 8 hours on hold, 16 phonecalls, still being billed too much. shame on you. Loyal customer for 24 + years. Appalling customer service. Taking my business elsewhere

@VodafoneUK disgusted with your service. Been trying to upgrade my broadband for two weeks with you. Countless phone calls and you tell me that you don’t actually supply broadband to my address anymore. Yet you have been happy to take my money for years. Shocking customer care.
