    Terrible customer service @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Really sad there’s no interest in supporting bereaved customers and impossible to speak to anyone. @financialombuds there must be some accountability when it’s Vodafone error and there’s no way of getting it dealt with. Sad.

    Hey @VodafoneUK : if you don't have enough support staff to handle busy periods, just implement a callback feature. Don't make customers sit on hold for 26 minutes (...and counting).

    Unusual customer service policy from @VodafoneUK Just had a letter saying that I've requested to be disconnected from them (I haven't) and they're making it REALLY hard to get that process stopped. It's almost like they don't actually want customers?
