@VodafoneUK me and another customer walking out your shop after 20min wait. Rang 191 to be directed to online chat for that to be busy and no agents. Absolutely useless.

Another Monday, and another issue with a corporation ripping me off. This time it’s @VodafoneUK and their Amazon Tech pack offer! Been with Voda for nearly 20 yrs, and this is the first time they’ve let me down. 🤬

@VodafoneUK app keeps saying there are technical difficulties try later. Been trying later for two weeks! Is there a known problem? Anything I can do to fix? I’ve tried updating app. Want to look at upgrade options.

I'm a new @VodafoneUK home broadband customer with an activation date of 22/09, but have not had a working internet connection at all since then, and even now I've been told that this will continue till at least Wed 28/9. Not an acceptable service at all!

@frankbrunoboxer @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK 3. Awful. Overloaded network, terrible coverage, people incapable of going beyond a script on the phone. I'm with Vodafone and find their coverage to be reasonable. And the speeds not too bad either. The price is a little high, but you can always join their sister company Voxi.
