Anyone else still waiting on their device from @VodafoneUK ? Been waiting almost 3 weeks for my phone and I keep getting told the same thing after supervisors promise updates etc. 🙃 been a customer for 4 years feels like a kick in the teeth because I still have to pay the bill

@VodafoneUK To be fair I did do this 3-4 weeks ago and was told by your colleagues that there was a known issue that was being resolved - clearly still not resolved though!

So @VodafoneUK Thanks for keeping free roaming. However service significantly worse/unreliable at my holiday home in France. Is there a connection? Usually continuous 4g now mostly no service or 3g

@VodafoneUK @rabidnation Having the exact same problem. Tech support say we will give you a call - except we take incoming calls! Ongoing issue since Friday. We have been asked to try the following: - reset network settings - turn off wifi dialing - change provider and revert. None of which have worked!

@AhmedShelbaya absolutely SHOCKING SHAMBOLIC service from @VodafoneUK left with no broadband or clue what’s happening following a switch that didn’t happen when scheduled last Monday 11 Apr. Can’t work. Lost count of calls with no resolution so order cancelled. Back to @YourSSE

@VodafoneUK tried your online chat and not working, your phone number points me to online support 🙄. I have no Internet when not on WiFi, been 4 days live in Basingstoke, reported but no avail!! Please DM me, also used by buffer credit so would like a refund on that #4g🤔
