    @VodafoneUK It was painful. Could have done it in 5 minutes over the phone. Still, not as long as it took to get hold of a SIM. Over an hour of text chat! Awful.

    @VodafoneUK appalling service for business. Promised a connection date of 4th Oct for my wife's Bistro told will now be 17th Nov for connection 1 1/2 months with no landline the number is now on a sign outside the premises. Your suggestion: try and now get someone else to do it!

    @VodafoneUK is there an email address that I can have to write an official letter of complaint? Or a phone number. Been talking to tech support for months & my 12 month fault has not been resolved after 5 OpenReach engineers.

    @VodafoneUK shocked at the service we’ve been given after @Voda failed to swap mobile numbers over to a new business contract then both numbers inactive for a week! @Voda phone arrange for a new blank sim to be delivered then to be told you need another new sim and number 🤬

    The only thing left is replacement hub, requested by 2 engineers but refused by your 2nd line lack of support. Now I'm told to go thru all the T.S. steps yet again. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Forgive me for being rude Ed. But I’m on the phone again to CS. And none of you are helping. Every it of advice your team has given before the trip and during this problem has been incorrect. It’s a shambles entirely caused by yourselves.

    @VodafoneUK I’m a business client, and frequently drive through 3G areas. Your support tells me you have no solution (except WiFi.. not an option when driving). Why not allow uk roaming? Deeply concerned.
