    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay ยฃ256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    Hello @o2 I sent a few DMs over the weekend as I'm having problems inputting my PAC to enable me to move my number from @VodafoneUK to yourselves. The PAC expires 19th Oct. I'd like to move it 18th Oct but your system won't accept my info

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK why do you whack our bills above inflation every year, it's bad enough you don't allow free picture messages unlike sister site voxi who give you free picture messages in October I will have no choice to go down to SIM only or contract free service you prices are

    @VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.

    @VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet Iโ€™ve just been informed that my subsโ€™ to YouTube has ended. I was told Iโ€™m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasnโ€™t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    @VodafoneUK - we signed up to a new contract with a new phone. Not ONE WORD about the delivery of the new phone (I'm moving on from a housebrick!) but you've started charging us the new rate for the non existent phone - what next - do we cancel the whole shooting match?! Poor.

    @VodafoneUK After a long call with Support triaging the problem (after I located the right number for them), they are sending a replacement Power Hub.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now ๐Ÿ˜ซ tried to contact customer service, USELESS.
