    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK been a loyal customer for 20+ years along with my wife and son to basically be told we’re not interested in helping you, shown your true colours honestly thought you were different! Safely say we’re all leaving when our contracts end!!! Disgusted

    @hitman8976rawk @VodafoneUK I’ve had a bit of a technical issue on my business account with them, which is taking a long time to sort out, but this was sorted so quickly. They offered me an engineer to come tomorrow, but we’re out so I had to put it off until Monday.

    @VodafoneUK need help I’ve had multiple phone call and got no where, I had a 18months contract and over paid by 44 months on hold yesterday for 48 minutes worst customer care

    @MatthewMarks42 @VodafoneUK I tried to upgrade & after going through everything to choose a phone & airtime, get the discount code it said error call customer care. Tried twice used 2 codes up. Too late to ring customer care, that's when I rang the next day and gave up.

    Honestly cannot believe that @VodafoneUK booked an engineer to come into my home, WITHOUT my consent! They made an appointment, had the guy show up at my house, meanwhile I haven’t booked a damn thing or told anybody that it’s ok. Incredible.

    @VodafoneUK in the middle of today's feel good friday order I started having connection problems with veryme. Apparently my number was switched over midday but I still pay my contract the rest of the month, please can I have my friday offer?? I really wanted the gruum set!

    @VodafoneUK Dear Vodafone to say I am frustrated with your customer service today would be an understatement. I am trying to renew a two year contract. I have been spoken to very rudely by a customer service agent and pushed around departments on Web chat only to lose connection.
