As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK great of you to shut myvodafone down for maintenance just as the deadline for renewing contracts to keep inclusive roaming in the EU is approaching. Just spent the last 2h trying to upgrade and then it goes down for maintenance just as I'm completing the purchase 1/

@virginmedia Nope, still down. And I'm training clients today. Thank God for @VodafoneUK whose 5G when using my iPhone as a hotspot has saved my job far too many times over the last 18 months when the service has one of its monthly outages.
