As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

Hi @VodafoneUK - signed up to superfast 2 broadband. Activation date 9/12 but nothing happened. Cannot login to shopping as the text sent with security code by you is blank. Yesterday get a text saying an engineer is coming on 30/12 - why? 1/2

@VodafoneUK trying to log a fault with my broadband, an automated message telling me you have checked and its fine when it quite clearly isn't doesn't quite work for me. 4th outage in a week not happy customer.. and telling me the useful links I can try online when no broadband
