As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK So your live chat person offered me nothing to match sky. Your sales team offered me nothing. I then request my PAC code and what do you know i get offered a deal i was actually after. Wasted so much time on hold. That is a poor practice and very poor customer service!!

We've been trying to upgrade our phone contracts with @VodafoneUK for over a month now. Truly appalling website and customer service. Beggars belief how such a big company can be so poor. Will they help us today???? I'll keep you posted.

@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking service from your call centre. Promised a call back earlier in the week as problem on my account, never received one, tried calling again and just been told I should know what I’m doing! Possibly the rudest adviser I’ve ever spoken too !

@VodafoneUK the issue is that its selecting channel 13 which may be what the router thinks is the best channel BUT the roku express operates on channels 1 - 11 only so i need the channel set to within that range

@VodafoneUK Yes you have a JavaScript error on the page preventing the display. Flashes up and then white page. Tried on phone and computer night the same, with and without blockers - same issue

@VodafoneUK i have done the DM now, as i stated i have been intouch with the customer service for broadband technical help and quite frankly they are useless and to busy sticking to their hot sheet and script and cant solve the issue
