As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK I cancelled my contract within the cooling off period (SIM card never arrived) now I keep getting texts about unpaid bills but can’t speak to anyone as can’t get past security as I don’t have a Vodafone account!!! HELP!!!

@VodafoneUK I would class Vodafone one of the worst organisations in the world, I literally opened my phone when getting out of the airport and was charged £6.85 for doing so, no data used, I've been with you for 20 years, I'll definitely be changing when my contract ends

@VodafoneUK Your direct debit method for your #EVO airtime plans really need reorganising and simplifying. Two linked airtime plans and a phone mean three direct debits...all taken at different times. Surely it can be improved for the customer

@VodafoneUK I'm trying to cancel a big value bundle. Calling 2345 gave no option for it and just wanted to sell me another one. Same deal with the live chat. Same deal with the Twitter bot. What kind of scam are you running where you happily accept it but refuse to cancel it?
