    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK there’s no service in s36. It’s been dodgy all day and is now off completely, website says no issues, however @EE is also down in the same area, their website says there is a problem. Is it the same problem? Expecting an important call from drs! Help!

    @VodafoneUK @neilio_uk Pathetic response & hopeless customer service from @VodafoneUK ... this should have been communicated to customers well in advance. Can I cancel my contract now as a key service has been removed without warning? (Well done for 4G on half the Jubilee though, here have a medal 🏅)

    @we_make_ripples Pls can you keep this list up to date? I don’t use many of the cos there but had a close call when I almost arranged my belated appt with @Specsavers! @VodafoneUK will lose another customer in about 2 mths as well. Can you let us know when the ads start again? Great resource! TVM
