  As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

  @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

  @VodafoneUK broadband should be activated a week ago. Yr staff keep coming up with excuses everyday for the past week. Disgrace of a service. I will cancel my direct debit since you can't provide me with the service we agreed on. 😡

  @Sakthi_Palani @VodafoneUK Maldon off too. Spent 3 hrs trying to speak to someone this morning. Utterly pointless.. Absolutely shocking level of service.. As a minimum put some comms out about what going on and affected areas...
