As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Understand that, but surely you shouldn’t be send emails to existing customers stating a price for a new iPhone and then change the goal posts when you go to upgrade, it’s false selling and poor customer service…

@VodafoneUK shocking customer service from Vodafone. Been a customer for over 2 years & have had no help getting my connection in my new property set up. Just fobbed off and given misinformation. Left on hold etc and paying them for this??!! Sort it out!
