    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK hi. I have come to the end of my contract. Trying to cancel in, either I get told to use TOBi online, which then tells me to call, when I call, it says to use Toni. Please help me out. Thanks.

    Something is definitely wrong with @VodafoneUK. Mobile data issues for the last 3 weeks for no reason and no warning. Intermittent connectivity feels worse than none at all. #firstworldproblems

    @EE you might give 5G in more places - but no signal at all in way too many. Yet again I could only stay connected because I also have a contract with @VodafoneUK And EE to EE calls constantly have interference. I’m not impressed!

    @Heroart @VodafoneUK Still have the box. Problem is my new phone IMEI isn’t appearing on my Vodafone account. I had bought directly from Apple and used an esim, which seems to be the issue.

    I pay more than £100 a month for @virginmedia broadband plus other services I never use. And yes, I am posting this via my @VodafoneUK backup 5G dongle. Again. My VM connection craps out regularly.

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely useless service! Trying to cancel my contract as I don't get a signal at new address. Was told they have to send a 4 digit code to my mobile!

    @VodafoneUK Why is the Vodafone network so bad lately? Many areas around London where the signal is poor while other networks work perfectly. #poornetwork
