Hello @o2 I sent a few DMs over the weekend as I'm having problems inputting my PAC to enable me to move my number from @VodafoneUK to yourselves. The PAC expires 19th Oct. I'd like to move it 18th Oct but your system won't accept my info

  • abzpaul Paul 🚁 (@abzpaul) reported from Bucksburn, Scotland

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

  • abzpaul Paul 🚁 (@abzpaul) reported from Bucksburn, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

  • abzpaul Paul 🚁 (@abzpaul) reported from Bucksburn, Scotland

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a horrendous experience trying to get a new phone. They sent it to the wrong address, when it arrived it didn’t work. I spent 36hours in total on the phone to get them trying to fix things. Awful company!!!

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot A major PR **** up by @VodafoneUK teach them to rely too much on AI and bots

  • van_essa66 Vanessa 🇬🇾🇬🇩🇬🇧 (@van_essa66) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK First of all, my condolences on the loss of your mother. I’ve not had that experience just yet, but when I decided to leave Virgin Media Broadband it took 3 days to cancel the contract and I had all the relevant answers! I think they make it difficult to leave on purpose.

  • Hells_Bells0506 Hells Bells 🇺🇦 (@Hells_Bells0506) reported

@VodafoneUK @speckyninja And no apology for the terrible ‘service’ and lack of empathy shown to bereaved customers?

  • magiclorne lorna tiefholz (@magiclorne) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had an awful experience with @talktalk when my mum’s husband passed. There should be set regulations for when customers die, it’s bad enough to deal with grief after a lives one dies without having extra stress from phone companies.

  • EMILYPRIME EMILY JANE PRIME (@EMILYPRIME) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK On a pot I’ve note @tescomobile were incredible when I had to sort my late aunts estate. Everything was cancelled then and there and nothing was too much trouble. I have since moved to their network because of the service I received in store by actual humans…

  • sam1863 samantha mcmahon (@sam1863) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Experienced some of the worst customer service possible from@vodafone when my husband died 8 years ago,not sure it’s sorted. They repeatedly ask to speak to the account holder, who’s dead. Sky were only slightly better, it’s shocking

  • JoinRejoinEU Anthony Remoaner 💙 Old groats written here (@JoinRejoinEU) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I wouldn't touch either of Vodafone or Three. Bad experiences with both.

  • chocqueen12 Lyn Brookes (@chocqueen12) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My brother was hit by a train, had his phone with him. They refused to cancel his contract until we returned the phone. The way they treated us was disgusting. I wouldn’t use them if I was given everything they had to offer for free..

  • JoCaddick Joanne Caddick (@JoCaddick) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are the worst. I left them about 8 years ago, never again.
