    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK You have the worst customer interface I have ever known - you cannot get through to a human being to speak too - it’s all bots or text chats and your staff in your shops can be vile and dismissive - I’ve been with you for years and will change to EE at the end of my contract

    @VodafoneUK making it impossible to terminate a contract. Tobi says to call 191, the 191 automated voice tells me to contact Tobi. Seriously!?! Any chance I can talk to a real person? #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK A reminder, Vodafone will credit search you and set up credit agreements in your name, even when they have no ability to supply the service!!!

    hey @VodafoneUK how many days does it take to give a customer a call? I've been waiting 4/5 days for someone from vodafone to call me regarding my complaint and each time your twitter advisors keep asking when is a good time to call after stating the time to call me.

    @VodafoneUK - I just got a notification to say that you’re switching off 3G as 4G is the standard. What’s 4G? No 4G signal within 4 miles of my house! Just like suresignal you’ve switched it off without thinking about the impact! When can I expect 4G? #awfuldecision #vodafone
