    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK I've tried... Passed over to customer services who keep saying 'it's in the contract', thus demonstrating their complete ignore of consumer law and the principles of mis-selling. They're trying to haggle over how much to repay me, but the amount owed is pretty clear. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK 2nd time sending this... I was having a conversation with someone via direct message regarding an issue and haven't received a reply to my last message which was sent nearly 2 hours ago!

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately the link you have sent me is just a contact page and I have already been through that to no avail. The options available such as ‘change the payment date in that month’ do not help!

    very disappointed @VodafoneUK. Customer Service not helpful & refused to let me speak to a manager. I’m a long standing Vodafone customer, been made redundant due to Covid and wanted some help to manage my contract,maybe a temp. monthly reduction, instead was given a sales pitch

    @VodafoneUK PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE - get rid of your hourly adverts, day after day, on every radio station going. That irritating croaky voiced woman is on more than any DJ. 😡 Don't you realise that the ridiculous repetativeness of these damn adverts will simply DRIVE PEOPLE AWAY ???

    @MartinSLewis @Ofcom are you aware of a scam, I am being hit with miss call after miss call from unrecognised mobile phone numbers and you can’t call them back. It’s relentless. Last hour over 200 calls. @VodafoneUK can’t get hold of anyone for support
