    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Bad. Bad as Vodafone service in the past few months. Getting worst every week and not taking any responsibility for it. Always saying that the issues are maintanance related. And the customer service is getting poorer too. Avoid it if you can.

    @VodafoneUK I need to cancel my contract as I’m not receiving any signal since moving home 8 days ago. Your reps have been poor and just making up dates when this will be fixed and yet your tech team have advised there’s not timeline for a fix on whatever is causing an issue.

    @VodafoneUK @MarkReckons It would be nice if Vodafone could fix the phone watch. Calls only connect from app maybe 20% of time. Absolutely garbage!!!

    I’ve had some pretty bad customer service experiences over the years (I’m looking at you @VodafoneUK) but I think that the customer service department at @LGUK have won... no further forward with my issue than I was 23 days ago... just constantly going round in circles.
