    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Hello. Feeling a little disappointed by the service I received at a store on Saturday. Believed I would be walking out of the store with a new phone, only to be told none in stock and hit with a delivery charge. Overall disappointed as I’ve had no updates. Thank you.

    15 years I've been with @VodafoneUK as a contract customer and never once had a problem until now in regards to upgrading. Awful treatment of a loyal customer and thousands spent in that time. See my contract out and leave in October. Abysmal network provider. #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I am getting different answers from you about the 8 day Europe pass and using my unlimited call allowance. If in France, can I make calls to friends who live in France using my allowance and NOT be charged? One agent told me yes while another said no. Please help.
