    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK I was with EE any problem s they would resolve it there and then, Iam regretting moving to Vodafone, i have been waiting for a phone call for a week,about my overcharge on my bill but no one in Vodafone seems to give a dam.

    @VodafoneUK I DO NOT want to speak to Toby, I want to speak to customer services! After 15 minutes of speaking to a computer I finally got through to someone who has still ripped me off! Please don’t send confirmation to me stating that something has been deactivated and it’s not

    @VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

    @DEANHDAVID @VodafoneUK The other option is Virgin but everyone I know who has been with them has had a bad experience. Been very impressed with Vodafone so far

    @DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

    @VodafoneUK how can Vodafone still debit my account when I personally went in to a Vodafone shop and sat in front of one of there staff and cancel my direct debit
