@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK my £37 pcm unlimited mifi dongle was cut off - I apparently reached the £10 cap on my account,why the cap, it’s unlimited? why are you falsely advertising this product as unlimited when it isnt? Vodafone cust.service unable to resolve for over a week. @asa_uk

@Reesys @VodafoneUK I'm north of Derby in Ripley and we also had a Vodafone Home Broadband outage again last night. Not particularly good considering last week they assured me the fault was sorted and would not happen again. Service is a joke

@pauliewalker5 @Reesys @VodafoneUK And certainly very suspicious that all these outages are happening just as Vodafone are trying to upsell pro superfast broadband which guarantees a connection even in times of fibre outage 🤔
