@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

This week, I have been having issues getting a mortgage BECAUSE OF A NEGATIVE MARK FOR A LATE PAYMENT TO VODAFONE. So @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup did not fix it back in November as they promised. 2/

@MariaWNorris @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Oh they’re awful to their customers. I once spent hours on the phone to them explaining why my friends mum couldn’t speak to them in person to cancel her mobile contract. On account of how she’d passed away. Horrendous.

@galliccelt @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Sorry to see this, which unfortunately is very normal for Vodafone. I've been cut off many times due to billing errors, including a months-long systemic error in which one-off payments through the app were being taken but not recorded. They don't care.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone, great until something goes wrong and then they refuse to fix it or even log a complaint. Perhaps someone from vf on here can log a complaint?
