    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK so stressed can’t believe the awful service and people can’t do their job and I can’t even afford to pay off the phone. Very disappointed not a service I want to be paying for. Wouldn’t recommend.

    @VodafoneUK shame on you! My son is trying to leave his ‘SIM only’ contract as he’s a student & not able to afford his tariff and in the middle of a cost of living crisis you want to charge him £246.10 to terminate early. Outrageous! Please explain how you can justify this cost?

    @VodafoneUK UNBELIEVABLE. A simple call to 191 to ask for help connecting eSim in watch resulted in now having NO PHONE SERVICE AT ALL & NEEDING TO GET A NEW SIM FOR THE PHONE... #TogetherWeNowCant
