  As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

  @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

  @VickyCharl22 @VodafoneUK I’m having problems getting a network since 10pm tonight. I was told via a Live Chat that Vodafone is down in my local area but if you do a search on here it seems Vodafone is down across Europe.

  Why is Twitter not loading proper unless I’m on WiFi? @VodafoneUK , I’ve got full signal, did it last night too, so I did an apple update earlier. Now I’m at work on 4G & it’s still broke?!?!

  Vodafone broadband down, AGAIN! Vodafone data having issues, AGAIN! Customer service awful as usual. But, they’re happy to take £170 a month for this kind of service and do nothing about it! Sort your useless company out, @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

  @VodafoneUK @philtheclaret I have had deteriorating and now no connecton with Twitter graphics and videos on the portable Vodaphone WiFi I use or, or 4G, since last Friday 4th. How long does it take to fix this?! Twitter is my favourite app, so if you don't fix this QUICKLY I will have to leave Vodaphone!
