@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@WhichUK Scam phone calls are more of an issue. Sometimes I get several a day, far more intrusive than emails as emails are easy to ignore. @VodafoneUK don’t seem to offer any kind of solution for land line scam calls.

@VodafoneUK your home broadband app is not working. I have 18mbps download and am unable to use your app to claim as it doesn’t load. Over a year now with slow speeds and a crap app that won’t sync.

Hello @VodafoneUK my @SamsungUK mobile phone won't open quite a few apps I use on a daily basis. I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling those apps and re-installing them, and they would just crash again & again. Seems like lots of ppl are having similar issues. Any advice pls?

So I had a response regarding the phone I purchased from @VodafoneUK that still doesn't work from new 4months ago. Apparently they cant do anything for me as "customer relations are looking into it. They must have poor eyesight as it has been 4 months of looking!!!😫😫
