As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

Service @VodafoneUK has been nothing but poor. Failure to meet there own timescales to deliver fibre to me meant losing nearly a weeks pay. Compensation offered £15!! Considering leaving already!!

Update: finally spoke to Mike the Manager, who is taking this back to @VodafoneUK. Who, apparently, are refusing to believe there’s an issue because the broadband speeds INTO my property are reading as fine @yourSSE

So where is my router? Lines installed on 13th. No information in DPD tracking. So glad I didn't cancel my previous broadband. "All broadband routers are delivered by DPD. We dispatch your router 1-5 working days before your broadband activation date." @VodafoneUK

@Matt_Johnson_UK @VodafoneUK Spookily enough, I have exactly the same issue am. Can't get through to speak to a human without waiting for literally hours and the visually assistant doesn't work. Only received part of an order and can't resolve it.. Not precisely what I was looking for customer service wise..

@VodafoneUK you sell me 76 mb which then changes to 22 mb which is now 1.3 mb! And the best you can do is release me from my contract without a penalty!! Poor, very poor!!

@VodafoneUK good morning recently upgraded,why can't I get 5g I've looked on community forums and seems to be an issue with alot of customers,despite being in a 5g coverage area.I'm told simply swapping the sim out and putting a new one in won't work?Why offer this in a contract

@VodafoneUK I am experiencing serious issues with the 4G network. I am getting errors on safari and more importantly MetaMask advising it can’t establish a secure connection. This has only started happening as of yesterday. I have tried resetting network settings. Can you help?
