As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@BudgieBudgieUK @VodafoneUK Same. It’s always ‘I can’t help, but the person I pass you to will’… they never do. I work from home and need to change provider if they can’t provide a service, but @VodafoneUK are holding us ransom.

@VodafoneUK yes Mark, Vodafone appear to have made a mess of my transfer of ownership, my broadband activation date keeps moving each day, reluctancy to send me a mobile hotspot to support when my BB is down. If this is not possible, allow me to cancel my bb contract

@DnyLdn @VodafoneUK Since July when we stupidly switched to their new optical fibre they'd dug the neighbourhood up twice to install this is our second significant outage. So I'm going to say yes as that is unacceptable in a city of 125,000 residents in central England!

Hi @MartinSLewis, my @VodafoneUK mobile broadband has not been working for months now but they won’t let me cancel. I work from home and loose up to 3 hours of my working day due to their poor product. Holding me hostage and want >£400 to get out. Anything I can do?

@VodafoneUK broadband installed 09/03 your engineer broke my house alarm cover. Internals exposed, no promised call from Cust Svc. Web chat 'Tobi' says I have to pay for engr to fix what engr broke, really! any humans in UK customer services?

@AndrewBrazier1 Thanks, Andrew. I'll probably switch to @VodafoneUK. As to the energy thing -- and I work in the industry -- it sucks. I'm a kid who can remember the whole privatisation thing. We should have gone with renewables decades ago. Add in tidal (I've done some work here).

.@VodafoneUK can’t provide the service we’re paying for but want to charge us £450 to leave. Absolute joke. Please, please don’t choose them as your internet provider.

@robertomlinson @VodafoneUK Seems about par for the course. Used to be a decent service. Now it's chatbots, platitudes and nothing much else.

@VodafoneUK Hi, did this a week and a half ago and was promised the repair would be sorted. Now I'm being told it's not a warranty issue. At this point I'm just fed up and won't spend another day DMing to be let down
