@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

Not sure if this is the place to name and shame but doing it anyway. @VodafoneUK are absolutely the the worse company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unorganised and a complete rip off. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

@VodafoneUK I didn't receive voice calls. I had a strong 5g signal. I checked data was on etc. I couldn't connect to the internet for an hour. Then, it suddenly started working. Phone is S21 and working perfectly. Can you think what the problem might have been?

@VodafoneUK Yet another day goes by with no broadband activated. 1 hr on the phone with support again. “The Life team will call you back within 2 hours sir” … no call back, again!! It worked fine for 3 yrs, now 3mths later still broken 😡!!! #vodafonedown @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK had to call 6 times regarding a returns collection as I'm chronically disabled & being stalked and Vodafone have continuously failed me 6 times regarding this collection!! I have NEVER experienced such a lack of customer service. I will NEVER USE VODAFONE AGAIN!
