    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @Ker_Anderson Has anyone from @VodafoneUK ever traveled on the train from London Bridge to Orpington and tried to use data forget any hope of 5G a bit of 4G but mainly a poor 3G a totally unrealiable service. Maybe buy an VF engineer a train ticket to see how bad it is.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried that, but I received the VEA discount last time and can’t see on the link, if the employer is still signed up to this. I called customer services and after 24 minutes on the phone, they couldn’t help.

    @VodafoneUK My issue is not what it does not what it's for but the fact that it's automatically added at point of sale and then me having to remove it via the app. It's a waste of my time.

    @VodafoneUK I have spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone trying to help my Mother get a refund of the £273.25 you took ‘in error’ via insurance payments. Calls get ‘cut off’ It is virtually impossible to hear and understand your call handlers because the line is so bad. Disgraceful

    @VodafoneUK Don't waste your time with Vodafone, into the 2nd day now with no broadband, countless times on the phone & chat. The help via DM on here is pointless aswell. 🤡 🤡 reading from a script, they haven't a clue what's going on, time to switch ISP 🤔
