As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK I won’t waste my time. Nothing has improved since I last complained. And you won’t pay me any compensation “until you fix it” which you never do! Don’t expect to get any further contract renewals from me. You’ve robbed enough money for an appalling service for long enough.

@VodafoneUK Fantastic. Currently talktalk have taken over a month, I actually received my bill from them for a service they haven't provided, so if they still can't deliver I'll be switching to you guys ASAP. Already a mobile customer and more than happy with the service.

@VodafoneUK You barely have 5G even next to London. Expensive network plus now you come up with credit checking existing customers when upgrading to 36m contract. EE sells iPhone 13 pro 24m 100GB with EU roaming you are much more expensive!!!
