As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

I’m used to being annoyed with @VodafoneUK but when you tell their IVR your broadband isn’t working and it suggests you hang up and go online for help, you really start to wonder if Jeremy Beadle is going to pop up with his Beadle’s About TV crew.

@VodafoneUK Oh please yes! I’m a teacher with 2 children trying to learn at home and it’s proving very stressful with such poor wifi. I spoke to a Vodafone technician last night who said that it is a ‘landlord issue’. We’ve now been told we will get an update on 20th Jan .

@VodafoneUK Yes I’ve ordered one now but that’s not the point. The service is so bad and should take that many calls to sort out where my phone is / was and now I need sim but have to wait days for.... yet you take money for my phone and new contract but I can’t use it 😓
