@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@fiona_skywalker @VodafoneUK I find Samsung was good back in the day but in the past few years they've become like Apple, the phones are very overpriced and you pay for the name. My phone was £160, OLED screen, 4K camera with slow mo and stabilisation. For the same specs it's about £300-700 for Samsung.

@Ofcom in 4 months they have double charge without refund, they have messed up with my billing, they have sold me one price but charged another and every time I want to fill a formal complaint @VodafoneUK refuses to take my complaint…. Is this even Lawful?

@fiona_skywalker @VodafoneUK Just had a look, the S9 is the same price as the phone I'm using now, however the specs are still alot better on this phone, bigger battery, more ram, more storage and the S9 is £15 dearer. So I see not much point. I'd rather support smaller companies that I think have good ideas

@fiona_skywalker @VodafoneUK I remember when I had an S3 mini I was annoyed because they didn't update the android version but they continued to update it on the normal S3. Android KitKat allowed screenrecording, something I was really looking forward to and they never gave the update, forcing me to upgrade.

@VodafoneUK What is going on with the signal in bh8 area of Bournemouth? It’s getting worst by the week! I have complained many times and sent many download tests but nothing gets done? Phone calls are poor and sometimes cut you off and data is nearly non existent.
