    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    Hello @o2 I sent a few DMs over the weekend as I'm having problems inputting my PAC to enable me to move my number from @VodafoneUK to yourselves. The PAC expires 19th Oct. I'd like to move it 18th Oct but your system won't accept my info

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @Cockleonius @VodafoneUK I’m only with them for mobile as well but I can only assume the customer service standard is the same across the board with them. I have broadband with @skytv as part of my tv package and they are pretty good.

    @geofftech @VodafoneUK Interesting. I had the same problem over BT Broadband several years ago (Twitter images not loading). None of the support staff even understood my description of the problem - kept testing the connection and saying it was working 🤦. The main reason I moved to Virgin Media.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup The fact that nobody called me back at an agree time to follow up a complaint shows the truly abysmal state of your customer relations. When you can’t even be bothered to follow up as you should then this endorses my decision to go elsewhere.

    @Naiboss @VodafoneUK If Vodafone had sent an SMS or email to all customers advising a possible issue, they would've saved a lot of people a lot of stress trying to solve the problem themselves, when it's an issue with their network

    @VodafoneUK , @bt_uk - I dont own the line, just resolve amongst you two what went wrong in the process! why penalise me? & if there is process issues, work together to have a transparent moving process so customers like me don't suffer.

    @nikralzahs @VodafoneUK Works sound on WiFi but soon as you hit a 4G/5G zone don't work been days now surely doesn't take 4 days to fix a transfer problem which they said it was and claimed they were working with twitter?
