@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

So @VodafoneUK I wait in home all day for a telecall I was this morning assured I would receive today to update on an outstanding complaint. No call received. Another total letdown. Sadly I’m not surprised. Shambolic performance

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, my internet connection is down, which has left me without internet and any phone services. This has been going on since I switched providers to you. I have repeatedly reported this issue and contacted you but there seems to be nobody that wants to help!!

@VodafoneUK As detailed in my rant at @ispreview forums, this is the first place I would go to look and YES I did and have, I also have alerts setup for my area, BUT the question is are you going to escalate this to network team to investigate or just keep looking at your support website?
