@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK What a fraud vodaphone is....I am without broadband all day and have been kicked out of the useless chat 3 times each time after a wait of more than two hours....waiting on the complaints phone line for 79 minutes now and still listening to crap music...

Presumably @VodafoneUK doesn't support chat messaging through the Google Messages app? Messages have been trying to send in chat mode for ten minutes, so I guess we're stuck with technology from 1996 for a while longer.

@VodafoneUK very disappointing customer service across multiple channels. Firstly you send me paper mail advising me that my 24 month device contract is ending (yay). The wording of the letter is very confusing but thankfully you do state that I “don’t need to do anything”.

5 months down the line and still no broadband at our 'new' house! @VodafoneUK have been absolutely appalling at advocating for us with Openreach, I have never known such poor customer service

@VodafoneUK Vodafone broadband down since 3PM. Took 32 minutes for someone to connect. I was told after call forwards that BT Openzone doing work and whole area is down. Wonder why my neighbours BT BB is working fine. Can you explain @bbcmtd @SkyNews

@OpenreachHelp Can't get a straight answer from @VodafoneUK, why am I still waiting for internet when we moved in 5 months ago? Apparently there is an issue 'at the exchange', but I've inexplicably been told today that you have now cancelled my order!
