As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK Second time I've heard it from company/orgs while hospital etc all been fine contacting me with 0 issues. I leave system updates to around 9pm least no won't receive a call due the time the phone updates

@VodafoneUK My Mum broke her right wrist falling off a ladder last week. She will gave to be in a cast for at least 6 weeks, and she's right-handed. Not a good start to the New Year! I've been a Vodafone contract customer for many years & my family could do with some cheer!

@VodafoneUK Hello Vodafone I can make calls, text etc with 0 issues at all. Just some companies/orgs can't get in contact with me for a odd reason even they have my mobile number perfectly. Last update was system one what happened 3 days ago and all installed in 20 mins

@VodafoneUK hello I am wondering if you can help I tried to change over to the eSim, the old sim stopped working after 5 secs and I have had no more information, I can’t call due to the sim being disconnected, and tobi sucks. Every time I try to log in it also asks for the OTPC.

@VodafoneUK Your 4G network isn't working in Marden, Kent. Signal very low and data is barely doing anything. Force into 3G and that works fine. Need to get it checked.
