    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    Hello @o2 I sent a few DMs over the weekend as I'm having problems inputting my PAC to enable me to move my number from @VodafoneUK to yourselves. The PAC expires 19th Oct. I'd like to move it 18th Oct but your system won't accept my info

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK is there any reason T Mobile for roaming in US has literally no data signal anywhere? Not exactly getting anything for the £6 a day I’ll be getting charged!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK FWLIW George, I had exactly the opposite experience with @O2 this year when I went to cancel my mothers service. They had a dedicated bereavement team that were frankly spectacular. So it seems at least some companies are getting this right.

    @VodafoneUK they told me I have to pay to have my number changed. Why can't they help. So. Ebody who is feeling stressed by 15 to 20 calls a day and being harressed

    @VodafoneUK Why do you make it so hard to return a phone within 14 days? can't speak to a real person, when I finally do they get "disconnected" Worse service ever, guessing this is done on purpose to not take returns

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience with HSBC over 6 months before finally closing my account. Poor service, excuses, hollow apologies, the call operators probably assume the Managers will sort it out and the Managers are either inept, uncaring or uninformed #2/2
