As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK It's a bundle on the PAYG1 plan (tariff). It's not a separate, different PAYG plan or tariff. Your website is down! Or can a PAYG1 plan user change to Anytime or Simply PAYG plans if they contact Vodafone? Ok, I'll use the term Plan, not tariff.

Every time I asked Paul - if that is his real name - to cancel my @virginmedia, he asked why I would want to leave and go to a "more expensive" provider. Over and over again I asked him to cancel, and every time he replied with that same claim and question. @VodafoneUK 4/

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted with your customer service , I’ve had on going issues with you for the last 4 weeks and still having problems even though I cancelled my contract with you last Sunday terrible service. Are your staff half asleep as they are now working from home

12 days ago I contacted @VodafoneUK to repair a faulty @madebygoogle Pixel 3a. Still hasn't been collected, despite being promised now 4 times it will be. They even claim they sent out prepaid envelopes, which too haven't turned up. I made a mistake joining this network.

@VodafoneUK I have had no broadband and intermittent mobile signal/data (H+ max) since 4pm. When I spoke to Vodafone for help I was told it must be a problem with my devices. Really?! What a coincidence!? Been left without data or broadband, living alone, during a pandemic.

@VodafoneUK my broadband is down and my phone line sounds like a wasps nest AGAIN, and there is no customer support at this time and no other way to log a fault, the lack of service from Vodafone really makes BT look good.

@VodafoneUK Can you tell me why my credit score has still not been amended after your team admitting the error and telling me it had on the 12/12/20 please? My contract ended January 2020 and I’m still having issues with you now!!!
