As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK I’m a business client, and frequently drive through 3G areas. Your support tells me you have no solution (except WiFi.. not an option when driving). Why not allow uk roaming? Deeply concerned.

@VodafoneUK I am tryn to switch from Lebara to Vodafone pay monthly SIM deal I hav my PAC frm Lebara But whn I submit, I get an error tht says "Code rejected. Please check your PAC code and phone number." The details I entered are right and I have tried couple of timz help plz

@VodafoneUK called Customer Service which kept me on the phone for more than 47min, I asked to change my voice plan, to Unlimited Max, has been not resolved after that time, but the most shocking thing is; they asked me to call again for this same after 24 to 48 hours !!!

@VodafoneUK shocked at the service we’ve been given after @Voda failed to swap mobile numbers over to a new business contract then both numbers inactive for a week! @Voda phone arrange for a new blank sim to be delivered then to be told you need another new sim and number 🤬

@VodafoneUK All great but continually drops out. Contacted through chat, various tests done until could do no more. Said engineers would continue doing tests and fixing your side and get back to me. 3 weeks have passed, now can't contact through chat, nobody got back to me and not working!

@VodafoneUK is there an email address that I can have to write an official letter of complaint? Or a phone number. Been talking to tech support for months & my 12 month fault has not been resolved after 5 OpenReach engineers.
