    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK I would like to speak to, or even better, listen to: Prince. Unfortunately, he died this month 5 years a go, so this will never happen. Would be great to have a phone with great quality sound.

    @VodafoneUK My Broadband Activation date is showing as 01 April 21 but due to some issues it was activated on 6th April 21. Now I have checked with representative and got to know that my Contract Start Date is 26th March 21 ? Could you please explain why ?

    @lauralauraxxxx @VodafoneUK One of the biggest reasons I left BT years ago was frustration at how difficult they made it to speak to someone when you had a problem. Circular answer systems that loop you back to where you started from! And as for their help section on the website...
