@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

Hello @o2 I sent a few DMs over the weekend as I'm having problems inputting my PAC to enable me to move my number from @VodafoneUK to yourselves. The PAC expires 19th Oct. I'd like to move it 18th Oct but your system won't accept my info

@VodafoneUK I’ve been on hold for nearly an hour in the hope that someone would help with the fact that your agent entered the wrong disconnection date for our broadband, but still no joy. Safe to say I won’t be recommending you to anyone any time soon.

@VodafoneUK how can you justify a 9.3% increase on your bill, then to be told that you aren’t willing to help reduce costs by a resolution manager. Well that’s 4 phone contracts you will be losing in the coming months.

Just found out something really annoying - numbers you block can still leave you voicemails on @VodafoneUK. A customer who has suspected dementia and has gotten hold of my personal number instead of using the work one, but apparently the only option is to report to police?!

past 4 weeks my household is unable to make calls, send/receive texts, @VodafoneUK tell me there is no problem in my area.... until i tell them 4 people with 4 phones are having this issue then i get told its a network issue and its being fixed. you are still charging me.....

@VodafoneUK - this is the first time I’ve ever called out a company publicly but your customer service has been SO TERRIBLE I feel I have been left with no other option. I placed an order for broadband over a month ago and I am still waiting for activation.
