As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@VodafoneUK been with Voda for years and contract ends next month. Trying to swap to sim only and have contacted 3 times and been given 3 different answers to the same question! Feels like staying with them is more trouble than it's worth

@virginmedia I've been a customer for 6 years. I'm currently paying £44 (actually £60 - I have a discount) for broadband and a phone line I never use. I get 100mb down and a paltry 10mb up. @VodafoneUK are offering me 105mb down/up for £28. Why would I stay with you?
