    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @KeithHaughian @VodafoneUK I'm looking forward to see how they resolve your problem.. Handing the phone back in that manner smells of a get out clause and just passed the buck back to you. Very poor quality service and not a great image for a company like Vodafone..

    @1edmountain @markaizatt @VodafoneUK It’s bad around my ward too. Can’t even contemplate using Bluetooth in the car until you’re a few minutes drive out of the area as it’s so intermittent. To their credit though, they are bringing two new masts to planning in due course.

    @VodafoneUK Maybe you should be putting more effort into fixing your customer account app which is still not working after 2 days, can’t call unless you want to wait 4 hours in a queue! My contract is up this week and lots of choice

    @numbnut97638772 @VodafoneUK Cheers for the link. The electrical warranty is is because of the consumers right act 2015 I think. By saying there is nothing wrong with it then they can basically leave me with a dodgy phone. The @VodafoneUK policy is to replace if can't fix after 3 attempts.
