@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@Teacherglitter I feel your pain. Our internet is horrible. @VodafoneUK do a 4g unlimited dongle for 30 quid a month and it’s so fast. You’ll have no issues providing you get coverage in your house. Best thing I’ve purchased for a while. Came in 2 days also.

@VodafoneUK So fed up with this service. Signed up 14th Dec. Never once had 24hours uninterrupted broadband. Numerous phone calls and still no resolution.

@VodafoneUK I am starting to think that you either have a problem with your network or the device is faulty, or both. It was showing me that I need to charge the battery needs charging when I fully charged it only an hour before that. Absolute shambles, & I thought that Vodafone is reliable

@virginmedia A car was parked legally next to the cable access point. 1.5 hour wait time to get through to custserv and no solution is unacceptable. I called @VodafoneUK and waited 30 secs to speak with a human and had my query promptly resolved. Unfortunately Vodafone doesn’t serve my area.

@VodafoneUK Oh FFS, I just want to have internet connection, is it that hard, clearly it is! When do you want me to talk to them when I only got the issue tonight. Does anyone at Vodafone actually know what on earth they are doing because it doesn't seem so to me.
