As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK The problem is not that you occasionally send me a text. The problem is that you Spam your customer base without any thought. I have a basic phone on which I make about one call a month. It cannot do data at all. You keep pushing bundles & contracts. Stop it altogether. @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK Always have issues, Voda are no help and you can see my name, you will have my number and I'm fed up of giving you the same info that you do nothing with. How about for a change you contact me to resolve a problem other than me always giving and you doing nothing.

@VodafoneUK Just flat out refuses to let me upgrade, when I sign in it just says there's an error and that this option is currently unavailable. I just don't understand why. I just wanted to browse the phone and be able to choose it. Won't let me do that, as soon as I sign in it won't allow.

@VodafoneUK Absolutely ridiculous situation! Ordered internet with you on the 14th of March 2022 and it’s still not activated! Appalled by the customers service and ignored for months! How is it possible to wait 4 months for a basic internet connection in London in 21st century?

@rhianna_joseph @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Hi Rhianna, unfortunately the contract was in my name as these companies make it hard for young people with no credit history. I just thought as I valued customer for over 20 years Vodafone could of shown a little compassion in such traumatic circumstances 💔
