    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK The number in the text message takes me to a recorded message saying they tried to contact me and will try again, with no further options for me to be in touch. Customer Care have no way of putting me across, I've tried. Please advise a workable solution.

    Really seems to baffle a company you're complaining to when you don't want money off them. Just told @VodafoneUK if they donate £500 to the International Red Cross I'll accept that as an apology. Seems to that has melted them down entirely.

    Hey @VodafoneUK, worst business decision ever to cancel WiFi on the London Tube @TfL! Why? Especially in a time where a getting a "How you holding up?" text could make the difference between standing on the platform or lying on the tracks #mentalhealth #disconnect @VodafoneGroup
