As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

.@VodafoneUK Must be bad if Amazon Prime is telling me my internet speed isn’t good enough to stream a programme. Seen as I don’t have terrestrial tv I don’t really have a choice but this ridiculously pixelated poor quality video is all we’ve got!
