As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK Hmm I'll have to look at the deals then supposedly you offer upto 67mb/s. As for 4G... we've been down that route for over 2 years, contacted you OVER 100 times, resolution team get back to me with "we dunno". Its nor even like I'm that far from my nearest mast.

@VodafoneUK today vodafone turned from worst to ****. I am complaining about Internet coverage from the past 3 months while paying huge amount for 5G, but today I am even not able to make call. Don't switch to vodafone. They're lying, forget about 5G its not even 3G

@VodafoneUK The T&C (fine print) for PayAsYouGo is unfair. It should never charge to connect with a Vodafone service or Vodafone website.
