As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK so.... i telephone to speak to an agent re my fathers death, and get told to go online chat. I go online chat and they tell me they cannot help as i am not my father and cannot pass security. Any idea on how we resolve this guys because its really not a great service?

@VodafoneUK @judeannb02 Hello Vodafone UK. I am the account holder. The account number is 7066313480 No broadband since the system was installed last Monday. At least 8 hours on the phone since Monday, have been told many times it will be on in 15 minutes, worst will be an hour, or def by midnight.

I can't get help from Vodafone with an issue. (A pack hasn't been sent out on a phone return get a discount on the contract.) Have been trying to resolve this in stores and through helplines since October. Will someone solve the issue if I complain on social media?🧐 @VodafoneUK
