    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK whoever decided to add the voice recognition IVR that basically just tries to cut off your call has literally invented the worst piece of call centre technology I’ve ever encountered. Cheaper to have a voice recording telling you to f**k off and hand out number of EE

    @VodafoneUK I've had a few problems with the speed of my broadband which I still think my bill is correct but apart from that I'm very happy with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed in vodaphone. Cancelling my phone as I’m not happy and trying to get the money back couldn’t happen due to it being down. At least it gave me a reminder as to why I don’t want to be with you anymore

    @VodafoneUK Unstable network since Dec in London. When network is down had 2 buy PayAsUGo go with another network in order 2 stay connected or ring you! Complain left ignored since 15th Dec and now want 2 charge me £450+ to leave! I spent £150+ WHILE I have to pay Vodafone too!
