    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK I went via your chat . They told me to call. I called they say go to chat. I'm in a call queue no idea where. At least in the chat I had a clue. Dire service.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone, it doesn not work from the moment you have announced about free calls. Before I could call Ukraine, and now not. Im unable to reach my family- the call does not go through at all. You mislead customers and your customer service was completely useless!

    @VodafoneUK What’s the point? The complaint has reached customer relations & the person helping isn’t helpful at all. I called today SPECIFICALLY requesting not to speak to them, and that’s the very person that’s called me today. Not interested anymore tbh. Can’t wait for my contract to end.

    Only @VodafoneUK will tell you that we'll get back to you in 1 hour and then won't give you a response until you chase them up. So disappointed in the service🚮, a simple issue taking 4 days to be solved? mxm

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK I know that, but I do need you to talk to my service provider since the fault is a CityFibre network issue. For the last 10 days Vodafone agents have been given the same message from your team without any details of when an engineer will fix the problem

    Can't actually believe the prices of upgrades of mobile phones. Absolutely no bonus for being a loyal customer for over 10years never missing a payment of £40+pm @VodafoneUK Outrageous

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone seems to have turned its back on UK customers. Automated chat is awful, no online help, waited over an hour on the phone and gave up. All I want is a bloody replacement SIM or I'll just stop the direct debits because you're in breach of my consumer rights
