@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK hi, since 5G was released, I cannot load any messages/stream anything online if my phone picks up a 5G signal. My only option is to force the phone to 4G, which works fine. This has been going on for over a year now. Please help

By bye @VodafoneUK . have been a client since the beginning, but your customer care is beyond a joke, your hold music horrendous - and I listened to it for hours in the past 2 days. I have NEVER had such awful service in my entire life. (Except from @virginmedia). Free at last!

@VodafoneUK I googled my issue and it was resolved. By Google and me. Not you. Maybe your technicians should use Google as well??

@isolabella2020 @VodafoneUK @virginmedia I agree they are appalling. I received an erroneous monthly bill for £16,400 a few years ago. It was clearly their mistake but I had to go through a nightmare Number of calls to convince the numpties. Never used them since.

To their credit, @VodafoneUK has now given me the user and password to connect to their network with a third party router. However, that won't help me because Google's router only has one ethernet port, so I'll have to set up another switch to keep my existing setup...
