    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    Hi @VodafoneUK ! I'm a front line NHS doctor and long time (10 years+) Vodafone customer. I've been without mobile service for the last 15 days. I'd like to outline here why this is Bad (with a capital B) in the hope that someone with the power to reconnect me will see this.

    @DaveSwateridge @VodafoneUK Yes I am. Moved from Sky which was so bad. I pay £22.95pm, which was £7.05 less than Sky, too.

    So, apparently my problem has been escalated to @VodafoneUK "Super Users" Dept. Still not hopeful of an acceptable resolution. We'll see.

    @VodafoneUK 6 days without internet or phone signal on mobile and home broadband. Astonishingly poor service and now I have had to buy an EE sim. What are you doing to fix this. Is anyone at Vodafone listening?

    @VodafoneUK @tomfowler9 You’ve looked into it for 10 weeks, finally got the operator they passed me to customer care, they passed me to cancellations and to take the piss they passed me to sales.

    @VodafoneUK Had no problems with Vodafone am glad to report I’d love to win vouchers, some new clothes, trainers. A prize a month would be great considering the year has got of to a horrible start again with this virus. I will be glad to see the back of it. Fingers crossed 🤞

    @VodafoneUK your customer service chat . is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. total 9 difrent people iv spoken to get cut off every time . they also seem to make up the prices to upgrade. been offered for the Samsung s21 ultra 4 diffrent amount from 44 up to 80 pm
