    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK U either give me the number of 3rd line or ignore me. Been talking with your 2nd line people for 4 days now and all they do is check my axtivation, check the connection, promise to send all this to 3rd line who will call me next day and all i get is same **** from 2nd line AGAIN

    @VodafoneUK So I have been a customer with the same number for 20yrs and never had a problem . Since November my direct debit hasn’t been taken and have been phoning to pay my bill by my debit card , and being told the problem is sorted . However again the DD didn’t leave my bank again (1)

    @EveryCountry @VodafoneUK @bt_uk Had a day off for virgin media once, they for some reason couldn't turn it on. The next day rang me saying they need to come in. I told them I wasn't having anymore time off and they can switch it on from outside. They come up with some nonsense,So I said cancel it.They sorted it

    @VodafoneUK Done 2 video calls already to check my setup and all is perfect, yet i get the call today asking for pictures of my setup ! Proper piss taking. If i could stop at least one from joining you, ill die happy. Totally useless your support is.
