As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK my sure signal booster version 3 is not working. I have tried switching on and off and plugging cable in different port in router. WiFi is working. 2 yellow light flashing or 1 white light. What is wrong?

I didn’t know that @VodafoneUK customer care team was trained to shout at customers down the phone and then put them on hold for so far 45 mins and refuse to pick it back up! On top of that they are trying to charge me £180 for my bill! @VodafoneUK care to see explain this?

It's bad enough that @VodafoneUK won't let me change the name on my account from my full legal name that feels like a needle in my chest every time I see it, but continuing to use it in marketing texts even after I've opted out is bordering on abusive.

@VodafoneUK very disappointed we have customers in the CB10 / CB21 area with poor or no service now for over a week. We will no longer be recommending LTE as a viable alternative to broadband.
