Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

Mike Fletcher (@MikeWFletcher) reported@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yes - very aged parents-in-law were charged about £10 per month for 5 years for service they were unable to cancel. (That’s 600 quid for nothing) Eventually stopped paying. Then hounded via debt collectors for another £30 something. Eventually we paid to get rid of the problem.

Had a 50% off deal with Lebara but payment didn't go through one month due to a bank error not mine, so they cancelled it. (I hope my phone doesn’t get sent to Rwanda).

These departments are targeted & receive bonuses for keeping the account open. It’s classed as a sale which encourages this type of behaviour. It’s immoral & wrong.
