@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

Just spent 1 hour 45 minutes trying to cancel @VodafoneUK account - work my way down from 45 to 2 on the ‘chat bot’ and then restarts at 45. Staggeringly bad customer service

.@VodafoneUK Been waiting for a month with no broadband for new fibre to be installed on Wednesday, logged in and says it's cancelled. I didn't cancel it. They didn't contact me to say it's cancelled. Wtf?! If they make me wait another month I think I will explode

Honestly do not go with @VodafoneUK absolutely atrocious customer service!!! Put my wrong addess for delivery last week and assured all week it was changed then surprise surprise delivery for today going to old address now telling me 24/48 hours to update this! Beyond a joke!

@VodafoneUK Now we are at week 3 now of trying to connect to Onenumber , 17 calls 1 hour per calls, approximately 5 apologies per call but still the problem isn’t rectified, THIS ISN’T GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
