    @VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

    @VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

    As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

    @VodafoneUK Get a unique experience by signing up to #vodafone : get ripped off, spend hours with chat-bots, never get through, get told what you were told, have your phone cut off for no reason. Over two decades and now stuck with a company for the next two years that I DETEST. Inhuman.

    @VodafoneUK what's going on with the phone and 4g signal in my area PE12 9SW?? No issues according to your website, but since last weekend I have WiFi phone calls only and no 4g!

    @VodafoneUK So without notification you have pulled out of London underground WiFi. So Vodafone is now the only major provider not providing a useful service on the London underground. Why??!!!?😤😤😤😤

    @VodafoneUK Just when we need the phone to organise medical and life care for a very poorly elderly relative, YOU CUT OFF THE PHONE FOR NO REASON AND DONT TELL US. Have enough crap right now without Vodafone trying their best to stress me out. I’ve never missed a payment -20+ years. Bastards
