    @VodafoneUK been on a call with yourselves for the third time in three days - 1hr and 15mins into today’s call it gets cut off !! No call back so back in another queue !! Im now a total of over 4 hrs worth of calls in no resolution and NO CALL back ??

    @CityFibre what's the problem with trying to get my broadband sorted with @VodafoneUK? You aren't making it easy for them. "A blockage"? How long before it's "unblocked"? It's been weeks now. Or should I just stay with #VirginMedia 😵

    @VodafoneUK Shop staff less than helpful Would not supply PUK code in store Why do you make it more attractive to move providors than to help with a very simple problem & retain a loyal customer?

    @VodafoneUK I've given up with you tbh. On phone with EE now.14 years a customer,absolutely disgraceful. Tried for almost a week. Doesn't near wellfor future contact if I need you. So thanks but no thanks now

    Hi @VodafoneUK looking to use data SIM for home internet on 4G (live too far from exchange & ADSL is poor). Can I find where masts are to point an external antenna in the right direction? Your coverage checker says signal should be good in/outdoors, but it isn’t too strong.
