    @VodafoneUK very very disappointed been a customer for nearly 10 years I contract and 2 sim deals going my contract came to an end to get refused my upgrade!!!! Saying I can’t afford it 🤔 when nothing has changed with my income but no problem I go elsewhere

    You've assigned us our very own broadband expert, @VodafoneUK. How thrilling! He reset the router and got the internet back for us. Put the phone down, and within ten minutes, it's gone again. Amazing. Apparently, he's calling us back in 24 hours. Can't wait!

    @VodafoneUK Hello I have lost my phone and have tried to get a replacement sim without any luck in two different shops. I was told that as long standing customer there is problem with your database updating. Please can you sort this out ASAP #Vodafone

    Anyone else having mobile network issues with @VodafoneUK atm? Have absolutely nothing for some reason. (Their network status page is as useful as a chocolate teapot)

    @VodafoneUK so utterly fed up. 2 days I got to watch without WiFi dropping. Is it your routers that are rubbish, or can you not actually supply a 24/7 service??

    @VodafoneUK I don’t have a Vodafone mobile, it’s a mobile Wi-Fi dongle I am trying to cancel. I just need to cancel it, as I have no use for it anymore. Is this something you can help with?
