    @VodafoneUK problems accessing online acccount. Page 404 errors. Agent Mahwan polite,helpful and very eloquent, but problem persists. Have you been tinkering with your systems and not letting your customers know ?

    @VodafoneUK Was getting some help over a problem & up to last night I was told that turning Network off might help, so I agreed for you to do it,got a message after I'd waited a long time which I missed. I sent message at lunch to Muhammad & still waiting for advise!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you could probably train your staff instead of offering training as a gimmick- shocking customer service. You are stealing money from people and are thieves
