    @VodafoneUK you owe me £232 and have done for circa 2 months now. I have spent literally hours on the phone to customer services representatives, being passed from pillar to post on several different occasions, and have been assured I will be refunded in 3-5 days and… nothing!

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone are supposed to be arriving to mine to set up broadband tomorrow however DPD have not delivered the necessary items. I called you & asked for this to be arranged a couple days ago & was told I would receive new tracking details but I haven’t! Can I have help?

    @SMARTYMobileUK the page where I put my PAC code in doesn't seem to be working. Please assist me as would like to implement this change asap today as moving from @VodafoneUK who, after several years of being a customer of theirs, have finally proved themselves incompetent. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK I suppose I’m fortunate I’m not with Vodafone for my broadband! It doesn’t get away from the issue that 5 of us don’t have access to the services we pay for unless I’m more than 1mile from my house? It’s still down

    @VodafoneUK I am livid as one of the customer service people just hung up on me. NEVER EVER have I had this before with Vodafone. I am appalled in all honesty.
