Graeme Eddolls (@GEddolls) reported@VodafoneUK It's already resolved after you tried to destroy my credit rating over £6 and try to charge me more fees for the pleasure. I've paid what I owed and showed I never had any intention of not paying a debt that I didn't know existed. You only care when you're publicly called out.

shirish (@shnavale) reported@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK what's the point in asking customer to update app every now n then. Irrespective of whether app if updated or not you show incorrect data. What kind of people work in your IT team that they are leaking such issues to production.
