@scottcapurro @VodafoneUK Leave Vodafone. I left years ago after I renewed 12mo contract with them and was left 2 weeks without data, couldn't fix it and tried to charge for 12mo for breaking the contract. I showed 14 emails to CEO office before it was solved. 5 years later I received outstanding credit.

@VodafoneUK I am dissatisfied with Vodafone's service. On the 26th, I switched to a fibre board band, but it isn't working. Many times I was called & asked to repeat the same test. Promises to get back to work ASAP. However, it never worked. My WFH is having an impact.

@VodafoneUK Yes it's been produced. The service online didn't take my payment, it then said "retry" and then ended up taking the payment twice.

@VodafoneUK I have tried chat and it’s the same issue but much slower. I don’t understand why no one senior can support and instead just inexperienced call staff who haven’t had the right training? They have all told me different things and no one knows how to help?

@DanCarlyon @Chris_FireFox @VodafoneUK Benefits of not leaving the house due to covid... Oh and Vodaphone likes to notify him via text if he needs to text or call someone that they're charging him for those days but never notified him of these data charges... So he had no clue this was happening.
