    @VodafoneUK worse ever experience of customer service, sent new phone and sim. Turns out sim was never going to work and spent 50 min going in circles with your bots to speak to some one

    @VodafoneUK You have never once helped with any problems. Your phone service is incredibly bad, customer service is rude, I cannot escape my contract, and I’ve had to forward a physical sim to the middle of France and change my bike tour to meet it despite being an eSIM user. You can’t help.

    @VodafoneUK Your agent said that they were happy to ‘continue with my complaint’ - but that it would be (and I quote) “pointless”. I think @VodafoneUK have had more than enough time to resolve my issue. I’ll use my time more wisely in advising as many people as I can to avoid the company!

    @VodafoneUK a year and half on and numerous messages like this we still only have a 2 bar service due to lack of signal pole! Sort it out Hello. Great news - we've completed the maintenance with our mobile network in CM145BN, which means everything should now be up and running

    @VodafoneUK Both, I’m able to type my login details in, but then the page won’t load, it just times out, seems like a security or verifying issue, as I’m able to on WiFi

    @VodafoneUK I’m not wasting anymore of my time. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know about the shocking service you have at Vodafone. I’ve just reading your Twitter Page and every single comment on there is a complaint and by the level of service I’ve received tonight I’m not surprised.

    @VodafoneUK Sorry but this isn't really acceptable. It took them 10 days to even come out identify the fault, now another week before someone can come and fix it. We have no recourse with them as we aren't their customer but we are yours. We're paying for a broadband we can't use and 1/2
