    @VodafoneUK I have a BlackBerry that I am wanting to unlock. Vodafone told me they can't do it as I bought it from Tesco but Tesco say it's locked to Vodafone and I am being sent back and for. How do I get Vodafone to unlock the phone that's on there network?

    @VodafoneUK very very disappointed been a customer for nearly 10 years I contract and 2 sim deals going my contract came to an end to get refused my upgrade!!!! Saying I can’t afford it 🤔 when nothing has changed with my income but no problem I go elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service. 1 hour 17 minutes on the phone today, and going through security questions with four separate people trying to sort out why you cannot carry out the simple task of changing a direct debit from one account to another
