    @VodafoneUK That would be great but all I'm getting is an automated service. You havent activated my sim for 3 weeks. You keep saying the account doesn't exist. @CPWTweets says it does.

    @VodafoneUK Not what I asked. I asked whether you can confirm that a broadband account can be cancelled specifically by using the next gen text service advertised on the link. All other options on the link are either not suitable or would mean buying a phone.

    Both companies have been extremely unhelpful. In the meantime I cannot connect to a network and @CPWTweets are refusing to cancel the contract yet havent provided a network. Been in store 4 times. Been to @VodafoneUK twice. Have raised a complaint with @resolvercouk
