    @VodafoneUK I am truly disgusted by your Chief Customer (I don’t) Care Officer and her team’s behaviour. Sandro Pereira in Customer Relations is a waste of space. Customer Loyalty is supposed to work both ways. You know that, right?

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK My mum has Power of Attorney over Dad (dementia) & has been trying for MONTHS to get the name changed to hers on their mobile account. She doesn’t need the stress caused by requests for unnecessary information. Just change the name!
