    Award for most useless customer services ever has to go to @VodafoneUK . 40 minutes chatting to 3 different people trying to get something very simple done. Still not got anyone who can do anything. Absolutely disgraceful company.

    @VodafoneUK morning. How do I go about getting compensation for absolutely shocking phone service along my route home? All of a sudden I have no calling signal for over 30 miles of motorway. I suspect it is because you have turned off your 3G masts!

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying to get in touch with someone for 3 days with no luck! 22nd in a queue that never seems to go down for an online agent and on hold on the phone for 90 minutes with no luck! All I wanted to do was upgrade, you’re losing a customer.

    @VodafoneUK Hey Kelly, I reached out but nobody is there. Three hours waiting for a private message reply. I am a customer of only three weeks and will look to be cancelling my contract if this is the way you treat people.

    @ThreeUKSupport Its happening in both of my devices. It happened with EE aswell so I left them and moved to three and it's still happening. The only company this hasn't happened with is @VodafoneUK so I might move back to them but is there a way I can cancel without paying fee

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I have now had 3 unreturned calls to renew my broadband as online it says to call. When I called it could not be done. Please save my sanity before I cancel direct debit
