@VodafoneUK I will be doing that. And I will be leaving Vodafone after about 20 years. Someone in management is deliberately making it very hard to cancel one plan out of the three that I have. So I shall take up the challenge and cancel all three 😡😡😡

Really irritated by @VodafoneUK customer service this evening. I'm not allowed to cancel my plan online. I've been in a phone queue for 30 minutes with no suggestion of where I am in the queue. I try chat - it asks me various questions and then tells me there's no-one available
