Graham Wharton (@Graham_Wharton) reported@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile I've been a victim of identity theft and someone is opening lyca mobile accounts in my name, using my credit file. Lyca mobile have been crap dealing with it. No sense of urgency. Call centre staff won't deal with me.

Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported@Bov__ @O2 @VodafoneUK Depends if it’s cheaper to move to another carrier that gives you the same *wonderful* service 🙃
-
IainMcCallum (@Iain_McCallum) reported@VodafoneUK I am shocked and surprised that you are unable to connect me to the team that is supposed to support customers experiencing difficulties with Home Broadband. I have now been without service for 24 hours. Maybe you shouldn't be in the business of communication?!

Davie J Cuthbert (@DavieCuthbert) reported@IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK Any FEMALE employee should be going to HR. Unacceptable, these creatures are living out a fantasy fetish. Should not only be banned but given guidance to seek HELP. This is an illness.

Paul Frost (@paulfrost_me) reported@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Colleagues had issues today, approximately the same time as changing Vodafone tariffs. Part of the same issues ?

Hasan Ozgan (@HasanOzgan) reported@VodafoneUK My phone number was lost during a PAYG to Monthly Plan migration, a mistake entirely on your end. I've had an open complaint for a week with no resolution. If this isn't fixed urgently, I'll be escalating to CISAS. This is unacceptable. #Vodafone

Daniel Pybus (@danielpybus) reported@VodafoneUK is 10 days reasonable to fix a faulty phone you sold me for £1200 and your app said it’s a faulty battery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to have a faulty phone repaired or replaced within a "reasonable time"

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.
