    @VodafoneUK #VODAFONE DISGRACEFUL VODAFONE I've been with them 10 yrs and I have my phone and broadband with them, I've never missed a payment, they declined my upgrade today, didn't pass the credit check, AFTER 10 YRS, BYE I'M LOOKING ELSEWHERE

    @VodafoneUK I was tagging you on Mary's post. Mary can tell you her issue. But I've had my own with your awful online customer service, passing me from person to person, seemingly not knowing how to negotiate a new contract. Awful customer service, meaning your loss of a long time customer
