Joey ap Joey (@FarmerJoeShow) reported@VodafoneUK haven’t got any better in 2026. Avoid them at all costs. Zero customer service (if you manage to get hold of them) & they say it'll be sorted next day but it never is. Months pass by. It’s always next day. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!
