    @VodafoneUK I am a broadband customer. Your app (s) are awful - the ai bots are shameful. I just want to get Secure Net. After 50mins of searching (using chatGPT) and downloading a third Vodafone app I’m told it’s not available with NO explanation?? Please help. Human help

    So got the emergency alert on my @SMARTYMobileUK sim but not my @VodafoneUK sim. Shouldn't they be on the same network now???

    @_AgainstMyWill @ZiaYusufUK @VodafoneUK I guess youre going to have to get used to life without a mobile phone then. All UK mobile network providers have similar charity schemes.
