    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Made the mistake of signing up to VM, didn't provide the agreed product at the agreed price, when I contacted them they 'upgraded' my product to the agreed one and doubled the price. Apparently they did this regularly. Cancelled at end of contract, never used any VM product since

    @VodafoneUK Nice to see my full fibre connection has wet itself. Not a hardware issue my end, and I never got a single drop with @bt_uk any works going on local to Elmswell Suffolk? This package isn’t cheap!

    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

    Everyday since Friday I’ve been contacting @VodafoneUK to swap an e sim from one device to another and each time get fed lies because they basically can’t be bothered to help I’ve never had problems with any company like I do Vodafone

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same thing happened to me. Twice. Using their online complaint form triggered a very fast response after multiple phone calls achieved nothing.
