    @VodafoneUK Yeah they couldn't help me And when i called they just wanted me to do it over the phone so i wouldn't get the online bonuses.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded my vodafone home broadband a week ago. Now nothing works and I’ve had to phone Vodafone every day. With every call I hear a different issue and more promises. SHOCKING customer service! Zero feedback. No way of escalating ongoing issue.

    @VodafoneUK a very bad company with awful service. In one year, three times for 2/3 days no internet connection and #VodafoneUK doesn’t care about how is working from home or children in GCSE 🤬 if you are thinking to switch to Vodafone, please DO NOT .
