    Afternoon @VodafoneUK I've gone to put a sim card in my old p20 Pro to find it's locked having left voda last year I'm still finding voad a pain in my life. I was assured on cancellation it would be opened up. Any help would be fantastic.

    @VodafoneUK Tried all of that already with other agents. Can't even change to business broadband as your contention ratio is the same( e.g. awful) Apparently one suggestion was moving closer to the cell tower - only trouble is that my house is sort of fixed in place!

    .@VodafoneUK specialists in customer service failure. Call the UK contact number, follow voice prompts, reconnects you to an endless loop without ever speaking to someone. Use the webchat, repeat yourself continually for half an hour, chat agent drops off. Do it all over again.👏

    Just had an email about @VodafoneUK Pro Broadband. Apparently they want you to pay more if you want a reliable service 🤷

    Absolute nightmare with @VodafoneUK once again. Impossible to get help with swapping mum’s old number to new sim. Round in circles, no way of talking to anyone.

    Work have swapped our mobiles from @VodafoneUK to @EE and I’ve never had so many calls drop out or the other person can’t hear me! It’s bloody awful! Forget using Teams via data on the app!…. I’m off the buy a pigeon!
