    @TheWildLemons @VodafoneUK I couldn’t even do that, because my phone signal’s so bad here at home - I rely on wifi calling for making calls (quite intermittent), and I couldn’t get online on my phone to check status, or even X. It’s very inconvenient, isn’t it? 🙄 I hope yours is ok now! 🤞

    @VodafoneUK can you please explain why your service is so diabolically awful in north Oxford? It is so bad that when I called your representative to complain he could not hear what I was saying.

    Another week, another 2 hour @AvantiWestCoast train. As always, sod all wi-fi, and @VodafoneUK signal was shocking too. Wtf is going on ?!?! Spent most of the journey trying to connect.

    @VodafoneUK @SW_Help genuinely curious as to how we can get wifi underground but no reception (with any network) at Waterloo, Vauxhall, Raynes Park and Wimbledon. Barely anything on the train journey. Infuriates everyone.

    @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out

    @VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

    @VodafoneUK you attempted to remotely eset two of our conpany phones yesterday. The "reset" has resulted in both phones having no mobile connectivity at all - no calls, no texts and no data. Your support chat both wants me to call 191 (I can't) and won't connect me to a person
