    Hi @VodafoneUK why have I got an email thanking me for moving a number over to your network when I didn't ask to move a number to your network? I'm now really worried that this is some kind of fraud?

    @VodafoneUK This is not news, to us, that East Devon has lousy coverage. Because of my health we have to have a landline because our signal is not good enough for voice calls. Wi-Fi calling works but, in the event of a power cut we would be left without means to call for help.

    @VodafoneUK I need to make a complaint about an error on Vodafone’s part that is causing me to get monthly threats of termination. I have complained, and been compensated for this multiple times now and it has to stop. I want a manager to contact me asap. I am disgusted.

    @VodafoneUK Are there problems still in Milton Keynes with the mobile network? My father can make calls and receive text but can't hear anyone on the other end, have tried with two different phones so it isn't that.

    @VodafoneUK any idea how long the outage in exeter area will be.ive had no Internet all day and leaving the router on is using up valuable energy.if its not getting fixed I will turn it off

    @VodafoneUK Funny, they said it was because the phones were stolen! The phones could be cleaned on return, same as would have happened pre-pandemic. It was sent away on Tuesday and returned today. Good service in the end.

    @VodafoneUK why is it impossible to speak to a human person when calling 191!!??? Every option takes you to stupid automated message and then ends call. I urgently need to speak to someone!
