So, @VodafoneUK is absolute **** and the service never works, anywhere in the U.K. I’ve tried from Plymouth to Newcastle and Zoom calls drop even on audio only. New problem: When I upgraded my iPhone in Netherlands my eSIM evaporated. They need to mail a SIM to the U.K… 🧵💩

@CiaranMcNulty @VodafoneUK Yeah I think I will. What’s bonkers is they sent me my eSIM via email the first time. I literally never had a physical SIM, and I chose @VodafoneUK entirely for that reason. Now apparently it’s impossible. There’s no way in the world they can email me the QR code again.

@O2 This is brilliant, I work in a bank supporting vulnerable customers and this is something I’m definitely going to share 🙌🏻 Glad to be an O2 customer 🥰 @EE @VodafoneUK do you offer something similar?

@VodafoneUK There’s nothing wrong with my end, you have a network issue you need to fix, me sending you a DM with details will not help anything. Look into it and you will see I’m correct
