    Disgraceful from @VodafoneUK - promised similar speeds to @virginmedia when signing up, stated cancellation would be free over chat when service wasn't fast enough, now suddenly trying to charge £180 fee last minute when funds are tight and replacement contract starting. Stressed

    @VodafoneUK Sorry, should have been more clear - it’s the broadband service. Router says VDSL is connected but can’t get any outbound traffic
