    @VodafoneUK can someone give me a call as after 27 calls I have everytime bee directed to an online agent to then be told there is no one available and directed back to 191, customer service yet again shocking

    @UrServiceBlows Definitely @VodafoneUK deserves worst customer service award. 7 months of blacklisted hell whilst paying full price. No amount of calls, chat, emails made a difference. Contract working again since yesterday after a week of publicly tweeting everything they’ve done!

    @CityFibre I have spoke a lot with @VodafoneUK but they just say it is the @cityfibre network that is the issue with packet throughout, and it will be fixed when it is fixed. I would just like to be able to get status updates on the problem and estimated resolution time....

    @VodafoneUK I'm getting pissed off with paying through the nose for 5G and it regularly dropping all service "connected with no Internet". Don't roll crap out that clearly isn't ready. 4G may have been slower but at least it was reliable.
