@VodafoneUK can you assist. Been waiting all morning for an engineer visit for home broadband. 8am-1pm slot. No communication from an engineer. No agents available on ToBi to ask & after 80 mins on hold to customer services the call was disconnected your end. Where are you all?

@VodafoneUK Like I said any other network I can have a contract with except you. Your score requirement is probably as high as mortgage score requirement. I suggest anyone looking for a contract to avoid Vodafone! You will have a trace of credit check any you are more likely to fail!

Disappointing @VodafoneUK customer service. Broadband upgrade ordered and agreed upon then they cancel the order, we are told it will be 5 weeks for engineer and we’ll be charged the upgraded price in the meantime. None of this was discussed on the original upgrade call. Terrible
