@VodafoneUK when will the network issues in RM8 area be fixed? I have not been able to make a call longer than a few minutes before the call fails. Not ideal when working from home.

@VodafoneUK Seeing as I literally am unable to talk to someone on the phone because you can’t give me an account until my service is activated, but you haven’t activated my service when you said you would, could you reply to my DMs in a timely manner?!

@VodafoneUK and said I called customer service and they said to return the phone …. Exactly from the customer service agent the previous day over the phone, again in abrupt language no you can’t , I might take the phone but you’ll to call customer service again..

Three days with no signal on @VodafoneUK in SW19! It’s quite rich of #Vodafone to advertise wifi calling as one of it’s own features while I have been reliant on @ThreeUK 5G broadband to relay calls and data due to this. I guess I need to fully move to a more reliable provider.

@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s more a case of #Vodafone struggling to fix a fault and provide reliable service. I have alternatives in place to deal with potential bad service. Will DM.
