@VodafoneUK I am also named on the account so you can liaise with me. I have spoken to Vodafone a number of times. The issue started in November and then “fixed” in December. And now started again! Complaint reference number is 30483697 I emailed the CEO Ahmed Essam. This is ridiculous

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz you are shocking. 4 days without a working mobile number. Being told it will work in 24hrs - 4 days later no one works at weekends who know what they are doing. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid avoid. Shameful customer service.

@timatkin @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Many companies offer free EU usage of your UK allowance, BUT it often needs to be and existing contract ie. before a certain date. We had EE and O2 when we went to Lanzarote last month no problem.
