    @VodafoneUK power to my Router has been broken for 5 days and vodafone messing around doing line checks and opening tickets for me. Meanwhile we have no internet. Worst service I have ever received from any company!!

    @VodafoneUK Help please? I am without broadband because I have opted to move to you from nowtv. They have been uncooperative, refusing to give up line so you cancelled installation today. Can you please bring my revised installation date closer than 16/12?

    @wshiells @VodafoneUK Exactly same for me. For the last month I've had issues regarding upgrades... And each phone call has ended with me being told I will revieve an update in the next 24 hours.. and nothing ever comes back so have to call them again, to be told the same again

    @VodafoneUK trying to top up my daughter's phone but it's saying there is a error with the number? This is the error code 491 - [error ref 1w0] I've tried registering it and everything. Any help would be great

    @jnm8210 @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK I’ve just had to cancel mine. Heard nothing for a week. Constantly told it was in stock and just waiting for DPD to pick it up. Tweet I got from them this morning said they hadn’t even got the stock in. Constantly fobbed off saying it’d be 24-48 hours. Certainly felt lied to.

    @VodafoneUK Does it use data up much quicker via #5G signal then? As obviously you're going to be uploading and downloading quicker.
