    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.

    @VodafoneUK URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED For the last 3 days I've had no network connection (SS17 7PL). I'm having to make all calls and texts using WhatsApp. Please advise when this issue is going to be resolved.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Terrible company. I closed a buisness accou t with them and it took 9 months of chasing to have the account classed as closed on my credit file!!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I used the Lifeledger website to do this and it was so simple to do. I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Adrian. Hang on two more years, do not contact them or make any offer of payment, the debt can’t be recovered if you’ve not made a payment or tried to negotiate. Do not accept this so called debt is real.
