Have to say @VodafoneUK customer service so bad now it’s painful . Try to get thru on phone is like getting blood out of stone and if you do it online got more chance of getting of wining lottery than Getting any sense out of anyone

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom it's in the customers contract that if u fail to fix an issue within a reasonable time frame (3 months) to be exact, then the customer can get out of the contract free of charge, right?

@VodafoneUK I can't seem to get through to anyone on online chat or phone to cancel my contract, and there doesn't seem to be a way to do it online, (not to mention My Vodafone seems to be down) please help!
