@VodafoneUK 3 different days I've tried to cancel mobile broadband. AND ANOTHER PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN. Wait times on calls are extremely long, TOBi chat says a security code sent to my phone, I've received none of them. Tell me how do I cancel..it shouldn't be this hard!

@VodafoneUK Why so much upgrading to your systems? I need a tracking number for an order I placed today and I can't get it because of your stupid website. It was down last week as well. You give no notice nothing and boom off goes the website.
