So much for customer loyalty ! @VodafoneUK have yet again put bills up by over 9% . Why can company's like @tescomobile keep prices the same but @VodafoneUK put the bills up. Horrible greedy company. Been with them 8 years, do they care ? Of course not

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have spoken to 2 different agents on your website who advised that a £15 credit would be applied to our next bill due to a broadband outage on 11 March lasting over 12 hrs. The bill is still showing the full amount. Please could this be amended?

Update: @VodafoneUK still don’t know where my number is. ‘We’ll give you a free sim with unlimited data’ - except they haven’t activated the plan for me. And now the shoddy customer services are not even replying to me. I am shocked at the terrible systems you have in place.

@VodafoneUK Hi, my #Vodafone Home Broadband service was activated today. I plugged the hub in & connected everything at about 08:30 this morning but still no internet. Does it normally take this long?

@VodafoneUK It's just constantly poor lately. I joined in November and the signal is constantly hit and miss over multiple postcodes. I don't want to have to keep checking network status...

@VodafoneUK All I want is a correct invoice, for the price quoted, no more phantom charges and broken promises and no more 2 hours on the 'phone to get very little further, other than realising more promises unfulfilled, and 20 minutes typing a DM to someone who's disappeared.
