    @VodafoneUK What’s with the freebies you are handing out then? Dont see much denial.. or even an apology.. I’m glad I cut the contract you.. not only tripe service but you are a core problem in this country.. Nick Read.. prep a public apology before you lost any sane customer you have left.

    The more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.

    Message for @vodafoneUK There's a total network failure in DL2 3AA for over 48 hours now. Multiple routers and phones entirely down, no data and poor phone reception. Business and home offline on a Sunday. The network checker doesn't recognise the failure.

    @Iromg @VodafoneUK I think it was November 2025 when you made your final mistake on Talk Radio wasn’t it, Mike? We all make errors in our lives but companies that try to help people in dire situations should not, in my opinion, be vilified.

    @SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK Network Operator Payouts: Out of that total budget, £18.6 million was specifically allocated for contracts with mobile network operators (such as EE, Vodafone, Three, and O2).
