    @TfL @SW_Help @VodafoneUK please fix the wifi/mobile networks/network rail app so we can see when trains are coming at Waterloo! Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear about your loss. It’s never a pleasant task making those calls. If you’d left the name of the company with terrible customer service out of your post, I’d have still guessed it was Virgin Media.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They’re a terrible company. They pursued me through debt collection agencies for £38 I didn’t owe them. £38! I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
