@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Please don't blame the customer service staff. They are often on minimum wage and pressured to meet unrealistic targets with little training. They are supposed to escalate to managers but many are not even told how to do that as they are thrown in the deep end when starting work.

@VodafoneUK No service in central Colchester since the weekend. The network service status says maintenance ongoing until 5th October!? Are we really to be without service for 3 months??

@VodafoneUK hi, I bought 2gb data for £10. When ever I use my data it's not working so I wasted my money. Can you fix this?

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Surely this is a job for what should be a job for an established probate team. Richie, get the gentlemans contact number and find the right person to phone him back... directing him to a bot on your website lacks both empathy and compassion... in short, a **** show, sort it out.

@GeorgeMonbiot @BenjaminBallA @VodafoneUK I’ve not to deal with this per say but have had huge issues with companies in the past - FYI you can sign to linked-in premium for a month for free, then that way you can contact all kinds of people at companies. When the month is up unsubscribe. It works

@GeorgeMonbiot @divadarlings1 @VodafoneUK I had an issue with Vodafone, they still think I owe them money and it'll be on my credit report for years but they can get ******, I'm paying them nothing.

@GeorgeMonbiot @davidcox65 @VodafoneUK British Gas & BT also like to ‘forget’ to ‘press the right button’ to cancel accounts when a loved one dies. It was the threat of a Debt Recovery letter that broke me following husband’s death despite hours spent cancelling accounts or changing account names. Your poor Dad.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not surprised at all that you have been banging your head against a brick wall 😔 They could very easily base the next Indiana Jones movie on the intrepid archeologist trying to navigate his way through the labyrinth that is the Vodafone switchboard as it's frigging awful.

@GeorgeMonbiot @NickCohen4 @VodafoneUK Awful. You have my sympathy. I was lucky enough not to encounter anything like this when my mum died last year.

@VodafoneUK @speckyninja Maybe customers should have a simple and direct way to contact an advisor -- like a direct email, trouble form, or even (I don't know if this makes sense for a phone company), a phone number?
