    @VodafoneUK i get not being able to discuss specific upgrades via social media but i was asking a generic question to which a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ would have sufficed. that live chat webpage is also horrendous-poorly designed for mobile (oh, the irony) & cuts off the options. thanks for your help!

    . When did @VodafoneUK customer service become so awful?! Been with them for many years and never had any trouble but wasted well over 2 hours today, including my lunch hour and still haven't actually sorted out my problem. Shan't be going with them again

    Not happy that my #iPhone13Pro won’t be delivered today, but I am happy with the resolution provided by Ben @VodafoneUK ! The companies people are great, try not to give them too much 💩, just some of the companies processes and planning are awful, not them

    @Caius @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK don’t support eSims because they’re useless. Also, they keep putting their prices up. Will likely move.

    Took out a new contract with @VodafoneUK for a @samsunguk S21 ultra 8 weeks ago. Yesterday the camera shattered (not dropped, just shattered on opening the camera app). Phoned to report and told it will cost me £270 to fix what is clearly a manufacturer issue.
