@VodafoneUK day 11 no broadband. Advice now cancel account and start again…….we suggested this last Monday! That’s good news…but…wait for it can’t do that til Friday! No timeframe for setting up new account! Received first bill today for no service since installation!

@VodafoneUK Thanks Jason, we will do as you suggest. If I tweet, I get access to good customer service; likewise if I can actually speak to someone on the phone, they’re friendly. But the systems that allow these situations to keep arising are pretty shoddy.

@VodafoneUK Evie we have instigated in excess of 12 hours of calls since Monday 10Jan in an attempt to get connected! Having been advised cancel and start again is solution why does it take 4 days to cancel with no indication of when a new connection will happen! Unbelievable!

@VodafoneUK The people I speak to say it's a technical issue they can't deal with and it has been passed to backroom. No results. They say they'll phone back and don't. Been a customer for years and this is such bad service.
