    @VodafoneUK tells me I'm late to pay my bill, so they've restricted calls and texts on my phone, and then ask me to please call or text them to restore service. But when I do as instructed they tell me they've restricted calls and texts on my phone. You can't make this **** up.

    @VodafoneUK I really need your help. I own a contract for my Nan and she now wants to own it. I’ve filled out the forms 8 times over 3 years & called you numerous times. It hasn’t changed. We do not live close. It needs to get sorted ASAP

    @VodafoneUK I can't call that number because calls are restricted on my phone. Can't login to my Vodafone account because I am still waiting for the email to reset my account password that I requested half an hour ago.

    @VodafoneUK @enchantedelfie_ Num’ been used by @VodafoneUK in past in customer service questions, so people will think it is yours. What is the point in reporting as likely coming from overseas + number being spoofed? Telco’s need to deploy AI and RPA to spot + block these scams + look after customers.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your help, the phone's now unlocked. Now regarding the previous advice to take the phone to a third party website (which a cursery online search of reveals many unhappy, scammed customers). Any views on why that happened or promise to prevent it happening again?

    @VodafoneUK there is very little phone signal in the Hullbridge SS5 area your network signal says very good 2/3&4G indoors and out, this is not correct 3 phones in our house and all no G signal whatsoever.

    currently doing that most frustrating of things. In a chat to a @VodafoneUK help operator trying to convince them to go ask their networks team if there's a problem because I can't reach half the Internet. Not great customer service.
