    @vodafoneUK just trying to arrange a replacement for a faulty router. Your tech support don't seem to listen 2.4ghz channel isn't working. Going round in circles. Poor experience poor customer support. Have been through the same fault finding process twice now.

    Made the error of continuing broadband with @VodafoneUK They cancelled my service due to an error their end. Being told I cannot get reconnected until 27th May. I cannot work because of it. No solutions no apologies, just long wasted calls with no responsibility taken.

    @VodafoneUK the phone signal Started to become a problem for the past three months now very limited or no signal which means my data is absolutely rubbish makes no sense I pay so much for something that I’m not actually get in the use of

    @VodafoneUK Hi can we fix this ASAP being advised all is OK but to connect a 2.4ghz device I need to go a buy a router. Really not good enough.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneProbs already called you but because you decided we weren’t the account holder you can’t speak to us #catch22 we’ve even written to your CEO & ombudsman we paid up til 04/2021 despite having no service as we wanted to protect our former volunteer whom you are hounding😡

    Terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK!!! 3 months without internet is a complete joke.. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy, let alone a friend
