    @VodafoneUK So basically what your saying is that the #Vodafone network isn’t up to standard. I’m with someone on @O2 and they have no trouble. How can you justify the monthly charge when your network is not up to having users use it.

    @VodafoneUK shockingly bad experience simply trying to move broadband to a new address. You have made what should be simple painful and wasted so much time including having to take time off work then not turning up. Awful

    @VodafoneUK Nah, that's how you prepare your phone before speaking to Vodafone customer service. Usually results in wanting to throw your phone against a wall in frustration.

    Day 4 of my 78yo mum being without @VodafoneUK broadband. She can't remember the login details, I don't know them, so what do we do? She's playing for a service that doesn't work. I've reset the hub, but there's no change. I can see it, it can't see the internet.
