A couple of years ago when my parent died I was very grateful 4 the kindness+best practice from TalkTAlk- dedicated bereavement support line; Unintrusive+efficient. Really made a difference at the time. @TalkTalk

    @VodafoneUK @TheBengwin @vodafone It seems that it is exactly how you want your customers to feel as these are the policies you enact. This is deliberate cruelty and I tell everyone I know never to use your company. This could be fixed but isn't.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yes it is. It happened to me after only two months of being a customer. I will never ever be a Vodafone customer again. And I will tell others not to use them too.

    @VodafoneUK Yep did all that but the choice and options are overwhelming and much more customer friendly to do in store. Doesn't explain why nhs discount can't be applied in store via the code
