Mark Ellis (@mark62ellis) reported@Ofcom @VodafoneUK Explain to me why we have 0.02 upload speed. 80 metres down the road is a line that has 15 download and 10 Upload, but 10 metres either side of that is 0.02. 300 metres south of me is a line that has 30 download and 30 upload, but 10 metres either side is 0.02
