Agreed broadband price on phone with @VodafoneUK but confirmed by email as more so you needed to listen to the recorded conversation. Promised to get back to me within 3 days. Still waiting for callback 10 days later so now complaining about my complaint not being dealt with.

@VodafoneUK signed up for broadband - routers sent etc but engineers came out and left us without a connection and no follow up - now no further assistance offered to get us connected. Poor customer service.

Anyone else noticed that @VodafoneUK signal has been sketchy recently? I never used to have a problem with reception, but the last few months have been frustrating. Considering an early exit and switch to another network.

@VodafoneUK hi I’m a Vodafone U.K. customer visiting the US on a Pay monthly contract. My iPhone connects to t-mobile but I can’t get any internet connection while others around me get a good connection on t mobile. What do I need to do to get a good roaming connection.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not same issue but Vodafone publicised my work (not at VF) number randomly for one of their popular shops, was inundated, they never quite resolved it, even after writing to CEO. Have left the job now, so matters not. Customer services used to give my number out!

@Razorhazor @VodafoneUK I also applied a discount code which worked! They can see one order on my account now apparently despite me having 3 order confirmations so far! I’m cancelling anyway and going with carphone warehouse instead - much better deal and service 👍🏼
