@VodafoneUK Any chance of a follow up to this ? Provided all the info asked for the accounts team and I'm still getting chased for payment I can prove I paid. Not paying again for May+ late fees when I can prove I paid it ontime If your payment service doesn't work is there point of trying ?

@VodafoneUK I have been with them for 10 years and now to upgrade they do fresh credit check as well as telling me if I got discount last upgrade I can’t get one this time around!Bad, expensive network with no respect for the customers. Avoid them!

@VodafoneUK Yeah. Spoke to a chap on the phone that explained it all. It's totally different to how it was explained by sales staff though. Perhaps some continuity between all depts would help

@VodafoneUK despite a wonderful service when full fibre was implemented. Today I have nothing, this despite calling yesterday to be assured disconnection would not happen it has and spending just shy of an hour in the phone queue. I do not #FeelTheConnection how can you help me
