    @VodafoneUK No engineer since 01/11 and now been another week of nobody working on the issue. No update from Voda today to tell me what’s going on. No sign of Openreach. No fibre since 12/10 and counting. I’d advise everyone to steer clear of Voda. Customers mean nothing to them.

    @VodafoneUK One of the worst services being provided where left with no signal since 2 hours & on chat with customer care without any resolution since 2 hours.Customer care support is not adequate & not compatible enough to resolve queries. Showcase of very poor customer service

    @hannah_morton13 @VodafoneUK I have been trying to contact family in South Africa , something is up with the phone and internet on their side , landlines and mobile networks are constantly down or not working properly

    Horrible horrible horrible network. I always thought ThreeMobile is the worst one but @VodafoneUK has taken over this title from 3mobile. Extremely slow internet.

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre since you've installed my home broadband I've never achieved the speed I'm paying for and yet you have the audacity to say the problem is in my house. Shocking customer service & incredibly frustrating. When I pay for a service I expect to get it. #wifiwoes
