@VodafoneUK i have tried calling to cancel my contact. wait times are 30 mins plus. I tried chatting with your robot and then an agent online. Again, i waited for over 30 minutes to get cut off. Not good for a company saying 'connect the magic'. Cant connect anything!

@VodafoneUK Hi Ben, I am having difficulty trying to cancel the renewal of my NowTV subscription through my Vodafone account. This also works in a loop where NowTV refer me to Vodafone and vica versa
