@VodafoneUK I’ve tried 3 times to get a coherent answer from your chat service and you basically no longer accept phone calls. Is there a way to speak to a human please? You have been charging me an extra £21.75 a month for years and you can’t tell me what it’s for.

@TheBearBoo @VodafoneUK Nice. I can't believe they said that. It's only fair for you to be able to cancel a contract if they haven't been able to provide you with a service. Companies think contracts are only one way. But that contract is for the company as well, as a promise to provide their service.

@KOfDoubleK @VodafoneUK So what I've been told is that o2 have "released" my phone number, but there was an error in doing this. So now we are just waiting on it being now escalated HIGHER within both teams. This is just.. THE worst experience between both parties tbh

@VodafoneUK I'm sure if someone was calling about their bill and they had financial issues then its time to talk but to cancel an already out of contract item then theirs nothing wrong with my body, my mind or my finances.
