    @VodafoneUK I have travelled from uk to Paris. My phone has roaming but it seems to be barred. I can only use hotel Wi-Fi. I tried calling vodaphone uk for help but it seems they don’t accept Wi-Fi calls. I have no data or call access. Please help

    @VodafoneUK Well after the message given on here by vodaphone in which they said they would help, guess what the end result was? Call customer service! And all this from the reliable network?

    @VodafoneUK my wife has just spent 1.5hrs on phone to your call centre. Finally offered a new contract(we are existing customers) and then got told “there’s no engineers just call back tomorrow “ wtf? We don’t need an engineer we are connected. You are the worst

    @VodafoneUK No mobile Internet in North Devon but apparently your signal checker says no issues. I have reported it. Are you aware of problems?

    @VodafoneUK your fibre broadband and customer service is beyond atrocious, I'm now on day 100 of having an issue with it and am still no closer to getting anything sorted. I'm fed up of getting excuses from people and would just like an internet connection that works!!!

    @VodafoneUK trying to use the trade in tool but getting stuck on the page where it requires a photo of my screen, despite having allowed the app access to my camera. Have re tried multiple times and still not working. Pls help
