    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disgusted with your customer service . My 70 year old father rang up to renew his contract and because he only has one service with you he's not valuable enough ., despite being with you over 10 years and some weirdo to start asking him where el he shops

    @VOXImobile @VodafoneUK hardly any signal around very recently. Used to get 2 or 3 bars of LTE but now it’s 1 to non. What gives? Fix this issue asap. After the lightning in London it’s bad. Don’t even talk about 5G as that dose not work.

    After 5+ weeks, my @VodafoneUK upgrade is still unresolved. • £40 refund still unpaid • 2 complaints raised • Mobile service incorrectly provisioned • Told to cancel & recreate my contract to fix Vodafone's error • Lost a £572 trade-in benefit as a result

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was surprised that Sky were good when my mum died. BT were awful, demanding to speak to a dead person. Only just got fibre at my place a couple of months ago, will not go with Virgin, too much poor feedback.
