@VodafoneUK In true horrific Vodafone service style, the number you gave isn't just for cancelling& I've currently been on hold 20mins so far JUST TO CANCEL! It isn't enough I spent 18mnths overpaying for a service you didn't provide, you have to make the final step as painful as possible 2

@VodafoneUK over 20 minutes on the phone so far to get a PAC code so I can move to a different provider after many years of chatbots, long phone queues and totally disinterested store staff (Oldham). Customer of over 20 years, in case you’re interested.
