@VodafoneUK @PeterMorath It's not just Peter though, is it. There's loads of us. After 45 minutes on so called Chat I got nowhere just trying to report a fault. Your service is disgraceful and your support is AWOL.

@ChrisMorris1 @VodafoneUK I too would rather take the slightly slower speeds and have a reliable service, than have lightning fast speeds (when no one is using it!)

@VodafoneUK How can you connect when your broadband keeps dropping out? And after 45 minutes on chat with someone obviously managing multiple calls you just get dropped. Abysmal service.

@VodafoneUK so here we go again! The part of the day, every day when the data download signal is crap! Been with Vodafone for 15 years. Contract ends July 2021,maybe time to switch provider.
