I cannot wait to leave @VodafoneUK 4 ever. I was given a faulty phone, then told it is my own fault, then I sent it for repairs (that I will have to pay for) and now it has been cancelled because apparently I didn't accept the quote. I was never given one tho. Make it make sense.

  • AngieDrummond8 Angie Drummond (@AngieDrummond8) reported

@VodafoneUK your customer service is utter rubbish, just want to speak to an advisor and keep getting asked to go through to a web chat, I don’t want to speak on a web chat !!! Waste of time 😡

  • KevinNganga Kevin Kigima Ng'ang'a (@KevinNganga) reported

@SafaricomPLC This is an appreciation tweet. I have just spent close to 3 hours with your cousin @VodafoneUK on chat (including bots) and still issue not resolved. Your customer service I can say is up there (or your cousin's is a joker). Never ever had an issue not resolved

@VodafoneUK Can you explain why £65 pounds has been credited into my bank account by Vodafone? I haven't been a customer for about 4 years. And why do you still have my bank details?

  • Nessque Andrea (@Nessque) reported

@VodafoneUK so the thing is I have removed my sim I would like to see you charge me now! I am going to move to another service, I am fed up with people just thinking they can walk all over us like this.

  • dorsetcardio Chris Steadman (@dorsetcardio) reported

@VodafoneUK Nonsense, people do want the service, but after the 2 year contract you can pay £7 a month, what is the justification for not automatically dropping to this price once the watch has been covered by the higher price?
