    @VodafoneUK Moving to @O2 .. have a 40% discount promised in my notes that would continue- but even Vodafone customer relations will not honour it going forward. Disgusting customer service. Been with you 10 years . Looks like loyalty doesn’t mean much nowadays .

    @VodafoneUK Getting through wasn't the problem, ok it took a while, but then getting disconnected whilst talking to someone and having to call back and wait another 45 minutes just to get cut off while talking to the second person!

    @VodafoneUK How about providing a handset that has the capability of the tariff you upgraded me too. After over a month of failed correspondence and loss of connectivity I will NEVER use Vodafone again after nearly 15 years with you !!! Don’t bother guys.

    @VodafoneUK DAY2: trying to get help 😫 very frustrating I CANT RECEIVE TEXTS. I want to speak to someone. All Vodafone numbers Im trying say “click the link in the text you’ve sent” I CANT RECEIVE TEXTS!!! I provided info via DM but social media team ignoring DMs since yesterday

    Is it possible to actually speak to any of the big mobile companies on the phone? It's practically impossible to speak to @VodafoneUK - but i don't know if that is normal currently or whether they are particularly bad?
