@VodafoneUK @Nichols_RJ Hi @VodafoneUK I’m in your store right now and apparently the solution is to ask for a deadlock letter and to take the matter to ofcom. Seems extreme but I will be taking it to ofcom.

@VodafoneUK Wow! Joe at Chantry Place Vodafone Norwich had all the personality of a stick! Felt like he didn't want to help and it felt like he was kinda rude when we wanted to return a phone. Never again will I look at Vodafone in Norwich. Plus side Matt was nice and did help.

@VodafoneUK Thanks a lot VF! You've cancelled our broadband line with zero notice while we have an upgrade order in the pipeline. Just been told to start a new order as a new customer. Then the line drops while being transferred. Slow clap.

@VodafoneUK broadband down again! Bi monthly occurance. OL16 On hold to Vodafone for 40m+ sorry we are really busy blah blah blah. Yippee (not) will give me free data. Don't want data want a usable broadband service. Sort it!!!
