@paulifd @nikralzahs @VodafoneUK Not sure about about Shepshed but if you’re not getting signal around Pocklingtons walk you have an issue with the handset or simcard and would get the checked asap. Signal in that area should be fantastic with EE, Vodafone and O2. Genuinely i get amazing signal around there.

@VodafoneUK Mobile. I’ve just moved house and the signal is really bad. I have a big event coming up this weekend and my customers are struggling to get through to me. Can’t even leave a message. I’m trying to find out about wifi calling and went online and it says I need to speak to 191 /2

@VodafoneUK Already done this twice!! Your mast is damaged it's taking nearly two months and still not fixed yet you increase the charges on a service you fail to provide

@VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to 5 customer service advisors in 3 days and chatted on web chat. I’ve given vodafone every opportunity to fix their error and do the right thing and no one has found a solution. My first order was nearly a month ago activation date 11th April.

@VodafoneUK is there a human available? I spent most of the day trying to contact @VodafoneUK via 191 but keep being sent links which don’t help. I can’t run my business as my phone signal is awful.
