@VodafoneUK can you tell me what 9% of £35 is? Because I’m being charged £11 more a month and according to your customer service team that is 9%. That is daylight robbery.

@VodafoneUK I need your help. Can you organise a de-provision, re-provision please of my sim so I can connect my new phone to 5g? I’m tired of bots, online support and long phone waits for something that should be simple?

@VodafoneUK Need to audibly speak to a human as your online advised me to do, because they were unable to help with my fairly complex billing enquiry. Every time I call 191, for every option, I get referred to online help and booted from the call. How can I speak with a human?

It’s bad enough @VodafoneUK usually put their prices up by 1.4% every year, but for them to jump to 8.2% this year??? Pure greed. Will be going somewhere else as soon as my contract ends in June.
