    Morning @VodafoneUK. I was finally able to order gigafast from om you yesterday, as an upgrade to your adsl service. I've now had a cease date over a week before the new go live. Can you please sort it? Ppl on the phone had no idea what I was on about.

    School moved a meeting, now both children and me will be in meetings at 1pm. We apologised if children have connection problems because our WiFi often struggles if there's high demand. Headteacher arrives on the doorstep with @VodafoneUK data SIM cards. Brilliant!

    @virginmedia and again I have been passed to 3 agents this morning with different information from each of them as to why my mobile service is not working since porting from @VodafoneUK - this is such poor service! Apparently I am too far fro the Aust mast... just sort it please
