    @VodafoneUK Sure, but what about us that are in a pocket of poor coverage and just have 3G? Can you guarantee we shall have any signal after June? You’ve been rolling out 4G for years but it is still not here, only just south of London. Genuinely concerned so please clarify & confirm.

    You see @vodafoneuk, one hopeless performance with your online chat and the inability to speak to someone and I have left you, after c.20 years. Sending me a text saying 'soz you are off and please call' is almost laughable. Customer service and retention utter fail.

    @VodafoneUK never had such an experience with a provider before. I switched from EE to Vodafone, hoping that I had moved to a better provider, but alas, its crappier than I thought. Pathetic customer support and a total hogwash.

    @elliot_gregs @VodafoneUK Yes I think it will be fine, I was with O2 once and had no issues with coverage. I think there might be an EE black hole in our house as the other mobile is with them and the coverage isn’t great.
