@VodafoneUK I've been trying to upgrade online for the last hour. I get all the way through to the order being processed and then get a message advising I'm almost there but to call 0808 040 8408. I do, press option 1 and then get a message advising to call back. Please help.

@VodafoneUK not sure what sort of idiots you employ but I've never had worse customer service in my life. Your policies aren't much better either. Not allowed to keep my existing number just because I wanted to move to a sim only deal. Forced to move to 02. Absolute crooks.
