@VodafoneUK over an hour on hold to speak to someone about something that Vodafone has failed to send me in the post! I’ve now ended the call with no one answering. Valued customer of over 15 years!!! Terrible customer service

So @VodafoneUK have had 3 days to investigate where the phone that is supposed to be my daughters Christmas present is, that’s after me waiting a week for it to NOT be delivered (I paid an early upgrade fee to avoid just this debacle). So me as the customer suffers because 1/2

@VodafoneUK why have I been passed from 6 different chat operators and then conveniently disconnected on. It has been over an hour! Come on as a new customer I had not expected such atrocious help, it is appalling. We have gone back to the start again now from being disconnected

What a day. Bought a mobile phone from @VodafoneUK on the 5/12 with 3 to 5 day delivery. After chasing it up a week later it was dispatched 15/12! Courier hasn't recieved it. Still no sign of it today. Called to cancel order. No problem, just send the phone back!
