Was wrongly charged £29.80 on @GooglePlay so called @VodafoneUK to correct it. There the customer services operator Yashika from India made my day. One of the most pleasant & helpful operators I have spoken in years. Posting this tweet as a commendation for her 👏🙌

@VodafoneUK Sent a DM hours ago. Also spent half an hour on chat, only to be told to expect to have to do the same every month until my contract ends. I guess customer retention is no longer important to @VodafoneUK 😞

@VodafoneUK Samsung Z3 fold slight damage on the front screen don’t know how always have the cover on. Anyway sent to Samsung to have a look £165 independent shop £200 but Vodafone and I got quoted £39 in the shop come back to me saying £400 saying I need a new LCD screen.
