    @VodafoneUK - it’s been over a year and still the 4g network in my home is way too slow. You had mentioned it would take 3 months for 5G to arrive in the Tw3 area and still nothing!

    @VodafoneUK @educationgovuk Advertise it then I will let you into a secret the poor dont have internet so its pointless advertising it on the internet also not everyone has a tv where's the leaflets through the door.

    @VodafoneUK my service is down for a week. Customer support didn't fix the issue and refuses early termination. So I am basically being charged without receiving the service I signed up for! who is in charge in this company for such terrible experience?

    I've always been impressed with the customer service from @VodafoneUK since I transferred my broadband to them 3 years ago. Yesterday I spoke to them at 17.40 and today at 12.30 a new router was delivered. Well done all involved in getting this done so efficiently and swiftly.

    If you change your broadband from @VodafoneUK to BT because they couldn't upgrade me despite calling multiple times, then after we upgrade with BT, you call me to offer broadband?!? Seriously? Don't offer discount on new product, do it on existing. It's called customer success.
