    @VodafoneUK I have been a V customer for 7 yrs and have had an iphone 6 for the same. When upgrading to a new iphone, is it better to buy the phone outright? Does the annual price increases only affect the SIM part of the monthly cost, or phone repayment + SIM.

    Hi @VodafoneUK you’re phone service is poor,your chat service horrendous and the person who replied to my tweets about leaving appalling. It’s simple I’ve been a customer for 18 years but new customers get a better deal. Is there anyone who wants to help?

    @VodafoneUK has been absolute trash since December. I can't even stream things without it all being fuzzy and buffers every 2 minutes. On Three I used to be able to use my phone whilst hotspotting a damn ps4 to play online! As well as another phone.
