    @VodafoneUK I’ve been attempting to top up my phone for the past 2 weeks - I’ve tried the app (uninstalled and reinstalled twice) using the “top up another number” and “this number” buttons and the website to no avail! Please help!

    Utterly disgraceful and appalling service from @VodafoneUK today. Over 3 hours trying to cancel an account and in the end they refused because I failed a security question that I'd already answered seemingly correctly 5 times. How do these companys get away with it?

    I continue to experience terrible service from @VodafoneUK on broadband. 2.5hrs on the phone and multiple ‘private’ messages on Twitter and still no further forward! Crap internet from a poor services company! @crapinternet @terribleservice

    @VodafoneUK Just got an S21 Ultra ON vodafone (came from EE) and 4G performance is shockingly slow regardless of location. Streaming continously buffering and download of apps at snails pace. 4G was great on my S9. Are people experiencing the same??
