@VodafoneUK when I log into my account to request a PAC code, I don’t expect to be presented with a pop up asking me to upgrade, add a plan or log out. That is customer manipulation of the highest order and disgusting.

@VodafoneUK Hi. I’ve been having ongoing issues with my iPhone and the silent mode switch. Apple haven’t been able to repair/replace because they can’t replicate the fault. Now it’s outside of warranty. It was a nearly new phone - does that mean I’m still covered through you?
