    @VodafoneUK Hi, I have moved my mobile number away from you, but still have broadband at my parents house connected to my account. I can no longer login as you won't send a security code to a landline, and there is no mobile to send to on my account. Help?!?!?!

    @VodafoneUK Trust me I’ve tried for hours and no one listens or understands. Vodafone took my phone for trade in over a month ago, still not received money owed to me and no one is helping. Appalling customer service

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I called into a Vodafone branch and enquired if my contract allowed US calls etc. they assured me it does. Then nothing all week. Same with my friend. However the 3rd person in the party was with another provider and had no problems. Cheers

    @andrewellson @NoContextBrits @VodafoneUK Vodafone as well. They are a joke. I have been to other countries that have 5G in valleys and on top of mountains, but they can’t handle getting a one bar signal in Wales.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, is there any way on earth of speaking to someone on the phone? I have an issue I need urgently resolved and have spent three hours on chat being repeatedly disconnected
