    Hey @VodafoneUK, you have scheduled maintenance in my town, lasting until 18th September. I literally have 0 connectivity. Unless I’m on WiFi, I can’t make any calls or texts. Any chance of having my bill for the month refunded, seeing as I’m getting no service from you?

    @VodafoneUK Why have you not replied to my message from 2 weeks ago! No longer relevant! I can now upgrade my plan but the best deal will cost me another £10 a month whilst you help illegal immigrants! Shame on you!

    I can’t wait 4 my contract 2 end with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup they r a rip off merchant & have the most uncaring, unsympathetic customer service & their complaints dept well that’s a complete joke 🤬 I have been a customer 4 yrs & have literally been treated like a bit of 💩🤬

    @VodafoneUK I get daily texts off you to upgrade my phone, I get twice daily emails saying an upgrade is ready. Instead of being desperate to get more money out of me. Sort your service out in the CA7 area!

    @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...
