    @VodafoneUK Your website is the worst. You've got a circular trap - Create an account funnels you to download the app - you can't login to the app, so you try to create an account which takes you to download the app. Your AI bot is the worst too. Hire some humans to help people

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

    Talking to @VodafoneUK Just Ask Once service (one agent to resolve your issue) - the agent wants to transfer me and tells me s/he is not a JAO agent... and yet each message says from you JAO agent!!!

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We found the credit agencies most help in how to speak to the culprits. E had issues with O2 and they were less useful than 20 mins on with Experian etc

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the same with Vodafone. Customer service was awful, I had them literally laughing and hanging up on me. Nearly caused us to lose a house move. I’ve sworn to never go back to them unfortunately!

    @techprocess1 @VodafoneUK I was with them before but the signal where we live wasn’t great - turns out after a promising start that Vodafone’s is no better!
