    @VodafoneUK promoting you to leave and go to a new provider so I can keep my number- 32 minutes on chat to be told 60 days for number to change over because I never upgraded through them 🙄 What a faff. 🤯

    @steffmogs @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Got an email from CEOS office this morning. Complaint reference and promise of contact in 24hrs. However still waiting for the call from 3rd line tech team that was due at 10am!!!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Saul but even Saarah from your CEOs officer couldn't help, was rude and terminated my call. All I wanted was to be put through to your 3rd line tech team who were supposed to call me at 10am!!!

    @VodafoneUK Been with Vodafone for 7 years, 2 contracts and speed i am getting at my house is a JOKE, Download 4MB, Upload 0.02MB. Contacted them at least 50 times in last 6 months, they didnt resolved the complaint. Inbthe end i have to go to EE. SHAME ON VODAFONE!!!
