Awais Shah (@vormmm) reported@VodafoneUK shocking and terrible , the customer services would rather I leave cancel the contract and pay a fee , rather than fix the issue , should be simple to login online or on the app to see bills and look for an upgrade but vodafone can’t resolve the issue

Then the replacement they sent out has a fault down the screen I told them n had to call 5 times before they admitted they didn’t have any in stock of the phone I wanted. So they wouldn’t replace.
