  @VodafoneUK , i have been treated unfairly and over billed for the past 2 months. Paying 233 pounds for calls and over 180pounds is simply outrageous. I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @VodafoneUK hiding their customer service behind a paywall. I want to talk to you about my bill, but I can’t talk to you about my bill unless I pay what you decide i owe. Counting down the days to freedom! 🤮 awful experience start to finish, would not recommend.
