    @VodafoneUK does anyone in Vodafone care that they leave elderly customers without a phone? If anyone is thinking of using Vodafone - think twice as after they have you signed up, customer care is very different!!

    @VodafoneUK disgusting behaviour from yourselves. Charging an 86 yr old man £340 to cancel a service you haven't provided! @Ofcom who do we make an official complaint to?

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed with lack of care/service to mum . Power of attorney means nothing apparently.Her phone is broken.Had to cancel her contract as been on phone over 50 mins as mum doesn’t know her code.She has memory problems hence I’m power of attorney. #complaint

    @VodafoneUK since June your service has been well below acceptable level in Caernarfon. Despite this my last 2 bills didn't show any compensation & you've taken payment in full. Today 12 August has been particularly bad on both 4G & network. I've already raised this on account

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst company ever. I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.

    @_AgainstMyWill @ZiaYusufUK @VodafoneUK I guess youre going to have to get used to life without a mobile phone then. All UK mobile network providers have similar charity schemes.
