    @AmandaR37638151 @VodafoneUK We've never had the dongle working. But I just unplugged the red Internet one and turned it off and on and now the backup dongle is working for the first time ever!

    @VodafoneUK Supposed to have pro broadband. It’s down, the always on dongle isn’t working. Tobi chat not says very sorry when asking for help, the apps just error out. I have no way to communicate with my broadband provider other than twitter….. not good at all

    @markafcb @VodafoneUK I've never had it working until today. I had to unplug the red Internet plug and turn it off and on again and it's working for first time ever!

    @VodafoneUK THE MATRIX IS BROKEN. I DEMAND TO BE PLUGGED INTO THE MATRIX AGAIN. PLEASE IGNORE THE IRONY THAT I AM USING THE MATRIX TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE AFOREMENTIONED BROKENNESS OF THE MATRIX.

    @VodafoneUK Down now for over six hours. This appears more than just a glitch for a few customers. It appears to be a major outage for most of country.
