    @MarkMah11343144 @GeorgeMonbiot This is true. But at some point unacceptable behaviour shown by @VodafoneUK and the very poor of choice regarding the collection agency is just bad for the image and unpleasing for the public eye/ reputation. Further how can something like a proxy can be ignored by a company ?!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had a similar thing when MIL died. I wasn't prepared to take no for an answer. I sent my husband out of the shop and lost my ****. It was horrible to speak to girl who'd barely started her periods being put in such a difficult position by me. :)

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK The complaint didnt gp anywhere, they bully you to for you to pay, eventhough u been payin for an insurance for 4 years. It was a nightmare @vodafoneuk

    @BenjaminBallA @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My partner had a longstanding issue quickly resolved by contacting CEO too. He must have a big dept! PS. Top Tip: Don't agree contract changes on the phone with them.

    @GeorgeMonbiot I had my phone stolen and with a Vodafone insurance, and the police report was not goog enough for them to give ms a replacement. They made me pay for the rest of the contract and I never had a replacement, worst company ever. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK So I had to arrange for them to call me. They never called. All I ever got was an automated call asking for payment of my balance. Several brick walls/heads later I was told management team would not be able to call me if there was an outstanding balance. Wierd no? 2/3
