    @VodafoneUK [3] I only ever get Indian call centres who refuse to put me through to someone who can help. After listening to HOURS OF THE SAME ADELE SONG I am continually fobbed off. I also tried to sign up to a different fibre provider yesterday. Order rejected.

    Bloody hell @VodafoneUK are easily the worst company to deal with over the phone in the existence of life. Been transferred now a 4th time to cancel my account because and been on the phone for almost 1 hour now.

    @VodafoneUK @rontrenpreneur They are useless and don't seem to communicate with their customers. Thinking of terminating my contract with them due to poor service. This the second time mine has gone down and was 3 days previously. Do it via DM and you get a bot that cannot answer direct messages. #shoddy

    My house sale has fallen through - v stressful. Needed to cancel my move with @RoyalMail @VodafoneUK @ShellEnergyHome. 2 incredibly helpful and efficient - one diabolical - two hours of calls and messaging and still no closer to sorting. Any guesses who?
