  @VodafoneUK I was looking to upgrade but you're trying to charge more for the airtime plan on an S26 than an iPhone17 - for the same airtime plan! Obviously the device plans are different but why a £10pm difference for the same airtime service? Make it make sense.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had so much trouble with virgin when my mother died. I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! I’d even emailed.

  Had a suspected spam call tried to report it to @VodafoneUK but didn't seem interested, not sure if the number I goggled (191) was spam as well so if you're a Vodafone customer just be on your guard

  @VodafoneUK 3 days now with no Wi-Fi, none of your call centre customer service agents can help, no openreach engineers working on any of the cables nearby ??

  @Ofcom @VodafoneUK so never having been a customer of Vodafone today I received two letters about device payment plans being in arrears. I was with Three many years ago and paid by DD Perhaps a merger error with @ThreeUK in relation to your billing needs looking at

  Frustrated with Vodafone. Trying to set up their broadband and you need access to the app which is down for maintenance. Nog helpful @VodafoneUK
