    @VodafoneUK So Openreach finally fixed the issues outside - so now our CRAP internet is down to the WiFi - so down purely to Vodafone. WHY am I paying £32 for my unbreakable internet when I could pay £20 for rubbish service elsewhere? Off we go!!

    @DeCommisshed @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have learned that these days just because you subscribe to a service? or purchase a product for a particular purpose, you can't rely on it to actually work !

    @VodafoneUK If no resolution today I am escalating outside of vodaphone. We have six months of correspondence with you so can’t see how much difference another person involvement will be. Vodaphone have failed us time and time again.

    @VodafoneUK We have spent two hours in our local vodaphone shop and spoke to complaints who for a change spoke sense. With the help of the shop manager it would appear that there maybe resolution. 6 months of threats of debt collection, cut off ,told many times it is sorted. Let’s hope it is
