    @VodafoneUK staff have given conflicting information about an account, your customer complaint team got cut off several times. Last week we spoken with the complaints team again and we thought all was resolved, to find they have not undertaken what they said they would.

    .@VodafoneUK very poor decision for you to stop providing free Wi-Fi access on the London Underground. As a regular business commuter in to the City, I will now seriously consider switching mobile providers after being a customer for 20 years plus!

    2.5 hours on a call w/ @VodafoneUK to try and stay with them. The customer support rep was amazing but it's too painful. Sorry for the AT THE COMPANY tweet but I'm so frustrated - all I wanted was to stay with them. WAY easier to switch. Shout-out to Andrew!

    @VodafoneUK Why is there such poor signal today in the RG31 area? We have had nearly no coverage when out and about either on 3G or 4G
