    @VodafoneUK hi, what's the chances you can get closer to mobiles-co-uk for upgrade prices. They are like 50-70% cheaper but to keep my number I need to mess about by leaving VF to talkmobile first and then come back as a new customer or drop my contract to PAYG first

    @VodafoneUK final straw. After 20 years as a customer the last 10 have been the worst customer experience. Now they fail to protect me from sim swap fraud resulting in me loosing £1000's !!!!

    @VodafoneUK My internet went off yesterday and I spoke to someone on chat who said a technical issue with the router caused it to disconnect and they had provisioned the router so it would work again. Well it still isn't working this morning. Can someone help.
