    Hey @VodafoneUK, why are your networks aggressively throttling/dropping UDP packets today? Can't even maintain a basic secure connection without the network completely freezing and flatlining. Fix your routing tables or local mast congestion. Sick of paying for bricked connection

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My sincere sympathies for your loss and the unnecessary problems. When my Mum passed, everyone, BT, Sky, OVO, were brilliant, compassionate and there to minimise the hassle. Luckily she wasn’t a Virgin customer. Shame on them.

    @VodafoneUK 24 Hours now, Vodafone Fibre Broadband down… not just me lots of neighbours as well, engineer didn’t turn up…shocking customer service!

    Frustrated with Vodafone. Trying to set up their broadband and you need access to the app which is down for maintenance. Nog helpful @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK you’re customer care is absolutely appalling, I’ve been trying to contact customer support to speak to someone via tobi and by phone for 4 hours now and still haven’t gotten any contact with anyone
