@VodafoneUK What about the rest of the lines then if you aren’t about in those areas . That’s poor . I laugh as when I have to go though London Bridge I get no signal in the station but do on underground platform how does that work. London Underground was better when it was across all lines

Here's a funny thing. I've been a @VodafoneUK customer for 20 years, and apparently they can't match a quote for a Vodafone sim only plan thats bought through a 3rd party like @UswitchUK etc. Piss poor.

@VodafoneUK If that option ever came up I would pick it but it never does! Thank you for your help, but I think it is probably quicker just to cancel and get my a sim only contract elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK Not interested in feedback I want the deal I was promised ! I have screen shots taken this morning stating I have 6 days to trade my phone in for £420 ! your saying no there’s no offer ??? Talk about shocking customer service & you haven’t even published that the deal is ending

@VodafoneUK now waiting for more than 90mins to cancel a 1 day old sim only contract. Don't expect a good customer service if you are buying Vodafone services. Mis-sold sim only contract. I am glad I did not port my existing no to Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK I moved from 3 thinking you will have better service but you service and the customer service is the worst.I’m not even able to cancel my contract even though it’s Vodafone who is not providing good network service goin back and forth without any help.Frustrating.

15 days now waiting for @VodafoneUK to dispatch a phone they say they have in stock. Customer services have been shocking and constantly tell you porkies. Keep adding credits to my accounts. How about I don't care about credits and actually want the order and no lies.
