    Shame on @VodafoneUK for telling eight disabled, bedridden woman, that if she wanted a new phone from you, she would just have to get dressed and go to the shops if she wanted to replace a broken phone. You can bet @EE Will be better.

    @VodafoneUK have you a problem in central Godalming surrey as past few weeks both my work and personal phones say they have 4g but the Internet will not load nor will twitter or Facebook etc!!!!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. I appreciate this but I have wasted so many hours over the last few months on web chats and phone calls for various issues and feel I never get understood. I would have liked to have put everything down in one message to someone that can actually help.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Guys, can I get some help with my voicemail alerts. I have icon alerts enabled but I get duplicate notifications for everytime I get a voicemail. I can't seem to find a way to resolve this.

    @VodafoneUK Still no service and being asked to wait yet another 48 hours so your 'technical' team can fix the mistake. Should have gone with another provider.

    @VodafoneUK any idea what’s happened in Manchester City centre particularly Market St. Past month the signal has been a disaster, 5g may as well be non existent. 4g is a struggle. I pay for the highest speed too.
