    @VodafoneUK We did this three weeks ago. I was set up as a name on her account and given a PIN number so i could discuss the problem with you. This worked for one day then apparently you couldn’t talk to me for security reasons.

    @NadineDorries @VodafoneUK Support?! They've just sent me an email saying the cost of my contract is rising by 5.4%. they shouldn't be allowed to put the price of a fixed term contract up half way through it.

    @VodafoneUK impossible to get through a human being on the the number you provide. I want to leave and talk to someone about my contract not be redirected to your live chat. Horrendous customer experience.
