    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK My wife who has been working as a support worker in the private sector during all of the Pandemic, with very little time off, and has now transferred to the NHS to help with rehabilitation processes to get patients home ASAP.

    @VodafoneUK spoken to about 5 different people about problem with my phone and all have said a different thing . Absolute useless lying incapable people
