    @VodafoneUK Rip off company, promise a discount for trade in of old phone and then never send the return bag in the post. Customer services just try and fob you off, no help at all. AVOID VODAFONE

    @VodafoneUK Why do you only get customer service interest when you tweet or threaten to cancel. When I click submit on an order after entering payment, that's when Vodafone should jump and make sure that the order is fulfilled and the customer happy. Your processes are poor and inefficient.
