@VodafoneUK As of today, Saturday, 21 August, 15:38 hours, there is no mobile signal/reception whatsoever. Looks like the bad weather in form of a severe downpour has yet again damaged or caused a malfunction with your Netherton transmitter mast at PH10 7JP. No signal on 3 phones

@sony365official this situation with the Xperia 1iii is really starting to grate! After a 4 month long wait for launch day, my network @VodafoneUK still doesn't have any stock and I'm ready to upgrade! It's available through Vodafone on 3rd party sites but not direct! 😤

@VodafoneUK terrible service, super unreliable internet so cancelled my contract, overcharged me even when I had cancelled contract, they made retaining my home phone number a nightmare too, so bad of a service that forced me to dig my twitter username after 8 years to post this

@virginmedia Router WiFi connection is so unstable people are about to throw them out their windows!! Might be worth moving to @VodafoneUK to get a better price and service? #VirginMedia has been truly awful recently

@VodafoneUK The only problem is I called vodafone on the 24/06/2021 and was promised I can upgrade my contract as long as I trade in my device I was told only a mangner can do it as its a exception

Just spend 3hrs trying to sort a simple customer service problem with @VodafoneUK on the phone. 2x cut off, 1x promised call back which didn’t happen, finally informed can’t fix til Monday. That’s an afternoon I’ll never get back.
