@VodafoneUK Just wondering how you managed to lose my Parents home phone number (which they had for nearly 40 years) when you transferred them from your Analogue service to your Digital Voice service? It’s not even like they were moving to a different provider.

Shameful and appalling service from @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I now do not have any broadband for three weeks after your disconnected my line by accident. The most useful customer service I ever did see

@VodafoneUK terrible customer service 3 hours I was on your online chat trying to upgrade was transferred to multiple people including a resolution manager who then again wanted to transfer me back to upgrades which is where the chat got disconnected Not happy at all

@KeithHaughian @VodafoneUK I'm looking forward to see how they resolve your problem.. Handing the phone back in that manner smells of a get out clause and just passed the buck back to you. Very poor quality service and not a great image for a company like Vodafone..

@numbnut97638772 @VodafoneUK Cheers for the link. The electrical warranty is is because of the consumers right act 2015 I think. By saying there is nothing wrong with it then they can basically leave me with a dodgy phone. The @VodafoneUK policy is to replace if can't fix after 3 attempts.

@VodafoneUK telling people that call your bereavement team to sort out a contract, you’re too busy to help because of Black Friday and to go into your nearest high street shop ?? Not compassionate customer service is it :(
