@VodafoneUK It's never going to be up and running, though, is it? It's been nearly 40 DAYS without internet connection. We never had this problem with @skytv. @VodafoneUK said after 30 odd days that it was the router. We finally got a new router and we still have NO internet!!! I. Give. Up.

@TalkmobileUK your customer services number and live chat are awful. The @VodafoneUK store in bluewater set up a sim only contract incorrectly and you’re trying to charge me £100 to cancel it!! Disgusting

@VodafoneUK We have just finished an online chat and sadly we have no update other than Openreach have apparently escalated the case their end. We phoned yourselves this morning too and we were told an engineer would be here by 12:30pm. They never arrived.

Shockingly bad service from @VodafoneUK they didn’t take a direct debit because of a system error then raised a credit default affecting our credit rating. Staff were “unable to help”. Don’t take a contract out with this shower of shite #cellphone #vodafoneidea #badservice
