    @VodafoneUK I would have believed you if I hadn't heard it so many times before with no actual help being given! poor customer service to the point of no customer service rude and unhelpful staff with a very rare helpful advisor! Easier to goto another provider who rewards loyal customers!

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to complete an order for broadband but every time I get to the checkout it says ‘something went wrong, please refresh the page & try again’, but even if I do that it doesn’t work. Can someone fix your website so I can order

    @VodafoneUK I have wasted so much time trying to get through to your customer services this morning, I am now late to pick up my son. I will have to try and contact customer services again later today, obviously before 5pm, as that's when the dept is closed.

    @VodafoneUK How come if I go through the upgrade process online, your deals are way more expensive ? New customer deals are cheaper? I’ve spoke to advisors a few times now,not even they can clarify this? All they want to do is try and get me to upgrade to Samsung 😳😳

    @VodafoneUK A call has been scheduled for tomorrow. However I made a complaint to the manager I spoke to on Tobi because this service has been extremely poor. To be given the same advice repeatedly, which hasn't worked is really not acceptable.

    @VodafoneUK hello, im trying to cancel my home broadband, firstly i tried using your live chat, but told me to call 191, so i called, but then it told me to use live chat, and wouldnt let me continue, just seemed like a never ending cycle, ay help would be appreciated, thanks
