    My father passes away on 7th Jan. We inform @VodafoneUK on 14th Jan. It’s now 2 months on. His number still hasn’t been transferred over to my mother. Stupidly we decided to take out broadband with Vodafone too. Installed on 6th March. Still not connected. Shocking service.

    @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”

    @CoolHandLuke_82 @VodafoneUK We understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we don't have access to customer-specific outage information or the ability to confirm issues on an individual basis. This is because your service contract and account details are managed by your ISP.

    @seanalf @VodafoneUK Three is as bad. In my last year of a three year contract and will 100% not return. EE far better for reliability and customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

    @VodafoneUK Ever since I switched to you I've had connectivity problems I've constantly called for help & nothing works Luckily my contract runs out in a couple of months Can't wait I regret switching to you Can't wait to leave
