@VodafoneUK no phone signal for 2 days in GU6 - any reason why??

  • munro13 Elaine Munro (@munro13) reported

@VodafoneUK … my husband died on 31/1/22… just tried to cancel a/c on web chat and been told ‘I make sure to help you ASAP and cheer your day after the chat’. You seriously need to invest in bereavement training…

  • nwache Nicolas (@nwache) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks I will do. However an efficient customer service would send status updates directly by text messages to the clients. I do not see how you could answer to many peoples on Twitter tbh...

  • nwache Nicolas (@nwache) reported

@VodafoneUK Instead of DM and smileys please send test msg updates directly to users. We should not have to request customer by customer.

  • gulam_h Gulam Hussain (@gulam_h) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi Guys, have been noticing 5G signal dropping quite a lot since the bad weather on Friday. Nothing showing on your coverage map to suggest issues. Affecting multiple devices. Post code is E1 1RY.

  • Gablag6 Gablag (@Gablag6) reported

@VodafoneUK Bravo, ruined my home broadband with another provider, with a takeover request. Later without any notice deleted my order. So no broadband since 14.of February, which we rely on as needed for working from home. No, answer no solution from Vodafone.

  • Gablag6 Gablag (@Gablag6) reported

@VodafoneUK And don't forget the incompetence of yours might lead to a job loss, caused by Vodafone. Can you fix that as well?

  • kaylouisemac Kay Louise (@kaylouisemac) reported

@AJ7273 @VodafoneUK I won't be going there. Heard nothing but bad things. It's quite a simple request for Vodafone. Keep his number in his account and move my number and the broadband to my name as I'm in the house. Pathetic that they can't do this.

  • kaylouisemac Kay Louise (@kaylouisemac) reported

@VodafoneUK your online chat is crap as is your phone service. My ex has switched my number to my name after we split up and I can't make a my Vodafone account to see my bill. He's also cancelled broadband so I need to set up a new one with you but cannot get hold of anyone!!

  • dan_infinity daninfinity (@dan_infinity) reported

@VodafoneUK No signal twice in a week :(
