    @VodafoneUK - we signed up to a new contract with a new phone. Not ONE WORD about the delivery of the new phone (I'm moving on from a housebrick!) but you've started charging us the new rate for the non existent phone - what next - do we cancel the whole shooting match?! Poor.

    @CityFibre @Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have and they are working with you. Hopefully we get a resolution in less than 2 weeks this time! As you will see from my complaint my experience is not an isolated one. Please take some ownership

    @tiktok_uk the tiktok automated response is telling me to take this up with my bank/account the charges were made on, which would be @VodafoneUK but they won’t help me either

    @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK A service included in my plan is not usable in my roaming country, with zero instructions or warnings.This is misleading and unacceptable.Customers should not be paying for services they cannot use. Please explain or provide compensation.

    Seems bizarre that despite being on the phone for over an hour @VodafoneUK has told me that I’m unable to raise a complaint by phone, despite their policy say I can. Hmm a phone company that you can’t complain by phone ? ?

    Still no signal @VodafoneUK if anyone is thinking of getting a contract with @VodafoneUK please avoid at all cost. May as well use a potato it would probably have better signal

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.
