    @VodafoneUK winning at customer service again... won't waive a cancellation fee for my 71 yr old mum when my father who actualy paid the bill has passed away. great work all round... @VodafoneGroup should be ashamed

    @VodafoneUK @SpotifyUK Vodafone UK are happy to not only not provide a service but then are happy to charge you for wanting to move on because you have no service. They did this to my mother after she lost my father and could make phone calls to sort out his estate.

    @VodafoneUK Can you please reply to our DM sent in respect of our mortgage lender ? They ask for an email or letter explaining what happened to our credit files, and what action was taken to remedy the problems? They have declined the application because they need more information. 😥😥

    Why do @VodafoneUK think it is acceptable to leave a customer, who works from home and has a school child accessing online classes at home, to be without the Internet for up to 12 hrs just to change an address ? Can anyone recommend a broadband supplier?

    @jeffkinn @VodafoneUK Unfortunately there are lots of MP's who tacitly support Hamas, and that gives these people a feeling of immunity. Plus your not really allowed to criticise the most vocal antisemites, due to a fear of offending them.
