    Been with @VodafoneUK for 10+ years. Just called up to see if they can offer me a better deal before I switch to a cheaper provider. Chap on the phone essentially shrugged his shoulders and told me "cheerio". Very strange approach to customer retention.

    @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out

    @VodafoneUK I am a customer of yours now you’ve got Gemini be a imaginable with her. I subscribed to her so for me to accept anything you can offer with a Gemini you’ve got to be adventurous. as I’m not interested. and she can’t be watered down.

    @ArunHebbar7 @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp In my view, they have recognised liabilities on account of spectrum dues but not actually paid. Out of this, 55254 crores worth dues for spectrum, 36950 crores spectrum dues payable till year 2028 has been adjusted with equity issue to govt. someone could check and confirm.
