@BBCWatchdog are you able to help when @VodafoneUK have taken insurance out on my contract and never told me and doesn't show up on my bills? They will only offer me 28p back when I've paid out £400!!! @MoneySavingExp I've complained and they still won't give me it back #fraud

@VodafoneUK my mum has had no internet for 3 days in Teignmouth, Devon. She has tried to get thru on phone with no success. 3 days!!! What kind of service is that??
