Hey @VodafoneUK I've requested an eSim to eSim swap yesterday evening. The old eSim got disconnected straight away, but haven't received the new eSim via email yet. 24hrs already passed without service. Any clue?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I paid the bill but no apology was made or any attempt to help me to remove the late payment on my credit file. Gave them another chance last month but I couldn’t track my data, min or texts. Was fobbed off by customer service so the 14 days would expire but cancelled before. 2/2

@VodafoneUK I have been asked to call back your Gigafast team to resolve an issue with a 2 month delay on my activation - However when I do so its not accepting my account number and i'm sent in a loop. Can you have someone call me back?

The call then automatically hung up after 2hrs and they didn't bother calling me back so now I'm stuck back on hold again. @AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK this is the worst customer service I've ever received
