    Going into 3rd week without broadband and @VodafoneUK aren't fixing the fault or providing any updates to us. We don't know what to do or how to escalate this issue to get it fixed. @Ofcom can you advise?

    @VodafoneUK @DDeane41 Who did you speak with because I am having the opposite experience. Been assured by 7 different advisors that my issue would be sorted and NOTHING!

    That’s right, 10 days in and the broadband STILL isn’t sorted. How many issues do you have to go through and how many hours of your life do you have to waste till you can get out of your contract @VodafoneUK?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I requested a NUC on 20th February, query has been escalated by managers twice, guaranteed to have it at the latest yesterday and still nothing. Your SLA to me as a customer has been broken. Is there anyone who can assist with this issue?

    @EE Currently been waiting 36 mins for an advisor to answer.... must say, by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had to deal with... and I deal with @VodafoneUK regularly.

    @VodafoneUK I understand that. I would have liked to have been advised at the time. I note also that there are no earphones. Not everyone is IT savvy. I will escalate to a complaint.

    @VodafoneUK Letting you know BY POST & twitter I’m cancelling my broadband account & do NOT expect a penalty given I STILL can’t log in to my account despite hrs on the helpline & still have no answer to the tech issue needing resolution in order for me to able to work from home!
