@VodafoneUK Generally "complaint" section is created to "RESOLVE" the problems of customers. This is not the case with Vodafone at all. They just kept this dept becoz thy hv to. The resolution team jst passes the time and comes up with a generic teply that thy cnt do anythng.

The @VodafoneUK app is probably the worst designed app in the history of apps. All I want is a £5 bundle adding and it takes 20 mins. Utterly terrible.

@VodafoneUK Such a shame that you try to rip ur customers off by offering something which is available at half price elsewhere. Buying online is a scam and when you go and report it in form of so called "Complaint" they come and give you the answer tht they cant do anything.🤬😡
