What is it with British business these days. @BootsUK charge you for a small paper carrier bag, I thought it was a plastic tax. @VodafoneUK don't even have an email address or form for customer service. Has service become a four letter word?

Once again shocking service from @VodafoneUK. Tried to give them notice to end my contract when the deal is up but apparently it costs me £15 because I’m giving them too much notice. I can only give my notice exactly 30 days before the end of the agreement to avoid being charged

Moved to a new postcode with one/two bar of mobile signal in my house. Zero network in the street outside til I get to A449. @VodafoneUK advice- try to maximise wifi calling when in the house. We are not contractually obligated to provide a signal. Ahhhh!!
