@rocketrobin2 @VodafoneUK Left them years ago, customer service is poor and very expensive. Ended my daughters contract too as she ended up paying over £70 per month for over two years without getting an upgrade!

@VodafoneUK hello, I bought a mobile data router last week as my home broadband was down, it was on a 30 day contract, do I need to phone to stop it auto renewing, or will it automatically stop after the 30 days please?

No surprise but pretty much everywhere in central #Brighton and on seafront today with @vodafoneuk has had data issues. Intermittently works. Near 0. Looks like capacity. Like #hove. Going to have to change network. Unless voda 5g deployed +new phone. @threeuk consistently better

@VodafoneUK Guys, your internet and 4G service are now so slow it would be faster for me to crawl backwards to the nearest library (which is 2 miles away) in 3 feet of snow to look up the thing I am trying to Google right now.

@VodafoneUK I have an open complaint with yout company the complaint handler has just said to me he would contact the bereavement team .Me or my wife are not dead why rhe he'll would he want to pass me to this team I have also requested a manager to call me he has refused this

@angelslovebest It came to light today when we went to Skegness @VodafoneUK to upgrade my wifes phone. The manager said he hadn't got the power to cancel the two phones but it was easy just dial 191, what a nightmare
