    @VodafoneUK your customer service and dysfunctional relationship to @BT Openreach is disgraceful. Farmed out to chatbots and offshore call centres. No continuity. No accountability.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.
