    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom So I can tell someone new the problem all over again, to go through "security" for the 5th or 6th time, and them try the same thing that they've tried several times already? Is that really #CustomerService? How about someone phone US and try to sort the problem out?

    @VodafoneUK Always been slow, had discount applied. Learned to live with it. Last 5 days, has been dropping out completely. Sometimes 4/5 times per hour.
