    @VodafoneUK are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with ! Check your contracts they soon charge for a device after it’s paid off and don’t tell you ! Never register a complaint and give you so much wrong information! 4 1/2 hours passed from pillar to post ! Get out while you can!

    @TalkTalk second time in a week wifi has gone. Can’t do my job. Service is horrendous. Swapping to @VodafoneUK ASAP.

    @VodafoneUK beyond disgusted at Vodafone's lack of professionalism, customer loyality and care. Owed over £1300, passed from pillar to post with false promises and relentless lies. Been chasing the account for over 4 months, over 9 hrs spent on the phone and no accountability.

    THREE hours on live chat trying to be a paying customer with @VodafoneUK - THREE EFFING HOURS! And then, right at the end I get told, oh, sorry I just noticed the time, can you come back tomorrow. I've never known anything like it.

    @VodafoneUK I will really appreciate to be able to login to my account, I'm a new customer and for more than a week "It looks like there's more than one person on your account with these personal details" is happening, not good impression, agents not helping!

    @VodafoneUK @discoveryplusUK Trying to order broadband from your site but it keeps telling me to check my personal details. I've checked them a hundred times. Maybe highlight where the error is and say what the issue is rather than this cryptic message stupidity. Guess I'll just take my cash else where.
