    @O2 - I would like to make a complaint. I'm a victim of identify fraud and your fraud department have taken over 2.5 months to respond (I am still waiting!). @VodafoneUK and @tescomobile took 10 days to close the case from contacting them. What is taking so long to respond to me?

    @VodafoneUK Done all that when reporting previous poor signals and doesn’t make a difference. Please feedback to the appropriate team of the poor network data speeds in this area. Thank you.

    @VodafoneUK been on a call with yourselves for the third time in three days - 1hr and 15mins into today’s call it gets cut off !! No call back so back in another queue !! Im now a total of over 4 hrs worth of calls in no resolution and NO CALL back ??

    @VodafoneUK have you got a problem with your phones? We've been trying to get through for over an hour, was in the queue for ages, someone answered and then we got cut off. Now when we try to ring, the message says noone is available and to call back later?!
