    @VodafoneUK hey. Several weeks ago I completed the website form to transfer payment of a mobile to me. It said it would take 2 days to complete and that you’d be in touch etc but not heard from you since initial confirmation email. Pls can you help?

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Is your network having trouble in Beverley East Yorkshire? the postcode is HU17 0LF. All week so far I have no internet or call signal, I also cannot send messages. sometimes it flicks to EDGE or H+ but not the 3g or 4g status checker says I should get.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I'm not letting this rest fyi. Your treatment to your customer is deplorable. Your 'resolution manager' didn't resolve anything and I am not paying you a dime. No service equates to #nocharge. I'd rather see you in court you thieving bums :))

    @VodafoneUK It's the £10 text and web freebie he tops up £10 and gets 30 days but he's now £30 odd in credit so he wants to stop the text and web freebie till he gets his credit down 🙄hope that makes sense
