@NobbyFM104 My @VodafoneUK broadband has been down for over a week now. No calls or efforts or any updates with sla or when it is going to be fixed. my wife is a dr and it has been awful past 10 days. Also have children who have to put up with a useless broadband supplier! BW

@VodafoneUK when I log into my account to request a PAC code, I don’t expect to be presented with a pop up asking me to upgrade, add a plan or log out. That is customer manipulation of the highest order and disgusting.

@VodafoneUK Hey, Is there an issue with the Vodaphone 4g signal in Midlothian? I normal get about 20MB but today I can't get it on my phone at all, and on my 4g Router I can only get around 1mb? Been like this since 11am.

@VodafoneUK how do.i report a fault with your 4g coverage, very poor in my home area, despite what your website says? Have had to force phone onto 3g to get a mobile Internet signal, not good enough really..
