@VodafoneUK HELP! I’ve spent days on the phone to the ‘Complaints Team’ to no avail! Vodafone blacklisted my handset in error and I’ve just been advised that the multiple requests to remove this have been cancelled?? Please can someone help?!

@VodafoneUK Nope no VPN just a secure network for work, it only seems to be the morning where there’s an issue? And that’s when no one else uses the internet so not sure what the issue is

@VodafoneUK We’re now on day 4 of trying to get the internet setup in our new property. Been on multiple chats for hours over several days. Have very little trust that this is going to be resolved. One of the worst customer experiences ever experienced.

@VodafoneUK so what’s this so called error that is stopping you sorting out delivery of phones to customers that has been going off for over a week still unfixed and yet no one at the other end of the phone has seen heard of it and no idea how to fix it doesn’t look good for you
