There was a time I was so impressed with @VodafoneUK service I was trying to get my family & friends to join. BUT dealing with trying to cancel my mobile broadband and get a refund has been hell the past 5 days. Total of 9hrs on calls 15 hrs on live chat. It's exhausting

1 of 2 @CitizensAdvice can you help? @VodafoneUK took over £900 out of my bank incorrectly on 29/12/22. Instead of returning the money they have created a new contract with a price increase. They haven't given my 30days notice and new start date is less than 14 days.

@VodafoneUK The response is utterly contradictory nonsense … cut and paste phrases that do not answer my issues …is this really the best Vodafone can offer a top of contract price and phone range, multi contract customer who has been out of service for a week - how do I cancel ?

@VodafoneUK The chat bot has failed more than 20 times to ‘route me to the right team’ it takes 25-40 minutes to do so and when I get cut off ( inevitable as signal so bad) the quick reroute takes the same 25-40minutes
