    @VodafoneUK To go with a different company once my contract is up. Fed up of your site saying I have good signal when I don't. Hopefully my #VodafoneTreats is allowing me to end the contract 9 months early 🤞🤞🤞

    @neil_sandford @VodafoneUK I waited patiently for a new phone for 3 weeks (not a problem) it worked ok for week, then it broke ( not Vodafone’s fault, no problem) returning it…. For a new one….OMG. 3.5 hours of telephone calls and 1.5 hours of shop visits. Customer service is awful

    @VodafoneUK Hang on a minute, unless I cancel you keep on charging me for a phone I have already paid for? Feels somewhat fraudulent or malpractice at the very least. I've had no email or text.
