    @VodafoneUK im not having an issue your advisors can’t pair the watch to my phone on my account. bought it January. settings are linked to my daughters phone. one connection is to mine but no data on watch, that im paying monthly for.

    @VodafoneUK I tried to switch to an esim last night but received an error page so not sure if it’s gone through. My sim died shortly after so I assumed it had, however I haven’t received a QR code yet. Can you check all is in order as I now have no service?
