    @VodafoneUK worst service I have ever received. On a plan for 24 months with spotify, spotify has been cancelled after 8 months and won't allow me to reactivate. I've now been 4 days without spotify with not a single member of staff able to sort this for me. Useless company

    @cgledhill @VodafoneUK If they not loyal to you why we should be loyal to them. Few years back I went with them leaving three and beleive me when i say this I missed three. Bought the contract back and back to three it was that bad.

    Trying to cancel a contract with @VodafoneUK and they told me it was my fault they didn’t inform me I was in a contract and was told “I’d be wasting my time if I spoke to a manager” LOVE this customer service 🤩🤩🤩

    📱I've been with @VodafoneUK since 1998 📱The upgrade deals offered to me are worse than the deals offered to new Vodafone customers 📱Vodafone customer services said they are unable to match the new customer deals 📱Vodafone does value customer loyalty! 📱Goodbye vodafone.
