    @JGeeCS @VodafoneUK I managed to get through about 3pm, said that it’s a service outage. Hopefully up by end of the day but can take 24hrs

    @VodafoneUK The saga continues. Platitudes from @VodafoneUK arrive, but then radio silence resumes. No landline due to forced transition to VoIP, so our vulnerable parents (87 & 89) who rely on landline can't get calls from hospital or friends. Terrible service...
