Now, I hope that @giffgaff sort this out. But the reality is the damage is done - I’m getting my number, pursuing a refund and going back to my friends at @VodafoneUK. This entire experience has shown just how detached @Ofcom are at making sure MNOs are accountable to customers

However, this wasn’t the issue - I know this because I drove to a different tower. I followed up again. @giffgaff advised me that my number hadn’t been migrated properly and that it was @VodafoneUK’s fault. But don’t worry because they’re handling it. Perfect, I thought.

Just spent 3 hours on a live chat with @VodafoneUK before they agreed to process a refund for service they weren’t giving me then they just had to connect me to ‘the technical team’ who then couldn’t process such a large refund and had to connect me a manager. Then it cut out.

@VodafoneUK I’m getting max 90 every day, I think I can remember only getting 900mbs twice in a year of being with your service! This is poor service and can’t talk to anyone about it. May have to cancel

@VodafoneUK hello my business broadband has just gone offline, when I call up it says you are aware and hope to fix by 1pm tomorrow so that means I can’t work for half of the day, when I ask to speak to someone it just says nobody available,can you please contact me to discuss😳
