@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. Our broadband download speed has never gone above 88.2% of the line sync speed. This is the line configuration for ADSL not FTTC which I understand to be 96.8% of the line sync speed. Please could you check the BRAS profile configuration on our line?

@VodafoneUK #reboxingday back in September someone tried to open an account fraudulently in my name - but it's impossible to give them the iPhone back!! Tried in store - systems down - called them 5 times and no returns bag - #reboxingday ??? I can't give them back a new iPhone!
