    @jbillers @JamesJWYork @VodafoneUK Ah I’m familiar! I had the same situation and reacted the way you did, probably not wise in hindsight to just cancel the DD but after a while you feel you’ve no choice

    @VodafoneUK halp! Your/CityFibre’s gigafast connection in Cambridge has been ridiculously flaky for the past ~24h or so. From chatting to others it’s clear this isn’t just a ‘me’ problem, but an area-wide issue that affects a LOT of people. 1/🧵

    @VodafoneUK I finally got through to a human through your chat service. Apparently upgrades are underway and this is causing the dropouts. It would be simpler if this was mentioned as a known issue on your diagnostic tool page.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Are you having intermitent network issues on "Gigafast 900 Fibre" in Cambridge? Do you have any customer service who can chekc where there aren't 42 people in the queue? Or a status page which shows a status?

    Sick of @VodafoneUK terrible service and now the cheek to charge me double for something I’ve not used. Avoid at all costs 😩😩😩

    @Tiptoes54 @VodafoneUK We just had an outage over in gl15. Only lasted 10 mins or so but whole wireless network down. Rebooted the vdsl modem and back online
