    @VodafoneUK Nearly two decades of being a loyal customer & Vodafone UK, after numerous calls, have decided to drop the discounts I've previously enjoyed & do nothing to find me an affordable plan. Customer loyalty suddenly seems worthless to them 😔

    @VodafoneUK trying to upgrade I was told that your system had crashed & to call back today. Just called back to be told the deal I was quoted yesterday is not valid. This is the worst customer service. You’ve wasted my time on 2 occasions. Sort it out!!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Ritchie but that approach has been fruitless. I've been with Vodafone unbroken on two year contracts & always previously had good customer service. Not now! I've been told I'm now not going to be offered the 20% plan discount & £5 renewal discount I've previously enjoyed.

    @vodafoneuk's customer service: No-one knows anything. Someone will contact you in 24 hours, except they won't. Here's a platitude and a code that doesn't work. Have fun spending yet another 2 hours on web chat at your own expense explaining everything again. Repeat ad nauseam 🤡
