    @VodafoneUK Generally "complaint" section is created to "RESOLVE" the problems of customers. This is not the case with Vodafone at all. They just kept this dept becoz thy hv to. The resolution team jst passes the time and comes up with a generic teply that thy cnt do anythng.

    Horrendous customer service @VodafoneUK You've text us to say our PIN has been changed and to Contact you if we haven't. But we can't find anyway to speak to someone to report that we haven't.

    The @VodafoneUK app is probably the worst designed app in the history of apps. All I want is a £5 bundle adding and it takes 20 mins. Utterly terrible.

    @VodafoneUK PLEASE can someone help me clear a default issued by you; this has been paid off and was a mistake. It's making my life HELL by preventing me to get a mortgage and credit card. It's so wrong and disgraceful you put people through this! Please help

    @VodafoneUK Such a shame that you try to rip ur customers off by offering something which is available at half price elsewhere. Buying online is a scam and when you go and report it in form of so called "Complaint" they come and give you the answer tht they cant do anything.🤬😡
