…but years later you’ve taken hundreds of pounds and she hasn’t used it, but you won’t cancel it because you’re a ‘retail store’. Nor online because she can’t remember some details! And send debt collection when she stops paying. Help me @VodafoneUK - how do I sort this for her

@VodafoneUK Your chat agents are the rudest people ever. I’ve been tying for 6 months to cancel my paper bills. Every month I contact and get passed around for an hour and told it’s sorted. It’s not, and you still force me to pay the £1.50 every time. HELP STOP SENDING ME PAPER.

@VodafoneUK you have left me without broadband since January. Your system apparently automatically cancels my order week before installation, moving it to future. It’s fifth time today. Hours with your support team spent. No ownership of issue and no accountability . #Harassment
