    It is *impossible* to speak to an @EE Team Leader or Manager; I’ve been trying for days to resolve an issue, had callbacks promised that never materialise. Sick to the back teeth. On hold now to get my PAC code to return to @VodafoneUK.

    @NOW Hi. Not sure if you can help. We were due to move over to @VodafoneUK today but they have made a bit of a mess with installation so can't get us on-line and can't tell us when they can. Can you guys save the day and not cut the service which was due to stop today.

    @VodafoneUK I have moved house and am without broadband. The engineer was supposed to come today but did not even though I got in touch on Tuesday to double check. I called and got passed around between 5 different agents and after 90 minutes the line went dead. Please help me!!

    @VodafoneUK No offence but have you tried calling your own line? It takes hours to get through and my poor mum has called and cancelled her account 3 times with me present and you can’t even manage to do that! So I have no faith you could manage to add me as an secondary person
