    @VodafoneUK So after a couple of DM’s asking for the same information i have already given, communication stopped dead at 16:30 yesterday. Still no internet, still no sense of wanting to help a customer who has both their mobile and home broadband through Vodafone. What now @VodafoneUK ???

    @VodafoneUK your complaints team have still not dealt with the problem of unlocking my phone since 15th Sept. last person told us to get it unlocked illegally and Vodafone would refund us the money !!! Your Customers Service is disgusting. Now time for the ombudsman @CISASUK
