@VodafoneUK @DarrenJ1972 How long can it possibly take to restore the internet for nearly an entire country? The least you could do is explain what it going on instead of using standard answers. It is impossible to reach the customer service. How much do we bet you’re gonna use a standard answer now?

@VodafoneUK Appalling service. No one knows what their talking about! The internet is down! Yet you have the cheek to increase by 15%!Absolute joke!I filed a compliant in December still awaiting reply from a manager! Will be cancelling my contract worst customer service!
