@VodafoneUK When are you going to fix your home broadband issues? I've not been able to connect to my work VPN since Friday morning.

  • M_Rigney Mark Rigney (@M_Rigney) reported

It would seem I am not the only @VodafoneUK customer not pleased about an 8.2% price increase. Wifi service on the underground was removed and I am lucky if I get two to three bars or service living in Zone 1, London! Standing by for generic copy and paste response...

  • Mark_JGreen Mark (@Mark_JGreen) reported

@VodafoneUK sorry disappointed that I'm unable to find someone to help me move my old number to my new contract!!! So far 5 different people have given me 5 different answers. There must be a process to be able to help a paying customer 🤷🤷

  • paulifd Paulifd (@paulifd) reported from Leicestershire, England

@timcabrelli @VodafoneUK Yes, I think sky will be my choice. I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 20 something years. Sad really, I’ve been with Vodafone for something similar.

  • loulou_wardy Louise Ward (@loulou_wardy) reported

Wahhhhh nothing like being mid meeting and your broadband goes down!! Any ideas when it will be back up #Vodafoneuk

  • abzpaul Paul 🚁 (@abzpaul) reported from Bucksburn, Scotland

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

  • DR1V3R44 8XF1WorldChampion (@DR1V3R44) reported

@VodafoneUK taking advantage of a crisis to charge people more money for their monthly plans! It’s never a price decrease bunch of thieves

  • bobsteadman bob steadman (@bobsteadman) reported

Just the 8.2% price increase from caring, sharing @VodafoneUK for all their customers. Who wouldn't want to stump up an extra 8.2% for such great (😱) service? And they even quote "keeping up with increased demand" as a cause of increased costs.....

  • SamFlood86 Sam Flood (@SamFlood86) reported

@VodafoneUK 8.2% increase dropped on me in one email. I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years, but am looking forward to a few months time to choose another supplier. I would have stayed at the previous price but this is an insult to all your loyal customers! #vodafone

  • SpykerMP6 🐺Michael🐺 (@SpykerMP6) reported

@TheEggman64 @VodafoneUK I'm with Giffgaff for SIM only and I've never had a problem, can change your plan up or down every month plus they recommend if you should lower your package if you aren't using much month by month
