@VodafoneUK Thanks Charlotte, DM has been sent. Vodafone’s Tobi chat bot is still offline so the 24 hour support listed on the website is incorrect, unless I call a premium rate number from a friends phone. I would recommend changing to @creativevirtual - they make much better chat bots.

@VodafoneUK company is a joke! New customer trying to get the big value bundle that’s been paid for and taken out of my bank to be told I haven’t made a purchase that was done in a Vodafone store days ago thiefs! How senior do you have to go with Customer service to get results?

@numbnut97638772 @VodafoneUK Cheers for the link. The electrical warranty is is because of the consumers right act 2015 I think. By saying there is nothing wrong with it then they can basically leave me with a dodgy phone. The @VodafoneUK policy is to replace if can't fix after 3 attempts.

Update @VodafoneUK after 2 hours 45 minutes on the phone and 45 minutes in a Vodafone shop being ignored by a manager who didn't want to deal with a complaint we have decided to go with a more consumer friendly provider, I'd really recommend you don't use Vodafone
