    @cecilteaspoon Techology is hard to keep up with. Them liars at @VodafoneUK mis sold me a ‘free’ add on of an Apple Watch: then I find out months later I’m paying £30/month because it’s got its own SIM card. Never even knew a watch had one

    Purchase a mobile from @VodafoneUK Dec 16 2020. Still not working!! no help, no offer of replacement or a refund from @VodafoneUK . Told to send it to Sony???😠😠😩🤢

    @VodafoneUK my phone is less than a year old and doesn’t work. Wont replace it and the customer relations rep I just spoke to started asking why I can’t leave the house (unrelated??) so unprofessional and shocking service

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I'm trying to apply for the Advantage NHS scheme for a family member. Every time I try and submit the application, it says the connection has timed out and the application doesn't process. Can you help?

    @_NatashaDevon @VodafoneUK The thing hasn't even broadcast yet and you have already labelled it a hate outlet with out any proof. I would suggest Mr Neil speaks to his legal team about you. The real hate is coming from the cancel culture.
