@MelanieElphick @VodafoneUK Yeah, they've gone massively downhill. Been with them for years and had to cancel my broadband two months ago... But they've continued charging for it. Vodafone are not who they used to be.

@VodafoneUK This is a great reply when my phone signal is so bad I can't hear your staff to know what they are saying. You've been trying to call me but your calls aren't registering on my phone as the signal is so bad I use wifi calling but your late activating my broadband

@VodafoneUK hi, we are having issues with our internet (since yest eve) & it is on one minute with really high speeds, the next it’s red. Flashing red. We haven’t changed anything - do you know why this may be? It’s difficult to WFH as calls were disconnecting today
