    @SarahMarineBio @AdamofAlbion @VodafoneUK Its beyond a joke now. Ordered on the 15th of November and was told it was ready to be dispatched on the 24th after a 1- 2 week timeframe because of stock issues. Understandable. But since then its just been sitting in a warehouse?! For 15 days now!

    I'm using internet service from your Vodafone Turkey service. Since 30.11.2021, they have not been able to provide internet service. I still don't have internet right now. They do not give the necessary information and do not solve the problem. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK I’m having an issue with the dm? It never came up with asked to dm (unless I made a mistake) but the AI has now given up and said it’ll pass me on to someone else - I don’t know when I’ll get an answer but nothing is happening. Sorry to bother, just want to get this fixed!
