@VodafoneUK - you have lost your principles and customer service basics, 1 of the worst companies i've come across. Poor is an understatement. Is anyone happy to help me remind @VodafoneUK what customer service is as I have wasted so much time because of their inefficiencies!

Don't @VodafoneUK have an outbound customer service line to speak with customers! Do we have to wait on chat for hours! Sort your service levels out before attempting to sell your service to customers because your customer service is very far from desireable! it's Despicable!

@VodafoneUK I hope this isn't a sign of things to come. @OpenreachHelp sent an engineer who didn't have the equipment to do the installation today, it seems there is only one vehicle with a bucket lift and it broke down last week...
