    @VodafoneUK still on hold after hours spent on hold with call centres in India trying to resolve the extortion of making up charges I don’t owe. Expect legal action and complaint registered with regulator. You’ve lost a customer of 20+ years.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is appalling. You scam customers with charges they don’t owe and then put them on hold for hours to call centres in India!! Moving to better company after 20 years with Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK no broadband day 2. We pay for Pro, but the backup rarely connects & is only 1mbps when working. I've spent hours on chat trying to resolve & your xperts aren't able help. I've wasted hours of my life on this: what do I need to do to get someone out to sort it?

    @Ker_Anderson @VodafoneUK Amazing, thanks Ker. Other than general maintenance I don’t think Voda or @O2 have put much development in the city. Connectivity is somewhat poor 😢🤞🏼🤞🏼
