@VodafoneUK 8 days of broadband being down after receiving email stating I’d unlocked special savings. Being passed from 1 team to another with no resolution. Constant recommendation to wait 24 hours. Failed promises to return calls. Worst service ever. #vodafone

Why can’t you give us a more accurate time @VodafoneUK and recognise that she is vulnerable & needs more support. She’s currently very upset & worried. I’m shocked as to how inaccessible your service is & that you have no mechanisms to offer support to those who need it

Arrange a callback with Vodafone whereby the agent waits for you to answer then simply hangs up, thus ensuring that they’ve lived up to their end of the transaction by ‘technically’ calling you back. More sterling customer service from @VodafoneUK
