    I'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Had the same experience with Virgin Media. They`re a disgrace 3 months down the line.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Once had to deal with Virgin Media, absolutely never again. They were impossible to deal with, just got sent from one department to another and it took weeks. Never again.

    When will @VodafoneUK provide a reasonable 4G signal that is stable? Why do we have to put up with speed test that gives a download sped in Kbs and upload of zero? This is happening every single day. This message might not list at time of writing but get put in drafts.

    @VodafoneUK why is your 5g internet completely useless at 5pm EVERY DAY? I want a refund or a reduction on my ยฃ70!! monthly fee for poor service. Who can I talk to please?

    Talking to @VodafoneUK Just Ask Once service (one agent to resolve your issue) - the agent wants to transfer me and tells me s/he is not a JAO agent... and yet each message says from you JAO agent!!!
