    @VodafoneUK what is causing these isolated outages for hindreds/thousands but not everyone? Is it a set of faulty routers? If so will you replace? A friend mere meters down the road same style of router same exchange has had no issue either time mine has been down.

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.

    @VodafoneUK I was looking to upgrade but you're trying to charge more for the airtime plan on an S26 than an iPhone17 - for the same airtime plan! Obviously the device plans are different but why a £10pm difference for the same airtime service? Make it make sense.
