    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

    @VodafoneUK who can help me with a complaint about a broadband service issue? My elderly parents have been without internet for seven weeks now and you will not listen to them or send out an engineer.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with them with my broadband, they cancelled it because they couldn’t achieve there stated speed and then the account stayed on my credit report for years afterwards, despite me contacting them to remove it

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Vodafone is ran by a absolute **** show, call centres abroad , mainly egypt i think, who lie and pass through people to the sales team and it ends up in a constant loop of sales people being lied too getting pissed off and more than likely sending u back to egypt

    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed with lack of care/service to mum . Power of attorney means nothing apparently.Her phone is broken.Had to cancel her contract as been on phone over 50 mins as mum doesn’t know her code.She has memory problems hence I’m power of attorney. #complaint

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Firstly raise a complaint via the credit reference agency - Equifax, Experian et al as they’ll be able to force Vodafone to review your credit file and make right. Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file
