    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the worst time with them, my dad wanted to take over my mom's account, after her death, as his first cell phone. They made it impossible. He finally gave up and got a new number 😞

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I'm sorry for your loss. I've had to go through this ghastly business three times now. The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK After 3 months of wrangling and making it virtually impossible to leave them some years ago I vowed never to use their services again. They are a dreadful company.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK They did the same to me 10 years ago so I left them for EE. They told me to cancel my direct debit while in dispute then they go and add a bad mark on my credit rating. Took years to resolve, had to go to the ombudsman.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.
