@VodafoneUK my issue started on the 8th of jan gets escalated to customer relations with a special number to call every time I call no one knows what the issue is - the line signal from your team is useless as you can’t hear them and they don’t know what to do #badcustomerservice

My @VodafoneUK wifi is shocking. As if this game couldn’t be more frustrating... I can’t get through more than 2 mins without buffering and im having to use my phone data to use WhatsApp etc. It’s like being on dialup. Rebooted this damn router over 10 times in the last week

@VodafoneUK Please send me a copy of your complaints procedure. I have been on live chat since 20:44 and have just been logged out for the third time, despite sending message at least once every 2 mins. The latest in a long line of problems - a complaint is going to OFCOM.

@VodafoneUK Hey @AJReboy I like that you spam my feeds with cat pictures, rupaul and sarcasm. Never change.

@VodafoneUK Difficult to see @VodafoneUK talk about kindness when I was treated so appallingly by them after becoming ill with Covod-19 and having a heart attack then surgery. After 20 years being a customer you treated me so cruelly, I set up a payment plan then you cut my services, dire.
