    @photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK one evening to try to complain about the line i stared at 7:00 in the evening at 11:00 we were still arguing. the problem was i kept telling them which of their router/switch had a problem, and they did not want to believe it..i am cisco engineer and set up large infrastructures

    @VodafoneUK I opened a return for a like new PAYG phone on the 23rd May and still haven’t received my returns pack. I called CS and they tell me to wait another 14 days! I need my refund and get the feeling it’s never going to arrive. Can you help please?

    @photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK Yeah. For at least 24 hours, it's been slooooooow to connect to anything. Web Geek here: I think there's a problem with their DNS servers. Speed is fine when actually connected to a site or app.

    @RoyaLin10 @VodafoneUK for me .. I sign up for a Pay Monthly data sim for a dongle .. I get a text about a direct debit, I get a sim, a nothing happens.. no email, no confirmation of contract, no data ... no account login, nothing latest plan is to send me another sim, that'll help

    @photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK I took Vodafone to arbitration and got awarded compensation their customer service standards were that poor, email a complaint to their CEO with threat of the ombudsman, it'll be sorted within 24 hours.
