    It's so weird (& troubling) how these mobile phones have taken such a hold on our lives. I was awake at the crack of dawn worrying if I'd ever be able to unlock the damn thing again but thanks to @VodafoneUK online customer support, they sorted it for me. Phew!

    Funny how @VodafoneUK won't let me cancel my OneNumber subscription online telling me to call 191, but 191 keeps telling me to use online chat and the one time I get through to a human on 191 the call gets cut off. Now everytime I explain to someone on chat that I want 1/2

    The conclusion to my complaints to @VodafoneUK was that because I'm getting over 0.9mps upload speeds, then there's nothing they can do. Even though I'm paying £50 a month for speeds that never go above 2mps. Download this morning = 115mps Upload = 1.8mps. Shambles.

    @VodafoneUK hi gang. 4th night in a row broadband has disconnected between 5pm-6pm. Had no issues rest of the day. Starting to become a pain for work at home

    @VodafoneUK is your website broken? Yesterday I couldn't checkout on a SIM only plan change (confirm/checkout button did nothing) and today I get a 404 page instead of login?

    @VodafoneUK @SpotifyUK Happy Anniversary to me! One year no service and faulty phone getting charged £32+ pounds a month. Celebrating it on hold (3 hours in rn). What a joke of a company. AVOID at all costs!!

    @VodafoneUK @joeandseph I tried to claim through the app but says there is a problem. It might take a couple of days if you have renewed your plan etc? I’ve been a customer for a good few years
