    @VodafoneUK do not care about customers. Haven’t been able to use my phone because of “maintenance”, they keep lying, saying it will resolve. In emergency I can’t call/message which is a safety risk. They trying to coerce me into closing the complaint because of goodwill. Fix up!

    @Sallycat471 @VodafoneUK 100% agree ……… it feels we’ve literally been abandoned now. Im very close to chaining myself to a Vodafone shop on a bid to get someone to help (and I’m not joking - unfortunately!)…….keep your eyes peeled on the national news 😬

    just cancelled my iphone 13 orders with @VodafoneUK truly the WORST UK Mobile Network. The staff are just horrendous and full of empty promises. oh and you need to stop lying to customers too "YOU ARE NOT GETTING IPHONE STOCK UNTILL THE 2ND WEEK OF NOV"

    @VodafoneUK And just to follow up ! I was guaranteed a call from a ‘ senior ‘ agent this morning between 9 and 11 and that hasn’t materialised either. Absolutely appalling service.

    Thinking of using @VodafoneUK for mobile internet? Don’t! As they just use technical excuses to why the speed is less than 1mg Absolute joke my phone won’t even load the App Store & they try & pretend it is phone settings every day when in reality they slow the line purposely 🤙
