    @eddiedavis2707 I had one of these fitted years ago, EDF use Vodafone for a signal and there is zero at my house so useless. @VodafoneUK sort your **** out.

    @VodafoneUK I have very poor speed on my mobile wifi account. I can't log into my online vodafone account as I don't have a mobile phone and you send a verification text to me. My current speed is 2,82Mbps and I can't even do a live chat as my speed is not fast enough!

    @VodafoneUK - I am currently in Vienna and my SIM is not working. I have not received the usual “welcome to” text & I cannot send texts, make calls or use my 4G data. I am able to send this as I am hooked to wifi. Can you help please

    @VodafoneUK I have just switched over to your full fibre service as it has just arrived in my area. The fastest you offer is 200mbps (which I'm on) but BT and others are offering up to 900 (with a 700 guarantee). Is there a reason you can't offer faster?

    @VodafoneUK Why do you reply when you've told me multiple times only the tech2 team can help. And they told me they don't know anything. Obviously vf don't care to either fix issues or update customers. All that's left for your customers is suffering
