@VodafoneUK No thanks, waiting for phone contract to end in June and then will be switching mobile and broadband to EE, disappointed as prior to the contract ending and after refusing to sign for 2 years the service has been rubbish

@VodafoneUK Yep I've done that. I've tried using my phone, my tablet and my laptop and they are all saying ghe same thing. I do not want to have to call to sort it out as the advisors I've spoke to in the last 2 weeks have been rude and unhelpful so has put me off calling!

@VodafoneUK @vodafone I did contact Vodafone customer services and they told me the same thing, that we had to contact Voxi for any issues. It seems a coincidence that the shop assistant, the shop manager and customer services all made the same mistake?
