    @VodafoneUK hiya why do the videos on Facebook and Instagram keep buffering? Was with EE before with same phone it never happened? Only been with you for a few months and it happens all the time cheers

    @VodafoneUK I’ve done this - appears to have gone into a ‘black hole’. Does this take as long as your service provision takes ? I’ll check back in a week then. Actually, I won’t as I probably won’t be a customer by then

    So you claim to have "fixed" the internet in my area so please explain to me why it is now worse than it was? @VodafoneUK Just ridiculous how you can somehow have a service working perfectly and then ruin it

    @VodafoneUK 3rd problem: During one of the calls, you informed me that my account was with ‘collections’ due to arrears. I had been a ‘customer’ (victim ?) for 24 hours at that point. How could it be in arrears ?

    @VodafoneUK NB: To fully appreciate my frustrations, you would need to be given the run-around by you staff for a full week, to have been lied to, and to be treated like a hindrance rather than a customer.
