@VodafoneUK my phone is calling unknown numbers. Your online help is useless and I cannot get through to a person to speak to. Please contact me

  • MissHanHanSays Hanani Han-Han (@MissHanHanSays) reported

I've spoken to technical support, cancellation team and now complaints, the person from complaint is by far the rudest person I have spoken with working in customer services @VodafoneUK Such a condescending man should not be working in customer services!

  • Billyboysidney William Herring (@Billyboysidney) reported

@VodafoneUK It would be the ones concerning me and my account. Just need to know, I had a big enough FARCE JUST TRYING TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS WITH VODAFONE I Don't NEED ANY MORE NONSENSE FROM @VodafoneUK WHILE changing to a NEW SERVICE PROVIDER.

@VodafoneUK Reading the responses the strong message is no rewards for loyal customers. Sure you offer upgrade based on your business requirements but not based on what the customer wants compared to other mobile phone operators. I certainly would like to see more customer based rewards

  • _porean_ chiggo (@_porean_) reported

@VodafoneUK apparently you've been working on fixing the network issue in my area since the 18th. But there's been no improvement at all. I literally can just barely get on Twitter to post this

  • roboemjay SmoothEmJay (@roboemjay) reported

@VodafoneUK Both. It's not interference or bad WiFi range etc. Every 7-10 days (maximum) your connection drops and it takes ~20 minutes to come back up.

  • reelashuk ReeLash - Luxury Faux Mink Strip Lashes 💋 (@reelashuk) reported

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards @VodafoneUK please help with my monthly internet & phone bill, one less struggle to work about! Please

  • Sheffield128 Delwar Ullah (@Sheffield128) reported

@VodafoneUK I’ve downloaded this app I think it’s a good idea I think all Vodafone customer should download it

  • Billyboysidney William Herring (@Billyboysidney) reported

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Don't even try to contact @VodafoneUK on their chat. Automated system is hopeless & when you are lucky enough to get a human, they can't resolve a simple change of Address issue. More than 24 hours of contact they add insult to injury & offer £7.50 to Compensate!!
