While I’m here, @VodafoneUK I’m bored of dealing with your customer service chat, why are your online system so bad? A payment has come out twice on a PAYG simcard yet the bundle has not updated.

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

@VodafoneUK It is already in the hands of Complaints - but I'm amazed that Vodafone seem to have so little clue as to what is causing the system-wide problem - & why you keep so quiet about it in public - surely after @Ofcom 's huge 2016 billing fine you would be on the alert?
