    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

    @VodafoneUK what’s going on with the lack of the national emergency alert? Other networks sent out the alert but on my Vodafone sim nothing!

    @antonycotton @VodafoneUK Totally agree Vodafone UK are appalling. Zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.
