    @VodafoneUK Well then it’s a poor sales person they said reason for calling is my mobile data usage is high and they will check if the can make an offer. My usage is 10% of a 100gb data so she was making it up and I thought it was a scam

    @VodafoneUK I am in a loop of despair. I need to speak to a human regarding some accounts. Your 191 automated answering refers me to your chatbot and then cuts me off. Chatbot tells me I must speak to customer services. Please provide a solution

    @VodafoneUK Dean, none of your colleagues can help. It’s been over 5 months & i’ve had enough. Can you get a manager to call me & i have been on hold to that number and don’t have more time to waste. Unacceptable the way i’ve been treated. 3 contracts and after 5months i’m no better off!!!

    absolutely pointless! trying to get in contact with Vodafone to upgrade daughters phone (and no, she doesn't want an iphone13) four times i've sat in the queue, 4 times i get to the number 1 position and the system kicks you out - advisors won't help, no phone reply #Vodafoneuk

    @VodafoneIreland @VodafoneUK completely unacceptable, I have my broadband box set up on Saturday but the costumer service doesn't work on weekends, now I have to wait until Monday to have Internet. Ridiculous and terrible job. Can someone look on this please #customerexperience
