    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK We did the same after dads death ,one ****** of a company demanded the original death certificate, I changed residential address to local lawn cemetery ,phone 1800 3825633(letters)and never engaged again

    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK

    Finished another daily routine- 30 minutes with @VodafoneUK Broadband support. They’re still asking for the same information I’ve already provided, and the issue remains unresolved 22 days after my broadband plan was upgraded and a new router was supplied. #FLT13589883

    @AyyanMalikyf7o @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Mercury did it to me, let someone take an account in my name. I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Once had to deal with Virgin Media, absolutely never again. They were impossible to deal with, just got sent from one department to another and it took weeks. Never again.
