@VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Iw ould love too but my Internet is too bloody slow. Fix my broadband please!!! Bloody hopeless. Also tried using the chat function tonight, that doesn't work either. We were lied too from the start of our contract. And now you keep saying our Internet is fixed when it's not.

When you call @VodafoneUK about your Internet consistently not working but yet the bills paid on time and their answer is they don't have access to their own system lol.. This is meant to be their customer service? Lol

Just been told by @VodafoneUK that I can't cancel my contract today because their system is down! They can still renew my contract or sell me another service though...how convenient. #scam #avoid

@VodafoneUK This is the worst decision ever. Why would you stop something that is important to us? when there’s constant train delays and the only way to find an alternative route is by using wifi.

@VodafoneUK can anyone in technical help? I have multiple static IP from Vodafone and there is no settings within Vodafone router to configure this. How and where do I enter the static IP address? I’m currently with support for 40 mins and they seem to have no idea.

After over a decade with @VodafoneUK and their terrible customer service I’m jumping ship to @O2. Instantly got a better deal and great assistance form the staff in store who guided me through the early bail out process. Thanks.
