    @VodafoneUK please help me. I should have had my new broadband working yesterday but nothing and still nothing. I have tried the online but it keeps cutting out. If its easier, please cancel my agreement and I will try elsewhere. I do need WiFi

    @VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.

    Another week, another 2 hour @AvantiWestCoast train. As always, sod all wi-fi, and @VodafoneUK signal was shocking too. Wtf is going on ?!?! Spent most of the journey trying to connect.

    I’ve discovered why my posts are constantly going into my drafts box. My network is crap where I live. I’m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no it’s not my phone cache etc. it’s a lack of network speed / capacity. Just found this in my Draft box. @X is weird

    @VodafoneUK we upgraded our phones at the weekend , I specifically asked your sales assistant in Swindon store if I needed to cancel direct devout for old phones was told no & you’ve taken money from my account today for the old phones !! Not happy 😡
