    @VodafoneUK I’ve been having issues for months where my text messages send about 3/4 times instead of just once. We established it was an issue with Vodafone service. But it’s still not fixed?!

    @VodafoneUK customer support is as bad as jagex, imagine spending 6 years with a company that just wants to keep draining your pockets and providing **** service and refuse to let you leave.

    @VodafoneUK Asking again, please check transmitters in the SO50 5PS area. It improved in the last week or so but today it’s been crawling again, lucky to get even 3G. I’m actually with Lebara who use your network. If no improvement by Friday I’m off to O2 for the same price. Tah.

    @VodafoneUK my partner has had a query with you for almost 2 months. It’s been escalated to an official complaint, ‘top of the chain’, yet still there’s no resolution. You’re sending him threatening letters about payment, yet still haven’t dealt with the initial
