    It's ridiculous when @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 's debt collection agency are easier to get hold of and treat you with more respect than they do! My postcode says I get a svc but I live in a unit out the back which gets appalling speed check results. Vodafone do not give a ****.

    @VodafoneUK hi how do you bypass the app when calling 191 I have a friend who needs to speak to someone but when she calls it just opens the app and they can’t help with the issue !!!!
