    @VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK - New Internet installed recently and really not happy. Terrible WiFi and internet speeds in the house, cant connect due to signal strength sat in my own front room. Try and get on Vodafone app and it doesn't work. How do I cancel please? #terrible

    @VodafoneUK your service is a joke. I had fibre broadband installed yesterday. How does it go from ‘ready in 3 hours’ after install to ‘active by midnight’ to ‘24 hour estimate’ It’s been over 24hrs and I still have no connection

    Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst

    @VodafoneUK I am a customer of yours now you’ve got Gemini be a imaginable with her. I subscribed to her so for me to accept anything you can offer with a Gemini you’ve got to be adventurous. as I’m not interested. and she can’t be watered down.

    ***** sake @RoyalMail why are your staff so useless I told him LEAVE THE PARCEL then my signal cut out as @VodafoneUK are bad. Then he gives it to my neighbour which I don’t want! @AmazonUK this counts as NOT DELIVERED I’m not pissing around waiting for neighbour to be home

    Would not recommend anyone move to @VodafoneUK 4g coverage in Norwich is so poor . Has been for years never changes
