    @VodafoneUK my Internet has been down all day. I have already sent a DM but I’m yet to get a response. I tried calling the customer service but all it advised me to do for broadband issues was go online. This is quite ironic considering I have broadband issues...

    @VodafoneUK. Please please. My broadband is down i can't ring out as now coverage rely on WiFi.. the web chat is t working and we are without broadband again !!

    @VodafoneUK disappointed with you customer service promising a call back with in 24 hours ! And yet again no call back and problem still not solved ! So disappointed! Had to hold for 25 mins to get to speak to someone such a let down !

    Swear to god @VodafoneUK have the worst customer service ever. Do not purchase anything from them all they want is to take your money as soon as you have a problem they don’t want to here you

    Once again #Vodafone broadband is down. I’ve switched it off. Luckily out tomorrow but better be connected next week for my uni week #Vodafonedown sort this out ASAP!! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK it’s been 12 hrs with no internet here in Ipswich. At lunchtime you refused to give me unlimited data on my mobile as issue would be fixed soon. Think it’s well past the time you should be reconsidering this.. or just give your customers a real update would be good
