@NevHend @VodafoneUK Never use @VodaphoneUK ,broadband service never reached guaranteed minimum speed. "We're working on it" but never improved. Absolute rubbish.

@VodafoneUK thinks it’s fully justifiable for my wife to be without signal for 3 mnths but still expect her to pay her full bill without any explanation when the issue will be resolved or compensate loss of use. The service is not fit for purpose. This is why I am an @O2 customer

@VodafoneUK I cancelled the Vodafone one number linked to my account and every month for the last 3 months you have continued to charge me for the service. Not only are you charging me for a service I have asked you to cancel, you are charging me for a service that isn’t working

@VodafoneUK James it was your 191 team I spoke with over the phone and after being passed from pillar to post and being assured that the service has been cancelled, I am still being billed for it. I spent close to an hour trying to get that cancelled and after all the time wasted … nothing

At least £100 has been taken from my account without my permission. This is the third time I am now calling @VodafoneUK customer service to cancel my contract once again. @VodafoneUK, this is absolutely appalling.

@VodafoneUK, can you tell me why after 3 separate occasions I explicitly called to cancel my contract, my contract still has not been cancelled?! I found out only because extortionate monthly fees are being taken from my account, for a @VodafoneUK contract I cancelled months ago.

@VodafoneUK loving the fact that 6 texts cost me £18 while on holiday in Turkey. I have never regretted joining a network more than I do now. So focused on data roaming charges didn't even cross my mind! You guys are rip off merchants
