    @VodafoneUK Tell you what, a router would have been good, my son has waited over a month for his. Totally unimpressed. 1 month in and can't wait for a 24m contact to send. Nothing but empty promises from customer services.

    @VodafoneUK, good morning. Can you please tell me exactly how I am supposed to report a 4g network fault to you? My 4g speed has dropped from 30mbps to 6, and upload has stopped completely. Website and app hopeless for fault reporting.
