    @VodafoneUK I think they fell into Vodfone's fibre black hole, along with the fibre connection that they promised me for 10th November. Judging on the non-existent response from Vodafones customer disservice team, they'll likely never be seen again and Christmas will be elfless forever more

    @VodafoneUK So a product worth 400 quid is sold at 500 quid, and the customer is led to believe they have a 100 quid cash back. Stop treating us like fools.
