@VodafoneUK are the worst effing network for customer service!!! Two weeks I’ve been trying to sort my issue but I’ve yet to get a resolution. Promised call backs that don’t happen. I’m sorry but working from home does not absolve you of your customer care duty 😡😡

@VodafoneUK just got off the phone with your upgrade team who can offer me £67pm with £29 upfront on a new #SamsungGalaxyS21Ultra but as a new customer I can get £51pm with £99 upfront that's over a £300 difference! WTAF
