  Anyone else had a complication with their @VodafoneUK mobile & been advised by Vodafone to swap to @LycaMobile for 24 hours? 5 Months later my son is still trying to swap back, the whole procedure has been absolute chaos & taken up days of time. Never go near Lyca!

  @VodafoneUK worst customer service experience ever top up on app wouldn't work lady could barely speak English asked me to spell my whole name and address then told me to go online to top up when I was calling cos online didn't work!!!! Ridiculous

  Hello @VodafoneUK, I’ve played your ‘rewards’ via the app since they started and I am yet to win a single thing, at all, in that whole time. Do people actually win any of the prizes you claim that you can win? Everyone I know on Vodaphone says the same, never won anything.

  @VodafoneUK waste of time speaking to complaint manager, couldn't even make sense , telling me "cant do anything for me" NO ITS THAT YOU REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING absolutely evil company . CUSTOME LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

  @Helptalk_cht No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

  @VodafoneUK ur operatives are very useless n so unhelpful. Asked to activate roaming and for nearly 36hrs still no service. I give up on u guys
