  • R_odanort Robin (@R_odanort) reported

    @VodafoneUK your signal in Lerwick has practically died, assume your mast is broken. When will it be fixed?

  • JoshSwatz Joshua Swatman (@JoshSwatz) reported

    @VodafoneUK According to this There is no problem

  • Stuey3D Stuart Carr (@Stuey3D) reported

    @ispreview Luckily it’s live where I am but unluckily @VodafoneUK is the exclusive ISP so I’m left waiting until an ISP with a better customer service record is allowed to use the @CityFibre network in my area.

  • ivanlaskov Laskov, Ivan (@ivanlaskov) reported

    Definition of rip off: same broadband package, same speeds, same fibre infrastructure, same level of support, very similar equipment. Price difference? @VodafoneUK is £19 cheaper than @BT_uk. Not £9, NINETEEN! Absolutely disgraceful of BT.

  • morris1_k Eileen Morris (@morris1_k) reported

    @VodafoneUK Why when we were paying for a £5 bundle for 100mb for years no problem then suddenly although no changes we were using data and ended up with a change for a £10 bundle for 7GB when we will be lucky if we use 1gb. Why can't we go back to paying £5 for 1gb. Vodafone greed

  • TomCrooky Tom Crooks Smith (@TomCrooky) reported

    @VodafoneUK Do you publish uptime stats for the services that run your MyVodafone app? It's either down all the time, or a buggy app. It's really hard to tell without being able to check service status. Where can your customers see service status and uptime records? Thanks

  • JohnMcDonald_MC John McDonald (@JohnMcDonald_MC) reported

    @VodafoneUK How can I stop the contestant call from un invited companies cold calling me HELP

  • leafnode2 leafnode2 (@leafnode2) reported

    Confused by @VodafoneUK news letter. Renaming the broadband packages - Superfast 2 is now Full Fibre 2; very odd as my service is FTTC so not Full Fibre.

  • shane1994_ Shane West (@shane1994_) reported

    @VodafoneUK charging me £46 a month when I never have 3G, 4G or 5G.

  • CarlSherman Carl Sherman (@CarlSherman) reported

    @VodafoneUK I cannot fathom your company ethos out, I currently have an £80+ a month contract with you that is running out soon, so you keep messaging and email to say I can upgrade, I go to upgrade on a 2 year deal which is the same equivalent price but you say I fail credit 1/2
