  @friendlessInEH8 @VodafoneUK @KaanAltinbas Other way round for me. Vodafone's coverage was worse, and when a mast got damaged in my area it took months to be repaired. Switched to Smarty, never been without signal since. Hell, sometimes my phone even tells me I'm getting "4G+" - never got that on Vodafone.

  @VodafoneUK Message sent. I wont hold my breath for a response. I honestly cannot get over how my issue has not yet been resolved since May, complaint raised in June. Absolute joke. I will now be contacting the @ombudsman

  @VodafoneUK I thought problem with my phone but now realise you’ve stopped offering Vodafone Wifi on Lon Underground. What a weird thing to do - you’ll have annoyed tens of thousands of customers who have stayed with Vodafone because of this excellent service. Any explanation? 🤔

  @VodafoneUK Get anything from vodaphone and you’ll regret it. The worst customer service in the uk. Nothing more than scam agents and bullies. Don’t go near this shambles of a company.

  My complaint raised to @VodafoneUK on 4th June still not resolved. Absolutely appalling customer service. Complaint handlers are incompetent. Very unhappy new customer regretting coming to @VodafoneUK

  @MichaelJWMax @asda_mobile @VodafoneUK I am away in France and had no Internet for 4 days now can't even send a text. Have called asda over 30 times. Awful service. So regret buying unlimited bundle.

  Today my nieces phone was stolen on her 15th Birthday 😔 @O2 and @VodafoneUK can anyone help restore her birthday and make her day special.... to the horrible people that stole it I hope it was worth it !!!
