@VodafoneUK took me 2 hours to upgrade yesterday, now I’ve got multiple requests to sign plans with different reference numbers, been on hold for some time today and still waiting. This is shocking service.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz I still have not received my booster, Apple TV box and the rest of the accessories in my broadband package. These were ordered in June. I have engaged four times with online customer services and in the local shop. Please get back to me.
