    @VodafoneUK have 2b the worst broadband provider ever…. WiFi issue for over a week, no engineer just saying there is no issue despite photos showing it not working. Refusing 2 send an engineer, refusing to wave costs for cancellation so I can get a capable provider. What a joke!

    @BTGroup Then just suck it up and pay over the odds until it is sorted. the customer service is atrocious. Looks like I will be moving to @VodafoneUK for my broadband services

    Hi there @BarclaysUKHelp good afternoon. According to @VodafoneUK my airtime bill has been successfully paid. I can't see it as cleared on my app From what I've been reading you guys seem to be having technical issues is this correct and when will everything go back to normal?

    Anyone else finding the @VodafoneUK network garbage lately? Seems to be struggling in a few places for a signal across Merseyside and Manchester. Go indoors and signal drops compelty. They are usually quite good but last 7 days or so has been bad.

    I've been emailing @Giftcloud for months and they have not responded after I signed up for their incentive offer when signing up with @VodafoneUK wifi. When signing up with either of them for the incentive, don't bother, as the gift card never comes and they ignore your emails.
