@thedavidbyer @VodafoneUK They give users the runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@VodafoneUK I am doing that now. I just tried login in through the Vodafone app instead as well, and it is also trying to send me a security code that I never receive.

Being a customer for many a year now, it never being an issue before. It is strange to be told by @VodafoneUK that my order has been cancelled as I have an apostrophe in my name. Predict this answer how likely are you to recommend Vodaphone … not very likely

@VodafoneUK network coverage in the uk is the worst ive ever experienced across the world, including third world countries. As soon as you leave london forget about stable coverage, if not having a signal at all. Even within london is patchy to say the least. So aggravating

@VodafoneUK The most awful network with liars that manipulate their customers. I called to ask why my network is so bad. The answer. There are network issues in the area - non notifications - just excuses. I want out #vodafone does not respect its customers at all.
