@KingPiggy23 @VodafoneUK Thank you for the advice, we will do. I don't know how they can get away with that. They're quick to take the money they're not entitled to but can hold onto it for 2 weeks with no explanation. This affects real people with real problems and real bills to pay. Come on @VodafoneUK

  • ECLUK1 ECL Midlands (@ECLUK1) reported

Many thanks @VodafoneUK for increasing my bills for the ever going rubbish service you provide to me. I hope the extra £3 you’re charging me gets you something nice.

  • ashearnshaw Ashley Earnshaw (@ashearnshaw) reported

@VodafoneUK I received a notification to say I had won a prize and to click to see what I had won. But there isn’t anything there that I can see once I open the app. Please can you help?

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK Ok some days i was getting 22mbps some times a little less some times a little more. to be suddenly capped at 18mbps. Many other customers are facing this issue with vodafone.

@VodafoneUK hi I've just purchased a Sony Xperia 5 ii from Car Phone Warehouse with a Vodafone sim. Will this handset support your WiFi calling? Thanks

  • Kryptonliveson Chris Hoskins (@Kryptonliveson) reported

@VodafoneUK it's horrible how this firm treats there customers . No customer service at all . Go with any other supplier personally @tescomobile is so much better .

  • UlrikeZiemer Ulrike Ziemer (@UlrikeZiemer) reported

@VodafoneUK Please try to read my previous response. I am not sending my details on Twitter. If you were really concerned and not automated as it seems, I can send you my landline and you can call me and then I can provide you with my details. Again it reads like very poor customer service!

  • peterjam Peter (@peterjam) reported

@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Looks like a few 'customer modifications' have been made to that master socket. I'm sure you'll be popular with whichever engineer ends up fixing it once Vodaphone and Openreach have played ping-pong with your fault.

  • tommyholla27 Tom Holbrook (@tommyholla27) reported

@VodafoneUK I got a notification to say I’ve won a prize however after speaking to your help assistants apparently I have to purchase something to get it! That really isn’t a reward now is it.

  • DannyLee1980 Danny Smith (@DannyLee1980) reported

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK The issues is the staff want to follow a script then are adamant that the customer is wrong and that they never have service issues. Having a cap then being told your getting more than the guaranteed minimum for your line. I originally thinking I would get 26-28 as advertised
