@VodafoneUK with you over the phone. You disconnected me. I have never shouted or threatened legal action. Now i am SHOUTING and THREATENING legal action. I am a widower father of three young children. Your treatment of me is nothing short of staggering.

@VodafoneUK You do understand that people have jobs, right? It is not my responsibility to chase up your company. You know there is a connection issue. You can't fix it, and you won't provide details of the person I need to speak to cancel and get a refund. Absolutely useless response.

@VodafoneUK And that won't cost £173.39 as previously stated, will it? Given that you haven't been able to supply a broadband connection. I trust that number will also action a full refund for the service you were unable to provide? Not to mention the inconvenience and added costs incurred.

@VodafoneUK The last time I responded the best your agent seemed capable of doing was confirming there was an issue. It's not good enough. You have zero problems charging me full whack and making it next to impossible to be refunded for services i've paid for and can't use.

@VodafoneUK just recently took out a home broadband deal with you and my work laptop is very intermittent and will only work when I boost the Wi-Fi signal via the app. Don’t really want to do that every day. Any ideas ?
