    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virgin have a terrible reputation and have just received a massive fine. I need to look at my broadband with them. Can't bear the thought of phoning to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK Heads up to anyone using Vodafone, anyone who gets a phone call from +44 20 8073 0971, be cautious, they are scammers who will imply you need a new SIM, I spotted the signs so averted any issues but others may fall for it.

    After 5+ weeks, my @VodafoneUK upgrade is still unresolved. • £40 refund still unpaid • 2 complaints raised • Mobile service incorrectly provisioned • Told to cancel & recreate my contract to fix Vodafone's error • Lost a £572 trade-in benefit as a result

    @VodafoneUK I thought in this day and age you were supposed to give me notice of any increase in price. I had my new bill today and it has gone up. I wasn't aware of any in reasonable due. Also it has never happened at this time of the year.
