    .@VodafoneUK why is it so difficult for you to send out a new SIM card quickly when one is lost? 72 hours waited and still no sign. Customer service found to be lacking with zero urgency. Very frustrating.

    @VodafoneUK @Apple It came with a wire to link to another apple device. Have sorted this issue by going and purchasing a charger. The lack of charger should be expressed at point of sale!

    @VodafoneUK yet again mobile internet is down in north Surrey. Absolute joke, never above 2mbps when it is working. So glad I'm leaving. (x2 contracts).

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service needs some serious work. 3 different advisors Iโ€™ve spoken too have all assured me a problem has been fixed and to wait 24hr. At the end of each 24hrs itโ€™s not fixed and still have no phone. I have to keep calling you! 72 hrs and waiting.
