    @VodafoneUK i was chatting with one of your advisers online who put through an upgrade for me. He said he was having issues so I could leave the chat and I would receive emails. It’s been 4 hours and nothings came through. I’m worried I’ve been scammed

    @VodafoneUK Can someone help me please sort out an issue with my new Broadband upgrade. I am going round in circles trying to fix this. I have been asked to call numerous numbers to order the missing item, but no one seems to be able to.

    @VodafoneUK Service in N16 7 has been terrible generally over the years but come to a new low this week with barely any 4G network and at times no mobile data available at all! Is there currently an issue with network in the area as it isnt showing. Please sort ASAP!
