@VodafoneUK No worries- should add the times to the call :) It's just a quick one. Was offerd £200 & 25% tariff discount as compensation last year. Long story short the upgrade that was planned never materialised as the costs drastically increased. I asked if it could be carried forward

@VodafoneUK Not sure how to do that. There doesn't seem to be that option but I am apparently waiting for an agent rather than an ineffective bot which is, as ever, ineffective when there is a problem.

@VodafoneUK I understand that but generally it’s continually slow compared to other lately. I’ve been with you 11 years or I’m maybe more and it’s got a lot worse. For voice I cannot fault, but data serving appalling for the money I am paying. I also don’t want a robot,a human should help

@VodafoneUK I spoke to someone on the phone and they couldn't help and i told him i would be trying another company and all he suggested was i pay £125 to end my contract and get a sim only deal not sure how that was meant to help
