@VodafoneUK terrible service my parents joined you but you couldn’t provide the service required. Land line, and intervener. So cancelled before 14 days and now you are refusing to give their new provider their existing telephone number as you say it has been archived?

@VodafoneUK Yes they do but unfortunately it is too late as the company they are going with couldn’t get the number off you guys so to get them back in the land of the living with phone lines and broadband they have had to get a new number. Poor show!!

Hey @VodafoneUK my phone says I have full 4G signal but everything is not working on data? I can only use anything when I am on Wi-Fi!? Help!

@_AMATiling_ @VodafoneUK Must be maintenance at the masts. I’ve good signal until about four miles from home. Can just about pick up one bar upstairs in the house here now which is an improvement from last week when there was no signal at all. Not enough to make any calls. No signal downstairs at all.

@VodafoneUK - shocking customer service! I am an existing loyal customer with multiple services paying £17 for 10Gb of data, but for £3 more a 'new customer' gets 150Gb of data. Spoke to 'retention team' for 45mins and told they could not offer me anything better! #NotValued
