    @statsguyuk @VodafoneUK Also, while you're at it, move to @Honest_Mobile_ . Not the cheapest, but eco-friendly and your bill goes *down* every month. Shortly to (re-)introduce network roaming within the UK. They piggy-back on 3 at the moment.

    @VodafoneUK Bit late now - service has been atrocious. The amount of barriers you put up when someone is trying to cancel is unbelievable. Other industries don’t get away with it.

    @VodafoneUK So, I gave up and rang OpenReach myself. They told me that you need to raise the issue with them directly. Completely the opposite of what your operator just told me.

    @VodafoneUK Day 13 with no broadband Internet. You technical support is totally useless. They just keep asking to do the same things. Now 20 hours on the phone/on line. I need an engineer out. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT JOIN VODAFONE!!
