Day 20 (Twenty) of no internet. I think @vodafoneUK are now doing their best but it's in @CityFibre 's hands. They are now really beginning to test my previous resolve of not going back to getting a service via my inactive BT line.....

I called @VodafoneUK with a month old contract query at 9.20am. On hold waiting for an answer for 20 minutes, then 30 minutes unresolved on hold at various times, then promised a call back within 10 minutes, 20 minutes ago. They're about to lose a customer after over ten years.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have no Internet coverage yet again and I’ve complained about this numerous times. Luckily I am not working today but is there an outage? Can someone look into this or I’m leaving. I’ve had enough now.

@VodafoneUK Hi guys, recently upgraded to your full fibre 500 and I cannot get my ring doorbell to connect (have resetted it etc). I have seen that some pople mention the frequency of the router being the issue. Is this a known problem and is there an easy fix?

@VodafoneUK 40mins I was on the phone trying to upgrade, only to be cut off?!?! I have been a customer for 23 years and the treatment I have had recently is not acceptable. No good deals and can’t even speak to anyone. I will be cancelling my contract!

@VodafoneUK is perhaps the biggest pile of **** company I’ve had the mispleasure of dealing with. I genuinely have a higher opinion of the bus company that can’t run buses on time at this point, because at least the buses have sodding wifi.

@VodafoneUK are absolute trash. I've been a customer for well over a decade, including broadband. Need a new phone, expected some sort of benefit as a long standing customer. Was told nah, sorry, not possible. Give zero ***** about their customers. always have, always will.

Dodged a bullet with @VodafoneUK Cancelled my order with no notice, weeks prior to installation because City fibre said no. They're still selling services to an area they wont service. Terrible.
