  Worst service ever @VodafoneUK I am currently on the phone with an advisor. Apparently her system is going through updates for around 30 minutes so I was on hold and she won’t transfer the call to a manager without me telling her why. Worst service ever!

  @VodafoneUK I have sent in a complaint as I have been charged after my contract ended by almost £50. You keep ringing me to discuss. I don't understand why you cannot reply to the complaint and instead keep phoning me at work as I can't answer my phone when I am working.

  @VodafoneUK I tried the online chat which informed me the only way to cancel is by phoning. 3 hours of waiting and no answer. I’m sure if I’d said I want to upgrade someone would answer in seconds. No apols or explanation. Been a customer for 12+ years. V unhappy.

  @VodafoneUK I have literally been gaslit and lied to on the phone by your employees on the complaints line every single month. It reduced me to tears today. I'm stuck in a contract with your awful company for another year. I just want out.

  @VodafoneUK is THE worst network in the country. I’ve been with Three for 14 years and never had an issue, strange circumstance but had to switch, been with Vodafone for 9 hours and phone still isn’t working.!!
