@VodafoneUK How can speeds drop at the same time each day (during peak hours) if either a) my throughput is being throttled or b) you are doing something on the network and are load balancing capacity. There is no other explanation for the same issue to be occurring at same time.

We’ll @VodafoneUK just lost me as a customer. Incredibly bad service, and made no attempt to keep the business.

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre 30 days since ‘set up’ still no connection. Escalating complaints to Directors office means I can now only contact 1 case officer instead of any technician. She’s been off work. It’s like I’m dealing with a home spun company not a massive global network

@VodafoneUK @ElloFromLello I'm having the same issue as last night again

@Hutchnip @VodafoneUK Its clear that the issue is nothing to do with routers or wifis or anything like that. I've had no disconnects or failures, its a simple case of the speed is being capped or a network failure has occurred link an interconnect down and capacity is being managed.

@VodafoneUK I do but the chat feature doesnt work on browser, it just hangs. The problem has occurred oncr again just before 8pm. Checked every hour today and consistent 63mb dl, 20mb ul. Around 7:45, drops to around 20mb dl and 5 mb ul. Clearly something is happening!!

@Hutchnip @VodafoneUK And as if by magic at approx 10:15pm, speeds have increased as quickly as they decreased at 8pm. Now getting the 60+mb d/l & 17+ mb u/l i normally get. No fix, explanation, nothing changed. Certainly looks like either throttling or capacity mgnt at peak times @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to get through to someone on your helpline to get my broadband moved to my new address but each time I’m having to give up after 30-60mins of being on hold. The bot is no help, that only tells me to call. How do I ever speak to anyone?
