    @VodafoneUK Potentially the worst network in the U.K.! Been without broadband for 4 days now and had engineer no shows and 0 help from customer service. Got made to buy a repair part to prove it was broken when it wasn’t even the cable that’s the issue !! Ridiculous

    All mobile providers are crap bar signing contracts but really, I waltz into @VodafoneUK to buy a Samsung tablet, at first, "pick it up 2 days" , then, the no reply emails start; 1st another 4 days, then 4 more days, then 10 days, now another 10 days Arrrrghhh. F'king useless

    @VodafoneUK I have just arrived in Spain and my 4g isn't working. I have paid £16 for 8 days of roaming plus my settings seem to be fine. Please help!

    @VodafoneUK great service have to watch iplayer on my phone using 5g rather than on my TV using my superfast broadband because all it does is buffer! Been absolutely shocking for the last week or so!

    @VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried calling and using chat multiple times and keep getting disconnected. I cannot reach a human and my broadband issue is still unresolved. Please respond urgently.
