    @VodafoneUK Every month since feb i have to invest atleast an hour chatting to your reps explaining them the problem. why is that ? Why cant you fix the problem. You can never be like an amazon or a netflix of telephony world.

    @ChingfordChrisS @darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Yeah Germany's crap but our network needs to be about 1000 times faster, be consistently & geographically reliable. The data company I work for would be happy with that as a start.

    @VodafoneUK According to Katie (who called me) I won't be able to have the service until CityFibre wire the service shaft inside my building. I'm very upset as I took an afternoon off work for the installation and had no communication from Vodafone about the cancellation of my service. 1/2

    @IamAdamLFC @VodafoneUK What is it with big companies not valuing loyal customers these days?! It's absolutely shocking and mindbogglingly stupid. I fell out with optical express after 20+ years of being a client. My manual on "how to avoid losing a loyal customer" is a oneliner- LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER
