    @VodafoneUK strike again! Absolute garbage! Order upgrade on 2/12/21 and no mention of any issues, not once. Then contact again and still no mention other than to say it would be on the way today. Now they say delay has been since 24th Nov! Shambles and no closer to sorting!

    Signed up for broadband with @VodafoneUK only to find out a few days before installation my order had been cancelled. Signed up again in store. Just found out my order has been cancelled again. No one bothered telling me. I work from home and have no broadband. NEVER use Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK ls it also legal in the UK to charge early termination fee if the internet provider like @VodafoneTR stops providing the internet and does nothing to solve the problem and I sign a contract with another company? Just curious.

    @VodafoneUK #yetagain It looks like there's a problem with our mobile network in WA10. Sorry for any disruption to your service - we know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we're working hard to get things back up and running as quickly as we can

    @rosswclarke @VodafoneUK I had that. Try to get through to customer relations. Like a light switch going on. There to help & actually take responsibility, unlike their customer service.

    @VodafoneUK It was the lack of any communication that was the issue and not being able to get hold of anyone on the cust service no. Eventually got thru to complaints and it got sorted!

    It is so so difficult to stay polite to @VodafoneUK when the service is so bad. Same conversation with 5 people for the last 4 or 5 days. Let's hope the new router solves at least one of the issues
