@WWarped @ollie1692 @VodafoneUK Just check as although it's showing no internet connection, google and other apps are working on the WiFi just not the big ones that are down at the moment like Facebook, WhatsApp, insta etc

@VodafoneUK is there a broadband issue? The app/phone can't connect to the router or wifi. PC running on ethernet still has internet access and when I login to the router on PC it says everything is working. Can't log into router from phone though. All lights on router are white

@VodafoneUK Over 4G, not a problem at all. But two vodafone phones, connecting to a vodafone router via wifi, they connect but a message says 'No internet connection' and nothing works. All over devices via wifi and Ethernet are fine, hence Tweeting you now.

@VodafoneUK is there a quicker way I can speak to someone about a problem with trading in my old phone? Been on hold for 55 minutes, tried to chat online but got told there was no operators available. Been trying to send in my trade in for over 3 weeks now.

@VodafoneUK @WWarped Thank you!!! been for over 2 hours & no reply sent proof of using other apps and not loading! Can Vodafone reply Without a bs excuse of it’s not us it’s social media as I’ve already said it’s the network also. I’ve seen countless other tweets saying Vodafone is also down for them
