@VodafoneUK at least 3 months on and the signal/ service we’re receiving is absolutely shocking-in and about our area. Paying all this money for absolutely nothing. Phone calls cutting off is just dangerous- imagine trying to call someone in an emergency. Awful

@Dowellenough @VodafoneUK I mentioned @vodafoneUK so they automatically DM me with "Check out our broadband support page for help setting up your router and more help with your broadband"... "First, make sure your Vodafone Broadband equipment is set up correctly" I haven't got any!

@VOXI_UK As one of your customers, I am very frustrated as you have no dedicated app. Everytime I log into my account on the #Voxi website, it always asks for the OTP passcode. I am sure @VodafoneUK are able to create a app. In doing so this would improve the customer experience.

@JoshAlexCairo @vodafone I am a longtime customer of @VodafoneUK and mostly a fan. But this decision seems inconsiderate and retrograde. My kids travel with phones on the tube - they now cant reach home if they're worried. It's caused problems for us and I would guess other families.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. We have now cancelled our contract with you. I work from home and the service is just not upto scratch. Turns out we've never even had the speeds we were supposed to anyway. So I'm not entirely sure what we've been paying for.
