    52 minutes now on hold to @VodafoneUK to try and cancel a payment. Also they only have 2 songs on their hold music. I love @taylorswift13 but they are ruining 'Willow' for me.

    @VodafoneUK live chat/customer service is crap, I've been passed around from adviser to adviser, had my chat session ended, I've upgraded then was sent the wrong phone, then my new contract cancelled. Now spent 1.5 hours on this dysfunctional live chat. Sort it out!

    @VodafoneUK Hello, am trying to speak to someone from Vodafone but I’ve been on hold for 20 mins, it’s not just that that’s rubbish, your forcing me to listen to Coldplay which is, well baaaaad, If I have to hear those terrible lyrics again…

    @VodafoneUK EMPLOY MORE PEOPLE...this is the third day in a row I've sat on hold for more than an hour to speak to someone and had to give up. Terrible service. I will be cancelling.

    Crap service from @VodafoneUK. Go through all the automated hoops just to be told everyone is busy. Still no broadband after storms. 😔BT fine apparently

    @VodafoneUK will sell you products / upgrades from their shops but in order to cancel anything you have to phone up. Been on hold for almost 45 minutes now. My contract ended a year ago. Rip off merchants.
