    @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK I’m a Vodafone customer with multiple contracts. Reports say Vodafone provided 2,500 SIMs with 6 months’ free data to Care4Calais, supporting migrants/asylum seekers. Is this true? If so, I’ll move my business and all my family’s Vodafone contracts. Please answer.

    @GBNEWS @Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK is this right you are giving free sims plus data to illegal immigrants?? I have been a 20 year customer with you lot. I am now leaving, plus my wife and my daughters! I pay £150 a month and you lot give it away to this lot!! Im done!

    @VodafoneUK utterly useless. I picked one phone on my order. Your email confirmation says different and only option is to cancel await refund then reorder? I only ordered 20mins ago and called as soon as I saw the error. Shambles service after 15+ years
