    @VodafoneUK shocking lack of customer service. Lost count of the number times I have been assured by Vodafone advisors that Vodafone would contact me to sort out ongoing issues and nothing! Took 1 advisor over 30 minutes without success to try and find my account.

    @VodafoneUK another outage on broadband in B43 area. 3rd time in a month and as usual, customer service is no help. Blamed on a BT exchange fault yet neighbours don’t seem to have an issue ?
