@VodafoneUK our broadband has been disconnected due to admin error without warning; 6 hours of calls later and we are still being told we need to reapply, and can only go back on a worse plan, whilst having no internet for a further 2 weeks…someone help me here…

@VodafoneUK don’t have network data since morning, called in 4 times. First they sent me 3 troubleshooting steps on text which neither one work. Then they said there’s local works in central London however I’ve been in 3 different areas all over London & it’s the same???

@VodafoneUK hi I’m trying to cancel my package in the cooling off period. The online chat advises they are not allowed to cancel before live and sends me to phone. The automated phone service blocks being able to do this. I have called 5x, it sends me to online chat

@s378912 @VodafoneUK Yep - much the same here - I’ve given locations that are miles (tens to hundreds) apart, ALL of which have the same issue as you, and I’ve even got graphs showing the availability, latency and responsiveness - and still we’re playing the “local problem” nonsense. 1/2
