    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK In my experience it was BT who were the shockers. I had already phoned to cancel the account as he moved in with my brother. I explained he had terminal cancer and wouldn’t be returning home. Her response was “I hope he gets well soon!” Tesco Clubcard, the lady was so kind!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I finally left virgin as trying to contact was literally like going around in circles (constantly), it was extremely poor and exceptionally bad service.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear about your loss. It’s never a pleasant task making those calls. If you’d left the name of the company with terrible customer service out of your post, I’d have still guessed it was Virgin Media.

    @techprocess1 @VodafoneUK I was with them before but the signal where we live wasn’t great - turns out after a promising start that Vodafone’s is no better!

    When will @VodafoneUK provide a reasonable 4G signal that is stable? Why do we have to put up with speed test that gives a download sped in Kbs and upload of zero? This is happening every single day. This message might not list at time of writing but get put in drafts.

    @VodafoneUK Heads up to anyone using Vodafone, anyone who gets a phone call from +44 20 8073 0971, be cautious, they are scammers who will imply you need a new SIM, I spotted the signs so averted any issues but others may fall for it.
