@VodafoneUK Just don't struggle with the payments otherwise they sell your debt onto Somalian pirates who will have your bollocks for breakfast. Good luck getting support on this "best network"

  • Wells79 Melissa Wells (@Wells79) reported

@VodafoneUK have absolutely NO customer care! Week's of nothing but aggro and incompetence from them and still I'm no closer to resolving the issue! Sort it out Vodafone! We are all trying to get our lives back on track right now. Stop making it harder.

  • xlewisbdx Lewis (@xlewisbdx) reported

@VodafoneUK Any particular reason your broadband speeds have been crap today. I pay for up to 63Mbps and today I am lucky if I got 5Mbps. Doesn't help with the internet also goes out ever 5 minutes when i am trying to work from home.

  • esauro esauro (@esauro) reported

@VodafoneUK wondering if there's any better way to cancel my account than calling 191. I've been on hold for 30 mins now. I bet if I wanted to open a new account you wouldn't keep me waiting for this long!

  • Crabbers29 Ian Crabtree (@Crabbers29) reported

Anyone else got no signal on @VodafoneUK ?

  • mattfinnedwards Matt Finn Edwards (@mattfinnedwards) reported

Shoutout to @VodafoneUK online experts who refuse to help and their phone team who have such shoddy phone connections they hang up on you and don't call back

  • PajorMartin Martin Payor (@PajorMartin) reported

@VodafoneUK I appreciate you are aware of this issue. I would like to know why is it taking you already 8 months to fix it.....yet, you still cannot provide the exact date when that's going to be fixed. This is an absolute joke! 🤦

  • PabloSchred Pablo (@PabloSchred) reported

@fiveub @VodafoneUK I'm so glad I no longer use Vodafone as a provider. Years of terrible service overall.

  • mattfinnedwards Matt Finn Edwards (@mattfinnedwards) reported

@VodafoneUK DM'ed you again James! Do you not think it would have been helpful to tell me that before I sent the first DM, particularly as the option 'Asked to DM' is at the bottom and you really have to scroll to reach it? Not a great customer experience, but that sums up @VodafoneUK

  • MjCooper69 Mj Cooper (@MjCooper69) reported

@VodafoneUK OK that wasn't made clear in the ad about it taking 120 days after activation, I'll wait and see what happens as it has only been 30 days since I switched to my new package. I've been a Vodafone mobile and broadband customer for over 3 years now and I must say its been good 👍
