I know Three offer 1 month in-store but Vodafone's 6 months would really help them be set long enough to sort themselves out.

    @VodafoneUK you know there is an ongoing issue which you have assured me you are dealing with, it would be nice to get a meaningful update. Three replies through a whole day is not good enough. As you have said before I’ve waited an unacceptable time, yet no one is actually taking ownership

    1/3 Very disappointed with @VodafoneUK customer service. Had my SIM swapped by scammers and support from V has been less than satisfactory: incomplete, outright wrong or misleading information, both from the online (app) support and the Bournemouth shop.

    I really need to leave @VodafoneUK. I’ve never experienced such bad signal from a phone network whenever I go. 4G on Vodafone feels like 2G at this rate 👎🏾

    @VodafoneUK Yes but my upgrade is on back order so I have no idea when that will be. At the moment I am without data for the next 6 days and willing to pay for some. Can I not either a) cancel my upgrade so I can buy data or b) start the new plan on this handset before the new phone comes???

    @VodafoneUK day 5 without my paid for home broad band service. I called again this morning at 8am to ask anyone for an update, shame on you RAGAA Vodafone Manager who I was promised would give me a call back in 30 minutes after their morning manager's meetings....
