@VodafoneUK @Vitt2tsnoc You say it’s not related to roaming charges but it is . Due to my work I spend more time abroad than at home and now I am being penalised for that . I have been with Vodafone for over 20 years but off to find a new service .

@VodafoneUK Shocking support from your technical team. 4 days of interrupted broadband, apparently fixed twice. Now on hold for 20 minutes and line goes dead. Time to change provider I think!

Horrendous service from @VodafoneUK regarding moving house and my WiFi. Been waiting since Nov 20th to get reconnected at new house and despite over 10 hrs on the phone to them still nothing. Think I may be switching. Any recommendations? #wifi #FirstWorldProblems

@VodafoneUK @Andrew_Adonis please confirm its not simply that: "a customer’s usage abroad is greater than at home over a four month period" this is combine with "using phone more than 62 days in four month period" i.e both criteria are required
