    @VodafoneUK REALLY!!!!!!. I've been through all your scripted "diagnostics" on multiple occasions and am paying for a service I am not receiving. Right now I don't give two hoots at the issue with the phone. I have issues with a communications company that cannot communicate!!!!!

    It's been 2 hours since the @VodafoneUK helpline started to make me pull my hair out. I am a vodafone home broadband user but wish I wasn't. The service I am paying for is rubbish.

    @VodafoneUK how rubbish is your customer service?? Want to talk about an upgrade but can't even get to text anybody was on hold for half hour before it shut down!! Looking to upgrade to s21 looks like I'm off to sky!!

    @Costermk @VodafoneUK @CityFibre Hi Mark I Have. VF have confirmed it’s a server issue at their end, but don’t seem to have any resolution. I am (in)patiently waiting to switch to Fibrehop.

    @VodafoneUK my wifi keeps cutting out. I phoned for help and you cut me off completely. Please give me a reason why I shouldn't move supplier and tell the world how useless your customer services are.

    @VodafoneUK our internet has been cutting out multiple times a day and has now gone off completely. This isn’t a new issue has been happening for months and still no fix

    @VodafoneUK I just can’t get hold of anyone to speak to. The customer help line has cut me off twice after 1/2 hour waits. Annoying that a phone company can’t manage to provide phone help!

    @VodafoneUK Your broadband is not great, cuts out often, 5 times its dropped connection today. It needs sorted. It it doesn't improve will end my contract and go elsewhere, bad enough I don't get the speeds you said I would.
