    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with your systems, spent 1.5 hrs trying to upgrade via online chat. Poor bloke was stumped. Still no upgrade, tempted to go elsewhere. Been with you many years, should not be this hard.

    @VodafoneUK I have spent nearly 2 years getting this resolved and you have made it pretty clear as a company that you have no interest in resolving it or doing the right thing, so I will now do all I can to ensure others can see what a terrible company this is so hopefully they will avoid

    @VodafoneUK It is already in the hands of Complaints - but I'm amazed that Vodafone seem to have so little clue as to what is causing the system-wide problem - & why you keep so quiet about it in public - surely after @Ofcom 's huge 2016 billing fine you would be on the alert?
