    @VodafoneUK Is there coverage or service issues or a Cell Site gone down in The London SE9 Postcode area please as coverage seems bad. Making it difficult to make a simple phone call. Never had any issues in over 25 years?

    @VodafoneUK I have problems accessing the internet with my mobile phone. How does Vodafone support think it is a good answer to send me a text to Tobi, which is only available using the Internet? That is again a good example how to provide a bad customer service.

    Ok now @VodafoneUK I’ve really had enough of your rubbish. It was bad enough that you couldn’t install my broadband until 22nd December when I moved. Now you’re saying 12th January as you cancelled the order!! Wtaf.

    @VodafoneUK really excelling themselves yet again. Benn with them for less than 3 months and I've never had so much problems. I have DM'd you can you please respond as your online chat and TOBI is utterly rubbish #crap #woedafone

    @VodafoneUK Please help!! I just moved home and my new broadband router was supposed to arrive a week ago but didn't. I need it for my work and for TV over Christmas. Your chat support service is useless. I'd like to speak to someone on the phone to get this sorted ASAP, please!
