    @VodafoneUK What’s the point of offering vouchers via veryme if the site crashes when trying to use them? Thank you for wasting my time this morning through your incompetence. I’d expect better from a company which permanently toots it own horn about service provision and extras!

    @VodafoneUK I ordered the gigacube plan from you guys, the agent that helped me purchase via chat, got my address wrong and said he couldn't change it. He then tells me to call customer service line today, when I do, your lines are shut? What kind of mess is this?
