@VodafoneUK I am a streamer! What's the most important thing I need as a streamer? A good Internet connection! Do I have that? No! And trying to get issue resolved is an absolute JOKE! You'll happily sell your products but when there's fault, us as consumers have to jump...

Trying to get through to you regarding my phone that’s had no service for the past 4 days is beyond a joke. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK The first guy I spoke to was so clueless I had to ask to be transferred plus I could barely hear him, he sounded like he was in an alley with barking dogs!!! You really need to take a look at your customer service, you’ve taken it to a whole new level of crappy!

@TempletonPeckJr @VodafoneUK Agree with you - it's dreadful and why on earth it can't remember you on browser and you always need to login with all credentials every time is ludicrous.

@VodafoneUK @primevideouk @VodafoneUK #vodafonetreats I have no idea what I would do. Would probably think it's a windup at first because nothing like that never happens to me.

Simon Hawkins (@SimonHawkins) reported
@VodafoneUK Spent over an hour resolving problems viewing my account after I spent an hour last month and an hour the month before that, each time with empty promises. Made an official complaint and told I have to login in to see outcome as you can’t phone me!! C’mon Vodafone!

Templeton Peck (@TempletonPeckJr) reported
@VodafoneUK Been trying to use it today for first time in two years and I can't log in as always one error or another. Never fails to amaze how a big tech company can have the worst website year after year for over a decade.

@VodafoneUK are the worst company by far ! Constantly ringing me to “upgrade” (pay more money) and now they’ve decided sure I’ll just bump up his phone bill for a third year in a row ??? Tramps !!

@VodafoneUK I wrote to customer service a month ago. No reply. My contract ends next month and so I’ll be leaving I think. Removal of sure signal service and the earlier removal of roaming in Turkey coupled with this.

@VodafoneUK I have tried doing so but the support is terrible, currently on the phone and just been told that I shouldn't expect to hit 900mbps, it is a theoretical speed. You don't say 'theoretical' on your website. I will 'theoretically' pay my bill, is that acceptable?
