    @VodafoneUK Thanks will try that but will it be another call center as I really dont have another 2 hours to spare to be asked silly questions totally ignoring what ive asked. I do have a transcript to prove just how bad your customer service is and it’s appalling!

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK they tried to set up our broadband a week earlier than we moved in which then resulted in it being cancelled, they're refusing to honour the price we were supposed to pay, and even if we did choose to accept the almost 50% increase

    @VodafoneUK Ive DMed and got a message telling me they could help bit thats it no more replys total waste of time can i please cancel my contact if you can't do a simple task

    they won't connect us until the 14th... Two weeks after the agreed date! Tell you what, I've never been a @VodafoneUK customer before and I won't be again or recommending them to anyone. They're mistake that they are refusing to fix.

    Thanks @VodafoneUK for one hour on the phone for an #nhs discount that won’t work. I called your helpline as advised who can’t help with online issues. I followed their advice 3 times and they offered a smaller discount on the phone. It’s almost like you don’t want it to work!!!
