    @simsek_gunes @VodafoneUK I had the same problem if you have s sky Q box its a fault on the Q box . Turn the Q box off and back on sorts out the problem

    @VodafoneUK @FiscaFranca Awful, with me they offered my son a new deal when i ask for the same deal on the same day they told mevthey couldnt match it. So ive cancelled my contract

    So @VodafoneUK I have a dedicated WiFi Xpert to help me well after an hour waiting I get told the the chat is closing I thought it was 24 hour service as well cracking start to my new broadband connection 👍

    @VodafoneUK Maybe instead of just directing me to the web chat when I ring to cancel you should just direct me to a your cancellation team! The web chat is bloody awful it took me two days to get what I rang for In The first place!

    @VodafoneUK If you have so many great agents waiting to talk to me on live chat (according to your phone message) then let them, a paid human being ask me. In was first in queue twice, one to speak to Rachel, and once Taranjit, both cut me off as soon as they knew I was trying to cancel.
