It turns out the issue was way upstream and @WeAreOpenreach didn’t register the Optical Network Termination correctly on installation. Shame the engineers who visited couldn’t find this issue.

The End Of Days. Trussolini not my PM (@TheendofdaysB) reported@VodafoneUK We were promised a new router if this, or that, or something else didn’t work. We never saw it. Left to me we’d have gone back to 02 before now but the fool has now got a new contract. He thinks he’s special because he was with Vodafone from the start. He’s ‘special’ all right.

Jamie Hill (@_Hill_J) reported@McDermottQC @VodafoneUK Most do the same. EE increase their prices by 3.9% plus CPI per annum. Not really justifiable in my view. As an aside, I've had Vodafone broadband before and found the connection to be reasonable (although they seemed to have lots of problems with billing / account management).

Trishan Vara (@Trishaldinho) reported@VodafoneUK I already spoke to a WiFi Xpert on chat last Sunday. The problem is I shouldn't have to keep ringing and wasting more money being on hold when there are transcripts to work from. I ended up testing myself and it seems the booster is (yet again) the issue.
