    @VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.

    @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK I’m a Vodafone customer with multiple contracts. Reports say Vodafone provided 2,500 SIMs with 6 months’ free data to Care4Calais, supporting migrants/asylum seekers. Is this true? If so, I’ll move my business and all my family’s Vodafone contracts. Please answer.
