    @moving_target_ @LifeStartsAt40m @VodafoneUK 2 people should keep in mind that s*it happens and they need to have a backup plan.. That's the problem about most of consumers, not thinking twice or having savings just in case.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Advocate for higher wages then so people actually have pride in their jobs instead of sitting there worrying about their bills all day. I work in customer service and the wages don't match the abuse we get.

    @VodafoneUK I would love to connect but after ordering Broadband on 24 Sept, 2 months later still waiting for installation. I get given engineer appointments with no one turning up. Shocking customer service.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely terrible service . After 25 years of being a costumer I’m really thinking of leaving. It’s taken 3 weeks to get answers and after 8 wasted hours on hold. I still get told the wrong thing. Sort your advisors out. Please!! #nothappy

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I have had worse service from UK Govt. HMRC for example. Incompetence and CustomerUnsupport. You can move out to another provider but HMRC seems to have a monopoly in its service. NHS is nice though unless your ilk destroy its roots.
