Requested my phone be disconnected on March 10 please send me final bill still attempting to charge for phone until March because they didn’t complete disconnection at time of request, 3 separate 1 hour sessions on hold still not resolved

@VodafoneUK I logged a request to move my old Vodafone number to a new Vodafone contract over 1 month ago and have been lead in circles by your team on the helpdesk online trying to get it sorted. Both of my phone numbers have now been barred. Please help
