@VodafoneUK Vodafone customer service has wrote off an unreasonable charge £160 for my account but left very bad credit record in with credit point checking company. It’s affecting my mortgage when I’m download the credit report. Can anyone assist to solve this issue?

@VodafoneUK, House move Vodafone couldn't provide service at new address so contract was terminate with no balance of payment but the system charged me £224 as balance payment for 4months which reflects on my credit score till date, Vodafone has not corrected their mistake.

@VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service from Vodafone. 23mins on the phone, I spoke to someone who said he was putting me onto someone else. It's now been another 22 minutes. I've tried their chat but am forever number 1 in their queue but never actually get through.

Not really using this account for personal stuff but have to say very dissapointed in @VodafoneUK I have been with you since my first phone (20+ years) now with your new account payment method you tell me I’ve never had a phone with you (technically) and must prove my identity!
