    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately you are not!!! 9 months without a proper service cannot call out or receive calls to my home!!….yes I have complained and awaiting the results of that complaint….very very disappointed

    @VodafoneUK I have travelled from uk to Paris. My phone has roaming but it seems to be barred. I can only use hotel Wi-Fi. I tried calling vodaphone uk for help but it seems they don’t accept Wi-Fi calls. I have no data or call access. Please help

    @VodafoneUK Openreach have been out twice, physical installation looks ok.. once I go through the pain of the customer service process, ‘things’ are checked and I get a text saying the issue is resolved..
