@VodafoneUK It's just a shame that rather than believe a customer that there is a fault on a line, the immediate response is to say 'those calls were made on your line'. After a little testing, over an hour later, turns out there is a fault. But will they apologise for saying I was 1/2

@VodafoneUK DM’s aren’t working! I have been with @VodafoneUK for over 20 years and you delete my number without even checking! Am told it will be reactivated in 2-72 hours and it’s still not working after 92 hours! WTF is taking so long? #CustomerService at its worst

Anyone knows contact details of the CEO of @Vodacom @VodafoneUK or if u know some1 who knows someone there please , there's is no signal at all and you cant connect to any other network. It's more than 2 weeks now. Im working from home so frustrated.😩😩😩
