Our internet connection has been very poor for the last week and is crashing badly today (during the football as well...) Can we have somewhere near the 500mbps we pay for and not 13.7kbps please? Richard Wash (@RWA5H) reported@VodafoneUK So, I called and spoke to a real person. Seems yesterdays chat was to put a plaster on my problem. The “expert” missed that I’ve had a broken (openreach) connection for some time. Tut tut. Engineer booked. Very disappointed. Seems my dongle hasn’t worked either. Have to reset.
