    @VodafoneUK Your website is broken. Trying to order a phone but at checkout getting error messages. The website code is broken preventing sales going through. Can I purchase the same deal in stores? Tried to call up helpline but they wouldnt help.

    @VodafoneUK My home broadband has been playing up for over 2 weeks, not ideal when working from home. Your phone line has been playing me the same song over and over for 20 mins and your website is no help. Please can someone contact me.

    @VodafoneUK yet another over an hour wasted with your ‘advisor and manager’ totally useless. Broadband still down. Hands down worse ISP I’ve ever had. Never sort anything.

    @VodafoneUK My wife took delivery of a phone today, no charger was included so it is not fit for use. She has been on the phone to try and resolve this for over 2 and a quarter hours with no resolution. How can Vodafone justify this.

    @VodafoneUK so waited 2 weeks after assurances that £100 compensation would be finally in account after 2 years of waiting for complaint resolution. 30 mins later from call centre. No money in my account. More false information. Now transferring complaint to uk team? Voda ??help!

    @VodafoneUK one time pin doesn’t work for me 😡 my house is in a terrible signal area and I can’t get into my account as the one time pin hasn’t been received!! No other options! Terrible service! Sort it out 😡

    3hrs online to @VodafoneUK to cancel an order and after 3hrs of being told lie after lie they now say they can cancel it after all, but they shut in two mins. So I need to canx moving home tomorrow and get back on their online chat at 8am for a few hours.
