@VodafoneUK really unhappy with your home broadband . Stopped working 28/9 . Reported , fixed on 30/9 now not working again. Ur engineers app do not work weekends ?!? So without again until the 3/10 . I would like a credit on my account !!!

@VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel my broadband order but NOBODY on your admin team can seem to do it ! I took it out 7 days ago and have been trying to get it cancelled for 5 days now ! Please can you sort this !

12 hours into #Stoptober and all it took was @VodafoneUK robbing £72.14 out of my account and refusing to refund to me turn to cigs. Your service is joke. 🥴
