    @VodafoneUK how can I make a complaint and speak to someone in the UK? I have had no internet for over a week now and open reach are doing a terrible job and I'm getting no where with Vodafone as well.

    @VodafoneUK been messed about by virgin media for last time and officially cancelled due to awful network service, go onto my Vodafone app to sign up with their broadband and system is down 🙈. Off to sky i guess

    @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Support chat keeps getting closed without any solution. I’ve asked a simple question twice, and both times the chat was ended with no help. Very poor customer service.

    @CityFibre @Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have and they are working with you. Hopefully we get a resolution in less than 2 weeks this time! As you will see from my complaint my experience is not an isolated one. Please take some ownership

    Terrible customer service over the past two days from @VodafoneUK. No-one I have spoken to has a clue what is going on or what to do.

    I am so fed up with having connectivity issues with my home broadband. Every time I ring they say they have fixed it and then it goes off again. I would not recommend @VodafoneUK for broadband.
