@VodafoneUK no broadband day 2. We pay for Pro, but the backup rarely connects & is only 1mbps when working. I've spent hours on chat trying to resolve & your xperts aren't able help. I've wasted hours of my life on this: what do I need to do to get someone out to sort it?

@VodafoneUK On hold in 6th hour now of calls to Vodafone to try and resolve serious account issues - Including some breaches of data! If you ever have problems there is an endless process of being passed from pillar to post. About to start cancelling 6 x contracts after 25 years of custom

@VodafoneUK went onto your online chat and spoke with Jordan from your retentions team (I think it was retentions) anyway I said I would give feedback when the chat closed but the chat box just went blank when I ended it so wanted to say here 10/10 for service, thanks!

@VodafoneUK I had to go to their chat in the end and ask for management Lodged a complaint as well about their customer service and the lies they have given which cost me a fair bit more than they should have Cell service is great, customer service is awful
