    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company

    Hello @VodafoneUK, I’ve played your ‘rewards’ via the app since they started and I am yet to win a single thing, at all, in that whole time. Do people actually win any of the prizes you claim that you can win? Everyone I know on Vodaphone says the same, never won anything.

    @VodafoneUK been without service since Monday. I cannot make phonecalls or be contacted. This is a huge concern as I have had to inform my daughter’s school if I am needed to call my husband. You expect me to pay my bill but I am not getting a service at all ???

    There's not much point having mobile data if you commute. The signal on trains is absolutely dire. Pay for 5G, get an E if you're lucky. @VodafoneUK

    So funny that I made an official complaint with @VodafoneUK in August 2025 that STILL hasn’t been resolved. I have no idea where to start with this.

    Why is the @VodafoneUK E/4G/5G phone signal across the UK so bad, especially when you’re on a train!!

    @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out

    @VodafoneUK broadband installation delayed for over 10 weeks because Vodafone and Openreach cannot coordinate properly. Multiple delays, no ownership, no resolution plan, and endless chasing by me. Formal complaint will be raised to Ofcom/CISAS if unresolved urgently.

    @VodafoneUK is the service down in ML12 6XZ area? There’s no Vodafone signal and no 4G
