    Dear @VodafoneUK my Broadband service has been out of service since 7th of June due to an outage and your Customer service team informed me it will be fixed by 28th of June. And if I cancel my contract so I get new provider, Vodafone said they will charge me cancellation Fee.

    @lucky225 @DemeryUK @VodafoneUK Whatever, mate. This is a stupid conversation. Daniel can take or leave my advice - it's up to him. It's what I do because of having lots of friends in different timezones who often forget. If you know him, make your suggestion to him. I'm not at all interested in your opinion.

    @VodafoneUK disgusting customer service. Spent over 1.5 hrs on chat passed from pillar to post. Still no resolution. Mum in a dementia care home,need to cancel contract. Have POA & keep being told i'm not account holder No point sending link to phone as we don't have it!

You can't plan onan exception for every random phone number that might text or call you in the middle of the night if a loved one randomly ends up in a hospital, and it's a too late to tell someone to DND for something they didn't expect
