    @VodafoneUK such bad customer service!!!! Broadband order cancelled and I wasn’t even informed. Only found out when I went to track the order on the activation date. Told nothing could be done but to place the order and wait another 2 weeks. Disgusting service!!

    Good morning @VodafoneUK Good to know your engineers only get 4 weeks training- poor guy was expecting a new router. Obviously great training- wi fi not working and ironically your live chat has ‘lost connection’ Laugh a minute with your team

    Abysmal service from @VodafoneUK wifi service in South London, it's been over 24 hours and still no service. 3 of us work from home!
