@VodafoneUK my mom recieved her sim on Monday. It's a 12 month contract but so far her phone is still showing sim not provisioned. I called customer service and they told me it'll be activated by midnight which didn't.

Drive to work for the first time since Thursday to find someone tested positive for Covid and we have to work from home, but @VodafoneUK broadband is down and all I have is mobile data, which is due to run out imminently, not that I can work on that 🙃🙃

@VodafoneUK - so you make profits of 5.1Billion Euros last year and you can't fund a proper service centre - on hold for 32minutes and then for the person to hang up on me!! You have taken my money but no phone!! Really?!?
