    Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!

    Now for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested

    @duzza007 @VodafoneUK I’m with them. Got a new phone yesterday and my sim hasn’t transferred to the new phone and their live chat was no help so I’ve gotta go up to their store

    @VodafoneUK , I have moved over to you and inserted the new sim card. I supposed to keep my mobile number. I currently no network access . How long does it take for my network access to kick in?
