@VodafoneUK worst upgrade service. Cancelled upgrade 1 with 0 communication after waiting in all day. 1 hr spent trying to rectify on stupid chatbot. Upgrade Delivered Saturday.

Honestly. Into our 5th DAY of no mobile network coverage. How hard is it to find and fix a fault in 2022 @VodafoneUK ?! This can’t be a case of not knowing what the issue is at this stage so what is the actual reason? 😤 Communication with your customers is dire. #Vodafone
