@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I had the same issue was with them you ask them to cancel everything and they don’t. Costs accumulate and they blame you. Staff are rude. I wonder how many other people they have done this to?

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK EE shocking. Customer service awful. Didn’t even wanna keep my service despite having 3 accounts. With Vodafone who are just as bad. My son with giff gaff and he’s had no probs. Check who owns all these offshoots first cos sum are just a front for the big ones!

@VodafoneUK Hi, I wish to cancel an account which is out of contract & I haven’t used for months. It’s a sim only sat in an iPad. So not able to dial 191. Your queue time is 43 minutes on the 0333 number. How can I cancel without wasting an hour of incurred charges
