    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    Message for @vodafoneUK There's a total network failure in DL2 3AA for over 48 hours now. Multiple routers and phones entirely down, no data and poor phone reception. Business and home offline on a Sunday. The network checker doesn't recognise the failure.

    @SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!

    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

    @VodafoneUK I’m absolutely disgusted and appalled that you’re giving free SIM cards to illegal foreigners while you’re charging me a British coin! You are a disgrace! I won’t be renewing my contract once it’s finished and I e been a customer for 20 years!

    @VodafoneGroup I am filing a formal consumer complaint on Monday. I expect Vodafone to provide evidence of when, how and by whom this cancellation was authorised.@Vodafone @VodafoneUK Please investigate.
