    I've spent 3.5 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK just to get them to send out a Wifi Router. Still no joy Super simple task, but the 9 people I have spoken to have all been unable to confirm it's been done About to be passed to the 10th person Wish I'd never switched broadband

    @VodafoneUK 3 times I have called complaints today, 1st time rude, 2nd person played the 'cant hear you' game. 3rd person hung up while I was on hold! I am just giving you notification that I have voided my current contract as I stated I would 1/3

    @MPD_Online placed order with you 2 weeks ago. Phone delivered 3 days ago. Still no email from network (@VodafoneUK) creating my new account, so phone is useless. Can you advise and rectify, please?

    @martin_farley @VodafoneUK Quick question, clearly this router equipment is really important to you. If there was no oil to help make (usually plastic and metal based) and transport it, what would you do? How would it be manufactured and transported?

    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service. Due to their error had no phone now for 24hours. Would never recommend Vodafone again!

    @VodafoneUK I'm speaking to an advisor who has just spent 20 mins trying to do something I never asked them to do. Still can't confirm that a router has been ordered or when it will arrive This is advisor No.10 over 3 days

    @VodafoneUK 1hour 3 minutes into a web chat and still no resolution. Very frustrating. On Wednesday my contract was randomly changed to a 2gb plan, I still have 3 months of my unlimited plan remaining. My bill has also rocketed to 118£.

    @VodafoneUK No way. 1) Nobody said I would lose my number or I wouldn’t have done it. 2) last night I was told 24 hours to fix it. So far nothing. This needs to be fixed. No excuses.
