  @VodafoneUK Ok. Well good luck. I’d probably log an incident and associated with, or create a problem record so you can effectively update all of your affected broadband users when it’s resolved. EA is quite a big platform and it does work on other networks.

  @VodafoneUK I arranged a switch for today from o2. Now I have no phone service!! Where is my Sim email etc??
