@VodafoneUK cannot wait to leave this useless awful company. Spent a total of 7 hours on online chat in thr past couple of days being passed to different people multiple times, cutting both my phones off, not willing to help etc for something that they caused in the first place.

@lochvue @VodafoneUK Virgin/BT used to do this to us. Unfortunately, where we are (no fibre broadband available) it wouldn't have been possible to get the new service no matter how much we'd have liked to.

@VodafoneUK I've been without broadband for two days. I work from home. Your support channels are extremely painful to deal with. I have no idea whether you are working on my case and when this might be resolved. Your level of service doesn't justify the recent price increase.

If you want a headache in life try dealing with @VodafoneUK. They give you a poor service and refuse to terminate agreement despite accepting that there is no vodafone signal at my address. You continue to pay the agreement and its end of contract ... 1/2

@VodafoneUK we've had vodafone broadband one week and already had 2 days no service - yesterday 7 hours. Today down morning and evening. PLUS installation wrecked the render on our Edwardian house. I can cancel within 14 days, yes?

So after 20 plus years it's time to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK couldn't match the prices of other providers. I wish major companies would reward loyalty, however they never will.

Anyone know how you actually make a complaint to @VodafoneUK?? Been without the mast working less than a mile away from me for over 3 weeks. They say it’s working. Yet it’s actually not. Can’t get an engineer out for love nor money. Sure I’ll get a call back when I cancel my DD

@lochvue @VodafoneUK BT have been doing that **** to me for over 20 years. When my contract is up in the not-to-distant future they can piss off. I'm binning my house phone, internet, the whole lot. Think it's going to be Starlink for me.
