    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone mobile has some serious issues. Every single call drops after making a garbled noise. Is this a known issue & can I get some help to fix?

    @VodafoneUK I never complain... like EVER!!! But today, you have lost a valued customer of 18 yrs. I would ask you to call me to resolve as I can’t ring you as you have cut me off !! On holiday in St Lucia with 3 kids & cannot use my data or phone. Appalled is an understatement !

    @VodafoneUK nearly a month after upgrading and still no phone! Just had to end an insulting call from customer services about my complaint. How can a company be run like that!?

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed once again ! Trying to get an upgrade only to find I can get a better deal else where !!! I’ve been a Vodafone customer for quite a few years but maybe not anymore.
