    (cont...) Was told I would have to submit a complaint. Complaints department is not available @VodafoneUK. Clearly a con to avoid their statutory obligations to repair a phone under warranty

    @VodafoneUK staggering ineptitude in simple process to deliver an order 2 Pet Trackers. 1 month from order and still not delivered due to utter failure in process. Lack of transparency, lack of problem ownership & total failure of service. Simple problem, simple solution. Avoid
