@VodafoneUK I have WiFi calling enabled which is fine for calls but have found it doesn’t help SMS at all. Is there any additional set up required for that? 🤔

@VodafoneUK your home broadband service is rubbish. I cannot believe the dire service we are receiving. Trying to contact you to try and get this sorted is just as bad.

@PeterHathaway14 @VodafoneUK Despite being able to see the Vodafone mast from our first floor back bedroom, signal in the house was bad. However last Wednesday, there was men working on the mast and now the signal is brilliant. Well done Vodafone

.@VodafoneUK Serious question. Do you take phone calls at Customer Services? - On my 3rd attempt having been sent down a blind alley by the call handling system, then cut off, now on a 5 min wait in silence with no announcements or MOH to tell if I'm still 'connected'.

@tehciz @VodafoneUK Nope. Haven’t had battery saver turned on. But I just tried again (from a different location) and it seems to be working now. Not sure if it’s some areas impacted or if the issue has been fixed!

@VodafoneUK Issue seems to be related directly to using Cloudflare's DNS too Swapping to Google's DNS seems to fix the issue entirely

@geministar444 @VodafoneUK I agree. It’s disgraceful. I know people will say there are far greater things in the world right now but the entire service from Vodafone just now is ridiculous. This tweet made me so angry saying they weren’t even aware of it!! It’s clearly not a big issue to them
