    Trying to return a trade in phone to @VodafoneUK from North of Ireland, sent me a DPD envelope that can’t be used here, spent 3+hours on phone over last week trying to sort and still can’t get an answer, horrific service, cannot get talking to anyone with any idea at all.

    @VodafoneUK I'm having one of the worst customer experiences with your broadband team.I'm now at day 6 with no broadband,waited in Tuesday for a new router, to find your team didn't order it!they promised Wednesday so waited in, guess what?They didn't order it again!what a joke!

    Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst
