@VodafoneUK Your service is appalling, slow, and ultimately just results in endless transferrals, sand your staff can't even speak proper English. Your quality standards may need looking into.

@VodafoneUK your customer service chat . is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. total 9 difrent people iv spoken to get cut off every time . they also seem to make up the prices to upgrade. been offered for the Samsung s21 ultra 4 diffrent amount from 44 up to 80 pm
