@VodafoneUK Hi Harriet, So I am able to use a SIM with another network, I am able to make calls and receive texts. However only the mobile data doesn't seem to work....I have already requested and unlocked it with an NUC code I received from vodafone

@CityFibre Don’t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.
