@VodafoneUK i'm leaving you after more than 15 years because of your short sighted greed. You wont offer 12 month contracts at a reasonable price to an existing customer who wants to keep their phone for a 3rd year to save money but are happy to sell to new customers. FU bye.

Thank you @VodafoneUK for sorting out my problem, esp Adnaan. Please Vodafone make your customer care more user friendly. This could have been solved a lot quicker if I could have had it done instore when I visited, or over the phone if I could have had the option to speak to 1/2

@VodafoneUK having real trouble getting in touch with a human to discuss my subscription which runs out shortly. Looking to discuss options, tried Tobi and calling customer centre, centre sends me to Tobi, Tobi sends me to centre. Really frustrating. How can I speak to someone?!
