    @VodafoneUK i’m currently walking through the east midlands from ipswich to manchester and i haven’t had any roaming data or calls on my phone for 3 days now, i’ve activated my new sim after my phone was stolen a few weeks ago but i still don’t have access to maps or essential information that would make this journey way more easier, please help

    @VodafoneUK if I get a new phone and I decide I don't like the colour, do I have to return it, cancel the whole order and reorder another colour again?

    Back in B43 7EQ Great Barr Birmingham @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Sort the service out 4G 5G both Dire. ALL other networks are fine. No one can access apps.

    @VodafoneUK what the keck is wrong with the connection in Glasgow. Sitting at 4G all day. This far on the whole UK should be 5G all the time. Poor service

    @dave_aldrine I’m ready to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK that’s a sure fact. Sick of the terrible signal everywhere. Sending messages in bottles is currently more successful.

    Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!
