    You have had my money for nearly 6 years over 3 contracts Please I need an honest answer My contract is up 2 November but won't be getting a phone(already bought a sim free model) direct from manufacturer so got warranty with them. Your and Motorola back poor for @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Again at store t the request por favor client services. No solution to our claim…it just keeps dragging, no one assumes responsibility. Do yourself a favor, contract with another broadband company.

    The @VodafoneUK WiFi7 boosters are so bad, they’ve sent me 3 that just don’t work.

    @VodafoneUK One of the worst broadband experiences. Set up first plan, took them two more weeks to activate than promised. Insufficient for the house, upgraded the plan and router…one month and a half and the upgrade plan is not yet working. Choose another company.

    So got the emergency alert on my @SMARTYMobileUK sim but not my @VodafoneUK sim. Shouldn't they be on the same network now???

    @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.
