@VodafoneUK I just got a new phone from my work and it's not compatible with wifi calling, I don't get a vodaphone reception in my flat - what is the alternative to wifi calling if there's no signal? Do you still do signal boosters?

@MICHELLEJDUDA @VodafoneUK We had talk talk before and they were bad to begin with so I expect it’s just teething problems but it’s the not getting hold of anyone that’s been the problem. No live chat, phone message saying they might no answer today (rang at 9am) and they only responded once I tweeted!

@VodafoneUK why after cancelling my contract have I been billed again? It's almost like it was never really cancelled. Seriously what is the point?! Why should I keep paying for a service I don't use, well after the contract has ended and supposedly cancelled?!
