@VodafoneUK Been trying to use my mobile data for a month but there is no way someone can tell when you will resolve the issue in my area without making me reset my phone 5 times, every single time. This new chat system it’s awful too - I’ll be moving my numbers soon.

@VodafoneUK you are the worst company ever. I cancelled a plan with you and you have not honoured it. Instead you have just sent me an email one week after welcoming me to Vodafone. I have contacted customer service twice and been assured each time that the contract is cancelled
