    @VodafoneUK Still nothing. I've changed provider now. Will be connected to new network on 30th November. Am assuming I'll have no internet from Vodafone until then. Obviously I'll not be paying my last bill due on 29th November.

    @VodafoneUK My widowed 75yo mother-in-law has recently moved her landline to you, but it's stopped working. She doesn't have a mobile to ask for help, and your agent won't even check the line for me because I'm not the account holder. This what you do for vulnerable customers?

    @VodafoneUK So the Deluvery Date that customers will recieve in their conformtion emails - is blatantly a lie. I have been in waiting for this order all day, I am now 3 hours away from the end of my designated time slot - I am not happy at all with this service.
