    @VodafoneUK - we signed up to a new contract with a new phone. Not ONE WORD about the delivery of the new phone (I'm moving on from a housebrick!) but you've started charging us the new rate for the non existent phone - what next - do we cancel the whole shooting match?! Poor.

    You lot are all a shambles mate i left @ee cos the service was poor now im with @VodafoneUK and its no better just different problems come get ya router before i smash it up and plug me arial in be assed with any of you the router resets itself about 10 times a day load of crap

    @Apple @VodafoneUK 8 days have passed. Phone cases and screen protectors have all arrived from China. Phone still not shipped. This is shite service @Apple.

    @VodafoneUK please help urgently. I’m away and 1. Cannot access my voicemail and 2. When someone tries to phone my mobile some random person answers. This is my business mobile.

    @VodafoneUK #youtube My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    @VodafoneUK I'd suggest removing whatever access people have to the service that's generating 2-FA codes. It's coming directly from yourselves and anyone less aware may fall for this scam.

    @VodafoneUK supposed to have gone live with your fibre broadband service on 31/3/26.... Still waiting ... Poor but I guess you will blame @WeAreOpenreach
