    @VodafoneUK Vikki, when I spoke to your customer service last time, it took hours for them to say you won't move the router to the correct place and we'd have to pay circa £500 to terminate the contract. I'll dm you my phone number and you can call me if you're serious about resolving this

    @VodafoneUK I've never had such terrible customer service via phone, instant chat AND social media. No one answering phones, call centres closed when they should be open, advisers who can't help, social media that don't respond for a DAY. Sort it out will ya.

    @grimwesley @VodafoneUK @CraigDaniecraig This isn't unusual. Took me over a week to get my Internet running. My new mobile sim still isn't working after 3 days with promises of call backs that never arrive.

    @VodafoneUK Very Very Very poor service again from Vodafone. 5 days without my phone and promises from Vodafone constantly broken. Never changes. It will be my responsibility to chase them and chase and chase

    @PeterMax27 @VodafoneUK They never call back I got 5 time promise for call back they didn’t call me back when I keep complaining they give me Deadlocks latter .. Stop ✋ payment they will listen 👂 quickly . Contact CISAS.

    @VodafoneUK How about instead of tech you get your customer service director Shelley Malton to review the operating model in your business! In the last 2 days I’ve spent just shy of 7 hours on the phone to Vodafone, endless promises of callbacks from managers and still nothing 😡🤯
