@VodafoneUK It's been the same message since this morning, and local news reported it's been either not working or having problems since yesterday afternoon. I signed up for alerts and there's been no updates since 11 this morning.

@VodafoneUK Funny, they said it was because the phones were stolen! The phones could be cleaned on return, same as would have happened pre-pandemic. It was sent away on Tuesday and returned today. Good service in the end.

@VodafoneUK I was proved correct. I am certain June won't be the date either. I will be escalating this as far as possible. I am at my witts end. Internet is a vital service.

@VodafoneUK it is now 7 weeks later and I am without Internet. This isn't a delay in install. You attended on the 1st April and removed my copper cable. This is a removal of service without any idea of when it will be resolved.
