    @VodafoneUK Can you check the network profile and files as issue on Vodafone side. All other networks able to call these numbers. How on earth ofcom allows you to do business with such poor technical issues

    @VodafoneUK going through a bit of difficultly and ask these arse wipes to delay my payment by 4 days and was told you’ll get charged a late payment fee even though I’ve called up way before by due date. It’s bad enough between them and carphone warehouse

    @Documentally @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I’ve been using both for years. Three has definitely performed far better in almost all rural locations. There have been some frequency-based issues occasionally. Apparently because not all router / antenna frequency specs match the frequency of all the operator’s base stations.

    @VodafoneUK the only thing more useless than your broadband, is your call centre. Line doesnt work, you cant hear anyone. Absolutely useless.

    @Documentally @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK The need to change from 3g to 4g suggests a frequency mismatch in progress. I had this problem in Hackney until I got a router and antenna that actually matched the local signal.
