I am so fed up of @VodafoneUK I’m going to complain to @Ofcom about how poor the standard of #CustomerService is! 50min waiting on chat just to be told they are not available & to go online & visit the contact us page! Nothing ever simple with Vodafone!

The funny thing is that @CityFibre engineers only work Mon-Fri and their SLA appears to be 72h. So, because @VodafoneUK botched their handling of the issue since Tuesday, this won't be looked at until next Mon-Wed. #feeltheconnection

@VodafoneUK I'm referring to my home broadband connection, and what makes it worse is that my 4g dongle won't work either because your 4g is down in Sheffield too!

@EE @VodafoneUK you should really consider not working alongside @WebhelpUK. They don’t pay their staff and treat us like crap. All you have to do is read through Twitter about webhelp and see how many people this has affected. Please sort this out and help get this company gone!
