@WendySc46964532 @VodafoneUK It’s seems every other night the my Vodafone app & website is down as I mainly work night shift & sometimes I don’t even bother contacting Vodafone on social media but last night 7pm at night people were locked out of there account online because of maintenance

@VodafoneUK I understand that but to lock people out of access to my Vodafone account for up to 12 hours last night is not on especially when your website went down last night at 7pm which would been peak time for people to be online but at least it’s going now. 👍

@VodafoneUK Again this is taking me down the Tobi and Bot route. 191 is dodgy line setup to send text links to mobiles. No matter what I try, I can't get through to a human being and that's purposely setup to make life difficult.
