    @VodafoneUK can you please fix your gigacube connections around victoria, its ridiculous that the connection makes copper connection feel fast and most definitely stable. The internet only gets better around 12 at midnight which is absolutely ridiculous.

    Every time. If you’re on @VodafoneUK SkyGo will play all channels except sky sports. @SkyHelpTeam Don’t need a reply. Been through the rigmarole of testing with you more than once. You’ve got the problem. Fix it or I have to change one of you as provider.

    @RCFarquhar @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Went to Vodafone Newbury to upgrade today only to find that we are paying for two contracts we don’t use . The shop are unable to cancel (😳) and advised to call 191 and that’s a dead end too! 🙈

    It turns out that the shop assistant sold me a 2 year SIM deal, which is absolutely NOT what I wanted to do. It will now cost me £251 to get out of it. @VodafoneUK tell me that there is nothing that they either can/will do to help/mitigate the cost, despite my history.... 3

    @VodafoneUK So my arrangement ends on 18th February - am I able to leave before then or do I have to wait until 18th? Just so I know what I need to do to change to cheaper network.

    @VodafoneUK Hey Vodafone, my vodafone sim internet signals been playing for no reason for past two weeks. I am on 12 months sim Only deal that I got few months back. Im talking about signal issues in well coverage urban areas. Pls help.

    @VodafoneUK She lives in Bollington. There is never any 4G let alone 3G unless you go outside the house...!

    @VodafoneUK In the light that the ongoing two contracts were missold , of which one has been ongoing since 2014 and never connected plus the shop’s staff advice was fruitless, if anyone should “reach out “ it is @Vodafone . How about a direct line to someone ?
