    Just had an interesting call from @VodafoneUK Technical Support team who did not know what an Ethernet Cable was. Vodafone you gone down hill seriuously. Who are these clowns you are employing?

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!
