    @VodafoneUK Her roaming wasn’t working. You didn’t fix it. And she has now had a miscarriage in hospital alone without me being able to reach her. Because your roaming didn’t work.

    @VodafoneUK Also when I put the Vodafone sim into my phone it just has no service and emergency calls only

    Once again @VodafoneUK say they will call me at given time and they have failed to do so. Their systems are bust; their phone, email, and chat services have failed to resolve the problem of their making and can't be bothered to even phone with an update when they say they will.

    @VodafoneUK You weren’t available 24/7. I expressly contacted you 3h ago and begged your team to help. They didn’t. And because of that. You have put me out of contact with my gf while she is going through such a traumatic time alone. I’m going to post this EVERYWHERE.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent 1h+ with Vodafone support to solve a problem with my girlfriend’s phone who is pregnant, alone, in a Chinese hospital and having complications. I can’t reach her as your systems are down. Vodafone answer “computer says no”. Awful service
