@virginmedia @VodafoneUK Again,avoiding the initial issue! I didn’t ask for a dongle, due to my inconvenience and working from home the lady on 22nd offered me this! She credit checked me and said it was procedure! How is there no correlation between depts and promises?

@VodafoneUK Where does the network coverage map say it’s still ongoing? It tells me there are no faults in my area. I was on with your call centre today and the call failed twice due to poor Vodafone signal… at wits end here

@VodafoneUK And when I asked for there to be an investigation on the 75 pounds increase I was told promotional team had increased it based on cost upfront on a new handset I hadn’t chosen or contract and when I asked who gave them permission to do this the customer service agent stated

@VodafoneUK Disgusting behaviour. Credit score down 400 for one “missed” payment of £21. CS agreed there wasn’t one & said a/c closed & paid in full. Popped up on Transunion last month and they took it off & now this month it’s on #experian.

@VodafoneUK He said he was purely speculating 🤔 so how had he investigated where the increase in flexi upgrade fee had gone up if he was speculating and when challenged on this he said case was at deadlock Vodafone do not help vulnerable customers they take advantage fact !

@luzivonsalis @VodafoneUK It’s also because of their massive inefficiency across process and departments. They actively set up their teams to cause the customer maximum disruption when they choose to move or leave. This results in no empowerment, huge internal costs & dissatisfied customers.

@VodafoneUK All I want to do is cancel! Your stores are not empowered. Your teams are not empowered. You pass people from department to department, keeping them on hold for inordinate amounts of time. And then, you hang up on them. Will never work with, or recommend your brand again.
