    @VodafoneUK It isn’t me. I learned of your poor customer service many years ago. I’m with @ee. To tell a blind woman who has recently stopped being able to walk that if she can’t take a box on an email, she should simply get dressed and go down to the shops is absolutely appalling.

    The call centre said go into a store. The @VodafoneUK store said they can’t help because she is too frail to come with me - and they can’t cancel because they are a ‘retail store’ - meaning they will ‘persuade’ a vulnerable old person to change from PAYG to sell her a contract …

    @VodafoneUK If this is the case why not activate it the day before? Yes I’ve had unlimited data added to my account due to the inconvenience, I would have never upgraded if it had meant I would have been without services for a day it’s really not good enough
