    @JamesMoyse @VodafoneUK when I spoke to the rep, I can't login until my new sim is activated and using the number on the account. So as I'm having my number transferred too, that's why I can't login right now.

    @VodafoneUK I did follow the link. Which says to cancel on NOWTV, which says to manage the account on Vodafone. I'm not having much success with this at all.

    I cancelled an order , no refund or email to confirm it . Find it and refund it . 3 times I’ve had to cancel my order because you keep forgetting to link it to my account ! @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup order number WEB-0001000013808107 FIX IT

    @VodafoneUK It was a Red Entertainment pass. But I got that text saying I will continue to be charged when it expires, and I do not want that to happen. Just can't find a way to cancel! NOW say "Cancel via Vodafone", and Vodafone say "Cancel via NOW"
