    @VodafoneUK There is no planned coverage on your Network Status checker, is there a date for the rollout? The 5G network stops in Liverpool and then doesn’t start agin until Preston missing out everything in between.

    Appalling service from @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre. Faulty broadband installation on Friday and still without internet and no planned resolution. Apparently must just wait for CF to contact me whenever they can be bothered… atrocious SLAs

    @VodafoneUK the most useless company I’ve had the misfortune to be in contract with, never respond, their systems are equally useless how they have any customers left is beyond me. 4 hours of trying to get anyone to help! 😡😡😡
