  So turns out that @VodafoneUK are going to charge me £2.75 a day to use minutes and data that I pay for when I travel to Europe next week. I can buy a pass to save a few quid, yet my wife's network allow her to use her minutes and data free of charge...

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Worst company ever. I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.

  @VodafoneUK 4 failed contract orders in 4 days, endless broken callback promises, & zero help. As a vulnerable customer, being left with offline home security cameras for a week is a massive safety issue. I need an urgent response to raise an official complaint. DM me.

  After 5+ weeks, my @VodafoneUK upgrade is still unresolved. • £40 refund still unpaid • 2 complaints raised • Mobile service incorrectly provisioned • Told to cancel & recreate my contract to fix Vodafone's error • Lost a £572 trade-in benefit as a result

  @VodafoneUK @aashray7289 Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
