    @VodafoneUK what is the number for the trade in team? I have passed the trade in test never got a pack, tried redoing it and is now saying the phone isn't in the deal and I'm about to lose my discount. I've had no reply to my email I sent last week, this is just stressful!

    @VodafoneUK hey is something going on with your broadband today? Our signal keeps dropping out every 5 minutes and it's making it REALLY hard to watch TV having to quit apps and reconnect constantly
