    @VodafoneUK Not sure if this is an issue but under "SIM Name" in SIM settings, it says SIM name is Vodafone, carrier is Vodafone but my number isn't displayed under "Number" . It just says Unknown.

    @VodafoneUK Today, I called 16 times from Vodafone to Vodafone. The call lasted 8 seconds, and no one heard me, nor did I hear anyone. This is the first network in Egypt. I consider it the last in Egypt and the world.

    @VodafoneUK I have been using vodafone and other carriers for many years with no issues. I have spent many hours with customer service on chat, call and in person and no decent solution has been given. Their response is as i didnt buy it from them, they cant do anything.

    My unlocked iphone with no sim restrictions has been sim locked when inserting a replacement sim from vodafone @VodafoneUK they are refusing to fix this and the best they can do apparently is refund my bill for the one month. I have had no usage for 1 week now.
