@VodafoneUK i'm through to someone now, but the bot sent me to the wrong person. But the fact you make it impossible to cancel a contract and you can open but not close an account in your stores is shockingly bad customer service.

@VodafoneUK The two humans I've been speaking to have been absolutely lovely, as was the staff member in the I spoke to at end of last summer. But autobots are not something you can use for customer support.

@VodafoneUK Why does it look like you haven't cancelled my phone contract despite being told you had? I'm in my 30 day notice period and will not be paying further bills so it's in your interest to cancel the account accordingly as requested.

@VodafoneUK absolutely APPALLED with Vodafone's customer service. Pay through the nose for a pro plan - I've had no internet access for 3 months. Called numerous times, engineer been out multiple times, been sent new router, spent HOURS on the phone to get (1)
