    Is frustrating when are 2 bars of 4G signal on a 5 G phone, and the internet is not working. @VodafoneUK and in the same location is 1 bar signal from 4G phone and the internet at least is moving. @giffgaff

    Love being with @VodafoneUK yet again no signal in either the City Of London or Chelmsford. So couldn’t tap for scooter home or buy ticket for tomorrow. CANNOT wait to change network. One more month

    @Apple is it possible yet to stop a blocked number from leaving you voicemail messages? I have spoken to @VodafoneUK and they think it’s down to the handset? Any help much appreciated

    @VodafoneUK @Samanthasmall72 @VodafoneUK we have tried calling you on a daily basis for over a week. You end up on hold and then you get cut off. It is extremely frustrating. We are moving on 30th. You are not providing a service

    @ASA_UK @VodafoneUK I’ve recently signed up to the Vodafone Pro Broadband service that promises “Instantly get through to UK-based, expert engineers…” I have now been on hold over an hour on the phone and waiting in a queue on line. Been the same for 2 weeks #misssold #falseads

    @VodafoneUK Very very disappointed with vi service. Maximu time network is very poor nd internet connection is very slow.

    @VodafoneUK So whilst supporting the Ukraine by donating funds to The Red Cross and again to Comic Relief in the same month via my Vodafone contract, you cut my phone service off on Saturday demanding that I pay £30 to reinstate it despite never having missed a DDM in 14months. Hello O2!!
