@VodafoneUK disappointed that my complaint that was raised over 6 weeks ago has not yet been resolved. Appalling service: promised calls at certain times and never received them. No follow up, no communication. Your customer care is not good enough for such a big global brand! 😡

Most of the menu interactions when you call @VodafoneUK for account support is them trying to persuade you to hang up and use another way of contacting them. They know they're a phone company right...?
