    How does a video suddenly stop playing but others are working on @X Does anyone know the reason why a 4G phone signal keeps dropping out? Are the two related? If you do can you tell @VodafoneUK and X so they can fix it?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been in London for 24 hours at the @wembleystadium area and my signal has been appalling. 5G is constantly available but my phone has been useless. Currently on @greeneking wifi to actually make my phone useful!

    I can’t believe that @VodafoneUK won’t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK

    @VodafoneUK need to return a phone Apple that had a replacement battery that is not working. I want to phone the store unable to I cannot get back until after my holiday in two weeks time what do I do?

    When will @VodafoneUK provide a reasonable 4G signal that is stable? Why do we have to put up with speed test that gives a download sped in Kbs and upload of zero? This is happening every single day. This message might not list at time of writing but get put in drafts.

    @VodafoneUK can you please explain why your service is so diabolically awful in north Oxford? It is so bad that when I called your representative to complain he could not hear what I was saying.
