    @VodafoneUK COMPLAINT: Signal 7 miles from Newbury (near Vodafone HQ!) absolutely terrible, can’t make or receive calls for over 12 months. Totally unacceptable for a paying and loyal Vodafone customer (20 years!) Please update me urgently on your plans to fix.

    @VodafoneUK if I send you a CellID, could you check that it's working 100%? When I connect my 4G broadband to my nearest line I'm getting dropouts and speed issues that I don't see when I connect to a farther away tower that is on the edge of reception.

    Just now I phone #Vodafone . I was speaking to technical dep, twice phone was cut...third time again I called, after nearly one hour hold I go through and again technical person cut my call...nobody bother to call me Rubbish company ever Never recommend @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I can honestly say that Vodafone are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They even beat British Gas and BT which is some feat.
