    A week later after being told by @VodafoneUK I would get a call back still no call back. I would advise anyone to go with another company used to be good now has went down hill

    @VodafoneUK Our plan expires in Sept '22 and we want to cancel. Do we need to give notice to you? We can't see a clear answer on our account page on your website and the guy on the phone was no help whatsoever.

    @VodafoneUK I tried to resolve a complaint via chat on 5 April and was told it was fixed (it wasn’t) so I wrote to your Customer Relations dept by registered mail on 21 April - I’ve had no reply - when should I expect a reply? + 1 month seems excessive…

    @VodafoneUK You can't even get this bit right on here can you. I DMd like you said , told my problem, half hour later still no reply. I'm seriously considering paying the 10 months of my contract just to leave , I've had too many problems

    @VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu Am a little worried as she may be a one hit wonder given her performance at the US Open. Appreciate she can't help injuries but hope she gets the chance to prove otherwise.
