When you think... I know this is a bad idea, but @VodafoneUK call me every 5 mins to upgrade my phone, so I’ll call them now I want upgrade. 45 mins on hold only to be transferred to the missed payment line... 😔 Are there any phone companies who are less than crap?

@VodafoneUK my phone is broken and constantly crashes- I can’t seem to be able to speak to a human person your phone lines. I am also quarantining and unable to go to a store myself with the phone- please can you tell me how to proceed?

Absolutely despise @VodafoneUK!! Send me a text to tell me they’ve restricted my service and to dial this number to pay, dial the number and I can’t get through because my service is restricted! Absolute joke, as if I should be paying £60 for no signal anyway

50+ mins waiting on phone for @VodafoneUK and now have to hang up for a meeting. Unfortunately my internet is from a vodafone sim and I barely get more than 3g is central London at the moment. #SE16

@VodafoneUK We have now been given our FIFTH promised broadband activation date after Vodafone has repeatedly failed to deliver a working connection. Each time long calls on hold to customer services. Come on Vodafone, not a very impressive start.
