    Anyone forced to use @MicrosoftTeams I feel VERY sorry for you. I just tried and what a piece of crap especially on Linux. App requires a login and web app either gives you video and no audio (have to call in) or audio and no video. @jitsinews & @zoom_us work flawlessly on Linux.

    @zoom_us Hello! So the problem seemed to be with using a desktop browser. I wound up trying with my phone's browser and was able to upgrade easily. Something about the billing screen via desktop wasn't permitting me to progress.

    Zoom-ers... I joined a meeting yesterday with camera off. When it finished connecting, my ‘box’ - which usually contains my full name - publicly displayed my PASSWORD. Has this happened to anyone else?(The problem didn’t occur in a subsequent test). Sort it out @zoom_us !

    @zoom_us The program keeps crashing every time I attempt to join the lobby for my meeting. I'm having to go into my task manager to close it and attempt to reopen it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    @esmewang @zoom_us this was a problem during Zoom University at the start of the pandemic (I graduated in May, so I can't speak to the Fall). In my Irish class, we would DM each other to ask questions (mostly spelling), and our teacher eventually told us to make a groupchat because it was so much.

    @zoom_us My image turns green for other people when in meeting. Have also friends whose image turn green for me when in meeting. Only happens on my PC. Might be related to @NVIDIAGeForce as it began after an update for all of us. Any help?

    @esmewang @zoom_us Yes, for my classes, which are standard meetings, it doesn't happen--I was in a webinar recently and the panelists' messages to other panelists were apparently showing up for the whole audience (!) so it sounds like Zoom has some webinar issues to work out

    I'm beyond exasperation with @zoom_us. We've not been able to login to account since about May. All their communication expects you to log in to get further. No one helped when we did get through. by phone. They do manage to send payment reminder now we've stopped paying.

    @esmewang @zoom_us We also had issues in a class where a friend was clearly having a rough day, so a few of us privately messaged to ask what was going on. They explained it to us in confidence, and then she got an email from that teacher that night, which made her feel incredibly uncomfortable.

    @lukestein @cbgoodman @zoom_us Thanks - I’ve had problems setting this up on windows but may need to try again. Btw - any mic recommendations? Recorded today and realised my lapel mic is broken (luckily on the test recording), and the integrated mics are just awful
