I need the video conferencing softwarez to fix their broken "Raise Hand" button. I feel like it should notify the meeting with more than just an icon. Maybe thunder bolts and lighting when a hand gets raised? @zoom_us @MicrosoftTeams

@zoom_us need an indicator when another presenter is having connectivity issues. That would eliminate the "is everyone else hearing Jim just fine?" and allow a moderator to jump in quicker and keep things rolling. Maybe a small yellow dot on their profile picture.

I was running a large @zoom_us meeting w/ many breakout rooms. After a couple of hours, I couldn't move people to rooms. In Dec, I closed & reopend breakout rooms to fix the issue. Today it failed. I lost all access to rooms. I had to close the meeting & restart. Thoughts? v5.4.9

@MicrosoftTeams it's so painful to work on this platform. Even with powerful wifi, it's incredibly slow, full of bugs and errors! Yet no matter how many attend meetings on @zoom_us it's slick and rarely fails ...

To the #unifiedcommunications companies positioning themselves against @zoom_us, stop managing to the technology and start managing to the customer-experience. As part of this, start using your own service for video calls with orgs that don't use your service. Not pretty.

@bobby_bridge @zoom_us We use Zoom all the time - my wife is giving a lesson as I write - and generally it works really well. Problems seem to arise when one end of the conversation suffers from poor internet connection. Perhaps this was it. Not much you can do if it was.

@zoom_us for me has been just an awful experience. Always slow to log in if it let's me, often kicking me out, links to meetings not working, pass codes not working, zoom client not launching. Just a stress I can do without.
