@zoom_us Would be good if that was the default setting. We already had the problem that inexperienced users could not find the taskbar anymore and that is a problem when using browser-based tools.

Who else has experienced laptop screens going black during a @zoom_us call, but can still hear the call and the other participants can hear and see you? Only way to fix it is to shut the screen, which ends the call.

Dear @zoom_us - why does the scheduling section of your Mac app suck as bad as it does? This seems like an urgent issue to resolve. Meetings are never up to date, and the refresh prompt does nothing…I could go on.

@zoom_us @wacom Actually, by selecting «Previous Operating System» option in «Screen capture mode» fixed the issue. Therefore, you may want to look into what the difference between these two methods are, if you want to fix this awful lag.

Is it just me or have others experienced issues with @Logitech's Brio 4k camera and @zoom_us? I upgraded Zoom earlier this week to latest and now I see random switching between "standard" & "widescreen" views and now I am back to lots of issues with autofocus, etc...

Can we get an "almost make audio mono" option, @zoom_us? Having to deal with people's mics being set to "just the left channel" is incredibly terrible, especially for folks with hearing disabilities in one ear, but also just in general.

Hello @zoom_us I have a pro account with you. All my previous meetings have disappeared AGAIN on my iMac. Been online with your tech help. Wiped old desktop Zoom app installed latest, unistalled Chrome installed latest - still no previous meeitings showing in web version. Help!!
