    @samuel_wade @NeysunM I think in the paid version you can actually have the main presentation on Gather also. The person "on stage" broadcasts to everyone. Seems attractive given the censorship issues with @zoom_us, but problem is everyone's used to it and we've subscribed already.

    Anybody had a problem with @zoom_us where the screenshare starts, but then either freezes or just shows a black screen (when you switch tabs in Firefox)? Driving me crazy - I keep having to switch to Google Meet to be able to share. :(

    Interesting (yet predictable) to hear how many other ppl have such major issues with @Virgin's shoddy @virginmedia. It's not a surprise given that I haven't got through a @zoom_us call w/video for weeks! They certainly aren't a service provider. It's more like day light robbery!

    @ABiesiedin Sadly, not for the inclusion of all #Terps not working from a hub. Once we were 3 teams of #Terps and one was blind. He couldn't work on platforms. The best was @zoom_us. He could get to being assigned as a #Terp but couldn't click on the accept button. He had to be replaced. Sad

    @zoom_us I have been legit trouble shooting your pre assigned breakout rooms for weeks! I spent 1.5 hrs tonight trying to prep for a huge meeting I have on Thursday. How is it that such a large tech company is so poorly staffed to help its end users? #help #zoomswack

    .@zoom_us Hello. I have been having issues with the client all day. It says Error 5003. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my computer, tried wifi and hotspot. Nothing has worked. I can still access my meetings through the website. Please help!

    The students who miss class are the most underserved. They shouldn't be punished because their school district is under water and can only afford the free version of your service @zoom_us

    Very disappointed with @zoom_us . I have emailed their billing department twice due to them taking all 12 months payment rather than the agreed monthly subscription and I haven’t received any email from them. Very poor service.

    Dear @zoom_us Team! My wife is a K-12 teacher in Germany and has registered with Zoom. She has filled out the form to apply for the 40-minute limit to be removed. Unfortunately it did not work. Can you help?

    No wonder Zoom @zoom_us is so much more popular than @Cisco WebEx. The whole point of web conferencing is it crosses borders. Live in Japan & WebEx only offers Japanese as the language. How can the team of a tool that so fundamentally about communication not get this basic issue

    So @ww_us charges $40/month to be part of the organization but is about to shut down a ton of virtual meetings because they're not attended by enough people. 40 minute meetings are free on @zoom_us. I wonder how many people will realize they no longer need Weight Watchers?

    Hey @zoom_us I’m a private tutor, for the past year I’ve been able to do meetings that are over an hour. How come all the sudden it ends my meetings after 40 mins unless I upgrade? BULLSHIT. My business has already been hurt enough by the pandemic. Fix this.

    @zoom_US users — please help me troubleshoot: When I’m on a call with a lot people, I lose audio for about 3-4 secs every 5-10 mins— and get a message That says internet connection is unstable — ISP says internet is fine. Anyone else have this issue?

    NBN down 😑. No idea why and earliest technician available from @NBN_Australia @Telstra is 48 hours from now. Dreading 2 days of @zoom_us calls on 4G now 🥺! Crappy telco infrastructure is probably the single biggest deal breaker to remote work in Australia.

    @ImposterSbl @zoom_us We had the same issue since Sep. Spoken to zoom US twice and was told they couldn't help as we're UK. They gave me a contact name for UK and he didn't even bothered to get in touch. Perhaps we're not deemed worthy enough to be considered as K-12?! @zoom_us 😠
