    There is nothing worst than customer service in @zoom_us it’s impossible to talk to a HUMAN BEING! My business account disappeared and there is no way to get an answer! If you are not able to handle the growth, then don’t grow!!!

    I realize @Google was experiencing issues and might still be, however, I am having trouble logging into @zoom_us via "log in with Google." It is important for work that I am able to log in using my work/google email. Thanks.

    @zoom_us I got the help in the end but the whole process was very frustrating. And I am not someone who would contact you without reading docs. Moreover, bots were cool but your human agents need to pay more attention and stop sending random templated responses.

    No video controls for participants, lots of audio problems, lots of connection problems. No reason to be using this inferior platform that I can see. Choice was probably based on bogus security concerns, or misimpression that @zoom_us has weaker dial-in or vote-counting features.

    @thetafferboy @zoom_us Does it require zoom to be in tne foreground ? My problem is if I'm reading a document during the meeting and loose the zoom window.
