@grtwent @zoom_us No problem. I believe though that the particular cat filter that lawyer used was not native to zoom. Perhaps one of his kids, or grandkids, downloaded it and set it up.

I’m furiously tired of @zoom_us freezing in the middle of a virtual brand presentation. And there’s no coming back from it. Literally have to switch computers and pick up where we left off. Anyone else experiencing this? Any fix? My current #1 fix ... stop using Zoom forever.

Thanks to @zoom_us' remote control feature, I was able to investigate the problem on her computer. After digging around from a few minutes, I could tell that the problem wasn't in code. It turned out she had her font-size set to extra large in her browser's settings 2/4

@zoom_us is anyone able to help. Trying to share a PowerPoint presentation on zoom. They meeting participants can see everything I'm sharing until I start the slide show. Then they just get grey box and black screen? But can see everything else?

@zoom_us Hey it kept saying the password was wrong but the same one worked on the other device , a few others also faced the same issue on the meeting and had to log in using alternate devices

@zoom_us Good afternoon, I'm having trouble with zoom video (Nyc). When the meeting starts, the video freezes and then it goes away. Zoom recognizes both cameras but they stop working. Is this the proper place to report it? Thanks

Apparently my sister’s school district has mandatory, in-person teacher in-service today. They’re passing around a sign-in sheet, and some aren’t wearing masks. It supposedly can’t be held remotely b/c the school doesn’t have “enough” @zoom_us licenses. AYFKM?
