    @bt_global @ThomasDuecke @zoom_us At least your managers can have your zoom meetings. My father-in-law has been waiting over 3 weeks for you to connect his internet and tv. No engineer AGAIN today. Disgraceful service and you charge him £110 pm for it.

    If you’re trying to get into the PST Writers’ Hour, you’ll notice an error code. There is an error with @zoom_us which is shutting out new writers entering the space! For now our hands are tied, and hopefully this will be fixed for our next Writers’ Hour at 8am AEDT (Melbourne)

    Does anyone else experience this glitch in zoom? When I schedule meetings, periodically registration checks itself sometime after I create a link without my knowledge or any action on my part. Zoom support says there is no issue on their end. It's super frustrating! @zoom_us

    To all my young professionals on my tl; is anyone else having trouble with @zoom_us today!? Mine shut me out of my class TWICE. And not just me, my students too. I got parent hitting me up confused as well.

I really need to talk to my doctor but not able to find help in getting my Samsung A11 smartphone to do the TTY so can call him. He lives out of my town and hard for me to get there without help

    Dear @zoom_us - why does the scheduling section of your Mac app suck as bad as it does? This seems like an urgent issue to resolve. Meetings are never up to date, and the refresh prompt does nothing…I could go on.

    Who else has experienced laptop screens going black during a @zoom_us call, but can still hear the call and the other participants can hear and see you? Only way to fix it is to shut the screen, which ends the call.

    Is anyone else having the @zoom_us issue where you’re waiting for a client to show up to a scheduled meeting & when they don’t, they tell you they tried but zoom said you were in another meeting (when you weren’t)? It’s happened twice in a week and it is so annoying. #zoom

    What is a more effective way of dealing with Zoom issues? 1. Contacting @zoom_us for assistance? 2. Writing your problem on a piece of paper, making it into a paper airplane, and throwing it into the Pacific Ocean?

    @zoom_us hello, good night, your application is damaging the telephone equipment, my daughter's cell phone damaged the camera and presented several problems, the flashlight was predestined, the data from the google account was lost, the same thing happened on my cell phone

    @zoom_us Someone from your support team removed our phone number from our account without our permission. We can’t get a hold of anybody. This is a serious issue for our business and I need to talk to someone ASAP.

    ok I understood it is fine to get email notifications for someone joining before the host. no harm. But the recording shows "in progress" and now the host option instead of "start" shows "join" and "meeting in progress" icon? very confusing. Any help appreciated. @zoom_us

    Help @zoom_us is it possible to automatically send a calendar invite after someone registers for a future event on the zoom registration page? It is not possible to ask the help bot this question without being directed to Norway VAT documentation.
