    @zoom_us This happened a year ago. We contacted your people, and changed the security settings on our district account. Once we did that, I had no problems again. We believe it was one of our students, not an outside person. Thank you.

    '@zoom_us provided another reminder of why it’s been such a hot stock during the pandemic. The company, whose brand name is now synonymous w/ video calls, revealed it has become a $ machine over 12mts- generating 1.4B from its videoconferencing service in 21' via @theinformation

    @zoom_us It happened in two meetings; it seemed to be fixed though. I switched to the Web Browser and that seemed to fix it at the moment.

    WTH is wrong with @zoom_us ---- Our group has been down for 3 days & no one at Zoom seems to know anything! Maybe someone with some intelligence will be back at work Monday & realize it's a bigger issue for more than our group! Crazy!!!!!

    So...uh... Does anyone else have to download @zoom_us every single time they want to use it? Or is it just me? I smash the join button meeting, and it doesn't respond. So I download it. Multiple times a day. For multiple meetings. Send help.

    @tiffani @zoom_us Our local school district has blocked nearly every way for remote kids to raise hands or ask for help (no g-chat, document comments, external email, Slack, text, etc.) in keeping with our state's DOE (DESI) strategy of making remote as unsuccessful as possible.

    @zoom_us of all the great things you do, customer service is sadly not one of them. Just devoted an hour to bot-dom, emails, and no answers. A simple problem likely could've been cured with a convo, but no human. I just can't...

    @brianleejackson @zoom_us @ericsyuan I have literally been having the same issue and of course there is no way to contact zoom if you don’t pay them. I have unsubscribed through their “link” multiple times and I keep getting their emails, and their twitter account ends up ignoring me. I also want to report them!!

    Can we get an "almost make audio mono" option, @zoom_us? Having to deal with people's mics being set to "just the left channel" is incredibly terrible, especially for folks with hearing disabilities in one ear, but also just in general.
