    Is anyone else having issues with Screensharing in Zoom? Since the 5.4.6 update, multiple teachers can't Screenshare. We can't find a consistent combination of software and operating systems to explain the problem. @zoom_us support has BARELY responded & not provided a solution

    @kristianindy @Apple @zoom_us In all seriousness. The top bezel of the screen could be a thin led light bar and that solves half the problem.

    Following my post weeks ago that @zoom_us took an entire years payment on a monthly subscription, I have not heard anything back from them. I have emailed numerous times, but nothing. If you’re expecting supportive customer service when it comes to Zoom issues, think again.

    Trying to figure out why my @zoom_us client won’t connect & all the support articles are suggesting it’s a network issue. But it’s just not. I can connect from another computer on the same network, just not from my work computer.

    @zoom_us You need to fix your support site. You don't recognize any zoomgov accounts and provide support to them. It's pretty frustrating when we can't even get basic help from you because you don't recognize the email/host key pair that is in the profile settings.

    @PBandJenelley_1 @zoom_us Our only problem with @zoom_us is they clearly do not like chromebooks so my kids cannot annotate or do reactions, backgrounds etc. Which prevents them from being able to do interactive or fun, engaging activities during class. Talk about frustrating!

    @zoom_us That doesn’t happen. When I’m in a breakout room, I have ZERO idea kids are in the waiting room. My colleagues report the same issues. What are we doing wrong?

    Finally managed to stop my @Dell XPS laptop going mental with a loud fan during calls on @zoom_us - Disabling @intel Turbo Boost in the BIOS stops the problem. Gone from unusable due to fan noise to being absolutely fine. Finally.

    @zoom_us thanks for 🤬🤬🤬🤬 nothing for adding 3 hrs of extra work I didn’t need after an already long day because your crap didn’t move the slides on my presentation and I had to fix it before I’m going to bed - and no help any of the links on your websites on how to fix it.

    @fazil_ozmen @zoom_us My problem is different from that. Hacker joins my meeting when I accept my student. They are using same account. Waiting room is useless. When I accept my student, the hacker starts to use the account.

    @PBandJenelley_1 @zoom_us Only if it's an internet problem and it happens about 2 times here and there but I live in the city. Guess you need to talk to your service provider and find out the best wifi booster for your service. We got one cuz we have about 10 devices on our wifi. It works great!

    @zoom_us on v5.4.6 when clicking “Check for updates” I systematically get an error “Check new version failed, try again” - happens every day - is that a known bug?
