@zoom_us logged me out of my account after using it on my laptop. Now it won't work at all on my desktop and my class was due to start 10 minutes ago. Two requests for a new password have generated nothing. And this 'service' costs money.

@zoom_us please fix/update your chromebook app. Very buggy and does not work well. I have 2 same chromebooks, no issues on one and other vid goes in and out. Using iPad instead and no issues at all. Not my Wi-Fi. Just google zoom chromebook issues and you’ll see. Need for school

@zoom_us My WIFi connection was fine. My husband was using Microsoft Teams today all day and no issues. Sure I will Dm your company. I just wish there was a better way to actually troubleshoot with a person over the phone you know? There are so many people out of work: may hire support?

@zoom_us I got the help in the end but the whole process was very frustrating. And I am not someone who would contact you without reading docs. Moreover, bots were cool but your human agents need to pay more attention and stop sending random templated responses.

There is nothing worst than customer service in @zoom_us it’s impossible to talk to a HUMAN BEING! My business account disappeared and there is no way to get an answer! If you are not able to handle the growth, then don’t grow!!!

@zoom_us My wifi connection is just fine. My husband is working from home right now and is using Microsoft teams and has had zero issues.
