    So I had to stop using the @zoom_us app for windows, due to a bug they have no fix for. So I switched to the @googlechrome version, now that version won't work, and I can't fix it. I literally cannot use #zoom on my computer anymore.

    @zoom_us Before we could click a participants name in the chat & it would get the chat cursor ready to type to them. Now when I click their name it just highlights around the whole chat box & I need to click again to type. Can you fix that so we don’t need to click to type?

    Dear @zoom_us We just got our first terrible experience for our conference. It was come from the audio and display. We could speak but we got delayed and all audience have the same problem. We used 3 different account today to made the room, but we always got the same problem

    @zoom_us Terrible customer service. Our company is always offered discount pricing but our ZoomRoom is not working. I have 2 ask: are we seeing another terrible future comm provider develop (ala ATT) where we pay for just being connected even if nothing works? #zoomfail

    @zoom_us Worth pointing out, I have also purchased a licence, paying £15.00 per month, which means I have unlimited time and should not have a cap on number of participants/students. Please fix this issue, otherwise many will start using other platforms.

    @zoom_us Oh, we have another problem: When sharing the screen with the visitors, and we share the app keynote, I have no mouse curser. Not even to push zoom buttons. If i guess correctly I can click, but I don’t see the mouse. What could that be?
