@DanielleLarivee @zoom_us Definitely, it is ridiculous that a service that touts itself as free and easy to use doesn't provide the option to support people fully. My wife doesn't have any hearing concerns but still prefers to have closed captioning on, to better follow along. Thanks, Danielle.

@coinbase requires a webcam to verify your identity, which mines broke because of using @zoom_us an issue they never addressed even tho many reported. Anyway managed to get a webcam, took a photo holding my passport... "we're unable to verify your identity" wha a ******* joke

WIll never ever again use @zoom_us invite simply fails managing TZ correctly, setup wrong agenda (all got different time for their entry...), don't let me login with my account then, no matter how many login/logout I tried. Oh and try to logout/login with google on the app....
