    hey @zoom_us, your behaviour with multiple displays is absolutely terrible, and lacking any intuitive behaviour or control. please fix it asap to improve the #UX. Also, @tim_cook, #macOS is doing no better with multiple 4K monitors - even my very powerful MBP takes a min to reorg

    @ethanarbuckIe @zoom_us I’m not actually sure, I’d need to try to go through logs - I don’t usually check my spam for who was sending it I just happened to notice this one because I wondered why I was getting a spam asking me to sign up for a service I already have.

    I have to say (only) from my experience using @Microsoft @MicrosoftEdge Ms Teams is THE WORST online video app I ever use It always glitchy, won't connect & for both parties (often) causes problems No wonder @zoom_us is ruling the online meeting world I hate MS Teams its kak

    Fun fact: the problem DISAPPEAR if I keep the "Setting" panel open. NO change of any kind. Just by keeping a the Settings windows open. Why... WHYYYY?!?!?!?!? -- @zoom_us

    @zoom_us @AppleSupport when I turn my virtual background on, my MacBook pro starts working really slow. I saw there are lots of people having this issue. Most of them reported that they start having this problem after updating to Big Sur 11.0.1 like I did. How can I fix this?

    @zoom_us There was an issue where the host accidentally pressed end meeting instead of ending the breakout rooms, causing confusion and disarray overall. Personally, I think making the end meeting button unavailable when there are breakout rooms is a good option.

    .@zoom_us the integration with @Microsoft 365 is so bad that it feels intentional. Stuck clicking Captcha for eight rounds plus, error recurred second attempt. Integration needs constant reactivating. V poor UX

    @zoom_us apologies if this already exists, but it would be great for teachers if they could login to an app on their phone/tablet (secondary device) that just shows a list of participants with a mute/unmute all button and a mute/unmute per student.

    @zoom_us I've been facing a problem after I updated the zoom app to latest version Earlier whenever I opened the link, it used to automatically connect to audio but now for every meeting I'm required to manually connect to audio due to which I missed a class today Please help

    @zoom_us when editing an audio and video track from a meeting, both recorded by Zoom as separate files, why do I have to speed up the video to 104% to get the two files to sync? Is this a settings issue or a platform issue?

    Is this a known issue with using @zoom_us in a browser? Someone will share their screen, & I can see them in the corner, but their screen is just black ... Pressing refresh (often several times!) will usually fix it, but I end up missing so much of the meeting this way 😠

    I’ve decided @zoom_us is trash. Because who honestly makes the decision to relegate all support to a web portal and chat bot that can’t fix login issues caused by failure to receive a reset email? Zoom. Zoom does.

    When I'm trying to use Metamask while on a @zoom_us call, it's basically so slow its unusable. Is it a memory issue? or simply the universe trying to prevent me from going 5x on @dydxprotocol when I'm suppose to listen to someone talking?
