    @zoom_us Your change on the background noise suppression was a bust for musicians. The "low" options specifically for music doesn't work as well as disable. Imagine that. Why fix something that isn't broken. Jesus Christ. 6 months of it being great and you egg heads have to tinker with it

    Dear @zoom_us, I hate to do this publicly but your customer service and tech support are totally unacceptable for paying customers. Your software has now ruined 2 recorded interviews in a row for me without solving the exact same problem. I am thinking of cancelling.

    I’m wondering if anyone else has had issues w @zoom_us customer service , we have sent them 7 messages over 2 weeks & after they took zero actions on a what we asked their customer service person closed out the ticket. This only rivals @Chase pathetic level of customer support

    @bertlamb @zoom_us Yeah, and Zoom will reply and provide me help desk articles. They've got a solid product and have made incremental improvements to other niggling UX issues, like how the Leave confirmation is now near Leave (yay!) so I'm hoping that they continue to fix stuff like this.

    @zoom_us currently has NO customer service. Called with a billing emergency 3 weeks ago. Nada. Plenty of people out of work. Zoom has to be making money because of the pandemic. How about hiring some people for Customer Service?

    @madeline_says @zoom_us I just initiated a Better Business Bureau complaint against @zoom_us because I don’t know where else to go regarding their lack follow through with basic customer service needs. ESPECIALLY when they have already received our payments for pro service.

    Canceled my subscription to @zoom_us and they're still billing me, I can't log in to the account they're billing me through, and I've called their customer service line now 4 times...while waiting for hours at a time with no answer.

    Has anybody successfully shared their iPad screen on a @zoom_us call while hosting on their Macbook? Ts need to help Ss navigate some tools on their iPads & it would be best to share on the same device the Ss are using. Tried Sidecar feature on Mac to no avail. @AppleEDU

    @zoom_us I had to block my card to stop payments to you. Are you people stupid or acting smart. I have been trying to reach out to you people for last 4 months but none of your customer service numbers actually work. So certainly some kind of fraud is going in here.
