    @lifeonmarrss @zoom_us That was my issue as well. The app was not responding at all. I just had success uninstalling and re-installing. I also restarted my mac. I hope yours gets resolved soon!

    @zoom_us Hi.We had a family meeting yesterday. Previously, even though I'd gotten to the 40-minute limit, the session would continue. Yesterday, we got to the limit and it just cut us off. I'm not working & can't afford to pay the fee. So, from now on, we will be using Facebook. Thanks

    @zoom_us I uninstalled but when I go to reinstall, I get an error message from Apple saying that they can't check the software for malicious code and to contact the developer to update. Sorry to be a pain!

    @krismicinski @zoom_us I faced similar problem just now on Arch Linux. I updated the zoom client today but it still asks me to update and does not let me join meeting.

    @krismicinski @zoom_us To be fair, I think getting users to upgrade is a hard problem. But I'm increasingly convinced that forced updates are definitely not the answer.

    @zoom_us I am getting 403 forbidden code. I have deleted, installed, and restarted the app and my computer. I also cleared cookies. I can't talk to your bot about login until I login. It just loops. I have a zoom call in 40 minutes.

    @akuehner @zoom_us We have the same issue. Users can not uninstall Zoom on their own because of admin privileges. We’ve decided to move to MS Teams which here is centrally supported.

    @zoom_us 3 days is not an acceptable amount of time to resolve an issue that's mission critical to business. There are people trying to register for my webinar who can't. I think might be fraud as well. I purchased something that I can't use. You are charging for a service I cannot use.

    First (and last) Google Meet session did NOT go well: choppy, grainy, laggy video. Switched back to @zoom_us (same users, internet, hardware!) and had the user experience we have come to expect in 2020. Shame on you @Google for promoting such a woefully terrible "alternative"

    @zoom_us my account suddenly downgraded from Pro to Basic when I already paid for a year subscription in advance. And your customer support system sucks, very hard to raise this issue. Created tickets but always marked as solved while the issue remains. Very dissapointed.

    @zoom_us I have been ripped off by you. I upgraded in the middle of a zoom for a one month charge, my ID has been broken since, i have 2 incident reports filed, its never been fixed , never been recontacted, i cant sign in, and now you are billing me monthly. #zoomnightmare

    @RobSwish @zoom_us I have some users having the same issue. The uninstalling/re-installing fix is not an option for a large corporate network where users do not have administrator rights..

    @zoom_us Can't tell you how frustrated I am by your service in a time of critical need. I purchased a webinar license for 500 participants and my account froze the webinar at 100. You are failing me at a vital time. No access to phone reps, no resolutions via email. Unacceptable.

    @jitsinews @CiscoCollab @Cisco @zoom_us if you need to bring a large classic event (5-20 on "stage" and 100-5.000 audience) "online". #webinar functionality for a large event is nice but @360p it feels like the nineties! just fyi - we paid for the service an we asked the support if they could offer 720p or 1080p.
