    @zoom_us Hi there. Since updating the latest Mac OS, Zoom crashes my Chrome browser at least once a day when I click on “Join a meeting”. Is this a known issue?

    @SheilaRBillings @zoom_us YES, that sounds exactly like what happened, and I can't figure out how to undo the problem. I put in a HS helpdesk request and I am hoping they can help me tomorrow before my afternoon remote classes.

    @hkanji @zoom_us I vaguely recall theres something like this. One of the things they got into media trouble with was that the client grabs the active window title.

    @zoom_us for me has been just an awful experience. Always slow to log in if it let's me, often kicking me out, links to meetings not working, pass codes not working, zoom client not launching. Just a stress I can do without.

    @merylkevans @zoom_us there was an update I did for zoom a week ago, I haven't been attending live in zoom for long and today was an exception with Equal Entry, I guess you had the problem at the webinar which just ended. That was the one I said I had no problem with captions under the slide deck

    @MicrosoftTeams it's so painful to work on this platform. Even with powerful wifi, it's incredibly slow, full of bugs and errors! Yet no matter how many attend meetings on @zoom_us it's slick and rarely fails ...

    .@zoom_us, we have a one-time big event which will run continuously for several hours & could have up to 300 people. We don't need a whole year of the service. Can we pay a smaller cost for this one-time event?

    Hey @zoom_us is it expected behavior that if you have a registration on your zoom meeting, people cannot join on a browser? They get an error that it requires registration it join (and an endless cycle of registering / error). Only can join once registration is turned off.

    @dunneteach @zoom_us Every morning I log in on my school MacBook and it says "Start" then I log my chromebook in and it shows as "join" because I'm already logged in on the first device. I don't know how to fix it, but it sounds like you're not logged out as host but you ended the meeting?

    @zoom_us Need help, teaching 4hr long IT Certification classes twice a week, an getting repeating share screen crashes, tried updating Zoom no dice, problem only started recently. Happy to send in log file or something. thx.

    Hey @zoom_us, every single time you have an update file sharing gets turned back on in all my meetings even though it's turned OFF and LOCKED by my admin. You have a bug and I cannot get your support staff to understand the issue.

    @dunneteach @zoom_us Crud! That's so frustrating! I hope someone is able to correct the issue before you need it! Stupid tech meltdowns are super stressful this year! We're back hybrid, so half the kids Zoom, half in room all day--it's exhausting without tech crises! Good luck!

    I need the video conferencing softwarez to fix their broken "Raise Hand" button. I feel like it should notify the meeting with more than just an icon. Maybe thunder bolts and lighting when a hand gets raised? @zoom_us @MicrosoftTeams

    Zoom help needed: during a tech meltdown today, I did something to my Personal Meeting Room" which I use for all my classes, that changed the blue button from "start" to "join meeting." It says the meeting has been ended by the host, and won't let me start any meeting. @zoom_us?

    @zoom_us I held my little sister's memorial on her birthday, Jan16th. It was a great way to do this during these times. Friends from all over could take part. Sadly there were issues where several people couldn't get in which I dont know why.

    @zoom_us what's the fix when the last meeting host forgot to leave the meeting? This is frustrating as the next meeting host can't join, as the previous host session didn't allow

    @CamillaGordon @martingilbraith Yes, I have used it a lot. It seemed there were a lot of connectivity issues for people and a lot of drop offs amd reconnections. I switched to @zoom_us and don’t have the same issues.
