    @bt_uk BT anaze me , got a. E mail from BT very quick to send there bill , but I have been on BT s back for the last 11 days to fix my internet, and gues what it’s still not working, honestly fed up with them.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk It’s not an order Elaine. I notified you of a house move last week. I’ve moved in and the broadband isn’t working. I’m no engineer but loose wires in the Openreach box under the stairs looks like the issue. I need an engineer. Can you book one please. I’ve got things to do today.

    @bt_uk We’ve done they multiple times my parents are disabled and rely on WiFi to do everything through Alexa I understand you’re busy but we simply cannot wait until possibly Monday at 23.59 to fix this is there nothing we can do?

    @bt_uk why have you charged me£85 for a visit that your engineer assured me I wouldn't be charged for as the fault was yours. I rang at 20:30 and was cut off while on hold at 21:00. This is not good service.
