Just had the misfortune to catch a few minutes of 'The Football's On' on @btsport . Never again. Like giving weekly airtime to your mate in the pub who think he knows his football, but just doesn't get it. Reactive dross.

@bt_uk I sent my router back to you in February, I received an email a couple of weeks later saying you hadn’t received it. I phoned up, provided a tracking number and supposedly that had been noted down and the charges taken of.
-

you send threatening emails about debt collection, and you cancel people’s complaints about this for no reason. What are you going to do about this @bt_uk

Jaunius.k

@bt_uk Internet has been cut off by a BT engineer that was working on something near our house, the internet cut off and the engineer just left and we called asking how long it would take to fix and you said Tuesday, this is ridiculous what is this?!?!?
-
Mo Pedder
(@Mo_Pedder_50cc) reported
Why can't @bt_uk simply supply a returns address for uncollected stock, rather than only giving an email address that is never answered? And don't get me started on their customer service phone number. That's just impenetrable!
-
jenni
(@jenigma_) reported
@bt_uk Externally in what way? If majority wouldn’t need an engineer, surely it would make sense to get the customer set up and going as soon as possible?
-

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare My account is residential as the business isn’t located at home but to not have any access to the internet is ridiculous! I get no phone signal at home and no data signal so with no broadband or landline I have no accesss to communications. I am at a friends house to deal with!

@zImABeastFam @virginmedia @bt_uk Been to the forums, its pointless. BT fibre looks amazing btw, stats are crazy. Even ADSL might be better for latency and reliability compared to virgin. Support cant help when its their network routes/backbone.
