Why is it so tough to open a Business account with @HSBC_UK? It's been more 20 days we have trying to open an account. There is no physical or phone support Only option is through Chat. The agent on the other end doesn't seem to have any idea of what are our requirements?

@HSBC_UK how is it that in just a month you can mess up card issuance thrice for a customer? And call it human error? And then randomly cancel add the card and say human error again. Why should anyone bank with a bank do full of human errors? Shame on you. #worstever

@HSBC_UK app has updated and wants a security code but doesn’t send a text. Doesn’t accept my security no. either. Tried going to the chat room but you have to log on to the app to access it! How is that helpful when you can’t log on? HSBC are always so complicated!

Someone has opened a bank account using my address. I have tried reporting it to @HSBC_UK but the twitter chat says they can’t help, the phone line has a recorded message saying they’re too busy to take calls and the text message only works if you’re a customer (I’m not) 🙄

@HSBC_UK your process for obtaining the telephone security code is terrible. Waited 3 weeks already and to be told I should just wait longer as can’t offer 1st class or recorded for a new one to be sent. Dreadful as a new customer, online banking is the the main method of banking

Can I just say @HSBC_UK your banking app is brilliant, for viewing statements, bills and payments it's spot on. But your online banking is utter shite! I know security needs to be tight but honestly getting launch codes from NATO would be easier than your login process! 😳
