@kernowspringer @Plusnet I once had to walk 4 miles in a heatwave to find a working phonebox to tell BT they hadn't connected my landline as agreed. It was a rural area w/ no mobile signal either. Grrrr!

Tried about 15 times to buy a sim only deal on @Plusnet website and keep getting booted out on the final screen every time. Not such award winning customer service it seems @plusnethelp - given up and will just pay more elsewhere to save my nerves any more anguish.

@Plusnet Hi, we were told a new router was shipped to us on the 4th May to try fix our constant dropping connections but still no sign, can this be checked please? Thanks

  • takonaguy Lewis Warren (@takonaguy) reported

I’d imaging any of the broadband competitors could have installed a brand new account quicker than BT could perfom a home move for an existing customer. @SkyUK @Plusnet @VodafoneUK all run on the same network.

  • GreyAlien Jake Birkett - Veteran Indie (@GreyAlien) reported

Hmm my plusnet fibre (to cabinet) used to be 40mbps but now it's 30mbps on both lines and I noticed on my contract renewal statement they no longer said up to 40mbps. Any idea why this is? Just user contention or something? Seems crap that my Internet is getting WORSE.

  • writebydan dan (@writebydan) reported

@FoodFunForest @Plusnet They do you over, if my poor aunt’s experience is anything to go by.
