@letholdus666 @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had the same experience. I cancelled my broadband contract after 4 days of setting it up since it’s terrible. Cant believe they charge more now with random excuses when the Relish acquisition is not news and on top of that, the service is worse

Every.Month. When I have to top up my @ThreeUK account I have problems and it takes at least 15-30m. Honestly one of the worst account experience out there.

@ThreeUK continue to disappoint, and have no customer care. Customers are grudgingly tolerated, not welcome, at Three. Cue the 'sorry you feel that way' dismissal.
