amazingly transparent how easy it is to talk to someone when there is a chance of a sale...when you mention that you would in fact like to cancel and move networks, it's a totally different story. Not ok, @ThreeUK

@VondelStraka @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ha I tried&they chatted with me for ages before letting me know they in fact were unable to help! gave me a number... spoke to them...they transferred me, telling me they were unable to help... now I am on hold with 2nd number. fun times in my supposedly short break from work!

@ThreeUKSupport It's never really gone above 5mbps since I got it but for the past few weeks it's been constantly around 1mbps between 9am and 11pm
