@ThreeUKSupport Terrible service from the 333 centre. Called to find out why my bills have shot up,was on the phone 45 minutes to a guy that just about knew his name.Couldn’t tell me the cost of my monthly tariff or why the bill was so high.Someone help me please, left unresolved

@ThreeUKSupport In Canada & can't text. Support is closed (won't be open during daytime hrs here). Not back to UK until June & 3 told me to text every 3 months to keep # active. Got verification text from 3 - will that work or do I need to send a text to keep number active?

@ThreeUKSupport I have the b535 router it works fine for 10 minutes after that it drops out I normally get 35-50 mb and it drops down 1mb or lower I have repositioned the device everywhere I can but still the issue exists help please
