@ThreeUKSupport Sure, it's SE15 5TL, Hauwei B535 and a Samsung M31. Your status checker has said "We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area" all day. 4G speed is about 0.03Mb/s, and I can't send texts out.

@ThreeUKSupport Have to redo the order over the phone as the original was cancelled and then be informed that as the previous cancellation is not processed the new order is on hold. So how will you help me now?

I suggest you change your brand to WINDOW-MOBILE, @ThreeUK. Because windowside is the only place where your network can actually work. I haven't seen a house where @ThreeUK users can enjoy a phone call on a couch or a chair.

@ThreeUK I have just tried to give @virginmobile a "PAC" code sent by yourself on the 10th May 2021 and they are saying its not recognised the code I have given them, they have asked me if it was an "out of date" PAC" Code. Help me please.

@asylumseekerx @ThreeUK Three is the WORST! You can use your postcode easily on Google to do a 'Coverage Check'- to see which Network would give you the best service.

@ThreeUKSupport On the last call they said apparently there is a problem and there will be an upgrade of the mast on 19 June. However, still find it quite strange as this issue has been ongoing for months, and advising customers to move to another provider is quite shocking

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve no idea what the postcode is, Laura. I drove through several areas of Leeds including Oakwood and Roundhay - so LS8? It also doesn’t work in Leeds city centre. I’m counting down the weeks before I leave this network. Never had so many problems before.
