@ThreeUK absolutely horrendous customer service. 4 times I have had a promise broken on when I would receive a relatively simple document. Now being told to wait another 7 working days! An absolute comedy of errors on your part. Not acceptable

Please never go with @ThreeUK the service is absolutely terrible literally everywhere you go. Pay a bit extra and go vodaphone or EE. Never ever again

I’ve been with @ThreeUK for 13 years and I’ve always stated that I was going to leave them but my experience with them today is the straw that broke the camels back. They’ve got to be the worst network provider in the UK by a mile 😩

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to use the Three Recycle website to get a quote for my old device but it keeps on telling me my IMEI number is wrong. It isn’t, I’ve double checked. I’ve tried on iPad and iPhone and get the same result. Any help would be great. Thanks.

@ThreeUKSupport we have had no data signal since early this morning in YO41 1QY. It says on the network checker that engineers are working on masts nearby, but there is no indication of when this will be fixed. Please could you provide an update.
