    @ThreeUKSupport you honestly have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and all the team say is we can’t assist you with your query?! What is the point in having customer service that can’t help or understand your issue

    @ThreeUKSupport Going into a 5th day without any connection now, three support have told me it could be another 7 days! Who's to say it's not another 7 after that? No compensation and not allowed to cancel contract. Awful service

    @ThreeUK @UKHonor Three UK blocked and locked incoming calls. I've been missing important calls from Doctors Council School. I can't log in online services eg bank GP Groceries as I dont have any service on my phone for verification. I've sim only contract, device/ phone number its mine not yours

    @steviemetime @ThreeUK Meh, not my loss now. Left Three for two reasons. Sponsorship of Chelsea (long before current affairs) and for the lack of eSim support. Several others have followed me for the same reason. It’s unlikely I’ll ever return.

    @ThreeUKSupport for the last 3 weeks horrendous network support in Inverness. Unable to consistently make calls Now unable to make calls which can be heard on the other line! Your mast work was supposed to be complete 2 weeks ago. What is going on? Unable to use the phone

    @DwdDave @ThreeUKSupport @OnePlus_UK Ahh so maybe it's something like.... the previous version.... it had a slightly grey background on the icons? Or something? IDK. But still, from my perspective I didn't have that problem, then I upgraded OS, then I did!
