@rsvan1 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Little tip for you tho , when you have this issue go into data roaming and drop it from 4g -3G and it will give you working data some of the time and same for 5g -4g

@9adfield @ThreeUKSupport If your 5G router is the ZTE MC801A then its the firmware update that has messed up the router.. I think 3 are working on a fix

@ThreeUKSupport Ok, but will he be able to talk to someone who will actually do something about it? Both he and I tried to have this investigated several weeks ago, without success. Someone promised to send a bill (he’s never received one - it went straight to debt collectors) and they didn’t.
