    @TrueFarnz @KristenSousa @ThreeUK …and android customers who use 3 will be using handsets that often simply have no support for it anyhow and frankly don’t care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Forgot to reply to this. It’s not that it’s congested, your coverage is abysmal and it’s not worth the money paid to you. There are literal black spots where it says I have signal, but does not work in any way. It’s honestly terrible and when my contract ends I will be leaving

    1. Hey @ThreeUK I've never known such an unreliable & shambolic provider. In May I set up a data package with autorenewal. Last month it suddenly just stopped. I went through the whole process again & set it to autorenewal again. It's stopped again & I can't make calls. #Useless

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Extremely disgusted with customer service and the repetitive unhelpful responses. I was lied to in-store and have been charged 10 months for a phone I DON'T HAVE. This is how they treat their customers during a cost of living crisis...

    @KristenSousa @ThreeUK …but I suspect the answer is because Three doesn’t want the expense of rolling out Apple specific stuff for what I suspect is a relatively small number of people who care or have iphones on the network.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty,monthly contract.First time it happened I reset network settings to sort it. Today it happened again and was repaired by switching off and on again. Worried why this is happening and if it will continue

    @TrueFarnz @KristenSousa @ThreeUK Nothing about o2 is unified other than the desire to ensure data is as bad as possible. But again, I doubt Three has any VVM - it’s another overhead it doesn’t see any value in offering.
