Im sure if i went online to buy the same prize id receive it no problem within days. Bad way to treat customers

I get through to them but they can't hear me, I hang up and call again and this time everything is fine. I have tried my SIM in 2 different phones so it can't be the phone.

You're doing god knows what to the local masts (East Cornwall) and the 4G home broadband here, and at my landlord's office, and his phone generally, are junk as a result. On Friday I got kicked out of my remote network 20 times through the day. Useless.
