    @ThreeUKSupport I’m at the verge of having a complete breakdown. Unbelievable how incompetent your customer support is. your agents made a mistake and didn’t cancel a contract now I have a letter demanding money for a device that I returned and I’m owed a refund for!

    @ThreeUKSupport But going back to my original tweet, I was told specifically that by making a payment this would not go to a collection agency and would be dealt with as a complaint. This was either untrue or this is an error.

    @ThreeUKSupport Enough is enough, I've been experiencing constant throttling from Three, your support is no help, I am paying an arm and a leg for unlimited internet and you are not delivering on your end. Where the hell can I contact someone who will actually address the issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport What I find hilarious if the fact the problem was pointed out to your company 4 days ago yet you still haven’t been able to do something that should be as simple as a press of a button ... I’m not asking for a kidney transplant... just transfer a number to a new contract!

    @ellenrpeck @ThreeUKSupport Complaining won't speed up your issue. Infact, it will slow it down. You need to raise it with the fraud department. Call customer services and they'll raise it to fraud. If you speak to complaints, it'll be basically from customer services to complaints to fraud. Long winded.
