@rmf719630 @ThreeUK That was the reason i left them, their excuse is its your responsability to know when contract ends and then you should contact them to make amendments. Plus customer service was appalling.

@ThreeUK I just got a text from you to say you are applying the 2.7% increase in line with the RPI, at a time when most of our incomes are down &, due to social isolation, we are hardly using our data.
