    @ThreeUK useless support from Three, they have failed to give any explanation as to why our broadband has dropped from 60 mbps to under 6 mbps. Do not care that I work from home and currently unable to achieve this. Say they “have done all they can, sorry guys” On our own I guess

    @ThreeUKSupport I have had this explained multiple times. Still no help. Been a customer for 3 years and will no longer be staying. Nothing is ever sorted, constantly making phone calls to receive help and still passed about with no success.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali. Just tried calling, followed the automated service to other number (I'm on three too) roaming, however once passed security we were told that there are technical problems on the number and to call again later. This is the same message we have been getting since Sunday.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hours. Hours… It’s not my end, it’s the network. 1) Fix network 2) Fix customer comms 3) Fix Customer Service 4) Fix Complaints All C-level issues that have been there since the network launch of 3G (I remember). I should know better by now to be fair. Fool me once etc.
