@colinstrickland @ThreeUKSupport I'm already at my door, clapping. But I shouldn't be misunderstood: I adore my three phone service in so far as the bits get to my antenna.

@ThreeUK have got to be the worst network on earth. They give you 100s of GB of data, which is clearly intended to mock its customers as its taken me all morning to get this tweet to post. I pay for a genuine internet connection, not the infinite pseudo i actually receive.

Hi @ThreeUK 👋🏼 New customer for a week now and I’m still waiting for my number to be transferred to my new phone. Had a text two days ago to say it’ll be done that night, still hasn’t. I’m missing vital texts as a key worker, this needs sorting ASAP.

@ThreeUKSupport Coverage is fine. I'm on Smarty so I know the signal I get is good and I've run a speed test on the 4G signal. Just want to try it in the home with the router. But I can't see how to order it on the website! Just sends me through that loop all the time :(

@ThreeUKSupport I'm sorry I don't have the time to be constantly checking if operators are available. I am working from home and it doesn't help that my phone reception doesn't work

Just moved so had to cancel my utilities. Used chat service with @MyIglooEnergy to inform them. Very helpful, and they sent copy of whole chat to my email. Some companies could learn from that (@ThreeUK I'm looking at you...). #customerservice #howitsdone #watchandlearn

@nicgibney @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I must be one of the lucky ones having no problems with 3 and find their prices excellent. Have stayed with them for the travel deal which has been redundant for 11.5 months!!!🙄

impossible to login or reset password on @ThreeUK website or app, multiple devices, including a phone that is quite happily authenticated to their network. I only wanted to update my postal address. Seems like the easiest way to do that in 2021 is to switch provider🙃
