    @ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport Genuinely guys, customer services/support on that number haven't been great. They said it could just be lots of people using the 5g, that's nonsense because my phone works fine No empathy at all, I'm going to check it tomorrow, if it's no better Im going to have to cancel

    @ThreeUK lodged a complaint 4 weeks ago but the complete stupidity of your busines means you can't verify an email address. Any solutions as you are failing to provide information for the ombudsman.

    Hey @ThreeUK, I’ve ordered 4G MiFi on last Wednesday and it should have been delivered on Friday 28th. However it still didn’t arrive. Also, I keep getting calls from 0333 338 1063 that hang up few seconds after I answer which started as soon as I made the order. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Since 24th January I'm not able to watch Netflix. Did you fix it? Now is really annoying.

    @ThreeUKSupport The ombudsman website states I need certain information off three to complain, I have raised the complaint with three and requested the relevant information as part of the complaint but to look into the complaint three are requesting my postcode but repeatedly tell me it is wrong

    @ThreeUK £18.25 was taken out and the £17.99 credit has never been refunded. Account closed 12 January 2022.
