@ThreeUK 1.5 hrs waiting for cancellations team just to be cut off , surely not that many people want to leave Three , well with that kind of service I don’t blame them .

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport 1.5 hours waiting on line for the cancellation team only to be cut off , do that many people really want to leave Three, with that kind of service I can see why .

@ThreeUKSupport its 2 months now since I stopped getting mobile broadband signal. Keep getting told it will be fixed next week etc and never is. I'm going to cancel, but I refuse paying a fee as the service has been so poor and been told lies throughout.

And easy to sit in middle England and think it isn’t an issue, but what about those in NI that are frequently in EU (Eire) for work/family or even just near border & phone picks EU mast

@ThreeUKSupport Good morning Kirsty, I have just checked with our staff and the 2 handsets using 3 sims are the ones showing this issue. All other handsets on site seem to be fine. I'm going to put another SIM into the one making noise (if its unlocked) to see if its the handset or line.

@ThreeUKSupport about a month ago, I called to cancel my contract. Your colleague said it was all done and 21/06 was my last day. My line is still active, and I'm not even able to cancel myself because your system it's not working since yesterday.
