    @ThreeUKSupport 1.5 hours waiting on line for the cancellation team only to be cut off , do that many people really want to leave Three, with that kind of service I can see why .

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Rhiannon, I have spoken to support on the app and on the phone about this today and they have said there’s nothing that can be done and I would have to leave my sim only contract to use the phone. Is there no way an exception could be made and an esim made ? Thanks!

    Absolute horrific customer service from @ThreeUK, complaints department included. Sold a contract without your agreement but because there’s no eveidenxe (of a contract you didn’t sign up for) won’t help or return £… something dodgy going on @ThreeUK ?

    @ThreeUK FFS, for how long more you won’t sort the network problem out in Hyde park? It’s been the same for the last 8-10 days. Data is not working at all. Cost of this to me is unlimited. Can’t Mail to my customers, can’t do FaceTimes. You’re my biggest mistake.
