@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUK 1.5 hrs waiting for cancellations team just to be cut off , surely not that many people want to leave Three , well with that kind of service I don’t blame them .

@ThreeUKSupport I did raise a complaint & was told to allow 7 days for it to be looked into. It’s now been more than 24hrs and I’ve still not had more than 3G despite being outdoors and in several different postcodes! You’re a joke and affecting my ability to do my job. I will escalate to Ofcom

@ThreeUKSupport i have. I talked to 6 different people when I called 6 different times. the resolution is: see if it arrives tomorrow, or cancel it and try again 😡. so I'm waiting for tomorrow and I hope I get it or I hope I can cancel.

Absolutely disgusted with @ThreeUK cancelled my phone contract as my signal and data never worked. Which is a worrying issue as I couldn’t contact the emergency services, proceed to but 4 complaints in and nothing is resolved. Cancelled my contract and had money stolen from you.

@ThreeUK Never known another company that turns away a customer wanting to increase the money they spend with them. I want to upgrade from Sim only to a new phone and being told I can't until next year. Don't you want my money?
