@ThreeUK 1.5 hrs waiting for cancellations team just to be cut off , surely not that many people want to leave Three , well with that kind of service I don’t blame them .

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Spoke to your ‘business team’. They couldn’t explain why I’m getting charged for a business line when you haven’t sent me the device yet. When I asked when I could expect the device I was told you ‘didn’t have any in stock.’ Do you see the issue here?

@ThreeUK I have called your customer service team 5 days in a row to request a proof of purchase invoice for an insurance claim. Every time I have been promised it via email within an hour yet 5 days later I still do not have anything!! This is terrible customer service!!!
