    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK broadband is great when it works BUT their support needs improving A LOT. They sent a new router (ZTE instead of Huawei) and after two hours on the phone, I'm back using the Huawei & have to return the ZTE. Very frustrating, lots of 'on hold' & the 'Returns' guy was poor

    @ThreeUK as a network have put a sour patch on the lips of millions of Chelsea fans. Anytime I see the the logo now, I get somewhat irritated. This cancel culture needs to stop
