@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport 1.5 hours waiting on line for the cancellation team only to be cut off , do that many people really want to leave Three, with that kind of service I can see why .

@ThreeUK Tonight I battled to get anything close to customer satisfaction from Three. Been a customer for 10 years and treated like 💩. Appalling service, no communication and an arrogance that goes beyond anything I have known.

@ThreeUKSupport Samsung can't help. If yous can't do anything I want to cancel my contract... I have tried to do this 3 bloody times and 4 bloody times I've been cut off.... Seriously there must be something someone can do.... I have spent a week and a half trying to get help
