    @ThreeUK 1.5 hrs waiting for cancellations team just to be cut off , surely not that many people want to leave Three , well with that kind of service I don’t blame them .

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport 1.5 hours waiting on line for the cancellation team only to be cut off , do that many people really want to leave Three, with that kind of service I can see why .

    @virginmedia Worst ISP ever; I have backup cellular connection and I am having to use it again. I have never had to use it as often as recently. @ThreeUK - They do not have cables buried in the street so have have to deal with weather etc, they do it better to keep people online than you.

    It's a real shame that #Three @ThreeUK can't find their arse with both hands. After 12 trouble-free years they're currently screwing my pooch with misleading info, charges for services I've not received, and very empty promises that it's definitely now sorted... FFS #ThreeUK 😔

    @ThreeUKSupport I spent ages calling and I was told I need to go to get the device checked at an apple shop. It is not only my iPhone but also my daughters. There is something up with your network and has been for over 3 months 👨‍👧🌆📞 #ThreeYourServiceSucks
