    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK 1.5 hrs waiting for cancellations team just to be cut off , surely not that many people want to leave Three , well with that kind of service I don’t blame them .

    @ThreeUKSupport No, the number is ported over and we’re now with the new provider. The pac code was requested last week. Just slightly concerned you still think we’re a customer and will charge us.

    @ThreeUKSupport So I have no idea whether that has been looked at. Oh and the person I spoke to today suggested I speak to the Ombudsman because it was not possible to contact me while I’m overseas. Utterly ludicrous that that is your proposed resolution.

    I’ve only ever had 8 texts from @ThreeUK since being on the network, 5 of them have been apology texts saying there are issues in my area. How is this constantly happening? 🤯

    @ThreeUK a month now three not able to fix the issue of incoming sms from India to uk. Three don't have support office in uk where we can walk in. Very poor customer service.
