    @ThreeUKSupport 1.5 hours waiting on line for the cancellation team only to be cut off , do that many people really want to leave Three, with that kind of service I can see why .

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK 1.5 hrs waiting for cancellations team just to be cut off , surely not that many people want to leave Three , well with that kind of service I don’t blame them .

    @ThreeUKSupport I didn't, because I didn't ask to take my number with me, just to cancel. The guy said I'd get a letter with my last bill at home, we updated my billing address but nothing arrived.

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to cancel the contract and pay my last bill at the start of September (on the normal date) and not bring my number with me. What do I do to ensure that the bill at the start of September is the last money I have to pay?

    @ThreeUK Using my phone at work, everything is fine, next minute internet isn’t working despite saying I’m connected to 4G. Your website says there’s no network issues but downdetector has multiple reports of network issues. What’s going on? RH14 9PB.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for replying! So, if i text that number to request a STAC which I then pass along to a new network is that all I need to do? I don’t need to specifically call? And, I don’t need to pay another bill after August’s?

    @ThreeUKSupport about a month ago, I called to cancel my contract. Your colleague said it was all done and 21/06 was my last day. My line is still active, and I'm not even able to cancel myself because your system it's not working since yesterday.
