    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    Both @ThreeUKSupport and @AppleSupport are not wanting to help and now i've ended up paying £120 for @beatsbydre x earphones that i've got only 17 months use out of. I really don't understand what I'm supposed to do.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to contact customer support but the livechat is telling me to call and when I call i was hung up on. I even went to one of your stores a couple of days ago and no-one can help. What do I do?

    @ThreeUKSupport I get it though, I agreed a contract and am bound by the terms. t I am very happy with Three's service and have no intention of moving, but it means I'm going to buy the phone outright elsewhere and stay on SIM only deal with you, means you won't get as much money out of me (2/2)

    @ThreeUKSupport I got PAC code from EE and took the contract out on 8th Novemebr. I then flew to USA; i hoped the sim would arrive in time but didnt..... Now i'm home, i have no SIM yet paid for the contract in DEC. Now you cant issue a new sim because you lost the PAC Code.
