@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@Rahulzprofilez @ThreeUK Yes. Also with DNS spoofing or something like relaying your router through Wireguard etc. But anyway, an email service should not be blocked by any ISP. Pure discrimination against privacy & small businesses.

@ThreeUK : Do I understand correctly that the only way to pay the minimum term in a 1 month contract is to cancel on the day you take the contract? (given that the cancellation takes 30 days). This does not seem right.
