@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUK Use my iPhone if I have service in that restaurant to find more about what that food actually is, and the rest of what’s on the menu to see what I’d actually want to order, and if there’s nothing I seem to like, I just leave and go somewhere else, but in real life

@ThreeUKSupport need help sorting out cluster ****. Long story with new 3 5G broadband hub and phone sim. Need to talk ASAP to English call centre as India not getting out issue and have made it worse as the have now cut off the 5g hub broadband

@ThreeUKSupport promised an issue would be resolved by Tuesday...it wasn't and no record of it being raised, told by your system could cancel today no charge...but no Tues was the end of the 14 days so if I want to cancel full charge

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I do and have still been charged even when I am not using this sim. Please help. Sim is literally not active, data roaming off, still being told I'm being charged.
