@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUK seriously sort out your signal issues. I haven't been able to use my data at all since January. I have been complaining since last year. I am not paying you extra for data just for it to be wasted like that.
@ThreeUK your customer service is an absolute joke!! My wife has been trying to swap her number from 3to3 network for the best part of this month! Never have I experienced such lies throughout the whole time!.. someone will call you back in 24/48hrs.. it’s time to cut ties!

@ThreeUK My wife's been having trouble moving her ee mobile number to 3 now for a good few weeks. The online form constantly says "an unknown error has occurred" and she can't get through to the call centre. Is there any other way of doing this?
@ThreeUKSupport do you have mast work taking place anywhere near Shropshire or West Midlands? The service has been non existent and the data too the last three days. It’s very disheartening to have no warning if so and makes me question why I’m paying £26 for this experience.
@ThreeUKSupport 10+ years ago when I got my first phone your data and reception was way better than it is now. Idk what’s happening but this is the 3rd day of almost no data or reception. Would be nice to warn customers if their are issues as some rely heavily on data for their day to day tasks.
