@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

Thanks you @ThreeUK bad broadband. No connection. Speak to agents, had me sent on 3g service also. Was going to move mobile over but not. Paid for a no working, inconsistent service. Charging me another month to get out of service. Should not have to reset router all the time.

@ThreeUK hey! I have been live chatting and calling your customer advisors to resolve an issue since Saturday but nothing is being done to remedy my problem! Have had literally enough of the carry on! Have someone call me to resolve it please! Losing many days of work now!!!! 😡

@ThreeUK - trying to get human help has been difficult. Three calls so far: 1. Put on hold waiting for another team, 33 minutes. Hung up 2. Finally got to team, got updates, got directed to automated system for important information - back on hold 5 minutes. Hung up.

@ThreeUK Disputed a charge over 2 wks ago, convinced to return as a customer to have 3 failed sims sent (one to a random address in Newcastle). I’m looking after my 98 yr old grandma during covid & this is our only form of internet and phone contact for myself. (1/2)

@ThreeUKSupport i’ve blocked the number, but wondered if there would be a way of doing this. It’s intensely annoying when these sorts of things happen and I think network providers should have more control over this. Besides, how can they find peoples numbers anyway?

@cwt1985 @ThreeUKSupport Yeah I know. VoLTE on all their 4G bands. But it was their Supervoice network on 800mhz band they advertised that was only Supported by phones bought from them. Same as certain phones brought from Vodafone & O2. I just wanted an update. But seems they now give support for more.
