    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUK hang your heads in shame. You seem to be the only company where delivery is affected by covid. I am still getting next day delivery from anyone else. 1 month now my sisters kid has been waiting for her phone for Xmas. Untrained Foreigners on chat lying to her daily.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ynwa8476 Hello Pete, for customers with my type of usage, it is not "value for money" to purchase a bundle with a short expiry date. The great thing about 321 credit was that it didn't expire. I'm with 3 because of your highly competitive 321 tariff & good service. Please keep it / us!

    @Ela44 @ThreeUKSupport It’s bizarre! We’ve been having wifi problems with Plusnet as well, so I can’t even use wifi assist for dialling. My work calls were dropping all day, to the point I had to clock off early. So frustrating.

    @ThreeUK cancelled my 3 account after 18 months of crap signal told on live chat I wouldn’t have to pay anything to end my contract confirmed this 3 times and now being sent letters saying I owe over £100

    @tower_cell @ThreeUK The mobile networks are so complex to build & so easy to bring down. The fact that people get rude with these companies just shows how ignorant they are to how fragile all technology is. Customer service shouldn't have to put up with some of those messages.
