@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUK It’s 09:46AM please wake up and think 💡, I’ve explained it and answered your question twice. I’m not paying for something I have not received. The case gets closed and you refer me to an ombudsman. I’m done with this dumb service.

@ThreeUKSupport I tried to change my direct debit date to the 1st. The next morning got a text saying the change failed and to contact live chat. Then got told direct debits can't be taken on the 1st. So why even list the 1st of an option on the form if it will always fail?

@ThreeUKSupport DO NOT USE THIS NETWORK! I tried to cancel as no signal, told £180, told to wait 30 days for engineers, waited, then told fee increased by another £100 - TAKE ME TO COURT IM NOT PAYING YOU ANY MORE MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOUVE NOT SUPPLIED SINCE AUGUST!!!

@BrokenBennett @ThreeUKSupport @amazon Interesting. I've had two 4th gen dots fail to connect with a 3rd one on it's way to me. I wonder if it's the issue I'm seeing ? Did you just manually change the '.100' to '.60' in the IP address pool on your router to fix the issue ?

@ThreeUKSupport It's for a £35 unlimited data pack and I just want a refund (minus what I've used) as the signal isn't great here and I was hung up on the phone, told they don't do refunds over 150mb and now that the 14 day cooling off period doesn't apply to PAYG (when the t&c read different)

A glorious day. I left @ThreeUK yesterday after 6 months + of constantly failing signal in Salisbury. Although the chap on the live chat was helpful - it would help if we weren't consistently told 'we are aware of a fault' or 'we are upgrading the tower'. #three #nosignal
