@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Do you have any idea when the mast at Northam Devon #5952 is going to be fixed it's been off two days now and I'm struggling with patchy internet and no phone signal?

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

Hey @ThreeUK @ThreeUKsupport Our users report that you've put our encrypted email service Tutanota behind a 'you must verify you are over 18' page - which is basically blocking access. All other email services can be accessed normally, without verifying the age. Please fix this!

Hello @ThreeUKSupport. I walked into one of your shops asking how to cancel my now expired contract. Was given a code to text, which I did. A few months later, you’re still charging me and mailing me. How do I cancel without changing banks to stop you taking my money please?
