Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

I’m also unable to make calls so cannot call 333 to find out. Is it possible the change is still happening
