    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are absolutely useless! Customer service is shocking! I had a complaint, iv been transferred left right and center beem given a 2 year old ref number and now nobody knows what im going on aboit! 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusting service of the agents. Upgraded to #iPhone12Pro but didn’t give crucial advice that phone comes without charger and earphones 2 of the most essential items of phone. Now just blaming on @Apple @AppleSupport
