Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport It's the town centre (although home speeds aren't much better). Coverage checker says "very good service", I was originally told it was a fault that was being fixed? Is there going to be any attempt to resolve so there's a decent service in this town?

@ThreeUK I have a package thats unlimited everything and was told there's nothing that can be done to downgrade? Surly offering a reduced package to customers tied in to 2 year contracts to help them save money would benefit us, especially in these times?

@ThreeUKSupport It was 7 years ago I’d imagine I did , I don’t even have the tablet any more ! It was also a very cheap one at the time? So why should I still be paying for it ? I’ve probably paid the price 7 times over! Surely three can see it isn’t being used ? Why have I never been contacted
