@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

going on to 48hrs and ThreeUK cannot provide a satisfactory solution as to why after 2 days this is still showing activating when it promised that it would take only 30 minutes told it was Apple's problem (contacted Apple and they mentioned the devices are in full working

@_RobW_ @ThreeUKSupport In case it helps - just got off from 2nd line support at @ThreeUKSupport and they've told me that Tooting is a black spot and cannot any longer get 5G.... so have cancelled my broadband contract without charge

@ThreeUK I am honestly so disgusted by the lack of customer service you have provided. I was mugged over a week ago and my phone stolen, and despite chasing numerous times, I am still without the necessary documents needed to claim on my insurance.

@ThreeUK So after many years with Three we have decided to cancel all of our three accounts across our company as and when the individual contracts come up for renewal. Why? Because their customer service is atrocious.

@ThreeUK I went to store and I called customer service for my roaming. I was told it was enabled now, still nothing but when it comes to my contract payments monthly you expect it on time lol
