@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport I need my PAC code! You have made it impossible for me to get it. You say the only way I can get it is by SMS, but you have disconnected me from the network as I've been abroad for too long. Can't log into my account either. Also need an SMS code for that! @Ofcom

@ThreeUKSupport 5 calls, one which was 70min, 3 online chats and 1 email. No one has been able to solve my issue. I cannot log in to my account (due to the two step verification, which is by SMS) and I cannot request my PAC code by SMS because Three disconnected me from the network months ago.
