@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

Please do not use @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for your mobile phone contracts. I have been locked out of everything for a week now with no help whatsoever offered. DO NOT take out a contract with this company.

@ThreeUKSupport Wasted another hour. They say there is no record as always of the online cancellation form. Pathetic. I cancelled because customer service was only online in covid. I cancelled the contract within five days. I didn't insert the SIM. Got charged for 2 months for nothing

@ThreeUKSupport I just spoke again and wasted another hour of mine where all they say is that it was registered on your name and your liable to pay the charges. I had cancelled the account in due time with online option because their customer service was closed in covid
