Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport Postcodes tested in those screenshots: M5 5JR and M41 7FN. And here's a screenshot from in my living room just now, -111 RSSP on 1800+, LTE EARFCN 1392 on cell 357634 (sorry, didn't gather this info for other tests) Upload speed seems universally poor even with hundreds down.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport the big network? I don't think so, 4 and and a half hour train journey from London to Glasgow, lost all network connection half an hour outside London. Roll on February when I can can ditch you and your woeful network.

@ForbesProducer @ThreeUK The first network to do so? It doesn't actually come into force until May next year, and EE for example come into force in January? So you're information is wholly incorrect

@ThreeUKSupport I've just come off the chat which was as useful as putting a fire put with petrol. I really can't be arsed with three anymore. Constantly fobbed off with a mast issue or tech team will call.
-
Con Foster
(@CXXONNOR) reported
@ThreeUK worst customer service I've ever received

@henry84ramirez @crypto_caesar1 @ThreeUK Rechecked - $10/month. It was a little confusing on their website but call and see for terms. No card required. Just boost phone and direct dial. Why don't they do facebook calls. Better, have each party download Signal App on smartphone. free calls and text. I do it globally.

@ThreeUKSupport Are you having issues in the St Albans area? AL2 No connection. If no then we we will have to phone you tomorrow as it normally takes about three hours to get through to someone who can help us as we don't speak tech language.

@SamsungHelpUK @ThreeUKSupport so far so useless. This is my first ever contract with Three. I have always had a bad connotation surrounding the network. So far it has been 4 days waiting for my phone that has not even begun to ship despite being promised next day delivery.
