    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @ThreeUK having so much issues with your network at the minute Can’t even have a simple phone call without signal going it’s so frustrating then with two months left on my contract look at how much early leaving fee is and it’s a ridiculous amount way more than the 2 months fee!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried that on Monday and was told I owe 2 months contract and no evidence I ever tried to cancel yet last month I was told I’d be given some money back for my inconvenience!!!! It’s a joke I’m ready to explode

    @ScottMurray85 @ThreeUK Terrible company. Had a mobile contract with them years ago. Customer service was nonexistent. Never again. AVOID

    @ThreeUKSupport Also if you pay the excess you normally get a brand new phone. Never heard of someone turning up at a customer's house, handing over a reconditioned phone and taking customer's phone to repair it. We're still paying contract so can you sort it out asap please.
