Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport I WFH and I have been WFH since last March. The issue is with my home broadband< Mark. As I said, the disruptions are understandable. I just NEED to be alerted before they happen so I can reschedule meetings or make alternative arrangements for days without broadband service.

@ThreeUKSupport We are now 1.5weeks on and still no delivery. After speaking to 20 odd advisers, I'm still being lied to and given false information. To date, no manager has called me back despite 15 requests. This type of service will be an ombudsman's dream! No one should ever trust Three!

@ThreeUKSupport The order was made online, he was told to collect the phone from the Broadway shopping centre store in Bradford. When he went in to collect it the sales guy said "no we've not got it" & started serving another customer (without even checking if any deliveries had been made) 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport Your customer support said it was an error with your system and that’s why it was sent. Moving forward I’m worried now that I receive this text after almost 2 years. I need a written document stating that I don’t have any pending bills with you. How do we do it?

@MidasGF @dangrabham @ThreeUK I think there are a growing number of people using their mobile data as their primary connection, particularly in areas where fixed line broadband can be rather slow. I have a friend that falls in that category
