@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport been your customer for >10 years. After a very long customer service call, I’m told you can’t match the @O2 current price for the same phone & to call back in 11 days to try again to avoid a £10 charge. Dismal. @O2 is it time for a change…?

So @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are wanting me to pay £70 a month for my upgrade when I have two contracts with them? its for an iPhone 13 pro. Unlimited data and 164gb. How much do you all pay a month? i think that is a too high when I’ve been a loyal customer?

@ThreeUK got one of your mobile routers, and can successfully connect to wifi. But I cannot login to the admin area of the router, neither password works and I’ve tried multiple times. Can you help?

@ThreeUKSupport what the hell has that got to do with it? Crap service is crap service. I have a very long standing personal account, I needed an urgent replacement for a damaged phone, I have lost work this week. And your website makes claims about 24 hour delivery that you don't back up.

So @O2 delivered one of the texts I sent to my mum on Friday at 4am this morning. Her sister is ill in hospital so she thought it was the ward contacting her with bad news. 😡 Meanwhile texts from the £50 backup phone I got from @ThreeUK are now working perfectly. 👍
