@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes they’ve opened my complaint and sent me a pac code. I told them I can’t pay it right now and will they bill me and then I’ll add it to my complaint , they said If unpaid it goes on my credit file. First person said signal excellent, last person said it’s terrible!

@ThreeUK I think I've figured out your business plan. Causing customers so much hassle trying to cancel an account (on more than one occasion over the course of YEARS) that they just keep paying! Store colleagues 'can't' help and the staff on the phone are no help

@ThreeUK Another extremely poor customer experience w three. I get an email w an offer, order product w next day delivery, get an “oops” we’ll sort ur order message. Get in touch w advisor to be told not only is my order cancelled but not in stock and can’t even be preordered!

@HSouthwellFE @ThreeUK they’re awful down here. have lived here for 3 years with ‘unlimited everything’ and it’s the opposite is true. Even with data passports.
