    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    Seems @ThreeUK advertise upgrade deals on ther website and then refuse to honour them after upgrading. Complaints team close case with no warning. Awful company. Be very careful.

    @ThreeUKSupport having connection issues in the OL11 area for what feels like the millionth time. With people spending more time at home, you really need to try harder.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete! No, no devices connected via the wire. I have a HUAWEI AI Cube and I just use the WiFi on it but it’s extremely tedious and slow and constantly cuts off with any devices connected to it :(

    Am I the only one who has trouble with @ThreeUK ? This used to be the pinnacle of networks (my opinion) and they’re just terrible now.
