    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK 3 hours 15 minutes of live chat, phone calls, passed to 4 different 'teams' to sort a problem for me. Shameful customer service! And if I want to complain?! More live chat or phonecalls....

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife ordered a pay monthly phone and had to cancel the order after being assured that the telephone would be delivered on time but it wasn’t (had to cancel and find another contract to avoid paying for another 30 day notice period with previous provider) (1)

    @ThreeUKSupport I've since been disconnected... can you help me? I don't want my name to be given to debt collectors. I can pay the extra months. Why should I be out of pocket because I didn't transfer my three number and use the PAC? I moved overseas and there is no 3 in Spain.

    @ThreeUK We don’t know what is happening with the refund and no one in customer services will tell us. This is unacceptable. This all stems from 3 not fulfilling the order and then staff lying about it being on time. (5)

    Having to use my mobile data again because @ThreeUK can't provide me with a decent service. Out of 10 days being with them, the mifi box connected for 4 days. 1st a sim fault, now I'm told there is a mast fault. Absolutely useless. Thanks for nothing.
