    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport This is now the fourth day where the network has essentially be unusable in the EC1V area of London. What is going on and when will it be fixed? Your website says nothing except there is an issue. And your phone support lied saying no issues in this area.

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to some on here,then live chat,then 2nd line tech,called me told me issue with home broadband down to work on a mast( my 3 mobile is fine no issues at all) and I would have updates but it should be sorted soon that was last Sunday, still waiting,

    @ParvezJalil @ThreeUK Ran away as far as possible from them. Their customer service is absolutely garbage, thrown around from person to person told to do same meaningless troubleshooting tasks that has nothing to do with the problem. Net worked fine in the first few weeks, the only. Then it went ****

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Only thing I'm interested in is the phone I bought a week ago working. SIM card still not activated. 4 self-imposed deadlines have now been missed. Just got told to wait 48 hours again. If it's not working by then I will cancel it. Utter BULLSHIT service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I bought a Samsung galaxy watch last you as you announced esim support was coming. Really disappointed I can't use my watch with three. Is there an update / can I cancel my contract with three? I want to be able to use my device and you have let me down.
