Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

They also state I am in credit. (They owe me money.) No cheque with the letter and no mention of refunding money. Is their company in trouble?
