    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got it fixed finally, but it took 3 x arguments with your 2nd line support to be put through to someone who would actually listen to me saying the router was faulty and not your masts

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried to join a web chat but I never get through to an operator. It would be much more efficient if someone from three could give me a call. I have spent so much time now on chats and phone calls. This is not fair.

    @ThreeUK hi, any reason why you’re customer service agents have not provided the PAC code my wife has been requesting for past 5 hours? The service chat agent thinks he’s being clever however we’re just saving the entire conversation to send to OFCOM. Any response?
