    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, is there still an ongoing mast issue at sk15 1hw? I checked again and we still experiencing drop out in connection unless we revert to 3g as we have done.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can give you the two numbers that I have I also had a mobile broad band account that I had issues with. So if a proper look into it, will show all the issues I've had if they do there'd to keep the all records.

    @mouthwaite @virginmedia How is the 4g signal in your area, not ideal but @ThreeUK do a 4g hub that we use as the broadband is so poor where we are

    @ThreeUKSupport They okay if we have say our laptops on the home mifi. But slow at loading files when using folders. 3g on mobiles is fine for voice and text but browsing can be slightly slow.

    @Yasin1690 @ThreeUK About the same here when I left @ThreeUK. They make ridiculous offers that are way over priced and their customer service is appalling. Glad I’ve moved to a decent provider now (5 years now) who cares for its customers and their do have excellent coverage and data speeds.

    @ThreeUK Worst customer service and you can definitely get better deals if you’re an existing customer elsewhere. Was openly told by 3 that as they’re not the worst provider anymore I’m not important.
