@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had two days in a row now of near total outage on my broadband it’s a three 4G mobile WiFi hub which I’ve not had a problem with the past two months but all of a sudden the past two days I’m lucky if I get connected for more and 2 mins until it cuts off again

@ThreeUKSupport Just take a look. No obvious issues but I usually get 4 bars and currently just the 1 bar. Data wise it’s coming up with an E rather than 4G? Not sure what that means.

@ThreeUKSupport Please watch to the end it’s really really hard to speak to someone. The signal keeps cutting. I tried calling the police for emergency they couldn’t hear me. This is not a good from a network company I was happy with. Something needs to be done!!!
