  • NBLoddon Gumpy (@NBLoddon) reported from Northam, England

I see @ThreeUKSupport are their usual helpful selves not admitting the fault is with their network

  • glaslyn Julian Morris (@glaslyn) reported from Croyde, England

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

  • jasiocollins Jasio Sierakowski (@jasiocollins) reported from High Bickington, England

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

  • alexmcnulty_x Alex McNulty (@alexmcnulty_x) reported from Warkleigh, England

No emergency alert on my phone?? @ThreeUK 🤯

  • NBLoddon Gumpy (@NBLoddon) reported from Northam, England

@ThreeUKSupport Do you have any idea when the mast at Northam Devon #5952 is going to be fixed it's been off two days now and I'm struggling with patchy internet and no phone signal?

  • bexybex74 Rebecca Craft (@bexybex74) reported from Barnstaple, England

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUK hello?? how do i get support?

  • mugglewump Robert R (@mugglewump) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, can I report a service outage in my area? Online status says it's fine, but I can definitely advise that it's not... EH44 area

  • simesa Simon Ashton (@simesa) reported

@simonhardwick @ThreeUKSupport A few of us were at the old White City building last week and EE was surprisingly poor to non-existent, which was a bit if a pain for what we were doing

  • Jase65535 Jase (@Jase65535) reported

@EE no mobile signal today, My EE not working and no one to answer my call. I should have stayed with @ThreeUK

  • placesIlove alex forsey (@placesIlove) reported

@ThreeUK why is it impossible to get any support?

  • IsItBroke Phil Crawley (@IsItBroke) reported

@simonhardwick @ThreeUKSupport I find that all over London with Three (on iPhone X) if I’ve only got one bar of 4G connectivity that essentially means no connection. Also - data throughput when it falls back to 3G (even with four bars) is terrible - ten years ago 3G was actually usable for email etc. Not now.

  • chloew609 Chloe Jade Wright (@chloew609) reported

So I've used a pac code to transfer from @ThreeUK to @Vodaphone4 (transfer was supposed to happen yesterday) yet the same number is active on both phones? Also vodaphone phone won't let me change registered number in settings someone help so I'm not getting charge by three!

  • shannoooony Shannon ✌ (@shannoooony) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it was and I called 3 months ago to cancel my contract 6 months early due to having not received good service from yourselves

  • shannoooony Shannon ✌ (@shannoooony) reported

To top it off they're STILL taking £9.14 off of me for a Mifi I never even used which was an add on to my contract yet they're claiming its a different contract and expect me to pay the next 4 months up now to end the Contract early which I've ALREADY PAID @ThreeUK

  • simonhardwick Simon Hardwick (@simonhardwick) reported

@creweywoody @ThreeUKSupport There are a lot of sites now where I guess the bandwidth has been borrowed from 3g/4g and given to 5g but 5g coverage is poor so you end up going through lots of notspots! Given the lack of 5g here I wonder if that’s a contributory factor?
