@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport My TV (part of my broadband package) has not arrived. Today I chased 3 custservice AGAIN and they said it was delivered to me on 22nd! No it has not- I was at home! I had no emails, calls or texts to inform me it was coming - and now it is missing! HELP!!

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, forgotten password returned a 500 internal server error. Presumably forgotten password is going to send me a text though? I can't get texts. Or phone calls. That's the problem I'm hoping to fix.
