Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

I see @ThreeUKSupport are their usual helpful selves not admitting the fault is with their network

I have to laugh that @ThreeUK can turn a simple upgrade into such a horrible ordeal! In this day and age

@ThreeUKSupport Obviously not on here I'm not. I've been through all your standard checks, so it isn't a signal issue in my area. Been escalated to support team, promised a call 3 times, have heard nothing

@edent Could be worse @ThreeUKSupport deleted my account and didn’t tell me. Just an obscure error on login attempts. At least you know Virgin are doing it.

@ThreeUKSupport I did eventually thanks, but it was hard work. 1 contract to be downgraded to SIM only, one new phone contract and the final one was to cancel a tablet contract that was no longer needed and they went on and on and on about some Huawei thing and the benefits I’d miss out on.

@ThreeUKSupport A huwaei dongle gets 0.50 mbps on 4g...my phone on another network gets 14 mbps. Your service and dongle are an utter waste of time and money. These things are not fit for purpose and you are thieving money from customers selling them this trash.

@ThreeUKSupport A phone reboot seemed to fix things, the local mast has been off and on over the past few days so maybe they were confused somehow
