    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the advice, would have been good to get this 5 calls ago? Regardless, the complaint is about how the calls were handled. I’m talking to Steph on the live chat so will post an update after that.

    @ThreeUK I have been trying to download an update for my phone since 2am it is now 5-30am and I have not been able to do it, the download is only 145kb now that is ******* good service.

    @ThreeUKSupport anybody else having the same problems trying to make a call and it says you run out of credit lol I’m on contract UNLIMITED sort this out please I have nothing but problems and I will just withdraw my contract from you and so will my family

    @ThreeUKSupport Erm, Well looks like Maxine knew the postcodes. You can check M40 2WL since that's not a residential location. This has been a problem for a long time, £10 on an O2 Pay and Go sim to test it and they thrashed you with speed and reliability.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have now been told that no errors have been found with my bill, and despite the 6 months half price offer being shown everywhere, I am being refused it! Not happy with the service right now! The fact you sent me a text offering me an early upgrade and 6 months half price!!!
