    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUK advices to suspend the services if you’re abroad more than 2 months ? Really ? If the customer is paying the bills what’s the problem? @VodafoneUK @O2 all are providing services but #threeuk isn’t ? It’s a shame need to cancel my contract urgently

    @ThreeUK waited 45 days for the tv, for it to show up broken.. and now your delivery person has tried to pick it up twice? If the replacement tv come broken to im cancelling my contract and going back with BT.

    @ThreeUK disappointing customer service from Three. I've been with Three nine years and they have always been up to the mark and matched the best deals around. This is the first year I've found better deals elsewhere and they are unable to even come close.
