    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    The worst customer service centre either by chat , email or actual phone call is 💯 % @ThreeUK what a waste of time once again today

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I don't think that going to happen. I keep being made broken promises of call backs and a resolution. As I tweeted this has been on going now since October and is getting tiresome.

    @ThreeUKSupport It is not pending,but have contacted your customer services and topped up over the phone.However it has left my parents without an active mobile, when they have hospital appointments. Very disappointed and considering switching to other provider. Cannot have this situation again
