Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, are you able to help with a 3 plus issue? I have the app but I'm trying to register for a presale and it's not allowing me to send the message to the number on your site.

@ThreeUKSupport I am indeed on B09. I received my 5G Hub on Sunday, and it was either already on B09 or and updated right away. No proper data on this yet, but myself and other users noticed it tends to happen when the signal is downgraded from 5G to 4G (seems stable if 4G only)

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK would you believe me if I told you I still did not have a working add on? I have called customer service and been into a store, all very unhelpful, when I told the store manager I can’t wait till my contract ends so I can leave 3 he said he didn’t blame me.

@ThreeUK Hey been customer for 3 years, network is so poor and the speed too. Was paying £13.50 a month time to renew yet price gone up and my discount for network issues isn’t applied anymore. I rather stay because of the price then having to sort out puk code & sorting new sim.

@kcm76 @ThreeUK Help is never helpful, whether it’s a link on someone’s website w/searchable queries which never match your problem, or in-person. “Now click on THIS.” “That’s not an option on my screen.” 😡

Lost the will to live. Customer Relations eventually & reluctantly agree to add 100 minutes (expire after 1 month) to my existing mobile. Judge that's all I'll manage to achieve. 5/6 @ThreeUK
