Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport No it is not an issue with the device or Twitter because I tried with my O2 mobile number and it works perfectly. So the issue is with you and you must fix it.

Why didn’t I get the emergency alert! Phone on, good signal… is it a @ThreeUKSupport thing? Or an @Apple iPhone thing?? I guess if there is an Earth quake or something I won’t get to find out!!
