@ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

2 days since I complained to @ThreeUKSupport about my absolutely crap signal and all they've done is tell me to use an online chat which is pointless with poor signal. Since then they've just ignored me. Great way to treat customers 😡

@ThreeUK can anyone tell me why @VodafoneUK has better deals? Comparing the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, I'm a 3 customer have been for 10 years or so... Best they can offer me is £64 and if I sell my handset I get £180 whereas @VodafoneUK have the same phone but for £52... #goodone
