    @ThreeUKSupport Frustratingly, it’s your home broadband not a handset. Constantly rebooting it. Had 6 months of 30 m/bit good service, then 6 weeks ago, dropped to 4 m/bit. It briefly came back yesterday and is now only 2 m/bit and unusable. Not happy when it’s a 2 year contract

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK never had such a rubbish data provider, 8gb data renewed yesterday, haven’t used 1gb and struggling to even get anything to load on data. Absolutely appalling. Will be cancelling my contract and going elsewhere. Disappointing

    Day 22 and the 3rd weekend of no cell/internet service without a peep from @ThreeUK as to when my entire village can expect to have a fix on both cell towers that serve us. I've been compelled to take out a contract with o2, and will not be renewing my contract with @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK have you had issues with direct debits? Mine and my husbands both went off yday. Got a message saying we hadn't paid. I went on and paid the bills. Mine was refunded so had to do it again. I checked the bank and there was no attempts for payment? That's why it was late
