@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUK Please sort our your antennas in the Basingstoke station area. I am fed up beyond belief at the fake I have full signal, apparently, and yet nothing loads... It is 2021, I should have to go up to the roof just to get some signal 🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Unless you’re going to let me cancel my contract a year and a half early... FOR FREE. Considering I have this issue every month on the “UK’s fastest”. Beyond a joke. I don’t want discounts, I want a phone that works. I shouldn’t have to rely on wifi when I have unlimited data.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it’s a new contract I’m about 3 months in. Very happy with the network, it’s just the phone. I need the Google play or I phone to get the apps I need for work. I hope there’s something you can do please🤞🏼

@ThreeUKSupport It says 4G but doesn’t connect. Many different areas. Vauxhall, Marylebone yesterday, London in general is very poor
