    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK most stressful experience when initially cancelling my broadband, being offered an upgrade of the contract and 3 conversations later… it never even got placed!

    Finally got everything sorted with @ThreeUK , however I had to email the CEO of Ireland and the UK to get things sorted! Definitely proof that @ThreeUKSupport has really gone down hill. They never acknowledged the phone return, they input information wrong too. #MoveFromThree

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry I’ve only just seen this, issue was only resolved when I got back but have been in touch with Three through usual channels. Thanks for responding (it was none of these issues)

    @ThreeUKSupport I ordered a SIM card and it was supposed to arrive today. It’s unfortunately not arrived and I desperately need it for work. I’ll be in London Brixton tomorrow - is there a way to pick up a SIM from the store there instead? Please let me know. Would be a big help
