@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Trying to get to speak to someone at @VodafoneUK impossible. Can't find a contact number. Online chat is painful. Left chat after over an hour. Nothing resolved. Lost the will. Tempted to move to @ThreeUK after 15 or so years as a vodafone customer

@ThreeUKSupport Just to let you know, i went to the 3 store to arrange PiN as requested. The girl tried for an hour and failed to do it. She said she has not been trained. So, my data problem was not resolved. I hereby hold you in breach of our contract from todays date.

@ThreeUK where do I make a complaint about how shocking your network is. I’m expected to pay £66 a month and can’t even open a web browser 50% of the time unless I connect to Wi-Fi somewhere. Awful

@ThreeUKSupport Hi there, been noticing that all the areas around my house today (while out and about) that regardless of the signal listed, my phone refuses to load anything. Get home and my mobile router (also Three) is throwing the same issue. No outage reported though for me
