    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK I read today 3 are introducing roaming charges within the EU. Despite the poor coverage the only reason I went abs stuck with 3 was their go roam package. Nor that’s is ending I will take my business to an operator with better coverage. Thanks for nothing.

    @ThreeUK can I just say the only reason I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years is due to the roaming charges you scrapped for EU and non EU countries I would go to. Your signal isn't great in the UK so why should I continue to stay with you after rmy contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport trying to set up mobile broadband (4g hub) on your website however having issues with credit checks - it’s failed using 3 different people who have no adverse credit and we can’t understand why this is happening. What phone number do I call to sort this?

    @FretwellCrump @ThreeUK @SMARTYMobileUK Nightmare isn't it. I got an automated tax refund scam call yesterday. Phone companies need to fix the fake caller ID thing, and block calls from private numbers...

    @ThreeUK I will be leaving your service after over 15 years, due to your stance on introducing roaming charges. You offered free roaming ahead of the EU agreement to rid us of charges. You used to offer an innovative, customer friendly and fun service. Shame.

    @NickFerran @ThreeUK 100%. The customer service is awful, I only stuck with @ThreeUK because of their expanding Feel at Home programme. Makes no sense to add charges within the EU because they are no longer legally required to when you've already voluntarily removed them from other markets worldwide.

    I’m so sick of having **** reception / service / data coverage from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport it’s a joke, nearly £60 a month and have to spend half the time looking for WiFi or just not being able to do anything

    I know people who want to cancel their contracts with three now. I thought @ThreeUK was better than this. I truly thought that they were the best mobile provider but doing this just makes me disappointed.

    @SoManyBooks6 @ThreeUK It’s been dicey in my area as well, but never as bad as Hubs O2 signal.
