@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUK why is my mobile unusable now after always having great coverage on your network? The signal at home is particularly appalling and I regularly lose my connection to whoever I'm talking to. 3 were never like this but I now can't wait for my contract to finish.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Can I use my PAC code from rolling 1 month contract to move to a new Three 24month Contract? As I can get a better deal signing up as a new customer vs a upgrade.

@ThreeUKSupport Just the worst advice. I’ve been passed from pillar to post. Don’t think what I’m asking for is too complicated

@Ofcom @ThreeUK Thanks, will do. Sick of them charging me and getting no signal at all. Their resolution was "you can just cancel if you want" instead of fixing the mast issue.

@JamesFelstead2 @ThreeUKSupport Come on @ThreeUKSupport Do better. Don't be over charging people and then be slow as **** to rectify the situation
