    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm in the Lake District and the coverage is terrible. Frequently no data and "emergency calls only." My son is having the same issue. My wife - on a different network - is mostly fine.

    Well @ThreeUKSupport I've been with you now for a number of years but like so many unions our relationship has gone sour! Despite assurances that the signal strength issue that has been ongoing for weeks would be resolved last week, it hasn't and your customer service is pants!🤦🏻

    @ThreeUKSupport well it 14:35 and your network has failed 4 times today...... What is the chance of you fixing it? Best yet your complaints department trying to contact me whilst your network is down 2 voice mails. What a joke of a company
