    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport 4g and 5g (and my wifi) are down in SW16 1JB. I can get a little 3G at either end of the street. Your network status checker is saying there aren’t any problems though, any ideas? Same thing happened yesterday.

    @ThreeUKSupport Might as well make this a thread. After asking to speak to a manager or supervisor about the complaint- I’m told I can have a call back in 24-48 hours. I was meant to have the phone on Friday so that just doesn’t cut it.

    Well this is a record for a communications company @ThreeUKSupport. Had a broadband dongle for less than 24 hours and it's already stopped working. Been cut off twice by your call centre. Need the Internet to work from home. Help please?

    @ThreeUKSupport I just want to feel like I’m actually a valued customer since I’ve been loyal to 3 for 8 years now as you’ve always been good at putting my upgrades through in the past and this time you made a mistake and I’m having to pay for it.

    @ThreeUKSupport just found out your customer service reps didn’t put through my new iPhone order as agreed on Friday and now can’t get me the phone for two weeks. Shocking customer service and the compensation being offered is appalling.

    @ThreeUKSupport TV was delivered to neighbour, I was on holiday. It arrived 2ish weeks earlier than expected. When opened its broken.Reported it and exertier said they needed approvals from Three. Been on a chat for over 90 mins to find the right team to approve...
