@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

@ThreeUKSupport contacting customer service regarding the debt collection agency email I was asked what my full mobile number was ending in 460. How would I know what the full number was if I never had the phone to open up and check?

@ThreeUKSupport They helped me call customer services and cancel the WiFi I no longer had and the my 3 I can't remember the password for it but to change it its linked to my old email which I can't get access to either

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing done. They just do not seem to understand that the store would not hand over to me the 2 phones from 2 separate orders. This has been going on since May. For example, yesterday i explained that i never had the phones and their reply was "so have you sent the device back?"

@zylics21 @ThreeUK Just thought I’d let you know, they’ve told me to expect delivery at the end of October. My complaint is off to the ombudsman as they apparently don’t deem it important to inform customers of this

@ThreeUKSupport That’s one of the problems. I got everything sorted on Saturday with new password, but today we couldn’t log in so we went down the forgotten password route and things just got worse. Text codes are not arriving, and once a password is changed, it’s not accepted.
