@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUK can someone please explain why all this week I've not been able to use my 5G on the Jubilee line? But yet I can get full service on my other phone which has a @giffgaff chip in it. I need a refund on my line rental!!!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the swift reply. PO6 3PR. The site is saying there's engineers near the area, but no real ETA. Basically when I connect to the network, it's saying I'm connected, but I can't actually go on anything. Tried on multiple devices as well.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm resorting to SM for help,I'm on day 5 after porting my number & I still can't receive SMS/calls,I have no other number to use as you have cancelled the SIM's original number,so I can't be contacted,I can't log on My3 & you have been no help! I need it sorting!
