@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

I turned off Home Signal box a few days ago to see if WiFi calling had improved from the time when @ThreeUK originally sent it out. It hasn’t, just as crap as it was.And that’s with an FTTP line into the property, commercial level network equipment and Wi-Fi, using an iPhone 13.

@ThreeUK what is the point of business chat and phone support if neither can help me with a really simple question. Chat says can't give info on chat, phone says can't give info over phone and i should go back to the store as thats where i signed up for business contract.

I know that the Home Signal Box is probably only used by a minority of @ThreeUK customers but that suggests it wouldn’t cost them much to leave it running. I’d love to see the business case for this switch off. #homesignalbox

@ThreeUK so once again, wifi is being terribly slow for no good reason and it keeps fluctuating between good and absolutely awful, which it really likes to stick on.
