    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUKSupport You can keep your SIM upgrade because I have had my absolute gut full of your useless 4G “service”. Half the videos I try to watch on You Tube won’t even play so there’s no chance of switching to a new deal which will cost me more for the same unreliable rubbish.

    I have spent all morning trying to pay for a data pack from @ThreeUK Comfortably the worst service I have ever experienced. Think very carefully before buying their products.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Please sort out your network in GU14 9LP. My 4g+ router is giving me just 7Mbps download. And yes I've rebooted it!

    @ThreeUK please remove your ads on being fastest network. 5g can’t even run @WhatsApp properly. Disgrace to network speed. Poorest customer support as well. Learn from @VodafoneUK on how network should be provided. Even has to tweet from public wifi

    @ThreeUK just been on chat with 'Kevin' after 40 mins he told me to check the sim in a phone and the chat will stay active for 5 mins then log back on i did as he asked he disconnected the chat AWFUL customer service But why did I expect anything less from 3?

    @ThreeUKSupport can someone please provide an update of when the mobile data will be fixed in KW14 , you’ve been working on the masts for weeks and the internet is unusable . I’m a 4G broadband customer and the service is a disgrace . 1-3 mb tops & drops signal every 5 mins

    @ThreeUK 16hrs later no reply to the DMs you said I should send. I guess horrible customer service is part of 3. Been a loyal customer for over 10yrs with 2 contracts and I'm not renewing my account in February absolutely disgusted by your appalling customer service 😤😤😤😡😡😡

    @Jota_Navas @LockhartLondon4 @ThreeUK Smarty and ID Mobile still have EU and International Roaming respectively. They run off the 3 network too.

    @ThreeUKSupport I didn’t as I needed to get somewhere. But I now have no contract in place - no new phone coming yet I’ve been billed. Is there a way of resolving this? I think it was likely a communication issue and a mistake their end but I use my phone for work and need it
