@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Pay a fiver to @ThreeUK as my data ran out and the internet has been absolute dog **** all day!! Roll on my contract end date in march, never again, turgid! No doubt I’ll get a DM, have some dialogue and they will tell me it’s my SIM card. NO ITS YOUR BABBER NETWORK!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi my contract hasn’t been terminated’ I tried to have a phone call and two live chats with you and you hung up on me all three times before the problem was solved. Maybe I should see if I can terminate my contract and no one seems to be dealing with my problem

@ThreeUK S21 should have been delivered 26 jan. Still no phone. Been given multiple nonsense delivery dates and excuses over 7 phone calls. Apparent now there is'Glitch' with my account. Absolute trash customer service. Garbage
