    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUK your network is degrading now. Meetings get stuck, you claim you have great coverage, but it causes many disruptions. Not impressed at all. Thinking to switch networks now.

    @ThreeUK trying for 3 days to get on international roaming all switched on on handset but no service or data spoke to online chat and they couldn’t work out what the issue was so just ended chat with no resolve!

    @ThreeUKSupport @domelaci I think they're more speeds your competitors like seeing from your network. That latency is almost unusable.

    @ThreeUK after years of being a loyal customer to Three ill be leaving as soon as my contract is up. Unlimited data plan yet i can barely load a webpage with desperately poor internet speeds even with 4G. Useless
