    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Told all week mine was arriving yesterday. Chased email all week, never came. Told it was out with DPD yesterday, never arrived. Told this morning there's an issue with the contract, no idea when it will arrive. Frustrating being lied to. Who knows if it'll ever arrive now.

    All I want to do is cancel my @ThreeUK contract due to signal drop outs and outages since day ONE! But can’t co Customer services in India can’t understand English or speak always repeating my question to them 50 minute wait time always when I call. Shoddy company never again!

    @LolInKent I have @ThreeUK 4g wireless router not the fastest but fast enough for me to stream without buffering. Hopefully won't be long before they have 5g in my area and I'll upgrade as upload speeds are a *bit crap. *TERRIBLE

    @ThreeUKSupport Requested my Pac last friday, spoke to you monday and Thursday over the phone. I was promised that by yesterday I would have my Pac but it still hasn't arrived. This is why I want to leave you as you can't provide satisfactory customer service and you flat out lie

    @ThreeUK Customer service and the entire three are all liars, I have been with the mofe 12 years all I could get was chasing me for £50 for a service they didn’t render, ended up with a bad credit, worst company, please avoid subscribing to them by all means
