@MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

@ThreeUKSupport When you say signal congestion I had no mobile data for the whole time I was at the festival?! Pretty inconvenient when people are trying to stay in contact with friends/loved ones etc. You're the first network I've been with that has done this. It's pretty poor

@hendoph @EE Would rather pay for a service I can use than get one cheaper or free that I can’t. @ThreeUK is useless in #Manchester. Calls not connecting from family members, not ideal in an emergency. No data when out and about in the city. It’s shocking.

@UKShapeshifters @ThreeUK @ThreeUK are terrible in Brighton too. no reception at my work or home so left the day after i joined! went with Giff Gaff in the end for half the price and no network issues anywhere i've been so far either!

@O2 Well we will say 95% off the Lake District, I’m pleased I wasn’t relying on the service for directions god knows where we would of ended up,shocking signal/service, so pleased I took my @ThreeUK home broadband with me,fantastic signal on our campsite the kids were well happy.
