    Worst customer service from @ThreeUKSupport 5 hours of calls. Promised new router for two weeks. Still nothing. No internet and great inconvenience caused 😭

    @MKcol @ThreeUK Against my better judgment I tried to renew, as the signal, reception and data package were all very good. No one ever got back to me. So I switched to @O2 Haven’t been able to make a call since. 🤨. They’re all shysters and offer zero customer care.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your internal classifications do not change the reality - you are both offering me credit and refusing me credit for the same item at the same time - this is a broken system

    @ThreeUKsupport been a customer for over 10 years and never one to complain. Paid my bill through the over the phone services today, said there was an error at the end but have still been fully charged and money taken and the outstanding balance still remains?? Had enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport sort out the Wi-Fi on the underground it keeps disconnecting walking on the stations and the platforms. When it went though @virginmedia directly there was never this issue .. fix it it’s not fit for purpose right now #ifitaintbrokedontfixit

    @ThreeUKSupport Had the phone about 6 months. Yes WhatsApp and Messenger are fine. Not sure about another network's sim though.

    @threeuksupport - hi! here in Italy im trying to use roaming with an iphone 13, and the service for data roaming is non existent. what do i do now? i turn on roaming as i landed and i also have the option for data in the uk and abroad. can you help me? x
